What do you do once you’ve unlocked the key to your freedom from an all-consuming job and are loving the newfound flexibility and contentment? You find a way to help your fellow women entrepreneurs too! After Tina decided to opt out of the stress of her 12-hour-long nurse job to get more time at home with her child, she stepped into entrepreneurship and formed her own staffing company for nurses. The interesting part? She was just 25! A young entrepreneur, Tina Rains saw explosive growth for her business, which expanded to eight offices across the country and reaped multi-million dollars in profits. But that was until she decided to sell it and pivot to non-profit work. Tina became an advocate for women and children trapped in human trafficking and abuse and has been actively involved in the cause for the last 6 years. She’s also led an international movement of women, raising funds and awareness for the same. The new chapter of Tina’s life also made her a teacher through the John Maxwell program, and she decided to utilize her tools and learning to help other women build successful businesses through her coaching business, Masterpiece Women!

What made her entrepreneurial journey such a massive success at just 25 years old? What tools and resources did she use to get there? What led her to turn to entrepreneurship eventually? She reveals it all in her conversation with Dori on this episode of the Teacher Turned Entrepreneur podcast.

Through her Masterpiece Women Podcast, Events and Membership Community, Tina provides women with the tools, resources, and continuous support to thrive as leaders, entrepreneurs, and world changers. The community has Live and members-only Live Q & A Calls with Tina and other Masterpiece Women Leaders and a whole bunch of connection, collaboration, and communication resources for entrepreneurial success. The entrepreneurial journey can be a lonely ride, and communities like these keep you away from that feeling by empowering you at every step of your journey!
