Speaker: Today's episode of the podcast is really special because I am interviewing my very best friend, my husband. We get on today and we just yap.
Speaker: I ask him some questions that people online have been curious to take on. We chat, we go back and forth. You really just kind of get a picture of what conversation with us looks like in our own house. It's very informal, very laid back, but also a lot of fun. There's a lot of little tidbits of knowledge and information that you can learn from. And also... Just a fun little conversation between a husband and wife who just also happened to be super crunchy, running businesses, all of the things. So I hope you enjoyed today. Come on in, be ready to laugh. I know we laughed a lot and I'm sure you will too.
Speaker: How I want to do this conversation is people actually want to know your hot takes on things. let's start Let's start with an easy one. What are your thoughts on home birth? Home birth.
Speaker: Home birth is crazy. What about it? Going into it. you're terrified and when it's over you're very glad that it happened. I'm glad that home birth happens.
Speaker: of is What's scary about home birth to you? Or what was scary? not knowing when to pull the trigger for like When we go to the hospital, like, is are you going to. Be okay.
Speaker: Or... You know his baby gonna be okay or whatever and just not knowing when to say, okay, this is enough. Let's go. Are we talking about free birth? Like when we did it by ourselves?
Speaker: Like that was that was the scary part about it. That was terrifying. So what gave you peace about that? william give The book that you gave me to read. Humber is that your own turn?
Speaker: And then it was like, oh, if if this happened, if baby comes out. with the shoulder up or something. It was like, that's a good time to. Yeah. Call some to some authorities and get them in there.
Speaker: Yeah, that helped a whole bunch. Because up until up until I read that, I was like... I have no idea. I don't know. It's more like I'm scared for your your life, scared for baby's life.
Speaker: I honestly forgot that you read that book. yeah well i did it was an audiobook so i didn't have to like sit down it was just I feel like you had like. the change. Because we had had the conversations of like contingency plans multiple times for the free birth.
Speaker: the home births. We don't really have to worry about those. But like for the free birth. We had had multiple contingency plans. And then I feel like a few days before. She was born.
Speaker: We really sat down and it was like. Okay. If you see this. Call me a mess. Wait, which one? With baby number three. Okay. Yes. I feel like.
Speaker: weird, like... I had a conversation. that was really into the nitty -gritty like this is my blood type this is my social this is my date of birth like all of the information that you should probably know We did have that conversation, but it wasn't it wasn't until I was like...
Speaker: Okay, we actually... I am not ready for this. I need to... I need to know some things before we go into this. Cause you were totally chill. You were cool as cucumber. And you were like. this is what we're doing and i then you're like so positive about it that whenever It came time to like.
Speaker: I didn't wanna freak you out by saying, hey, I'm freaked out. And like. and cause the whole thing to crumble. but i was like but she did a very good job i was like i i don't know what's going on here and uh when when do we need to pull the trigger for Like if there's an accident or something.
Speaker: Which is totally understandable. yeah So there's that. That was scary for me. But. um but you handled it really well you talked to me through it I mean I think you did great Also, it was... Well, in then in the thick of it. whenever we were.
Speaker: whenever You're in. Giving them. Maybe to the world you were be in labor. in neighbor Well, you never you're doing that. It was.
Speaker: It was like remembering what the like midwives had. done before and for the first one and for the second one. It was like. It was remembering what the midwives were talking about, what they were doing. And then like our communication during that was. like on point oh yeah remembering what they said and then we were able to communicate very very clearly yeah i feel like that was interesting for me to look back unlike the recording that we had was just like how we spoke to each other.
Speaker: after she was born like immediately winchy. arrived. Cause then it was like, we moved to the bed. Because of course. I mean, we weren't going to stay on the toilet. Hovering. oh Hovering over the toilet. But we moved to the bed and it was interesting to listen to our conversation back. Because I did feel like we were like a well -oiled machine. like How much does she weigh? Do this, do this. We hadn't even gotten to that.
Speaker: point though because it was like I know before she was born. We had said, Basically, we had divvied it up. Between like.
Speaker: tasks like I had said okay I'm going to be in charge of baby so I'll be checking her vitals like well we didn't know if she was a girl or not but I'll be checking baby's vitals making sure that she's good and then your job Is to look after me. And so you knew what to look for. With like me. Which was like. Yeah like if you noticed. xyz signs which i know the book talks about that too but if you notice these things that's when you would you know. call for ems or something like that but it was cool to hear our
Speaker: conversation after the fact because it was like a well -oiled machine because i was like okay i need more suction oh here get me the stethoscope and you were like you look good dude and like you were saying out loud what you were seeing with me listening to her breathe yes cry and then just it wasn't like color's good you know it all came together really really smoothly yeah well and I feel like she was our textbook Like of all the kids.
Speaker: She was. like a textbook. Birth. Nothing went wrong. She cried immediately. She latched immediately. I don't know her labor was a really fast.
Speaker: yeah i mean by the time you got in the room she was born 45 minutes later
Speaker: That's crazy. It was so crazy. You were rushing to get the other kids to bed. these That was crazy because you were like. Hey, I need you. And I'm like, ah hold on. that Look at these babies. I don't even think I said, Hey, I need you. I think I was texting you. Like, I think I would do really great with you right now. No, you're super, you're super chill. Like, I think I could use maybe some more warm water. This pool is kind of cold. Like, could you help?
Speaker: It was awesome. It was amazing. And then you're such a, I think my favorite part of the whole. process actually of the whole free birth was after she was born and then you were like calling all of your bros like So how many babies have you...
Speaker: How many babies have you delivered? Yeah. Yeah. and I like that bragging rights. That's cool. Didn't you use that for a for a job interview? I used it for my job interview and I got the job too.
Speaker: I was like, I birthed a baby? Caught the child? Did you actually say I birthed the baby in the job interview? Or was it... It was over the phone. Yeah, I did. Because I was like, yeah, I might get the job, I might not, but I'm just going to do it.
Speaker: That's awesome. And then you did. And it's been so great. It's been a lot of fun. oh my gosh yes break the ice early on so now it's easy to ask for a reason Yeah, because you you have full mid -husbandry.
Speaker: Well, I just think that I'm better than everyone else because I'm like, hey, I birthed the baby. Give me my money. Oh, sorry, sir. Yes, yes. Here, take all of our money. Please, please. Yes, you are good at what you do. by na That was a really fun experience. I know people are always curious, like what your thoughts were on the free birth and when it comes to like home birth in general.
Speaker: I feel like you were the one that was more. on board with home birth when we first got married i was i wanted home birth because I thought... It was the only best way. I just didn't trust.
Speaker: doctors and stuff because my mom didn't really trust doctors and stuff well and you were born at home I was born at home because Hilary Duff was on the throne. hillary clinton and she wanted to mark all the babies it's crazy but my mom was like no we're not gonna do that But most all of y 'all were born at home, right? Except for a few of you.
Speaker: And Noah was not. No, well, no, it was like a complicated yet. He was big. Yeah, he was big, but he also had like lift fluid in his lungs. Oh, really? I didn't know that. Yeah, he's in a NICU for a bit. That's crazy. You know. One of my little sisters.
Speaker: She was in the hospital, one of the big ones. 11 pounder. She was in the hospital because of breathing for like 10 days. after she was born too. i wonder if it's like a big baby thing i don't know yeah I've never looked into it actually you know what it it's I think it's more so hearing my mom's horror stories about the hospital that's like, I don't want to do that.
Speaker: and hearing like not just my mom's but like I don't feel like... I feel like some of my siblings have had horror stories at the hospital. We've had horror stories at the hospital. yeah we've talked What were your mom's horror stories?
Speaker: I can't remember any, but I know that we wanted to do... the home birth early on or early on I know that we want to do home birth because it was more natural And it was like, we have more control over what happens and we're safe. Well, I wasn't into like all of the natural stuff, really but you were, yes, you were way more. Yes.
Speaker: Crunchy than I was. I didn't believe in chemtrails, but I believed in... Science. no i believe in science and the lack of scientific evidence for certain and
Speaker: things i remember one of our biggest arguments was on our honeymoon when i was like getting on to you about sunscreen and i was like you need to wear sunscreen yeah you were like sunscreen up yeah well because you know right you got so many like it's like bring on the sun you got like a third degree burn on our honey it was so bad no if it blisters it's third degree it was so bad it might it blistered like a week later which is totally normal for a sunburn
Speaker: but no it's Where your skin starts peeling off a little later. Yeah, no, that's normal. It is. Healing is a normal whenever you have summer. Well, it's not good for you. Well, what is good for you? But that's where your body reacts whenever it' then it's not acclimated to the sunlight.
Speaker: So you were you were like semi -crunchy, but you didn't really know why. You were. When we first called. I was like. I was like, had How did... how did Indians do this? Okay, I want to be like Indians because Indians are cool.
Speaker: that's true a long time ago i looked at a book and it showed the like indians foot patterns versus like modern day foot patterns like their splay yeah their splay and it was like indians they walked like their feet walked straighter and like modern day people walk out to the sides that's actually a huge thing I was like, That is so crazy. Why is that? And I was like, oh, it's probably because people were wearing shoes and Indians were like.
Speaker: barefoot or moccasined up. That's actually something I pay really close. You know this. I pay whenever people are walking. Like it's a not a pet peeve. But it's just one of the first things I notice is how their feet are turned.
Speaker: Like whether they're walking in a straight line or if they have a foot. Turned out. Cause it's like a. comp compensatory? Compensatory. Like if you have weakness in your hip. Oh, it tells you like where they're yeah compensating. Exactly. It's like a pis yeah compensating action. And so if their foot is like turned out, it can just tell you about. their muscles and their hips and back and things or like things like that you see those people like in the grocery store they're like like their head is all the way down to their belly button and they're like oh like
Speaker: Hang on, you're compensating for something. Just talked about this on my stories the other day because of Rory's posture and Gilmore Girls. Yeah, I know. like ah It's so sad to me when tall people don't want to be tall. Apparently tall. met that actress, helped her buy shoes at the mall back in Houston.
Speaker: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, Peter messaged me when I did that story. here It's so cool. Yeah, it's so funny. Beyonce helped Shelly.
Speaker: uh pick out a purse or no she was like she asked shelly what she thought of the purse she was like what do you think of this and she's like oh it's nice and then she didn't know who it was but she went and she like she she looked at it she was homeschooled she she went and she she told her husband and he like He was like, that was Beyonce, you know what I mean?
Speaker: I was homeschooled. Well, I guess we were a different kind of homeschooled. You responded about homeschooled. I was like. All these are singing. Yeah, Turner Classic movies, all these things. Black and white. I'm convinced that SpongeBob is the reason why I'm so smart.
Speaker: I think that. It had a very big. role to play and how intelligent I am. And so I just would like to say that.
Speaker: I don't understand it at all. Because if i say if I sing any one of those lyrics, you'll be able to finish them and not... have anything smart to say afterwards. Yeah, but I remembered them. yeah's true yeah All this useless information on that TV you watch. I i swear.
Speaker: All that TV I watched just prepared me for so many situations in life. That is true. It's like, I'm so - Wait a second. I don't watch TV. I know exactly what's happening here.
Speaker: ah this never ends well this never ends well it's funny because like I watched so much TV growing up, but like. we wouldn't i I would not let our kids watch.
Speaker: anything that I watched. Or the amount of TV that I watched. Can you imagine our children? watching the things that I watched. I cannot imagine all of it.
Speaker: What? but cool Yeah. they uh watching the things you watch i didn't watch very much i was like you didn't you've only seen what i've shown you as an adult i think right i've never seen one of all like Well, but I've shown you some really funny episodes no that give you a good idea of my sense of humor. They were dumb. They were awesome.
Speaker: Spongebob is massively inappropriate. It's so funny. It is funny. It's so funny. But that was another thing with like screens with our kids. That's probably another hot take that the people would want to know.
Speaker: is screen time that's a big like topic in the crunchy community that one's gonna be hard I don't know. I don't know enough about Well, like, why would you, why did you?
Speaker: make the decision that you made for our family. we don't have to know about all of the science behind it like what did you observe with our kids and Well... I feel like our kids kind of go crazy after they watch.
Speaker: even two movies like back to back if they watch two movies back to back then they're like You got a random man. Or even like one really hyped up movie. Yeah.
Speaker: I noticed that with number one. When she was like. Two years old? Like I would just, you know, put like a movie on. And she would just watch it and I would work on my computer.
Speaker: Because that was like. you know when she was born that's when I first started building my business so it was just You're at work. I'd let her watch a movie or something while I was working on the computer. And then I started to notice that.
Speaker: like after she would watch it. She would just be... like a raging psycho. And then we just kind of. I picked up on pattern. And then I feel like when I was like, hey, have you noticed this? Then you were like, ah yeah.
Speaker: And I think... I guess it wasn't int until number two that we got rid of our TV. Because it broke. Oh, because he threw it. no no it was when you were moving it because we had like taken it down and you put it on the dresser when i was postpartum and then you were taking it back to the closet every time we weren't using it And then it like fell over on the shoe shelf or something.
Speaker: And then by your computer where you threw that giraffe. at No, that was number one. She, that was an accident. Yeah. Yeah. yeah That was unfortunate. really good about screens like Moving into like...
Speaker: bones for our kids because whenever they get folder Like that topic scares me. What about it scares you? Just because there's so much at their fingertips.
Speaker: And I'm like... Then, I don't know, that topic's just really... I mean, makes me but by the time they're even old enough. to get one.
Speaker: In our house. They don't have enough knowledge. Yeah. like crowd how to handle it yeah you're right you're right i mean smart Well, because like... i don't I don't foresee a need for a kid to have a smartphone.
Speaker: Ever. Like not even a teenager. i Under no circumstance. Let's teach them to think. Yeah. I mean... I think it just makes people dumber.
Speaker: And then when you have access to just instant information. I mean I see that even now. Like when my phone broke. and i had to use your brain oh dude that was insane memorize all of your using my own brain was insane I was like I'm way smarter than I thought I was.
Speaker: memorizing like where Because all the locations are different for where I work. So like being able to. remember exactly where to go. in downtown Nashville with all these different foods and stuff.
Speaker: I wouldn't be able to do that. Just remembering like. okay this road you know all these different locations was really fun. it was more like a game and then i got lost and i was like oh shoot Yeah, that's actually one thing that I would not.
Speaker: Like I'm very bad. I'm thankful for. bones for for that because i would not Drive through. Natural. I mean, you know the story of me getting lost in Houston.
Speaker: Right. Yeah, you know this story. When I was like... Well, first I was driving illegally. because I didn't have my license, but I had like a lifeguard training back in.
Speaker: like down. it in Pearland where Nina and Papa are. And so I went and stayed with them for the week for this like training. And Papa was letting me drive his car to the training again. illegally, which I am not condoning.
Speaker: But I do think that it made me a really good driver because if I got pulled over, I was going to jail. Anyways. ah I don't know if I could say this on my podcast. It was my mom's choice. I was 16. Yeah, blame it on your mom. Blame it on my mom. It was illegal. Anyway. It was my mom. I'm driving Papa's car and it was when, like, I didn't have a smartphone. I think I had, like, a... a razor whatever and then i had to print off the maps from mapwest remember and i got lost in houston
Speaker: And I... this man is a genius because I called him sobbing it was like I'm three hours late for this training I'm so lost in Houston and I just gave him some like context clues of where I am. I i couldn't even see street signs. And.
Speaker: He found me and my uncle. They came and he took me to my training and he picked me up. Uncle took his. Car home? Dude, old people are built different. They are. They remember so much. I want to be smart like that. They remember so much because that's all they ever had to do was like, oh, this street sign.
Speaker: That means this, you know, this one runs north to south or whatever. And was who and now like with people having like chat GPT or AI, people are just getting so dumb. It's crazy because the other day I was working with this guy and he was like.
Speaker: I just asked Chad GBT because he didn't he didn't know if, like... Foxy would hold. like whatever we were doing but he was like He asked ChatGBT if epoxy would get strong enough to hold. like baluster in place or something and it was like Instead of just... you know.
Speaker: Using all of the knowledge that we already have from the years of experience that we've been doing. let me rely on this source and i was like what are you doing it's so dumb and it it's But I was talking to my sisters about it today. You've heard me rant about this because I just finished that.
Speaker: Certification Program. And when I got to the clinical portion of it. the instructor was using chat gbt to write her scripts and i would just like i couldn't Listen to it. I'm like.
Speaker: where where is the the mental work and it kind of it kind of pissed me off because she was like I have anxiety and so i have I have anxiety and ADHD and so I just have to have scripts in order to read it so I stay on track. And I'm just like...
Speaker: I just don't buy that. as there's like Fun labels to get away with whatever you want to. Exactly. i'm like That's a little cheeky. It is cheeky. because Especially since you're paying money for it. I paid a lot of money for it.
Speaker: And... The... Maybe. I struggle with this because maybe it's just like. how I'm wired, but like... I want to actually learn something, you know, when I go and do a program or like take of educational course.
Speaker: And then the instructor is literally doing something that I could do. And you know that it's ChatGPT because ChatGPT is always like. this is not to shame you, but to make you stronger. Like it just has like the little, little niceties, the little niceties. Yeah. I just.
Speaker: All of this to say people are getting dumber, which is why... One I think people should read books. which I could go off on that forever and ever and ever. and All different kinds of books.
Speaker: You should. You would like up you like books. You like listening to books. I like listening to books. Oh, i I'll go hammer on some listening to books. That's one reason why I wish I had my phone still because it was like...
Speaker: Listening to audiobooks was an evening. Yeah, well. Now they want one. Give it up. well Well, we'll fix your phone. For those of you listening. His phone has been broken for a really long time. He has a work phone, but his actual personal phone.
Speaker: It doesn't work. We have a lot of things. that I just bought spoons though. Yeah, we have spoons now. Because... We we've picked some very random battles to to fight. Yeah. we so Yeah, just the random. things to...
Speaker: spend our money on we're gonna stay what what is it called minimalist on oh my gosh agree well i realized minimalist in the spoon department Yeah, and forks. We've been sharing the same like two forks. We have three forks. We have three forks. Wow.
Speaker: and Excuse me. I was getting ahead of myself. of work so you take me Yeah, I'm down to two forks during the day. gosh yes but we finally have spinach wash them so we're not nasty yes we actually do wash them because we take care of with branch basics plug uh I know.
Speaker: There it is. There it is. We've got to make money somehow so we can buy more spoons. So we can buy more spoons. We can buy more spoons. And pig food. And pig food, oh yeah. Well, yeah, I don't actually know. I've been taking care of Peg. Peg's great. Good. I was talking to some friends the other day because...
Speaker: I had a major crash out when you came home with the pig and I like freaked out for a couple hours but then after that I've been super chill and then it was funny because you started getting stressed about the pig after I realized I was like oh I gotta actually take care of this thing I gotta to buy some food I gotta you know it's not like somebody just give me a free pig it's not just bacon all of a sudden yeah You have to actually raise it, easy yeah take care of it.
Speaker: Keep it cooled so that it doesn't grow parasites. you know all of those things Yes, you did. I told you that. keeping cold Yes, they have to have constant access to water or else they're going to get parasites because they don't know what glands. oh well then it's fine Does she have constant access to water?
Speaker: Yes. Is Sweet Alley okay? Ally is free. Ally is happy. Speaking of Allie, my sisters want to know. um Who is your least favorite in -law and why?
Speaker: in detail. That's easy. but In fact, that's so easy that I'm just gonna have to be like... You know who you are.
Speaker: of And you know why. Hopefully. First of all, how dare you? First of all, yeah. Okay, so circling back, because we're going all over the place, which I mean, this is just like...
Speaker: our life. but more on hot takes so we covered home birth we covered a little bit about screens What about your thoughts on vaccines? Because you were also against them before I was.
Speaker: Much so against vaccines because. they're not natural and they didn't make sense and they still don't make sense Because it's like if you're gonna put something in your body to to change or alter like you have no idea what's going in even though there is like if you did enough digging you could find something on what it is but if they're not so upfront with it.
Speaker: then it's that's a little sketchy to me that you have to do that much digging in order to find out what's going on inside. And. And then it's just, it's so so unnatural.
Speaker: You're going to put something that is not. Naturally. going into your body. heroin just inject it straight into your bloodstream. And that's pretty sketchy. Well, my conspiracy with that is.
Speaker: Like your health is so much better than mine, even though like just looking objectively, I think I'm probably healthier than you now. But I think that because of how you were raised, like you didn't get vaccines, you were home birthed, you ate real food growing up. I think that's why you have like a perfect dental arch. I think that's why you have excellent.
Speaker: foot splay, even though it's changing because of your work boots, but that's another conversation. And I think that's why when you get Sick. you're you get over it faster than anyone else in the family.
Speaker: Well, then me at least, because kids get over it pretty fast, but. That's my conspiracy because... when you look at how we were both raised, it was just completely different. Like I was fully vaccinated. I ate.
Speaker: the standard American diet. I got antibiotics all the time. I was always on antibiotics for one reason or another. And. i know i just you had massive allergies to yeah which fish or dairy which is probably linked to the amount of antibiotics I had like I remember there was one year when I was
Speaker: 16 or 17 that I got strep every two weeks for months. And so I was just doing multiple rounds of antibiotics.
Speaker: but What? Hobi - Oh, thanks. What does that mean? You got strep. That's from kissing. That's mono! Oh. Wait, no. Yes, mono is from kissing people.
Speaker: Strep is something completely different. One of the things. manos That's where we get the word manual. Man, it was... The Menace is the bad guy in Avengers. He can't kill me. Tori. Go.
Speaker: Anyways. anyways I think that that's probably why i like. and know some of our different health things just make more sense to me. And I think that it's cool because I feel like we've complimented each other really well because even though Like, you're not, you're not really the science -y minded one of the family, but like.
Speaker: you're very intuitive when it comes to health. nature. our bodies, things like that. and Even though it really pissed me off when we first got married because you were like, it just doesn't make sense.
Speaker: And I just didn't like that answer. but because it annoyed me well when it makes sense it's it's because it's natural and it's like whenever it doesn't make sense it's like oh it's because it's not natural But I think that that really helped me. like Because I was full on. like Sighted.
Speaker: I believed in science be baptized But... You just, you know, had this kind of idea of how things were supposed to go. And I was totally against it.
Speaker: But then I think the Lord really changed my heart. I know he did when I was four months pregnant with our oldest. Because. That's what I started like diving into vaccines and.
Speaker: researching and that's when I found out that The flu vaccine is linked to miscarriage. End. That just like, holy. Rocked my world. I mean. You remember I was a freaking. basket case. I think you thought someone died when you came home from work because I just lost it when I found out.
Speaker: But I just think it's cool to see you. like how we've worked together because you just you're very intuitive and then i like to look at like the researchy side of things and like know more about it.
Speaker: It just works, you know? Like... It made sense with home birth. I think I got on board with home birth pretty fast actually because my mom had had home births. yeah my sister had home births it wasn't like totally out of left field it wasn't It wasn't totally in the... For all the things. Yeah, like.
Speaker: for all the things i i say this all the time like my mom was at crunchy or holistic at all but there are a couple of things that she did that were like really what people would consider crunchy now, which is like she breastfed us all. They co -slept. The fact that it's like even a thing now is just really dumb.
Speaker: But they would consider it like. quote -unquote. crunchy in this world because now it's like hot topics of debates that's like yeah co -sleeping thank you that's a good word co -sleeping breastfeeding that's gonna be the new r word Oh my gosh. waitde fingers Ridiculous.
Speaker: no Anyways, where I was going was the other thing. That my mom would say was like. She had had hospital births and all of the interventions and all that before. And I remember her saying like just the recovery after a medically induced birth. was the worst. because she was like i mean your body's like you've got all of those nerves and everything like
Speaker: Waking up saying. what just happened yeah and you can't feel how much you're pushing and like You can't regulate anything because you're just like... You don't have the natural high that comes with giving birth. Isn't the position different in the hospital too? stirrups or whatever sperm i don't know if it's always stirrups yeah that's i think that's a correct word i don't think it's always like that um that might just be more of a movie i don't know i've never given birth in hospital
Speaker: But most of the time they want women to give birth on their backs, which. I would. Probably. cuss a lot. It's someone forced me to. give birth opinion that's how i would give birth if i had to i'd be like actually i'd probably be like laying off the side of the bed upside down this is why Mention it, kid.
Speaker: that's Anyways. We were going off on home birth and all of the things, but... Yeah, I'm just I'm glad for how you've kind of spurred me to. to ask more questions about the different things. So we're talking about home birth.
Speaker: Vaccines. that's a whole other conversation but It's just interesting to hear your take because I feel like a lot of people's... in most people's marriages. there's usually like one person that's for it and one person that's against it.
Speaker: and then they have to kind of figure out how to meet in the middle I wonder why the one person is... for it and why the one person is used to it. I think it's the common the common arguments.
Speaker: i was listening to um I don't know music on on youtube while i was working today but this commercial came up and it was like
Speaker: the natural choice like i go to this store for all my natural stuff look at these labels they're organic and they're non -gmo and also i'm gonna uh this i can get my vaccine here I think I'll get to a vaccine right now. And it was like, it was like mixing the two. And it felt really weird because I was like, oh, like, everything's good. Everything's beautiful and all crunchy and stuff.
