We're not aware that our cousin that comes over whenever he wants to or she is bringing her negative energy or mindset or thoughts into your life.

And that's a good point to bring, too, because a lot of times the people that are closest to us.

And you start to realize that every time I'm around this person, I'm kind of irritated, but you're like, well, I love this person.

It's not them, but it's the energy that you're attracting.

That's not on the same frequency level as yours.

That is your emotions telling you that you are connected to the source.

So anything that you feel that's negative, your body, your emotions are telling you, you are not connected.

So if you start there, then you start to realize like, okay, when I'm with this person, this person makes me very happy.

I am connected to the higher source when I am with this person.

So I will continue to

to share my time and frequency with this person.

Now, if you're with somebody else and you're like, I don't feel good all of a sudden, like I love you, but you got a different vibration going on.

Then you know, okay, not saying cut the person out of your life, but you know, either communicate with that person about the things that it is that they're going through, or, you know, take some time, protect your energy, do your things your way.

And I think the root to all of that, those emotions into everything you're feeling good, bad, happy, sad is your thoughts.

So based on what you're thinking is what's going to trigger what you're feeling.

So if, let's think about it, when I do my boot camp sometimes, people don't even process why they are happy, but they just know they're happy.

But if you sit and think about, why am I happy?

Like, think about, I'm happy because I'm doing a workout and I'm doing incantations and this stuff is making me happy, right?

But if you think about why you're depressed or why you're sad or why you're unhealthy or whatever, what are you thinking about yourself?

Your thoughts is triggering how you feel.

So if you want to know why you're feeling off or you're not feeling your best, go back and think about what are you thinking?

So sometimes, being so the person that makes you feel bad or down, their energy, this is something I really got to really take in.

Energy of a person, energy of an environment, energy of anything that you're around or that's part of your world, right, can trigger how you think.

So if you grew up in an environment that's very negative, your thoughts are going to be negative.

You're around a negative person who has bad energy.

You're going to start feeling like, why do I feel uncomfortable?

Because something is not right about their energy.

So sometimes you've got to remove yourself from the place where the energy is not great or safe and go somewhere where it's more fulfilling and it's positive.
Positive Affirmations and High Frequency

But sometimes, based on circumstances, we grew up in a negative environment.

We are raised by negative parents or people.

And we're not aware that we can remove ourselves in a different way.

So I know, I remember I should tell my mom, she used to talk to me in a certain tone.

You ain't got to talk to me like that.

I know you want me to go take the trash out and clean up my room, but the way you're saying it,

Doesn't make me want to do it.

You don't have to talk to me like that.

But if I were really giving her the same tone that she was giving me, now I'm tapping to that energy.

So now that energy becomes me, becomes us, becomes we.

So now we're in a house full of negative energy.

So now my thoughts every time she comes around, it's going to be negative.

And this is when I was like probably like 10 or 15.

But it was a situation that I avoided because I'm like, mom, I hear you.

But instead, if I wasn't aware of what she was saying and how she was saying, I just would have gave her the same thing in return.

And it would have been on the same frequency.

So then no one's getting anything out of the situation because we're feeding each other the same energy and nothing is getting resolved.
