At Zencastr, podcasters are our north star. Diversity is one of the great strengths of the podcasting medium and we celebrate this. We love free speech! The goal of these guidelines are to find a balance between maximizing free speech while minimizing harm to others.

This is an outline of what is and isn’t acceptable on our platform. We reserve the exclusive right to interpret and enforce these guidelines. If you have observed a breach in these guidelines on the Zencastr platform, please contact us at support@zencastr.com. If content is in breach of our guidelines, we may respond by removing it, hiding it from public distribution, hiding it from discovery or search, or impose other restrictions. These terms may change at our discretion and without notice.

Don’t infringe on the rights, copyrights, or any other legal rights of others. You and you alone are responsible for the content that you publish on Zencastr and are liable for any harm caused by the content that you publish.

You may not publish content that funds or incites violence towards any person, people, race, or protected class.

We do not allow visual nudity or pornography. Erotic audio or text content is allowed as long as it is properly categorized and non exploitative. We may hide any nudity, pornography or erotic content from discovery and search features on Zencastr.

No publishing, sharing, or promoting of any personally identifying information of other creators or individuals without their express permission.

We do not allow any content that is illegal.

These guidelines also apply to audience members of any Zencastr podcast content in their comments and any other contributions to the content presented on the platform.
