I am so excited to just bring you a little bit behind the scenes of some things that I've been working on that have just been so fun. So I want to talk to you about my Akashic Records training that I'm in because yesterday I had such an amazing call. And I think the messages that came through can be super helpful for you. I'm sure at least one of these messages will be super helpful.

And it's crazy because I was writing this extreme high after the call and just feeling so good, literally so freaking high vibe, so excited, buzzing with energy. And then I went on this hike with my mom and our friend.

Migraine Challenges and Recovery

and it was a very intense hike and it's kind of funny because I'm going to talk about the reading that I had like before this hike but anyways I ended up getting such a bad migraine like during and then afterwards that I've literally you guys have not done anything since yesterday like I had so many plans for myself this weekend of things that I needed to do and things that I wanted to do like I wanted to like meal prep and

I had a gene case reading this morning that I had to cancel. I have a presentation tomorrow that I'm super excited about, which I'll talk about a little bit more.

at the end of the episode because I think I haven't even informed you guys about it. But I had meant to finalize that presentation this weekend, couldn't do that. Like literally the worst migraine of my life where like I can only sleep. So yesterday I slept so long when I got home and then I woke up and like watched some episodes of

I think it's called The Good Boys or The Boys. I think it's called The Boys. It's this super good show that George has already watched in the past, but he is watching it with me again because it's my first time watching it. It is so good. It's about these superheroes, but they're kind of like anti-heroes.

anti superheroes. And I just feel like it like it has so many metaphors for like our government and things like one in real life. Like anyways, it's just super interesting. So I watched some episodes of that. We went to get food last night. And then this morning I woke up with again, the worst migraine, like it didn't go away. I slept really bad. So I let my client know that I wouldn't be able to be doing the reading, which I was like super sad about.

But I gave her like a three hour notice that I needed to reschedule. And then I just went back to sleep. And then I woke up and then I went to get, I went to 7-Eleven by her house to get Excedrin. I don't know if you guys have ever tried Excedrin or if you get migraines. I don't have, when I was younger, I had like prescription medication for migraines.

but I only got it. I never like got the prescription refilled because I just like used to really be scared to take medicine even just like normal medications. I still take ibuprofen like every now and then but etc is the only thing that helps with my migraines and I think I think it's because it has like caffeine built into it. It has to be horrible for you. It has like I was reading the bottle today and it has like 250 milligrams of aspirin, 250 milligrams of the

ibuprofen one like the nsd whatever i always forget like the abbreviations and like 65 milligrams of caffeine and that's in one pill and you're supposed to take two so that's like oh wow so that's yeah that's like about a hundred that's like about like a thousand milligrams of medication anyways

It has to be terrible for you, but that's the only thing that helps me. So the migraine kind of went away like around like two o'clock. Me and George went to eat sandwiches, came back, and then I just kind of like relaxed again for a while and was like, okay, I need to finalize the slides for tomorrow's masterclass.

Insights from Akashic Records Training

It's been a very strange weekend. It definitely didn't go how I planned. But I'm just, I was so excited with the Akasho Grecords training from yesterday. So I wanted to share it with you guys and just share some of the profound insights that came out of it because I think it's super helpful.

So yesterday was all about the present moment.

Confronting Fears in Meditation

So we went into the records and we went into breakout groups to, you know, be with our partner. And we were really, we opened each other's records and we're really focusing on the present moment. So it's like, we asked each other like, oh, like, what do you need right now? Like, what are you working on? What do you need guidance or help around? And so like, we would tell each other and then they would take us through like a guided meditation.

And I also want to preface this with, like, we've never done guided meditations like this before. And so, you know, my core wound, girl, my core wound in the G and Q's of inadequacy came up and I was like, oh my God, like, nothing's going to come through. Like, how am I going to be able to do a guided meditation

and actually have some sort of transformation. What if I'm stumbling over my words? What if none of the words come out properly? What if I'm totally blank and my mind just goes blank and I'm just dumb and nothing comes out? Or what if it doesn't make sense? Just all of those gracing thoughts that I think are just so human.

I was actually blown the F away by the meditation that I guided her through. And it's something that like, also is what I needed to hear, which was super cool.

Fitness Journey and Overcoming Intimidation

But first, I'm going to talk about the ones that I was guided through, actually, because I was like, first, so. So our beautiful teacher, Rebecca Lyons, that I always talk to you guys about.

She first gave us a little structure of the guided meditations that she does, and she practiced on me. She did me as an example. One of the things that I said I wanted to help with was my fitness journey. As you guys know, I talk about this often. I'm always up and down with my fitness journey.

Last year, 2022 and 2023, I was so on it and I felt so good and I felt so strong in all of my habits. And then I really fell off of it at the end of last year, mid to end of last year.

And so I've been trying to come back to it and I'm very happy to announce that I have been going to the gym. I think I told you guys that I bought that gym membership, a different one that's closer to my house. And I just like, when I first bought it, I hadn't gone in a while, but I went like all of last week and the week before that. So it's been like two weeks that I've been going.

I have been going to the gym and I'm starting with just like doing my steps like just so I can get comfortable because one of the things about me like before I did my finished journey was I was always very intimidated by the gym and I always felt like

self-conscious. I also I always felt like kind of like social anxiety or like oh like people are gonna think I'm dumb or they're like staring at me. Even though I know that they're not conceptually, I just feel very uncomfortable. Like I don't know if it's because I have so many so much open and like undefined centers in my human design, but I take in so much energy around me and it just like feels uncomfortable to be sometimes to be in places where there's a lot of people. And also I think a lot of people can relate to this, right? So

One of the things that helped me last year was when I was learning Quantum Reiki, I actually did this law on myself where I wasn't afraid of going to the gym anymore. The day that I put that law into my subconscious mind, it actually worked and that's how I was able to start going to the gym.

I was able to go to that gym. Now this is a new gym that I haven't been to. So it was kind of like scary to like start going again. So I just have started with like the treadmill and just getting my steps in. I have a goal of 10,000 steps a day. And obviously I can't always hit that, especially the last two weeks because it's been raining, like this like insane, raining, like literally like flooding storm has been in San Diego.

And so I'm like, Okay, so I can't walk outside. So even though it was raining, I still made a commitment to go to the gym. And I just watch like YouTube videos, just walk on the treadmill and get my steps in. So that's been helping me feel like safe and like acclimated. And so I feel really comfortable now at that gym. And so now the next step is to move on and do

different body days. So like legs, arms, back, blah, blah, blah. I'm going to start that next week. But anyways, so I told Rebecca that what I wanted help on in this current moment is my fitness journey.

Health Beyond Physical Appearance

And so she did the meditation with me and we discovered that the biggest limiting belief that I have is that

Oh, it doesn't matter anyways. Like each workout doesn't matter anyways because it's not making any difference. So that was really cool to be able to pinpoint that that is the limiting belief that I have because it's 100% true. That's why I always give up. That's why I'm always like up and down because I'm like, Oh, like I don't see physical results. And so it's like, Oh, like it doesn't even matter anyways. Like nothing's happening. Nothing's changing with my body. And so I'll give up.

And then as she guided me through it, I was able to make this realization that I have been placing so much importance on the physical body

And I had this realization in the meditation from my records that the physical body is the last thing that matters. As we are healthy and as we take care of ourselves, as we properly eat nutritious foods that make us feel good and give us energy, and as we move our body to just get the energy moving and to be strong and feel stable in our body and really take care of this vessel that we have,

then the physical part of it just naturally follows. It's like you're naturally going to lose weight over time if you're doing the things that would make you lose weight. It's not like, oh, the looking a certain aesthetic thing is the main goal. That really helped me because that's where I can get hung up is I don't see changes in my body. I was like, oh, wow, I didn't even realize that's what I was basing it off of.

And I even took like, because when I was on my finished shirtie and I was with my personal trainer, we would take, um,

like check-in photos every single week, so like weekly photos. And I remember, oh yeah, I wouldn't see changes in myself in the mirror, but then when I would look at my progress photos, I'd be like, oh my God, like I look so different. Even if like the weight on the scale isn't different, I would notice a difference in my body, like recompositioning itself, whatever that word is, recompositioning itself.

And so I was like, Oh my God, like that makes so much sense. And I had a rude awakening when I took some frickin progress photos at my mom's house this weekend when I was or not this weekend, but this week when I was dog sitting. And I was like, Oh my God, like I'm back to where I started my fitness journey. Like I'm like day one photos. And so I had a lot of like shame and just like,

It's not even shame, but I was just like, dang, all of the work that I did, it completely reversed itself. And so I was disappointed with myself. I'm not going to lie. And I also didn't realize how much I have gotten back to that place. I think I've been in a lot of self-denial of like, oh, it's not that bad. And not to say that how I look is bad. There's nothing wrong with my body. I freaking love my body. I actually feel really sexy and hot. But just looking at the photos, it's like, oh, yeah. Oh, gosh, Alyssa. I can definitely see.

Then I'm back to where I started. So anyways, with, it was just a really beautiful meditation because that she guided me through because it helped me see my limiting belief.

Aligning Health Goals with Intuition

And then she helped me see that my, oh, okay. Also my, so I talked to my higher self cause my higher self is my accountability buddy.

And she told me that what I need to focus on every day is stretching. And so it wasn't even like, Oh, like go to the gym seven days a week and train for like three hours in the gym. It wasn't even anything extreme. It was just like, Oh, you need to stretch every single day. And that makes sense because I've really been needed to get back into like more mobility because I feel like I am not that flexible anymore. And I just want to like really work on that. And so.

I also saw myself going to the gym and Rebecca guiding me through coming up with like a happy medium place of like, okay, can you

commit to a lifestyle that is like, you know, disciplined, but also it's like healthy. Like it's not like, it's like balanced. Like, Oh, if you don't feel well, or if you feel sick, obviously you're not going to force yourself to work out, but you're also going to hold yourself accountable. You know, so it's kind of like three days a week is, I think it's going to be my happy medium. And so I was like, Oh yeah, like that makes so much sense. And then when I was really tuning into my gene keys this weekend and another call I was in with Maria Henning, um,

where I'm in her readings on repeat course, which is all about readers and business. So she helps us with our reading businesses. We were setting goals for 2024. I was looking at my health goals.

And my sphere of radiance, the gift and city is intuition and clarity. And so it's like, okay, how can I infuse intuition and clarity into all of my health goals? It's like, okay, well, I can intuitively eat. I can intuitively know when to work out.

Another thing is like, if I want to be tapped into my intuition and clarity, because that brings me the most health, what do I need to do to not be in that space? And one of the things that came up was like, oh, social media, I realized that I have been so fricking addicted to scrolling, like, like,

It's ridiculous. I don't even realize how much I pick up my phone and scroll. That is cutting off all of my intuition and all my clarity because I'm so inundated by everyone else's energy and what everyone else is doing. One of the things to keep me very healthy and in my own space and lane is to not scroll on social media anymore. That's one thing I really committed to is I can go on there to post my stuff, but I don't need to be consuming other people's stuff. I think you might be able to relate to that too. If you feel like you've been having any energy leaks around

watching other people's stuff like for example if I see like fitness stuff or food stuff I get so freaking confused because I see oh eggs are bad eggs are good for you don't drink milk don't drink don't drink

like non-milks, like oat milk, almond, oh almond milk's bad for you, oat milk's bad for you, oh don't eat meat, oh eat meat, you know, it's like all of these different like diets and fads are so annoying and I think it's like on my explorer page because I like to watch a lot of like recipes, I do follow like fitness people and food things and so I'm always freaking confused of like what should I be eating and so my intuition and my clarity is completely destroyed because

I'm hearing from one person that carbs are horrible, but then I'm hearing from another person who is a vegan fitness person that she eats high carbs, high protein. And then this person over here says, absolutely no carbs, only eat meat. So it's like, oh my God, what am I supposed to be eating? And obviously logically I know that.

I'm my own person and I only know what's good for my body, but it's like if I'm constantly seeing these messages and it's something that I'm very struggling with right now, like fitness and food, if that's something that is so important in my life that I'm constantly struggling with, seeing all this different information is very conflicting and it's very confusing to me. And then also seeing people say like,

what their idea of what is a good workout, their idea of what is too much. These people ideas of saying like, Oh, it's not enough. It's like so confusing. So that is one commitment to myself to stay healthy is to stay in my lane, follow my intuition, stretch every night, and then like go to the gym when it feels good. And I always feel better when I go. So I feel very, very good. And

another thing that I really loved about it is like, I have my highest self as my accountability buddy. And this all came through in the records. And so it's really fun.

Discovering Suitable Fitness Activities

Like if you get an Akashic records reading, or if you ever get like a healing or a guided meditation, that it's very interactive, you know, like, unless you get a recorded one, but if you do get one where you're live, it's very attractive. So they, they or me, because I'm going to be doing this in the future can guide you through and like,

see what comes out, what living tomb beliefs you have, what guides or your highest self want to support you. It's just so much fun. So that was that one. And then the other cool thing is that, which I'll get to in a second, but when I was on the hike with my mom and I felt like giving up, I channeled my highest self who was my accountability buddy and she was with me, like helping me and pushing me forward. So that was really cool.

And I also had the freaking download that this is too much for me, that this is too much. It's too intense. It's too, yeah, just too high intensity. Like the length of it was already long enough. Like we did a five mile hike. I have no problem with the length of it. Like that's fine. I love walking, but it was the intensity. There were so many like very steep inclines and very steep

downhill areas and the sun was hot as hell. I didn't have a hat, I didn't have sunglasses, so my face was getting super overheated. We didn't bring water. I was not prepared for this hike at all because I didn't realize the intensity that it was going to be. In that moment, my intuition told me, Elissa, this is not good for you. Don't do this again.

I used to really push myself through HIIT workouts and I would always get extreme migraines afterwards. And I realized like on this hike that very extreme things that caused me to overheat are not good for me. Like high intensity things are not good for me. And if you look at your constitution in Ayurveda, I think that a lot of my body is, I think I'm Vata and Pitta. And for Pitta is like they already run like pretty hot and it's actually not good for them to do high intensity.

workouts that lead them to like, overheat, you know, like they have a lot of heat in their constitution of fire. And so there's other things that work better for them. And so I definitely want to look more into that and find out like ways that like, I think just like weightlifting.

Heavy low reps is better for me than like for sure full body high intensity workouts. No, thank you No, thank you and that's not even and and it's okay, you know like it's good to know these things about ourselves the old me would be like Oh my god, like you're like

come on like why can't you do a high intensity workout like you're being lazy or like you're lying like you can do it you just don't want to do it and it's not that i don't want to do it it's that i know that it makes me feel really sick and that's why i've had a migraine now for 48 hours like with nausea like oh my gosh okay

So anyways, so the next, okay, so we go into the breakout rooms going back to the Akashic Records

Challenges with Meal Prepping and Routines

training. So we go into the breakout rooms and I tell my partner that now the next thing I want help with is food. Because one thing about me that I really struggle with recently, well, I've always struggled with this, but this is like really coming up recently, is like I eat out a lot. I get takeout a lot. For some reason, I have some weird, like recently, some weirded version to cooking.

And when I was on my fitness journey, I was meal prepping and it worked out so well for me because as a generator, like

say when it comes lunchtime, it's so hard for me to choose what to eat if I don't have something to respond to. So if I don't have someone there asking me like, oh, do you want this? Like, what do you feel like? Do you feel like this? Do you feel like that? What about this? If it's just me sitting there at my desk trying to think about what I want, like open-ended question style, I will sit there for so long and waste my lunch break and be so stressed out because I don't know what to eat. So

meal prepping really serves me because it's already ready. There's nothing to think about. There's no decision to make. It's just ready. And so I wanted help to get back to cooking and to eating healthy because I'm wasting money, so much money, time, and just eating out is not serving me anymore.

And so it was really cool because she like guided me through this meditation. And it was a really cool visualization of me as my higher self, like looking in the fridge and seeing like, what is in there? You know, like, what am I grabbing? And so I was grabbing the healthier options. And I was able to like intuitively figure out things that I actually want to eat. And so that really helped me so much because again, I can be so

like I struggle so bad with this. I think also this is why because my north node is in Aquarius in the sixth house and the sixth house is all about like

like daily routines like health wellness um being of service to others like work daily work and stuff but really like those like routines health and wellness and so like food for me is always hard like it's always so hard and it's just i don't know if you can relate but it's just something that i really really struggle with and so the

it was so cool to be in this meditation and actually see myself grabbing things that I wanted to eat and it felt good, it felt healthy, it felt yummy. And then again, I connected to my highest self and

we asked like, okay, what is the next action step? And so it was to clean out the fridge, completely throw everything away. That's no longer serving me. Go grocery shopping, buy all new stuff that fits with like the meal preps that I want to make and then just like meal prep for the week. And so I was like looking forward to this. I was so excited. Like I already had my list. Like I was going to go to Trader Joe's and then I was also going to go to the grocery outlet to get some cheaper things. Um,

I personally love the grocery outlet, but their produce sucks. It goes bad within one or two days. Literally, it's the worst for produce. It has really good options for healthier stuff or things that

don't go bad, obviously, right away. But anything of produce, I would not recommend that. So I was going to go to Trader Joe's for the produce and then to go to some other staple things. And then I was just going to get the eggs and that kind of stuff from

the grocery outlet. So I had my list and everything, but then with the migraine and nausea, I couldn't go. So I was like, Oh man. And then this is the other crazy thing. So when I went to, I've been feeling really called to eat more tofu. And the last few times that me and George went to have Thai food, I got yellow curry with tofu for some reason. I was just like, Oh, the chicken like grosses me out.

because I don't know if you can relate but I get very grossed out by meat like textures like chicken grosses me out like lunch meat like turkey just like really grosses me out and so I've been feeling called to eat like more tofu

and things like that. So that was on my grocery list, but we went to get sandwiches today since I had a migraine and the turkey on my sandwich grossed me out so bad. I only ate half of it and I was like, I can't even continue eating this. I don't know what it is, but

it was so gross and when I talk to different people they say like sometimes when you're going through a spiritual like awakening and you just keep like you kind of keep getting like into higher realms and higher vibrations like sometimes meat can really gross you out and so I think that's what's happening to me and slowly it's like I want to cut out meat but then also

I've had a period in my life where I was vegan for like one or two years and I was also vegetarian for a year or two.

I made it work, but I was very underweight. I remember getting so sick one year and I was like, oh my God, I feel like I need chicken noodle soup. I feel like that's literally going to save my life. I ordered chicken noodle soup and that's when I started eating meat again. There's something that I do feel really good about eating meat, but the thought of it and sometimes the consistency of it really grosses me out. That's something I'm dealing with as well. I don't know if you can relate.

I'm curious, if you are vegetarian or vegan, I'm curious if you had that point where you just started getting really grossed out of it. Obviously, if you do it for animal rights reasons and environmental reasons, I totally understand that. But I'm just curious if anyone was ever just started getting grossed out by it.

Where was I? Today I'm like really going on a lot of different tangents. But anyways, so yeah, so it was a really cool meditation. Um, and I felt like really helped after that. And this is the crazy thing. I think that that meditation aligned me to the foods that I want. And like, I was so ready to cook my own food that I, I felt like bad and I almost felt like I didn't want to spend money eating out.

which has never happened in the past. So I'm already feeling a difference like on a cellular level. Like these meditations really work. Okay.

Guiding Meditation and Authenticity

So then the meditation that I got in my partner through, this was so special for me because what she wanted to help on is something that I obviously have struggled with so many times in the past. And it's something that like keeps coming up all the time.

But she wanted help with using her voice. So she has felt a lot of like stagnancy and just feeling stuck in using her voice and expressing herself in being seen on social media of like really stepping into her identity.

And so right before the meditation, I was like, oh my God, like what if nothing comes through? This is going to be so embarrassing. But it ended up going really freaking well. And it just like flowed. And I was literally, I closed my eyes and I was visualizing. Like I saw all of the things that I was guiding her through.

And you guys, it was so easy. Like it felt so easy. It felt so natural. It felt like it was just flowing. Like I felt like I was in my genius. I felt like I was in my space. I felt like I've done this a million times before it was like something else took over and just started guiding me. It was just like, it felt flawless to me. And I was like, Oh my God, this is so cool. And then it was cool because it was also.

It was also interactive so I would ask her questions and then based on like her answers like we would go a step deeper or I would be able to draw this out and like it was just so cool and the message that really came through was like

she realized that one of her biggest limiting beliefs is that her fear of being seen and speaking her truth is her own self-criticism. And then we asked, okay, are you critical of what is it that you're critical of your voice? Is it how your voice sounds? Is it that you're afraid of how the words come out, that they're going to be jumbled? What is it? And then she found out that she was judging herself because she was afraid that

the message wouldn't come out properly. People wouldn't understand what she was saying, or she wouldn't be perceived in the way that she wants to be perceived. And so what came through from the guides and her ancestors was, what if the words that you say and the way that you say it is the exact thing that needs to be said? And she had all of her guys, like ancestors, higher self, ascended masters, light beings, like anyone who was there for her, like behind her, like this wall was just like standing behind her. And she said that she felt so like free and healed because she was actually able to like say those things out loud.
