Speaker: I don't do it because I like it. I do it for us. I just I kind of forgot the original purpose. However, yeah, we can. Yeah, yeah, that works.
Speaker: I can't even see my voice. Like, my voice has such a small impact on mine. Mine is huge for some reason. And it doesn't even sound like it is huge every time that I go in to record and stuff. So I just don't understand what Zincaster's like real baseline for recording is. But yeah, Larry, go ahead and take it away. All right, everybody. One, two, three, clap. Go.
Speaker: Okay. All right. Just in case, explain it to everybody. We do this so that way the recordings are all same. We know where to start everybody's recording. That's why we say it at the same time. All right. So I'm going to say everybody, then you're going to say one, two, three, clap. All right. Everybody. One, two, three, clap.
Speaker: I hate myself. I can't even do this while this. Sorry. I told you guys that I am not here right now. You can't be doing all this. I'm leaving this in the episode too. I'm leaving it in. I think that's funny.
Speaker: The Salambia Saga is a story -driven, action -packed, fun -filled D &D podcast. I'm your DM, Anthony, and today we are joined by Lucas, playing Roshka. Larry, playing Tiller B. Willer. Why, hello, everybody. I'm Tiller B. Willer. Pleasure to meet y 'all. Good luck with the session. Robin, playing Fosk. It'll all exactly be me.
Speaker: Hayley, playing D 'Elon B. Baudoir. D 'Elon B. Baudoir at your service. And Amy, playing M .B. Hello, everyone. Nice to be here again. And with that, go ahead and get started. So.
Speaker: MB, you decided it was a wonderful idea to go ahead and put this helmet on. And the moment that you feel the helmet slip onto your head, your vision goes dark.
Speaker: And you can very temporarily feel yourself, you know, sinking to the floor. And you kind of stay in this in -between state. You kind of feel your surroundings and the damp, cool wind of the temple moving along your body. And after a little while of this kind of in -between, you see your vision brighten up again.
Speaker: And suddenly you're surrounded by something you're not really used to at all. It's quite bright, very colorful, something you're not used to seeing at least for the past few hundred years now.
Speaker: you notice that things are here that don't normally belong in the mortal plane. You see the trees and plants and animals of old just kind of sitting around you, and you find yourself in this clearing in a very strange and, you know, kind of eldritch forest even.
Speaker: You're sitting on a stump in the middle of this clearing, something much, much larger than you, almost seems like a natural pedestal. It's a little raised in the clearing as well, to be able to see over everything. And you see materialized in front of you, two figures that you haven't seen in a very, very long time.
Speaker: The first on your left is a quite tall, gray skinned, almost emaciated looking being, nice pale yellow eyes, a face that kind of droops significantly, and long flowing white hair.
Speaker: reaches about mid -back. This figure is wearing the black robes that he typically likes to coin. And you recognize this Aselimos, the god of death and undead. And on his left to your right you see a woman. Very, very
Speaker: thick figured nice wide hips larger shoulder
Speaker: Broad shoulders, that's the word Also nice long flowing hair that's black also goes down to about the mid back level But it is in a braid so probably could go a little longer she has a nice deep purple calming eyes that you remember and the very pristine and clear face She is wearing the same purple robes that she also enjoys wearing
Speaker: And she's slightly floating off the ground, reaching the same height as Selimos. And you recognize this as Sheba. And Selimos, you know, steps forward and begins to speak to you. And Beetha, it's been quite some time since we've last seen you.
Speaker: I'm happy to be finally here, my lord. I'm finally free of those mortal troubles. Thank you. Thank you for saving me. It's not quite as simple as that, my dear. You see,
Speaker: You have caused quite a bit of problems throughout your life that, you know, you and I both know. You decently and readily regret. But it is these problems that you must solve as well. As much as I would love to welcome you.
Speaker: Uh, I can't quite do that yet. We know the situation that you are currently in, uh, with all spectra and her reign over the mortal plane currently. You, uh, have been put in her essential servitude. However, you find yourself hating and despising your Lord.
Speaker: And we agree with you that she is overstepping her bounds and is upsetting the balance of the worlds. And so we're giving you a chance to escape this. However, there are some details to this deal that we must iron out a little bit more.
Speaker: So you are familiar with the cult that was started in your name and continues to wreak havoc, the primeval chosen. Unfortunately, I'm familiar with their work. So we are going to bestow upon you your old powers.
Speaker: so that you may assist us in purging the world of their darkness and albeit yours. However, it will be quite difficult and cumbersome to do so. As you are currently existing, you are presenting as a mortal and we would like for you to stay that way.
Speaker: And I think Shayba has some words on this as well. So you see him step back and she kind of floats forward as well, much closer to you than he did. And she reaches out for your hand. I happily give it. And you feel a very cold sensation wash over you. And you see her eyes kind of light up.
Speaker: Ambytha, we have decided together that we appreciate the things that you have been doing, but obviously not quite the things that you have done in your past. So today we are going to bestow upon you your
Speaker: old powers the things that you were known in ancient times for however you must crush the primeval chosen obviously we want you to get rid of all spectra as well
Speaker: We know that Sir Restia has tasked a group of adventurers in this Grand Quest and we wish that you aid them on this quest while also stamping out wherever you can find the Primeval Chosen and getting rid of them and all spectra once and for all. There are a few stipulations that come with your powers as well.
Speaker: We want you to disguise yourself as a mortal, so that you may get along with this party of adventurers with no problem. They don't seem to have much problems with demon folk in the first place, since they have integrated into society enough that they can see. However, you are not your average demon, are you?
Speaker: By your grace, I am not. And we know this. We've known you for quite some time, all the good and the bad. We're giving you essentially a second chance. You will go down, will send you down to their location, and you will assist them without really assisting them, because
Speaker: If you release your powers, which you can do at any given moment in time, they will know exactly who you are. Their knowledge of what you are and who you are will be instilled in them, and it will be up to them to not be terrified of you. And that goes for the whole world. Ol' Spectra will know that you are no longer working for her and you're working for someone else, especially since she hasn't heard from you in quite some time.
Speaker: And she will know where you are, and she will probably come to find you. You must not use this power until you are sure that it is necessary. My lady, is this, is this wise? I've suffered for a thousand years and then a thousand more. I've been working tirelessly to bring a balance.
Speaker: into this world. I know what I have done. I understand how history will remember me, but surely, surely, my lord, my lady, a thousand, two thousand years of good deeds, are they still not enough? How much more will I have to suffer in this existence? It's too much, please take me.
Speaker: And Shaeba kind of looks taken a little back by this, and Selemos, you can see the sadness on his face. And Beetha, you know that if I could take you, I would. But like I mentioned, there's a balance and you cannot upset this.
Speaker: As much as I would love to welcome you into my arms and into my domain, I cannot. The power is too great on the other side and you know the situation that we're in with old spectra's control over the multiple plane. I can't, you know, take you out of there. She has to be stopped before you can join me. Before you can join us.
Speaker: Okay, I understand. I understand. And so Shaba releases her hand from you.
Speaker: If it brings you any solace, we're watching you. We've been watching you for as long as we can, as much as we can, and we've provided aid where we can as well. However, it's just this barrier between here and there is almost impossible to get through. You can't even imagine the strength it took to bring you here right now.
Speaker: putting you in another plane was the only way for you to get here to us. So technically a bad decision on your part to put the helmet on in the first place turned out to be a good decision for us. And if you can find it in yourself to forgive us as well for not taking you sooner,
Speaker: We know that you want to be here and we know that we want you here too. This balance just has to be found. And so with these powers that you have, every time that you actively hurt someone, albeit whether it for good or for bad,
Speaker: it will start chipping away at the barrier between your mortal self and your true self. So you must be careful in any action that you do from here on out so long as you wish to stay hidden. If this power gets out, we can do nothing to help you and you will be on your own along with these adventurers.
Speaker: And if they die, Serestia will not be happy. And you know that Serestia is much stronger than all of us as well. She tasked these
Speaker: adventurers, as you are calling them, as they are called, to this grand quest that doesn't quite make sense to any of us. But she picked these for a reason, and I guess we'll find out why. But you must protect them at all costs. You must get through to all spectra and end her reign over this mortal plane. And you must stop your cult as well.
Speaker: The primeval chosen are loving all of this darkness and demonic activity because they can roam wherever they please. So this is our task to you. Those are the stipulations and we bid you farewell. And she just floats back the rest of the way. Thank you, my lady. Thank you, my Lord.
Speaker: Why do I feel like the weight of this plane is just on my shoulders right now? I will meet with these adventurers. I will do my best to aid them from the shadows. I appreciate you sharing that they are content, at least with the presence of demons, maybe not necessarily the numerous cults that are around.
Speaker: I wish that they do not know who I am and what I've done, but I only have one question for you, my lord. Is my family safe in your arms? I've lost all of my line. I didn't have any illusions of them surviving beyond their mortal time, but
Speaker: I want to make sure they're in your arms and not in the arms of all spectra. Well, death is a fickle thing and you don't remember your time before your death either. We do what we can and take the people that we can as well.
Speaker: because you know that souls get snatched into the demon realm and there's not much we can do for them outside of that but we did watch and we waited and we found them all of them so it is safe to say that although it took quite a bit of work and I did as I promised and I kept your family safe
Speaker: And they are with me under Shaba, and they are currently living about as good as they can. Thank you, my lord. However, you do have one surviving progeny. We don't know where she is.
Speaker: or technically even when she is. We know that she is alive and living currently somewhere on the mortal plane. We just can't find her. And your blood is not hard to find, so we're curious why we can't find it. I will keep my eye out. It would be lovely to meet my great
Speaker: great -granddaughter, twelve times removed. Again, thank you, my lord. Thank you, my lady. I will try my best. How do we get out of here? We have arranged for your, uh,
Speaker: Safe travel, I guess you could say. Back down to the mortal plane. Directly from here. And we'll go ahead and dismiss you from here as well. And so he waves his hand in front of him. You see a few bright, um, bright purple symbols light up in front of him. And your vision goes dark again. And you feel yourself falling. And it begins to hurt. It begins to hurt terribly bad.
Speaker: You feel yourself plummeting to what you could only assume is the ground. And then you feel more and more pain as you
Speaker: punch through some kind of barrier and you feel basically your entire body just shake and rattle in pain as your bones are in a constant back and forth between breaking and healing and breaking and healing. The pain that this is causing is
Speaker: beyond imaginable, but you find that you can't scream. You can't do much of anything. You're just stuck in basically the fetal position plummeting to the ground that has not arrived yet. And with that, we'll return to our adventurers.
Speaker: So, Tiller, Fosk, Roshka, Delon, you all just finished what you figured out was a purity maze, a test of true character to show that you don't really have evil intentions because of the conversation that Dora Mir both started and finished.
Speaker: He left you with the treasure that you were promised to begin with, the robes and, you know, the other things, the artifacts and whatnot. So as we left off, you were all collecting your things and getting ready to leave. Go ahead and just walk me through the rest of that. I think these guys are really weird.
Speaker: Yeah, I would be inclined to agree, Rashka. Fascal kind of shuffled through the items in the chest. I'm really strong! I can carry these! Well, I don't... I don't doubt you. I just think it'd be easier on everyone if we split the carrier.
Speaker: Okay, you can carry them. Well, I was thinking that I could carry some, you could carry other pieces, and we could all carry it together. Okay.
Speaker: There is actually something that does kind of stick out to you specifically, Fosk.
Speaker: As you're looking through these artifacts, there's bits and bobs and things that look very, very expensive. However, you notice craftsmanship that is very, very familiar to you. You notice that this is definitely drow craftsmanship. Notably from your hometown.
Speaker: It is a it is a necklace. It's gold. And you notice that it is the pendant is in the shape of a moon. Oh. And the rest of it is gold, but the moon itself seems to be made of something very peculiar.
Speaker: You don't know the name for it, but you recognize you saw it on the most rich people that came out of Sarelvia. It is a gem with a basically like crusted topside. See, when you face it, it looks like the moon. And then when you turn it around, you see the gem.
Speaker: It is a very bright blue gem that you know resides deep, deep within the Underdark, way down below. Things that take years to get to and years to bring back up just because of how dangerous it takes to get them.
Speaker: You are not nearly in the class that would even know what these are called just because they are few and far between. But you do know that this exists and this is quite expensive. Oh. Where did they even get something like this? That's a very good necklace. Incredibly, it's a very expensive necklace.
Speaker: It's more than likely somebody's died over this. Oh. Foskel kind of stand up and step away from the chest and the rest of the piles while investigating the necklace and just taking in every kind of detail and mulling over the multitude of questions he definitely has.
Speaker: I recognize these. Some of Sarelia's richest, like I'm talking absolute richest, would have things like these. I don't remember what they're called, but obviously Zumun is representative of our goddess Tysra.
Speaker: I just, how did they get one of these? So as you're inspecting this, go ahead and just roll me an investigation check really fast. Yeehaw. Investigation, investigation. That's not a real skill. Never mind, I lied because I have proficiency. Would it possibly be able to assist them with this investigation?
Speaker: I think Phos would be doing this on his own, so I don't think so. I mean, if you want to help, I'm open to it, but it is a crit fail. Anything but a crit fail. What is your bonus? Three. God. You're killing me. Okay. All the juicy lore bits now.
Speaker: So go ahead and assist with that, Larry. We'll say that Tiller came up and saw Fosk really staring at this thing, but just a nice little befuddled look. Just go ahead and give me another investigation check. All right. Me or Fosk? You. You. OK. OK. All right. So investigation is a plus four.
Speaker: Oh no. I'm rolling on Brave, which is much slower. Okay, please. No, get off that two. Get off that two. This is slow motion. No. Please stay on the 12, at least. Come on, baby. Come on. No way, me, no way, me, no way, me, no way. We stopped. 12. That's four, 16. So 16.
Speaker: So you notice pretty glaringly that there is a slight issue with this gym because typically gyms you kind of leave alone. You don't write on them. You don't inscribe on them just because they are quite expensive most of the time. At least not gyms of this caliber. You do notice that there is a name inscribed on this.
Speaker: you see not quite something that you really understand because it seems as though this is written in some kind of language that you don't understand but you do recognize that it is like a
Speaker: a traditional naming structure. There is a name and then a last name, family name. However, you're not quite sure exactly what it says. It doesn't look like any language I've seen before, but it feels like this is a name.
Speaker: Oh, where is it? Right here, as I try to like point and like highlight the text, maybe try to use press the digitization to make a brighter spot of the same markings.
Speaker: I say, I say that, that could fly. Yeah. So, so Tiller points out the, the name, uh, TU Foske and you see it light up for a brief moment. So you're, you can find it more easily. It is very small. Oh, that's tiny. And, uh, you see the name Zestri Beltane written in Undercommon.
Speaker: Oh, here we go. The name rings a bell. Yeah, yeah, that does ring a bell. You're not sure why, you're not sure how, but it does. I... Hmm. That name rings a bell. I... I don't know where or how I...
Speaker: I don't know it, but this name is familiar to me. I may have to mind the last story mirror about it, its acquisition. Well, don't worry. Even if they died, they may have survived.
Speaker: So you said that you are setting the necklace aside? So is it just going to be on your person? Are you going to wear it or? Okay.
Speaker: Alright, so with the rest of everything, you guys are able to distribute amongst yourself the things that you have out of the chest and you go to leave the room.
Speaker: And there is a guard outside. This one looks like the guard that was in the formation from earlier. He's in, you know, full armor. Very large battle axe. That's all he says.
Speaker: D 'Elon's gonna crack his bone knuckles and he's gonna walk up to the guard and be like, just look him dead in the face and go, it's not your fault. And I'm just gonna keep saying that. And so he very stiffly walks and gestures for you to follow him.
Speaker: And as he leads you down the hallways that you came through previously, you are led back into the Grand Chamber. You see Dormir sitting on his throne in the middle, quite comfortable, and everyone kind of doing tasks around him. The few cultists that are at his feet, obviously praising, worshiping, doing the thing that cultists do.
Speaker: And, uh, that's about it. He looks at you, he smiles, and he waves. Okay, bye. Uh, just one moment, please. Arashka, uh, Arashka, please, just a moment here. And Foskle, like, carefully tiptoed his way.
Speaker: over to Dora Mirror not trying to seem like a threat or anything, probably trying to make himself seem extra small in this moment. And he'll approach Dora Mirror, you know, like very obviously not trying to be sneaky or anything. And he'll go, mister Dora Mirror. He looks at you.
Speaker: Oh, Fosk, what can I do for you? I do apologize. And Fosk will take out the item of interest from earlier. Oh, the moon amulet. Did you take a liking to it?
Speaker: I think I may have history with it. I was wondering how it came into your position. In history, you say. It's a small world, isn't it? Let's see.
Speaker: something that pretty, we must have taken off of a body somewhere. We don't typically do the raiding and attacking. However, we could have potentially picked that up along the way or maybe an adventurer or two decided to drop it off.
Speaker: Let me ask my treasure acquisition expert. He should know just a bit more about that. And you see him flick a lever on the side of his chair and from the ceiling pops down
Speaker: a cage very slowly lowered by a chain much thicker than you think it ought to be for such a small cage and you see a reddish
Speaker: pinkish, imp -like creature just kind of sitting in the cage, very dejected looking. And Dormir looks at it. Oh, Fifi, it's time for you to look at something. And you see the the you now know as Fifi turn around.
Speaker: Oh, what is it now? What do you want? Why do you keep me here for so long? Fifi, shut up and do your job. I'll cook you and eat you. You know, I will. You know, you can't do that. I'm immune to fire. You stupid fat man. Okay. What am I looking at? What is this? Uh, and the imp holds the, his, uh, tiny little handout. Yeah. Fosquill very cautiously.
Speaker: offer the the moon amulet to Fifi? Fifi very genuine genuinely gingerly takes it oh interesting well this amulet is not quite that old
Speaker: It looks to be definitely handmade by some of the finest craftsmen I've ever seen before. It definitely came from the town of... What's that little place called? Soralvia, I think is what they called it. Yeah, yeah, that's right. Soralvia. This comes from that little town.
Speaker: That's a nice little place. I've been there once or twice, I think. I see a name on here. It doesn't seem like it was put on there by original owner. It's very thinly and misshapenly carving, but it looks like maybe an uneducated person. So this looks like it was maybe stolen before it was taken, before we got it.
Speaker: If I'm running this through my head, right? This person? Beltane. I know that name. Beltane. That is a noble family, isn't it? It is, yeah. Beltane? Yeah, noble drow family.
Speaker: This definitely left the Underdark in their hands. Had to have. But they definitely did not get this by proper means. This was stolen. 100 % by this Zestre Bell train, who I guess decided to inscribe their name on this, making it infinitely less valuable.
Speaker: But that's pretty much all I can tell you. This definitely didn't... Well, hold on. When did we get this? Looking at the dust and the grime, I can tell that we've had this for quite some time. Maybe a few decades, perhaps? Someone definitely came through here and we'll say dropped it on their way out.
Speaker: Hmm. That's really all I can tell you. Someone definitely came here at some point in time and left this here. I'll be it living or dead, but they left it here. Oh, thank you. Thank you very much.
Speaker: Yeah, that's what I'm unfortunately here for. But yeah, just put me back in my room, Dora Mere, you stupid fat man. Just eat me already. You talk about it all the time. You just need me too much. Oh, Fifi, very laughable. I love you. And now go back into your room and play with your little toys. They're not toys, I told you. These are action figures, OK?
Speaker: They're not toys. They're not dolls. I heard you people around here call them dolls. They're action figures. I can have action figures of the demon lords if I want to. That's my job. I can do whatever. Looks like a doll to me. You can't even see it. How do you know, skeleton? I can see right through that armor.
Speaker: They're not dolls. If someone else calls them dolls, I'm going I'm going I'm going to go crazy. I'm telling you, man. What is the gender norms of playing with dolls in this day and age? The gender norms? Never mind. It's I like the only question I have is if you have one.
Speaker: Do I have fun? Of course I have fun with my action figures. Then action figures, not dolls. Then I think that's all that matters. Where do we even get the doll? Darn it, put me back in my room. I can't take it anymore.
Speaker: Have fun, buddy. Bye. Enjoy your action, figures. All right, I'll send you up. And he yanks the lever back and he goes shooting into the ceiling. Bye, have fun with your dolls of action. Bye, have a wonderful time. Thank you. Is that all you needed, Fosk? Yes, thank you very much. Oh, Fifi, a pleasure, isn't it?
Speaker: He's been up there for at least 40 years now, and I've used him indispensably. I see. But, uh, if that is all you needed, you're free to go. Thank you. I look forward to our lasting friendships should you ever decide to visit once more. And remember, may Creara grind your way. Okay. Gotcha.
Speaker: Why buy a doodle mouse? Crash guy! Wait, what was his name, right? Doraomir. Doraomir! Ah, this little goblin is quite intriguing. Yes, yes, that's the word for it. I think you're stinky too! Bye!
Speaker: intriguing, not stinky. It means he finds you interesting. So the guard, uh, continues to lead you out of the temple and into the, uh, into the darkness. And, you know, at the doors, he stands aside and goes, ah, ah, ah.
Speaker: And then turns around and walks away. And so you, uh, I assume begin on your way back to the city.
Speaker: Back, back to good old Velstrix Heights. Um, so you basically begin moving the way that you remember. Now, mind you, I believe each and every one of you, if I remember correctly, have dark vision except for one of you, which one? It was Deilon, I think. The skeleton does not have dark vision. Girl.
Speaker: Right. There is no sight there in the first place, I guess, technically. You can hold my hand if you want. I have a torch. So, as you move on, Delon's torch lighting the way. You feel the ground shake. You're about halfway back from where you are, in the middle of those hills where you got attacked the first time. And you feel the ground shake a bit. Oh no, did Dormio fall over?
Speaker: No, no, no, my face is not good. And you, after a few more seconds of walking, you feel the ground shake once more. Okay, that wasn't me this time. Can we get a sense for what direction it's coming from, maybe? Nope. You feel the ground shake. Oh joy. Okay, I've got a plan. I run that way, and you run that way.
Speaker: Wait, wait, don't start running. Hey, what's up? Is there any tree close by? There are no trees close by, at least that you can see within, we'll say, 100 feet. You also can't see much of anything else either. You just feel the ground shaking every few seconds. Dannon, lift me up. The ground won't know I'm here.
Speaker: That is a good idea. I'm gonna pick him up. So Deelan picks Roshka up, and Roshka, you feel the shakes a little less violently nowadays. And as you walk a little further, you feel the ground shake really hard one time. And then it stops.
Speaker: we should gizzy fuck out of dodge as they say
Speaker: So as you walk with a much more hastened pace, um, who's in front? I'm first. I would probably try to rush ahead to make sure to try to see what I can see ahead of us. I can get any details and your passive perception is 15.
Speaker: Yeah, you don't see it. So you're walking, hastened, on guard, and then suddenly you see a very large black figure launch at you from the shadows, from the sky. And it knocks you back. It's going to knock you into the rest of your party members.
Speaker: Each of you are going to take three bludgeoning damage. Do I absorb even more of the damage? Because Daelon threw me against the... Yeah, I throw a Roshka at it. We'll say you do four, Roshka. Roshka, no! Good job, Roshka! And so you see what looks to be the leg of something
Speaker: And that is the only thing that you can see because it is very tall, very high up.
Speaker: So you notice that around you are the rest of the four legs. So there is as it lowers down, you notice this is a very large creature, something that you have never seen, never heard of.
Speaker: I have no idea what this is. But it looks to be some type of, like, spider -adjacent creature. It's got four long, black, like, piercing legs with very gnarly claws at the very end of each one of them that kind of dig into the ground. And you notice it has a fairly ocular body. It's like an orb.
Speaker: The mouth is on the bottom, filled with rows and rows of very sharp, thin, pointed teeth. It doesn't seem to have any eyes or anything, but you notice that it is completely blocking off each of the paths through the hills with each of its legs. And you are stuck in the middle of a small clearing with a very large creature looming over you.
Speaker: A very large creature with teeth. Yep. How how wide is this creature? Size would be 30 feet, probably. All right. He can't see us. We don't move. Go ahead and roll initiative for me.
Speaker: uh that'd be an eight dirty 20 you filthy filthy nasty a dirty 20 who is the dirty 20 17 plus three go ahead and put your go ahead and put your initiatives in the chat for me i got a whopping
Speaker: Elon used all of his speed to throw Rashgad in. That's payback. Four. Awesome. When do the pinball technique? This works perfectly. It is the creature's turn first. Oh, kind of. So. Rashgad, no. Who is it going to land on first? That will be Tiller. Tiller, no. So.
Speaker: You see the creature kind of lean itself all the way down towards the ground and attempts to bite you. And that is going to be a 25 to hit. It hits. And that'll be, oh.
Speaker: Uh, five piercing damage. It's fine. I can take him. I disagree. Okay. Um, are you still okay? Yeah. Okay. Out of character, we're still a level one, right? Correct.
Speaker: So technically that is eight points of damage being done to you currently. Yep. Still alive. All right. And now it's going to swing one of its legs at Roshka. I defy you beast! So that'll be a 27 to hit. That's Roshka, no! And I need you to make a dexterity saving throw for me. Don't worry, Roshka, no! That's a better one! Roshka, no!
Speaker: So, okay, alright. Once again, very low roll. That is going to be six points of bludgeoning damage. So, you watch the leg smack Roshka against the hill and Roshka sits there, I'm assuming motionlessly.
Speaker: Are you unconscious now? Yep. Awesome. OK. That's the saddest little sound. So that will bring us to well, not Russia. Foske. Ah, ah. Um, this isn't a good. Crap. Foskell kind of right over to Tiller.
Speaker: You know, maybe if there's two tasty people in one area, it'll be inclined to find Fosk tastier since he didn't just have a chump taken out of him or something. And I'll have Fosk fire a short bit at one of the remaining legs. Okay. Roll to hit. Alrighty. Hopefully attempting to disable spider. That'd be a 25 to hit. 25 is going to hit.
Speaker: Yeah. Okay. That'd be six points of damage. Awesome. Okay. Anything else? Um, is it a bonus action or an action to empty out, um, ball bearings? We'll say that that's a bonus action. Okay. Gonna try and empty out a bag in the relative area of one of the legs if possible.
Speaker: Uh, maybe it'll trip or something. How big are these wall bearings? Uh, they're itty bitty tiny, teeny tiny. It's, it's a survival situation. It's like maybe, maybe in, uh, uh, two inches in circumference total. Roger that. And that'll be my turn. Please don't die. Tiller, Trashka, you especially.
Speaker: unconscious over there. Plask, are you clicking your mouse? No. Hmm. Interesting. Were you clicking your mouse? No. Hmm. Also interesting. Subs, not intentionally. If I did, I didn't realize I am fiddling with something else. That might be what it is. Is it a pin?
Speaker: No, it's a, it's a bent plastic spork that I found. Ah, okay. That'll definitely do a click egg noise too. Well, they were just going like click, click, click, click, click, just a second ago. We're just going to say that that was a spider though. It's making noises with its mouth. Yeah. Uh, that's you. All right. Um, we're going to go with the old tried and true and, uh,
Speaker: I'm gonna throw a javelin at it. Okay, where are you throwing? Where is the spider relative to me? Completely over you.
Speaker: completely over me yeah so there's uh there's a leg pretty much close to you in any direction um probably about 15 feet in either direction uh the body itself is probably standing about 10 feet over you after it just leaned down to nibble on oh okay well then i won't throw it i'll just jab it in the stomach then right okay so uh go ahead
Speaker: Okay, that is a 21 to hit. That does not hit. It doesn't hit? Okay, so 25 hits, but a 21 doesn't. That's terrible. That's terrifying. Okay. So as you go to poke the javelin with all of your skeleton and bony mite, you see it pokes it, but does nothing. It just kind of flinks off.
Speaker: Wow. Yeah, so what else can you do? Run? That's really about it. Right? OK. So I'm going to do that. Just so you're aware, any direction you want to move, you're going to have to either get onto difficult terrain uphill,
Speaker: because it's quite hilly and rocky. And he has blocked every path that you can leave from. So if you leave through a path, attack of opportunity. If you leave through difficult terrain, you can't move nearly as much. You know what? You said that it's hilly, right? So I can get up high? Yes. I'm going to do that. OK. So we'll say it takes probably about 15 feet of your movement to go ahead and get to the hue.
Speaker: Yeah. And then if I can, I'll just start climbing it. OK. And I'm going to just so we don't have to keep going back. But I'm just going to keep climbing it until I get above this thing. OK. We'll say you got about five feet up it just there. All right. I will return to that. Taylor, your turn.
Speaker: All right. The intention of my question is did he, I was confused by his movement. Did he move away from the creature on top of the creature? Where'd he go? Do a deal on. Yeah. Deal on, uh, up a hill, technically away, but since it's over the top of all of you, uh, it's still kind of in its vicinity. How, how far away is he? Deal on to you or to the dealer? Deal on to me.
Speaker: Uh, I'd say probably somewhere in the realm of 25 feet ish. I move over to Roshka. I put my hand on his body and then I say in a loud voice, get out of here. Everybody. As I use my ability to teleport Roshka into the Alon's arms with my bonus action, right? Yep. Spring step. Cool.
Speaker: That was also the spring step right there. Yeah, then I use my action to dodge and try to look at Fost preparing to die. Roger that. And I try to use the rest of my movement to get around it to distract it to eyesight from my party members.
Speaker: Right. OK. So we're basically getting sound effects for free. So we have the clicking of the spider and then the magic of the spring step just there. So it's back up to the spider stern. Since now Roshka and Dilan are next to each other, it's going to go ahead and smack at them with advantage because you're on, you know, you're climbing.
Speaker: Oh, that's a natural 20. Fuck. Throw a rash guy at it. That is so annoying. I rolled a one and a two. So that brings us to the grand total of seven bludgeoning damage. Seven A. Seven A, yes.
Speaker: Uh, that will knock you back quite a bit. You are now off of the Hill and, um, we'll just say you go ahead and take an extra. No, you don't. You're only like five feet up. So you're good. Uh, so yeah, seven damage. Uh, Rashka, go ahead and add one fail to your death saves. Fuck to me, Taylor. Uh,
Speaker: Roshka, go ahead and roll for saves, please. That is a success. So that'll go ahead and move us on back to Fosk. Oh, wait, it didn't do its bite. Hold on. Let me do its bite really fast. So it's going to bite.
Speaker: Well, since you stood right next to Tiller, it's gonna bite you, Fosk. Thank goodness. That is another 24 to hit. Yeah, that hit, in theory. That is going to be... Ooh, buddy. How much health do you have currently? Seven. What's your maximum health? Ten.
Speaker: Whoo, buddy, that is 14 points of piercing damage. So, Phos, go ahead and roll death saves for me. Yeah, we're gonna go back. Instead of whatever was about to happen there. Will that be an eight, Chef? Oopsies, sorry. Eight? Yeah. That is one failure. One failure on my end. Oof.
Speaker: Okay, so there is no way that that is not a mouse clicking. Oh, I tapped the I tapped it this time. Okay, so, um, yeah, so that'll bring us to the along. Well,
Speaker: things are looking pretty fucked I'm and it knocked me all the way down again huh it did fuck well only thing I can do is throw a javelin so that's what we're gonna do I'll
Speaker: 22 22 does hit okay cool that is fuck yeah a whopping six points of damage noted yeah awesome that'll be my turn
Speaker: So that'll bring us to Tiller. But before you do that, you begin to hear a roaring noise coming from somewhere in the vicinity, almost like
Speaker: wind rushing through somewhere. And it's getting louder and louder. So go ahead and do your turn, Tiller. Tiller is going to go over because I misinterpreted what you were saying. I didn't know that Dilan was climbing on top of the creature. I thought he was climbing like away. I mean, technically, he was climbing away the best he could. Yeah, so that means
Speaker: I wouldn't have done that then. I didn't really understand. My apologies. So I'm just going to take the dodge action because there's nothing I can do. Bonus action shit lately. OK. Oh, that was my turn. Action, bonus action, nothing else. Can't do anything. Right, right, right.
Speaker: So the roaring gets quite louder and louder and louder. And as this creature begins to move, you see something in the sky light up really bright in this bright, um,
Speaker: like bright blue flashing light and you notice it get quite close and close and close and the area around you is lit up is lit up in that same blue light and
Speaker: as this orb gets a little closer you see it smash into this creature making it fall over and it hits the ground in front of all of you and that will do eight points of healing to those of you who are still standing
Speaker: And it will stabilize and do half as much to those of you who are not standing. So it will stabilize and do four points of healing to those of you who have been knocked out, that being Roshka and... Okay, I thought so. Had to recall really fast. And in the midst of all of this, you do notice that
Speaker: there is a figure standing in this area which is now lit up by the same bright blue uh just kind of like fire that is now kind of sitting around the place uh you notice someone that is you know a slightly uh shorter than average humanoid woman seems kind of half elfish pale in skin color uh body is quite frail uh
Speaker: her eyes are kind of glazed over even similar to that of glaucoma or cataracts or something you know you see
Speaker: Yeah, you see that kind of sheen over her eyes. But you can see beyond that, maybe a little bit of color of a bluish purple. She looks quite quite regal, but also sad and tired in this very nicely tailored dress that definitely has seen some wear and tear over time.
Speaker: And you are no longer in initiative order, because combat is finished. And Amy, that's all you. Ouch. Ouch. Oh, I love seeing those stupid... Oh, their landings are horrible.
Speaker: Wow. Oh, is the creature among still alive by any chance? Uh, it may be, but it is a, it is knocked over and not moving. I will slide over in front of it and start scratching where I think it's like between its eyes are.
Speaker: I'm gonna say, hey, little one, I'm sorry I landed on you. Are you okay? You don't get much of a response. Aw. Did these mean adventurers stop you from having your lunch? Is this what happened? Are you tired? Are you hungry? And I give him... Do I have any rations, maybe?
Speaker: I have a couple of rats. More than likely not. I will turn to whoever said the rats. Do you have rats? No, I don't. Sorry, I just wanted to see my health bowl.
Speaker: I think it would be best if we all leave quickly and let this poor creature rest. You've damaged it already. Heavily.
Speaker: Yeah, sorry. He kinda bit us now. He smacked me. Well, I'm guessing it's hungry and you may or may not have walked into its territory of... or at least where it hunts, so... Again, I urge us all to walk away very quickly. Yeah, yeah, don't have to tell me, please. Sure.
Speaker: I don't know the way, though. Uh, till I would walk around and just wonder what's happened. Uh, you fell asleep. Uh, uh, there's, uh, I don't know. You know what? I'm going this way.
Speaker: Okay, so a Fosk is leading the group in whatever direction. That direction just so happens to be the correct direction, and you begin to recognize things that you saw on your way in. You notice the same path slash road that you originally came in on.
Speaker: and you begin to follow it back to Velstrix Heights and you see the very large gate that you came out of in the first place and that same troublemaker standing on the ramparts just waiting. Enjoy. Is there a reason why we're not going through the gates? Really quickly?
Speaker: He's kind of a poopy head. We don't have proof of entry. And to get in we would have to pay more than what we have. So is it fair to say that you gained entry in less than lawful means? Not by choice. Not intentionally unlawful. I was teleported by God. She's like this big blue lady. I don't know if that's legal though.
Speaker: Oh yeah, this is God Teleport Central, it appears. Who do I see at the door exactly? Who's guarding it? So no one's at the door specifically. They're all kind of up there on top of the wall, on the ramparts, as you would say. It's just one person. He's kind of standing there and waiting on something.
Speaker: I approach and cut my hand and put it on the door.
Speaker: like you you cut your hand with if I recall yes the way to enter the first time involved some kind of bloody entrance but that was my temple I'm not entirely sure where I am right now but I might as well try the same thing maybe it will work maybe it won't so as you do that the guy on top
Speaker: uh sits there for just uh just a moment and then looks at you really weird uh whoa whoa what are you doing uh apologies i thought this was one of those you know healing doors that i've heard so many things about um
Speaker: You're putting blood on on my door. I will take it back. I will clean your door. Yeah, you're going to have to pay a fine for that because I'm going to have to clean the door. I will clean your door. You can't clean the door. You don't know how to clean the door. I got to clean the door now, so you have to pay a fine for me to clean the door. Tell you what, I'll pay your fine and then you'll clean the door and then open it and then we'll leave. Oh, I'm not opening that. Where's your where's your proof of entry, huh? Where's paperwork?
Speaker: Why would I need paperwork? Because you need paperwork to get into this town. And yet here we are inside Sans paperwork. How do you explain that? You're not inside yet. You're just outside of the door. Are you sure? Because I think you're outside of the door and we're on the inside and we're just trying to get out. I would like to roll a persuasion, please.
Speaker: I want to help with that. Go ahead. It's going to be fine. Don't worry about it. OK, I have a total of twenty five. Oh, I'm pretty sure I'm on the inside and you're on the outside, but you're you're you're making me think about it. But even if you were on the inside trying to get outside,
Speaker: You'd still have to have exit paperwork, which you didn't wait. Who are you? I know you, but who are you? What is your paperwork? I don't need the paperwork. We've already talked about this. I don't I don't know about that one. I mean, I talked about this already. I don't need the paperwork. I think you do. I don't. I think you do. I can't hold a fight for his wisdom saving throw. He's really confused. Oh, how do we know you are who you say you are?
Speaker: Yeah. Because I'm a guard and I have the armor and the symbol and. You could have got that armor anywhere. No, no, no, no. Handcrafted, hand tailored. It has to fit your body. And if you gain or lose too much weight, you have to get a new pair of armor. I mean, that looks. Whoa, whoa. Hold on, guys. I don't understand that many voices coming at me at once. This is this is worse than this is worse than the town square.
Speaker: You know how many people try to heckle you out there? I'm telling you, man. Like I said, you need entry paperwork. If you don't have the entry paperwork, you can't get in. Unless... You pay the fine. I don't pay the fine. I'm in here. Drama school? What is drama school? What is that?
Speaker: The the place where you learn to do dramatic pauses like unless. Oh, I just kind of did that on my own. But yeah, I guess I went to drama school. Maybe I would like to speak to your manager. I don't know what that is. So where do we get this paperwork like inside? OK, so to get inside, we need the paperwork that we would get if we were inside. Right. I guess it's kind of a poopy hand.
Speaker: But to get inside, you need to have the paperwork to get inside. So you can't get inside and get the paperwork to get inside because you don't have the paperwork to get inside. That just sounds like getting inside with extra stuff. You know what I mean? Where are we? Oh, hello, Mr. Pretty lady. I'm Roshka. By the way, I forgot to say that earlier. Hi, Roshka. You look very cute.
Speaker: Thank you. So let me get this straight. In order to get inside, we need to get inside to get the paperwork to get inside, but we can't get inside because we don't have the paperwork to get inside, to get the papers to get inside. Right.
Speaker: That sounds like, that sounds like. I don't think this is very confusing. That sounds exactly what we want to do with extra steps. So maybe you should just let us inside so we could get the paperwork and then we'd come back out here and then we'll give you the paperwork. And then, you know, everything is Okey Dokey. Then you would need exit paperwork. Yeah. May I please roll an insight to save? Is he on a power trip or this is actually the process? No, this is. Go ahead and roll insight. Because I'm very. You can ask your friends as well.
Speaker: I would ask how much is paranoia? How much you got on you? My instead is sixteen. Sixteen, you know that he is just saying all of this. OK, there is the paperwork, but it's not hard and fast. You don't necessarily need it to get in and out. OK, I think I think you're just being kind of a dick. I'm not going to lie to you, man to man or skeleton to man. You're being kind of a dick.
Speaker: Uh, once again, just like we talked about last time, I'm also a skeleton. Oh, that's right. You are also skeleton skeleton to skeleton. Then you are being kind of a dick right now. I mean, come on. And you are really trying to pick my bone by not paying this fine. I mean, you're, you're picking my bone by trying to pick my wallet. I mean, you know, always fell in love in the world. I'm trying to pick your wallet, not your bone. You're trying to pick my bone. I'm trying to pick your wallet.
Speaker: Well, I mean, picking my wallet is picking my bone. I mean, come on. I am, I am, uh, you broke. Yeah, I know. I see. Exactly. So, uh, you know, you could not be, uh, how do they say in, uh, common, uh, in a school, uh, and you could let us inside, uh, let us go and turn in our quest and then we get paid. And you know, I take you out for a couple of drinks and then, you know, maybe we could start off on the right foot.
Speaker: but I don't drink and neither do you. You're not very good at this whole convincing thing. You guys really need to get a friend. Like, I don't know who this lady is, but you guys need to pick up another friend that can get you in. You're being a pain in my femur right now. Oh, I'll be a pain in something else in a second if you don't shut up. Don't threaten me with a good time.
Speaker: DM, may he please enroll a Wisdom 17 saving throw as I will roll. I will do the command spell. He fails. Excellent. So what it looks like is all these beautiful blue lights that you saw that made everything look a little brighter. They kind of come back.
Speaker: Um, everything about this character turns a little more refined, a little more majestic one would say. This, this seems, um, this is just to him, correct? Yes. Right. Um, and, um, uh, and we would look up and say, you have delayed me enough. Me and my posse have business in the city.
Speaker: Open the door now. He looks at you, stops for a brief moment. Oh.
Speaker: Oh, we weren't expecting you anytime soon. Oh, okay. Let me check my books really fast and then he turns around, nothing happens, and he turns back around. Ah, okay, you're good. Yep, go ahead. Guys, open the gates. They're good, they're good, they're good. And the gates in front of you open. And you are now allowed entry into Velstrix Heights.
Speaker: I see goodness. Wow. Appreciate the magic there. What do you mean magic? It's just being polite and direct. Yeah, she's really good at talking about stuff. Can you teach me how to talk? Oh, you said I'm gonna eat you one day.
Speaker: All right, so you guys make your way back to the guild hall to turn in your quest and Once again, you are greeted by a quite large line of
Speaker: However, you notice that on the other side, there is a much smaller line that says, quest return. I appreciate the speediness of today. I think we should head over to the smaller line this time. Unless, D 'Elon, you have a want to work your magic. You know what I love doing.
Speaker: I'm going to immediately tap on the person in front of me. So is this in the longer line or the shorter line? Can we turn on our quest in both lines or just the return line? I don't know. You were never told.
Speaker: Well, it does say return, so I'll probably stick the safe bet and go to the short line. Okay, so the first person that you come in contact with, the first person you were tapping on the shoulder of, is a very stout and large dwarven man. Nice fiery red hair and beard, a very large war hammer on his back, much larger than he is. I'm gonna get down to his eye level and hold on.
Speaker: I'm gonna give Dylann space to - What? What do you want? Uh, I'm gonna get down to his eye level and look at him very sincerely and be like, Hello, my name is Dylann. What is your name? Eh, I call me the Smasher. What do you want? Smasher, I just want to let you know that it is not your fault. Do you hear me? It's not your fault.
Speaker: Uh... I want him to reflect on this. What are you on about?
Speaker: It's, I'm just going to keep saying it's not your fault. I'm going to bring them in for a hug persuasion. Okay. So you pull them in for that hug and, um, he, he looks for a second.
Speaker: I mean, I didn't mean to. You might be right. It's not my fault. I need to put this... I need to put this hammer down. I need to stop this and just settle down. You're right. It's not my fault. It's not your fault. Bring it in. Bring it in. Yes, go over there and try it out. That's when he gets out of line.
Speaker: I'll look back at Tiller to do like a fedora tip. Realizing that as more things change, they always stay the same. It's better to embrace. I'm going to go. Go ahead. Sorry. That was the end of my field. I'm going to go up to the next person and I'm going to tap him on the shoulder. He'd be like, Hey, so, uh,
Speaker: that the guy over there? Don't you see the dwarf that is crying? You're you tap the shoulder of get another dragonborn man. Fairly similar to last time might be related. Looks at you. Yeah.
Speaker: What's he all about? Well, he's crying because he's actually in love with you. He just told me himself. And I think that you should go and console him. Even if you don't love him back, you know, I understand you two might be star -crossed rangers and all. But, you know, just tell him, hey, you know, maybe we could be friends and, you know, make him feel better because I mean, look at him. He is a mess. He is a mess. I'm going to flip a coin.
Speaker: Heads. He actually does love this dwarf and has been waiting for this his whole life. Tails. He's going to look at you like you're crazy. God. Yes. It's heads. Yeah. So he looks at you. You see tears forming in his eyes.
Speaker: He said that. Really? Yeah, he told me. He's like the dragonborn that is in front of me. I am just so in love with him. I see him all the time in here. And he really wants to talk to you, but he is too scared. He is a damaged man, you see. And how damaged? Adventuring is a damaging work. So we don't talk about our feelings very much. I think it would be good for you.
Speaker: We used to work in the same little tax collection building. He said some very hurtful things not that long ago. We parted ways and we both took up adventuring to console our sorrows. I can't believe he said it.
Speaker: Yeah, so, I mean, you know, he was damaged when he said all of those things, and I'm sure that he does not mean them, which is probably why he is such a mess now. He did mention that he had some very big regrets, so you should go check on him, like now. Okay, okay, okay. And then he runs over there, and then you see both of them just kind of crying and hugging on to each other. All in a day's work, deal on. All in a day's work.
Speaker: All right, who's next? I'm going to go on the next guy. So there's a woman in front of you. I'm going to lean down and be like, hey.
Speaker: She turns around, looks at you as a drow woman in fairly nice clothes. A little different than you would see in your average adventurer. She turns around. What?
Speaker: So I don't want to alarm you or anything, but there is a guy outside Big I'm just gonna generalize it Just just just to make her think that there is a guy out there Just be like yeah, there's a guy out there. He's you know kind of big Kind of muscular has kind of like a scraggly bead. He says that you owe him money and that you stink
Speaker: And kind of being next to you, I kind of get the stink thing. I have some deodorant if you would like, but yeah, he does not look friendly. Roll persuasion again. Why do I have deodorant when you're a skeleton? Don't worry about it. Bones stink too. That is a 22.
Speaker: And it makes sense because she looks like she's in nicer clothes, so she could very well owe money to someone. I can't stand you. And a 22. I'm going to roll against that. I'm not going to give this to you. A two. Okay. I'm tired of this. So she looks, you see fear just plastered on her face all of a sudden. He's here.
Speaker: Yeah, he had a couple of buddies with him, said that... No, no, no, I can't be right. They're supposed to be in the town over. No, he's here looking for you. He said he's here? Yeah, he's looking for you, specifically. How do you know who I am? Well, I guess my name does get around a little bit. Yeah, everybody knows who you are. Quite popular in these parts. What's your name? He is Luton. Don't worry about him.
Speaker: Well, I can still, I can still tell him. Do you not want me to tell him? I think that's not a good idea. I think the low tone might be working with him. Oh, oh, you're right. Yeah, you should probably get out. And you see her very slowly start to pull a dagger out of her pocket. No, no, no, no, don't do that. No, don't do that. That's a bad idea. Oh, you're right. Not in the guild hall. You're right. You're right. I'll help you out. Okay. I'm going to go upstairs. Yes, I will. You just don't tell them you saw me, right?
Speaker: Yeah, I won't say anything. I have your back. I'll give you, I'll give you 55 shelves to not say anything. Okay, that works. I'm totally with that. I will distract the Luton so he doesn't see where you go. So he can't snitch on you too. Right. Okay. All right. Here's the 55 shelves and she hands you and you see her literally disappear. Is the line clear now? There is one more person in line, but they are just gotten finished with.
Speaker: All right. I'll look back at the party and see like, oh, let the days work, my friends. And we made some shelves as well. I don't know. It seems weird. So, uh, you, you see, uh, as a separate person this time, it's, it's not shill this time, the demon twin sister, uh, since this is the return side.
Speaker: You notice it's this, uh, warforged, uh, sitting there, uh, very large, much too large for the chair that they are sitting in, but it seems very sturdily made. And, uh, they're kind of like a rusted outside. They've been, you know, a lot of wear and tear. This is probably a quite old warforged. Um, and you, you hear a quite chipper voice come from it. Hello.
Speaker: My name is Amos. How can I help you? I love you. Taylor's just amazed by this thing. He's just, he's just like, whoa. Uh, we are here to - Uh, and then he stammers out. Uh, uh, we have a request to turn in. Okay. Uh, what is your guild's name? Well, not your guild, your party's name. My bad. Getting a little, uh, uh, crummy in the old age, you know? Decided on the misunderstood or something like that.
Speaker: Uh, the misunderstood, uh, new group. Oh, yes. I see right here. Uh, you, uh, would turning in on, what is it? A level two quest to clear out the temple that no one has been able to clear out. Yes. Okay. Uh, so we need some proof that you cleared them out. Some, some robes or something, a little bit of treasure, whatever, whatever will you, uh, just a little bit of proof to show us that you did it.
Speaker: Uh, we would pull out the, um, assortment of, uh, things that we were given. Oh, oh, bloody droves and not effects. Wow. That's a, that's quite interesting.
Speaker: Okay, well, we'll take the robes. Since it's, I mean, it's your quest, you guys can, you know, keep all the artifacts that you took. Minus that one. And he points to a small little statue with some, like, the garnet -encrusted eyes.
Speaker: I need that, that one, right there. If you don't turn that in, then I can't give you money. What is it? It's an artifact, I mean. Can I roll insight check? Yeah, go ahead. Oh well, can I read this Warforged?
Speaker: That's a 17. Yo. Roshka has a rare moment of clarity. I was about to say, that should be minus something. It's wisdom, so it's just plus zero. Okay. Okay, so you can tell that he's at least telling the truth about, you know, some of that statement. It's not really necessarily a lie. He does need it. It is a thing.
Speaker: Okay, you can have it! Excellent! Alright, so the total for this, since it was level 2, looks like it's gonna come out to... You see him kind of like moving some fingers around. I believe you may have agreed on something earlier, but since this was a quite difficult job and we kind of leveled it and lowered it so more people would go after it,
Speaker: I think we're going to total this one at a good 500 shelves for you.
Speaker: And you indicated that you would like it split five ways. It seems like you have an extra person here, but you said the fifth way was supposed to be like a party thing. So I can split this 100 gold each, 100 for each of you, and then 100 for, you know, the party thing. But it seems like you have an extra friend, so maybe to your friend and not the party thing? Well, looks like
Speaker: I guess it looks like that is exactly what we're going to do. Is everybody fine with that? She did save our lives. You know what? You can have my share. That's perfectly fine. You can take my share and make sure that if I need anything, you'll take care of me.
Speaker: Okay, so I'm doing a hundred to you three and then two hundred to the goblin. No, the party to me. Yeah, just give it to the dealer. Yeah, just give it to Tiller. So give all of it to Tiller or? What did you give all of it to Tiller? And then we will, they will divide it how they see fit.
Speaker: Right, okay. Well, that's what we thought in the original, but then they were like talking about sweating it some ways, so we said, okay, that's fine, whatever. But it seems like that may be the consensus nowadays, that you have a rational mind in your party now. So, here you go. Here's 500 shelves, and yeah, when you need another quest, just hop on the other line, and your shelf will take care of you, just like she did last time. All right, goodbye! Next guest!
Speaker: I immediately give a hundred shelves to deal on and a hundred shelves to bossk and then I mark 100 party in a little pouch 100 and whatever I have for me 100 and whatever our buddy over there and then 100 for the party or whatever is for me.
Speaker: OK, and now that you have acquired your shelves, completed your quest. We're going to go ahead and end it there. Excellent. Everybody say bye. Goodbye, everybody. It was a pleasure to meet y 'all. Take care.
