KateLynn Bundy: Hey everyone, and welcome to what the very first episode of the Still You podcast. This is the space where we unpack tools that help us become and better understand ourselves and live more intentionally while maintaining who you are at your core and becoming, you know, less of a hot mess, babe.

KateLynn Bundy: I'm your host, Caitlin, and for this pilot episode, we are diving into what the Enneagram is. an overview of each type and some simple initial ways you can help apply it to your life, right? We're all about personal growth over here.

KateLynn Bundy: So whether you're totally new to it or you've taken a quiz and kind of know what your number is or you're totally obsessed with it, like me, this episode is for you. We're going way beyond just another personality test and how the Enneagram can help you become more aware, more compassionate and more aligned with just who you are at your core.

KateLynn Bundy: And ah resources for today's episode will be in the show notes. So settle in, grab the coffee, grab the wine, go for a walk, whatever. This is going to be good. ah All right.

KateLynn Bundy: So what is the Enneagram? So the Enneagram is a model of the human psyche that describes nine interconnected personality types, right? We're all sick of those personality tests and quizzes and blah, blah, blah. And so many people just roll their eyes up at them, but you do not want to do that with this one.

KateLynn Bundy: So each personality types um have their own core fears, desires, strengths, and challenges. And keep in mind, though, the qualities of each type are not specific to that type. We can learn and develop any of those skills or traits of any type. And that's the beauty of this.

KateLynn Bundy: But what sets the Enneagram apart from things like Myers-Briggs or StrengthsFinder that it's not about what you do. It's about why you do it. It digs into that motivation, the stuff that's happening under the service under the surface.

KateLynn Bundy: So motivation is the key word that you will get sick of me hearing. or Yeah, you'll get sick of me saying it, hearing it. You'll get sick of it. Because um when you start to feel like confused or lost in what your type is we're just really trying to understand it, um for example, um like when you start to feel like confused or lost on it, ah you need to resort back to what is that my motivation? It's not about what you want to do or what others expect of you. Keep in mind, it is your truest inner instinct. Sometimes that's really hard for um people to unlock and begin to trust and know that type of intuition. And the environments we grew up in and currently operate in are a huge influence on our everyday lives. And it's easy to get lost in um who we truly are at our core. So

KateLynn Bundy: The Enneagram is here to help you stay aligned with yourself and block out all that unnecessary noise and you know societal pressures and influences and stuff like that. So you can more easily filter out what you don't need in your life and also what is holding you back, even if it's yourself.

KateLynn Bundy: um You'll also probably have seen you know that figure, the little symbol. It's this geometric but some figure, really, a circle with nine points. And each point represents one of the person nine personality types. So the lines connecting the numbers aren't just random either. It looks like a pentagram, honestly. It it looks scary, but it's not. It's just a visual representation um But those ah lines, they show how each type moves and behaves under stress or growth. For example, ah let's say you are type 2. Your lines will point to the type 8 for when you are stressed or in a a like prolonged unhealthy state.

KateLynn Bundy: Not just like a stressful moment. um Or it will point to a type 4 when you are in a period of growth and health And all that stuff. But we'll dive into all what all that looks like um for each type in future episodes. We're just going going over the basics.

KateLynn Bundy: Um... So if you have, wanna talk a little bit about the triads. So this is a great way to help maybe kind of determine kind of where you stand in a more general sense, maybe not narrowing down quite yet what your number is.

KateLynn Bundy: um' So if you've heard of the triads, um therere as you know, there's nine types, but did you know these nine types are also grouped into three centers of what they call intelligence? So the head, heart, and the gut.

KateLynn Bundy: So these triads, um they really help us understand where we primarily experience our world from. like Think of it as like the the pair of glasses that we have on when we are operating in the world and what drives our core emotional response. So let's break them down a little bit before we dive into the types um So the gut triad. This sounds pretty self-explanatory, but sometimes it's also called the instinctive or body triad.

KateLynn Bundy: Those types are eights, nines, and ones. This triad is rooted in the body and really governed by the core emotion of anger and rage, like Hold on.

KateLynn Bundy: It's not not scary, but these types experience the world primarily through instinct, control, and just gut reaction. So a quick breakdown. The type eight is the challenger. So they tend to externalize their anger.

KateLynn Bundy: They push against the world to avoid being controlled or taken advantage of. i'm Type eights are pretty pretty easy to spot in the world. Yeah. We'll get into it. Okay. Hold on with me. Stay with me.

KateLynn Bundy: um The type nine is what they call the peacemaker and they go numb to their anger. They often minimize it to maintain the inner and outer peace. So they ignore kind of their inner self in that way and don't address the underlying anger. And they they just act like it's not even there. Like they're so oblivious to it.

KateLynn Bundy: Because that would disturb their main motivation, which is peace in the world, right? Okay. The type one is what they call a reformer, and they internalize their anger as well, but in a different way. So they're channeling it into a into a desire to improve themselves in the world. They often are the types that will explode out of nowhere because they know it's there, they acknowledge it, but they have to internalize it.

KateLynn Bundy: i And we'll describe, we'll get into all that. um But what all these three to these three types, eights, nines, and ones have in common is a deep concern with autonomy, resistance to being controlled, okay? And a desire for justice and balance in the physical world.

KateLynn Bundy: And so they often want to assert their presence or make some sort of impact or maintain peace through action, very action-oriented people, except for the nines. We'll talk about it.

KateLynn Bundy: um All right. The heart or feeling triad. Those of you are going to be the twos, threes, and fours. Okay. um This center, this triad is really ruled by the core emotion of shame and it really focuses on identity, image, and relationships. So these types feel and see the world through their emotional connection to others.

KateLynn Bundy: And so they're often concerned with how they are perceived. So for example, the type two is what they call the helper. i love my twos. I would die for my twos.

KateLynn Bundy: Okay, calm down. So the helper is focusing, they focus on being needed. They want to be loved through giving and that's how they feel they need, to they're able to receive love through the world.

KateLynn Bundy: or through other people in their relationships. And then the type three is what they call the achiever, also very action-oriented people. um So they focus on being admired. They want to be valued for what they do and how they succeed.

KateLynn Bundy: So the the type threes and the type eight are, we'll get into it, a little spoiler, but type threes and type eight, type eights are the typically dominating the workforce, very goal-oriented people.

KateLynn Bundy: um But the difference between the two is that the type three does it for, um you know, praise and approval through their parents or through others. And so next is the type fours.

KateLynn Bundy: They call it the individualist focusing on being unique, right? That's pretty self-explanatory. So they want to be deeply seen and understood for who they are. Very emotional, particularly. types there, but we'll get into that. So that triad is really, they they often ask like the unconscious unconscious question of who am I if I am not loved, seen, or successful? So their journey is toward authenticity, self-worth, and really learning to feel their emotions without attaching their identity to them, okay? So because feelings are not always facts, we'll get into that.

KateLynn Bundy: But All right. The next and last triad is the head or thinking triad. Love these types. I could have conversations with them for days.

KateLynn Bundy: um But fives, sixes, and sevens are the thinking head triads. So this center is really driven by the core emotion of fear and anxiety.

KateLynn Bundy: Sorry, guys. I'm sorry. Not as so pause on that. Everyone experiences anxiety to a degree. Right. But the five, sixes and sevens are really driven by the their fears and their anxiety.

KateLynn Bundy: um they Have you ever met someone who just it seems like their anxiety is like they made it their identity? Like that's just like all they talk about. Like, can you shut up, please? Like, don't listen to me.

KateLynn Bundy: But these types experience the world through their thoughts, their planning, their analyzing and seeking security or certainty. So the type five, love type fives.

KateLynn Bundy: But okay, we'll get into it. We're going to the basics here. um But the type fives are the investigators, as they call it. um So they cope by withdrawing and gathering knowledge. Their strategy is to minimize their needs and be self-sufficient.

KateLynn Bundy: They love to be helpful in the world by through their work, through what they can do with their brains, right? And so the type six is what they call the loyalist. Love them. Love them.

KateLynn Bundy: But they look not a bad butt, but they look for safety through loyalty. They're questioning and preparedness. And so they tend to scan for risks. They might often be labeled as like, why are you always looking at the negative side of things?

KateLynn Bundy: They're probably sick of hearing that, but there is value in that. And there's also a way to not let it be completely debilitating for them. um But next, the type seven. Also love that you guys would know and everyone probably has a type seven in their lives.

KateLynn Bundy: um They call them the enthusiasts. So much fun. But this is a bad but. They avoid fear through distraction and optimism, and they're always planning for the next fun thing. So they use adventures and activities and people to avoid what's really going on inside of them. And they have a hard time like really being still and being with their thoughts and their feelings. But for the head triad...

KateLynn Bundy: um The underlying question is, how can I feel safe in an unpredictable world? Not that we everyone else has never thought or felt that, but that is just their main core driven motivation, why they do what they do is because of that.

KateLynn Bundy: underlying question. um So their growth path really involves trust and grounding themselves and learning to really stay present even when it's in the uncertainties of life because that's just life, right?

KateLynn Bundy: Right. Um, yeah, so that is like the gut triad or the triads that can help you maybe narrow down a little bit of like where you stand somewhat. um Because this thing is just so nuanced and people often get mistyped and they don't know it for years and years um until ah they have like a deeper conversation or they really don't.

KateLynn Bundy: dive into more and learning more about this. So that's what I encourage everyone to do. Like, okay, if you feel like you're leaning toward a type one or type eight or whatnot, then yeah, stick with that, but continue to learn more and more, not only about what you feel you are but also um the types around it, because you might be surprised. For example, two,

KateLynn Bundy: It goes both ways. So type twos and type nines often misidentify as each other um because they're both very people oriented. And um especially for women, I hate this is a podcast for men and women, um but women tend to um take these tests um with the with the viewpoint of like what others expect of me and what the world expects of me as a woman. So ah type nine might um my miss type as a type two because those are the helpers and they're very maternal and they they do the bake sales and they're always sending the birthday cards, right?

KateLynn Bundy: and And that may not be the case. Like that might be a part of, you know, what you love to do in your life. But you see what I'm saying? So and then type nines are also very people oriented.

KateLynn Bundy: But their core motivation isn't through getting the approval of others through what I can do for you. It's it's the opposite. So that's kind of an example. And other types mistype as each other.

KateLynn Bundy: you know what? That's the whole point of all this. Like just stay curious. Okay. Don't ever stop being curious. Don't ever stop learning because you will surprise yourself. So let's get into understanding the nine types. Are you buckled in or what?

KateLynn Bundy: So for each type, we'll talk about the nicknames that they have for them, the core fears and desires, the growth and stress paths of them, strengths and struggles. And um I'll also kind of talk about like examples of types of type ones and twos and all that.

KateLynn Bundy: um All right. Let's start at the bottom. Let me take a sip of my beverage.

KateLynn Bundy: And if you're listening to this, thank you. Please leave a comment, rate, and review. i highly appreciate it. Podcasting is a big dream of mine to be full-time. And also the Enneagram, it's just, I've been so obsessed with it ever since I heard of, I don't remember how I heard about it, to be honest.

KateLynn Bundy: Oh, was through a friend, an old friend group that I used to have. Everyone's moved away. i'm um But I discovered my type through a friend who also um was helping and coaching others through it. And I've never looked back. My life, there was a time before the Enneagram and a time after. Like it it was such a defining moment for me.

KateLynn Bundy: And we'll go into that in my own personal story. But um if you i know somebody that is curious about the Enneagram, please share. Love it. Thank you.

KateLynn Bundy: Let's move on. Okay. Type one. Ding, ding, ding. Is that you? The reformer or also known as the her perfectionist.

KateLynn Bundy: Ah, okay. Yeah, these ones are intense. these This is an intense type. the The gut triad tends to be the the most intense people to, well, ones and eights are.

KateLynn Bundy: And maybe even sevens too. They're they're the the ones that you got to really buckle in for, right? um So their core desire is to be good, moral, and right.

KateLynn Bundy: But their fears are being bad or corrupt based off of some moral clock that they set for themselves or, you know, nature versus nurture, right? Um, their growth is being, uh, is accepting and wise and their stress is, uh, moody and critical like a type four.

KateLynn Bundy: So examples of type ones are Michelle Obama, Gandhi. Look at you guys getting Gandhi in your corner and Martha Stewart. You would think Martha, we'll talk about the type two, but you would think Martha Stewart was a type two, but you might aren't going to be surprised.

KateLynn Bundy: So the core of ah the type ones, they're they're very principled, very responsible. Think of like that stereotypical like oldest child. i am And they're deeply committed to integrity. At their best, they bring clarity, like at their healthiest version of themselves, they bring clarity, discipline, and moral courage to the world. Right, Gandhi? Yeah.

KateLynn Bundy: So they see what's wrong, not because they're negative, but because they have a strong inner compass that points toward improvement, whether it may whether it's an untidy room, an unfair system, or even their own behavior.

KateLynn Bundy: And so ones just really strive to make things better. Like we need those, and we need all types in the world, but you see a lot of type ones being those people in the world that do make change like that.

KateLynn Bundy: Right. And it's just so beautiful. And I'm a very, I'm ah i very much into my conviction. So I do love type ones as well because of that. i can stand right next to you and fight the good fight.

KateLynn Bundy: um So the core motivations in fears. So they're really driven by a desire to be good, right, and ethical, right? Think of a lawyer. Their core fear is being bad or wrong or corrupt in some ways. So because of this, they often carry an intense, intense inner critic, a voice that tells them that they must work harder, do better, be better, avoid mistakes at all costs, right?

KateLynn Bundy: That is such a stressful world to live in. Like, I'm not a type one. Thank God. and Don't take that the wrong way. um but So the strengths of the type one is that they're honest. They're very reliable people.

KateLynn Bundy: Sorry if you can hear my street out there. um They also set high standards and have a great, great work ethic. They're passionate about fairness, justice, and just doing what's right. And so when they're healthy, they're very grounded, they're wise, inspiring, and they live what they preach.

KateLynn Bundy: Love that. We need you and we need healthy ones and that we need all of the types to be healthy at all times. Could you imagine what the world would be like? My gosh.

KateLynn Bundy: All right, type ones, let's talk about what you struggle with. You can be a little rigid and overly critical, especially of yourself. Gotta stop that. But you can project onto others and ah nobody likes that.

KateLynn Bundy: ah You also tend to suppress anger, which builds up resentment, right? It's like a bottle cap. You put that mementos in the and the soda pop and you put the cap on.

KateLynn Bundy: That's you. um And type ones often feel like things are just never quite good enough. So don't do that. Everything's good just the way it is.

KateLynn Bundy: ah But their growth really comes when they allow space for grace, flexibility, keyword, and self-compassion. Okay. Realizing that being human doesn't mean that you have to be perfect or that it's, you know, being human is you're going to be wrong about things. Things aren't going to be perfect. Right.

KateLynn Bundy: So a little quickie growth tip for you ones, if you feel like this was you, If you're type one, practice noticing your inner critic without obeying it. You're going it's just going to happen. You can't get rid of it.

KateLynn Bundy: um You're going to have that inner critic. it nick Give it a name if you want. Give it, it's Wanda. Okay. Wanda is in, know why I thought of that name. Wanda's in that brain of yours just criticizing everything that you do, everything that everyone else is doing.

KateLynn Bundy: um But you don't have to listen to her. My gosh, perfection is not the goal. Presence is. Sometimes the most, you know, quote unquote, right thing is to rest, to laugh and let things be like, relax.

KateLynn Bundy: Okay? Easier said than done, right? um And in future episodes, again, we're going to be talking more in depth about, I don't know quite how I'm going to organize future episodes because want everyone to listen to every episode, even if it's not your type, because it really is important to learn about all of them because you have relationships, right? And you don't know what they might, what their types might be. And that really helps. But the the starting point is to learn as much as you can about your type, right? Yeah.

KateLynn Bundy: So taking ideas in that way, but all right, let's move on. So type twos, love you the helpers. So their desire is to be loved and needing needed, sorry and their fear is being unworthy of love. So in their growth, they're self-caring and aware, and in their stress, they're controlling, like a type eight.

KateLynn Bundy: oops exam great examples of type twos are mother Teresa look at that in your corner Barbara Bush oh and a great example of a type two is Jess from new girl there's specifically a scene that um oh gosh I can't remember the name of the episode but she's sitting at the table and she goes she kind of laughs her laughs to herself and she's like oh Sometimes I just feel like I was placed on this earth just to help people.

KateLynn Bundy: And I'm like, that is such a type two thing. And she's really emotional, always wanting to care for others, always wanting to help and provide blah, blah, blah. She's such a great, ex even though she's fictional, great example of a type two.

KateLynn Bundy: um But the core of the type two, they're very warm and empathetic. um They're the the mom that everybody wants, right? And they're incredibly attuned to the needs of others. They thrive on connection.

KateLynn Bundy: That's why I love you. And often show love through acts of service. So they're the ones who are checking in, offering support, and making sure that you feel seen and valued. And at their best, they embody selfless love and emotional generosity And they take in in and ah an unhealthy two will take those great qualities about themselves and weaponize it against people.

KateLynn Bundy: We'll talk about it and just be like, look at all these things that I do for you and blah, blah, blah. And you don't love me and I'll get into it. And just how like the, what could be like the best part of who you are can, you know, be used for evil. If you want to put it that way, I got to cover up with a blankie. Here we go.

KateLynn Bundy: The Jasmine's in my way. Um, all right. The core motivation and fears of type two. So like I said, they're driven by the desire, the desire,

KateLynn Bundy: The desire to be loved and needed, their core fear is being unwanted or unloved. How sad. I mean, that everyone. Again, let's put a reminder out there. Everyone does have that fear of being unwanted or unloved. Okay. That's a very human thing.

KateLynn Bundy: But again, the motivation for the type two, that is what they're trying to avoid. Like if I, I'm not a type two, but if someone, what's a good example?

KateLynn Bundy: Like it's different when it comes to, well, even when it comes to your parents, like, of course I want the love and approval and to be wanted by my parents, but it's not going to kill me.

KateLynn Bundy: it would be devastating. I'd have to go to therapy for it probably. Um, but it's not going to devastate me. I change my life to where everything that I'm doing is trying to get that love and approval of um my parents or my family or even if in a friend group it's like if you don't like me like me personally I don't care okay and But twos, hell no.

KateLynn Bundy: um They sometimes overgive to feel that worthy of love, to feel worthy of love. So they put they often put others' needs ahead of their own. That is a classic, classic type two thing.

KateLynn Bundy: So their strengths are caring, generous, yeah generous and relational. They're intuitive about people's emotions, often the empaths of the Enneagram too.

KateLynn Bundy: So they're natural encouragers and also really, really great supporters. where they struggle, okay, they can become resentful when their giving goes unacknowledged.

KateLynn Bundy: Uh-oh. So they may struggle with boundaries or people pleasing. So they tend to suppress their own needs. Growth tip for you type twos. You do not have to learn, earn love.

KateLynn Bundy: maybe learn it. You don't have to earn love. Practice receiving as much as you can also give. Your worth isn't in what you do. It is in who you are. Hallelujah.

KateLynn Bundy: Amen. Mic drop. I dropped this mic. I'm actually holding a mic. That's so funny. Um, it's in who you are, babes. You know, even if you're a type, if you're a boy or a girl, it doesn't matter. Your worth is in who you are.

KateLynn Bundy: do i have to say it again? my gosh, listen to me. All right. Type three, the achiever. So their desire is to feel valuable and successful. They fear being worthless and their growth is being autonomous. They're genuine and connected and their stress is withdrawn and avoidance. So like a type nine, that's a very type nine thing.

KateLynn Bundy: Examples, fun examples of a type three is Oprah. That's a no brainer. ah Michael Jordan. That's a fun one. Tom Cruise. You know, it's funny because there's a lot of like actors that are type three because the the type three is also known as the chameleons of the Enneagram. They really can shape shift into what they need to be in different groups.

KateLynn Bundy: ah to be successful. They're great, great salespeople. They can adapt and move on a dime in order to make the sale or fit into but with their golf buddies or fit in with the cigar buddy. You know, I don't know. i typically think of like a guy in this example, but Again, type threes can be girls too. It's all relaxed.

KateLynn Bundy: The core of the type three. So threes are driven, like I talked about. They're adaptable. They're very, very, very image conscious. They're goal setters, status climbers, and they're very they're seen as successful and they are successful people.

KateLynn Bundy: But underneath it all, they're just seeking validation and purpose. They know how to you know, quote, read the room and become who they need to be to win it.

KateLynn Bundy: Okay. um I can't wait to get into the type three because the the the childhood of the type three is just so, it it just hits the nail on the head every time I talk to a type three or do a a consult with the type three.

KateLynn Bundy: I love them. um All right. Core motivations and fears for you threes. Threes, once you feel, what did I say? Valued and admired. Their fear is being worthless or seen as a failure.

KateLynn Bundy: um and so they often measure their self-worth by what they can accomplish. and An example of that is like that stereotypical um Asian household where everything is done by what you can achieve, the grades that you get,

KateLynn Bundy: um the schools that you get into and they overwork themselves for the approval of their parents. That is a very um cultural thing, but it's a good example and maybe an extreme one of a type three, how they are, their worth is in what they accomplish, right?

KateLynn Bundy: um So their strengths, energetic, ambitious, super fun to be around. They're highly efficient. They're inspiring. They're often those people that are on the stage giving you that pep talk.

KateLynn Bundy: So they're natural leaders and motivators. they i love to be around threes. I love their energy. Where they struggle, though, they can become workaholics or image obsessed. We all knew somebody like that.

KateLynn Bundy: So they struggle to really slow down or be vulnerable and they may lose touch with their ah authentic self. Like think of um that midlife crisis where they're like, I don't know who I am anymore or that kid who was achieving all this good grades in the sports in high school and then they get out on their own.

KateLynn Bundy: and it's like, who am I? Like my parents aren't governing my life anymore. It's like I have to discover myself or – Like the midlife crisis, they they get to that point where like, I am not, this is not me. And, you know, they change everything, right? Hopefully not to the destruction of other people.

KateLynn Bundy: um But so a little growth tip for you type threes, you're not just what you do. Slow ah down. Feel your feelings and let your true self be, not your resume.

KateLynn Bundy: Lead the way. Okay. Let your true self lead the way, not your resume. Do I have to say this again? um i you know, type threes are also the kinds that, that they'll brag about like their 3am morning routine.

KateLynn Bundy: Like, stop it. I don't, we're not impressed. Okay. They'll brag about that 3 a.m. morning routine and how they get 40,000 steps a day. And you're like, can you slow down?

KateLynn Bundy: No. And they're just so locked in into like, this is how I achieve. This is like my identity and, you know, blah, blah. blah like No one's impressed. Okay. Slow down. Chill. Kick your feet up. Let's binge a TV show together. I'm so good at that if you need help.

KateLynn Bundy: Yeah. um All right. Type fours. We're getting into, well, we just started the, ah we're ending the heart triad. um Let me take a sip of my beverage.

KateLynn Bundy: If my voice sounds kind of weird, I can ah came home with a scrappy voice. I was visiting some family in Orlando and something, but allergies or something had me like have a sore throat. So any who's, you don't care about that. Type four, the individualist.

KateLynn Bundy: um Love these very artsy fartsy folks. Love it. Their desire is to be authentic and unique and their fears are having no identity or um like personal significance. So their growth is being objective and stable like a type one and their stress is dramatic and needy like a type two.

KateLynn Bundy: Dramatic. Oh boy. Great examples of a type four is Edgar Allan Poe, Johnny Depp, Bob Dylan, right?

KateLynn Bundy: These are creatives at their core. Love it. In the core of the type four, they're very introspective, emotionally honest, and they're driven by a need to find some sort of meaning.

KateLynn Bundy: They crave authenticity and are drawn to beauty and art and depth and like those weird ah weirdo conversations about alien space and time. And they often feel different different and they kind of like it that way. They like being set apart, um but it also can be devastating to some of them.

KateLynn Bundy: um So fours want to find and express their true identity. Their fear is being insignificant or without some sort of ah like personal meaning.

KateLynn Bundy: So they feel like something is always missing in themselves or in their lives. So the strengths of a type four emotionally deep and intuitive also can be the empaths as well, creatively expressive and gifted in empathy and introspection. So we need more of that in the world.

KateLynn Bundy: ah However, your struggles, you know, can be really moody and withdrawn or really self-absorbed. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. It's just facts. Okay. um So they're prone to envy or comparison and they may romanticize pain or struggle.

KateLynn Bundy: Whoops.

KateLynn Bundy: That was my phone. Forgot to mute it. So yeah, they they're they romanticize pain or struggle and just love living in that. I am not a type four. I don't know why, but we're to, I didn't know.

KateLynn Bundy: i know why. i just can't, I just can't understand it. You know, like, why do you like to live in that pain or that struggle? Like, stop it. I hate having baggage and stuff weighing me down. I'll just do, I'll do whatever it takes to get rid of it.

KateLynn Bundy: um All right. So growth tip for our four besties, you are already whole. Okay. Even in the ordinary, let yourself be grounded in the present, not just your feelings. Okay. I'm going to say that again. I wrote it down so I could repeat it.

KateLynn Bundy: Okay. You are already whole, okay? Even in the mundane, the ordinary of everyday life, just let yourself be and be grounded in the present and not in just your feelings. Feelings are important. Emotions are important, but they can be misleading, okay?

KateLynn Bundy: All right, moving on Type five, the investigator. I could talk to a type five for hours. I love it when they make it out to a party because they are the introvert, big introverts of the Enneagram, typically are. Any, okay, let's be clear on that too. Any type can be an introvert or an extrovert, um but some tend to be a little like,

KateLynn Bundy: There's a bigger percentage of one being more than the other. So type fives tend to be more of an introvert than they are going to be an extrovert. um but So type fives are called the investigators. They desire to be compatible and competent in the world and they fear being helpless or ignorant.

KateLynn Bundy: And so their growth is confident and assertive, like a type eight, and their stress is disorganized and scattered, like a type seven, always jumping from project to project, woodworking project, art project, blah, blah, blah, always having something going on.

KateLynn Bundy: um And great examples of ah type fives is Albert Einstein, y'all, and Sherlock Holmes. It's kind of a funny example. But Albert Einstein, you know, just like the experts in what they do. They they are the types that will, I'm going to be a doctor. I'm going to know every single body part down to a T and know everything. and Or be writers often are type fives too.

KateLynn Bundy: Whatever profession a type five chooses, they're going to master it. That's what I love about them. They just really are so heady people and really dive into something that they love.

KateLynn Bundy: um All right. So the core of the type five, fives are curious. That's why i like them. Great conversations. They're cerebral. And like I said, often introverted and they seek knowledge.

KateLynn Bundy: They seek independence and privacy. And for them, understanding the world helps them feel safe. It's usually through logic and like science. So they have a hard time just yeah their feelings are very hard for them.

KateLynn Bundy: um they They often pull back from emotional intensity to observe and analyze instead because they have to understand it on a factual, scientific-y level, right?

KateLynn Bundy: um That's why I have known a lot of type fives in my years. I'm an emotional person and they just find me just so fascinating. I'm just, I'm just such a wonder to them.

KateLynn Bundy: um Moving on. This is not about me, but I will talk about me. I don't care. All right. The core motivation and fears of fives, they want to feel capable and competent. So their fear is being overwhelmed, invaded, or depleted. They often withdraw to conserve energy, both mentally and emotionally. That's why they're those introverts.

KateLynn Bundy: So their strengths are insightful, analytical, let's see, like self-reliant, innovative, right? Albert Einstein, I'm sure Nicholas Tesla was probably a type five. you Those are the kinds of people in the world that are type fives.

KateLynn Bundy: And they're very calm under pressure. Gotta have more of that. Yeah. ah That was a burp. All right. Struggles. Emotionally detached or withdrawn. I dated a five, guys. And although I grew a ton and learned so much about myself ah in this relationship, he gave me tons of space to really grow and just really learn to be more of who I am. And that's what I loved about that relationship.

KateLynn Bundy: um But we we struggled because he was emotionally detached. It was so hard to get him to like, can you just like say something? I'm over here spilling my heart out, you know, and you're just there staring at the wall, like literally.

KateLynn Bundy: So they do struggle or can struggle to engage or trust others. That's a serious onion to peel back. Um, they can hoard time. They hoard their energy or their knowledge because that's again how they feel valuable to the world.

KateLynn Bundy: Um, so a growth tip for you fives, you do not have to figure everything out before you engage. Let people in. You're more resourced than you realize. It's scary It's scary, but you can jump right in engage you and engage, you have all the resources to be successful in that relationship or um in that, even just that conversation, right?

KateLynn Bundy: um Get to the party, go go to Take people up on their invites, okay? At least once a month. That's a challenge for you guys. um All right.

KateLynn Bundy: More on the head types, type six. The loyalists, love them. ah Their desires are to feel secure and supported their fear, right?

KateLynn Bundy: What's the opposite of that? Being without support or guidance. So their growth is being trusting and grounded like a type nine. And their stress is competitive.

KateLynn Bundy: ah They're also status driven like a type three. So examples, um Ellen DeGeneres, I think is ah an example of a type three, or sorry, type six. And I should have researched some more examples. Let me have the one.

KateLynn Bundy: think she got canceled though. So sorry, guys. That was not a good one. um But the core of the type six, they are loyal, love it, dependable, and deeply attuned to potential threats. They think ahead, plan for risk, and value trust. If you are a CEO, you or something like if you need people by your side like that to make decisions a type six is a great secondhand man or woman to have by your side to be like all right we're thinking about moving in this direction ah what do we think and they will just see and look for all the risks and tell you about it and that's such a valuable trait to have in the workplace and type sixes too are very great in middle management i don't know i'm going off on this tangent

KateLynn Bundy: But they're really good about their people oriented to very people oriented. They're really good in like HR positions, ah holding the hand of like upper management and the people below them and merging the two. Yeah.

KateLynn Bundy: um' So moving on, core motivation and fears of the type six. They want security. They want certainty. They want support. They have all the life insurance. They have every single insurance plan known to man.

KateLynn Bundy: ah and because their core fear is being unsafe or just unprepared, they deal with anxiety by anticipating danger mentally, emotionally, or just cool like practically. Like if you're going out on a hike, they're going to have the bags packed to the brim. Even if it's too heavy for them, they at least know they're prepared for a bear attack or falling down a cliff or something like that.

KateLynn Bundy: um And so their strengths, again, very committed, very responsible folks, great team players, and they're courageous when and they're protecting others, right?

KateLynn Bundy: So their struggles, they're a little anxious and decisive. They can be really skeptical. Change is very hard for them. um They might project their fears onto each other or onto others.

KateLynn Bundy: ah And they're prone. This is obvious, right? Prone to worst case scenario thinking. You don't and need to go that far. So a growth tip is for the sixes, courage isn't the absence of fear. It's moving forward with it. Trust your inner wisdom more than more than the what-ifs of life. Okay.

KateLynn Bundy: Leaning into that gut more is really helpful for the type sixes to stop overanalyzing and being, what do they call it? Decision paralysis. Okay. analysis paralysis. That's what they call it.

KateLynn Bundy: Type sixes are so guilty of that. Lean on your gut intuition more and you will get what you want out of life. So that's the type six. Let's move on to the last tri head triad is the type sevens my type sevens babes you're my enthusiast you're the you're at the rave you are just you are rsvp to every single thing that you can even if it overlaps but you're gonna pounce around town just going from one event to the other but depend in order of which one is the most fun

KateLynn Bundy: And you can be flaky. Yep. Sorry. That's a downside of the sevens. You're a little flaky. Little flaky. What I think about for the type sevens is like they're the dog in the backyard that will jump the fence.

KateLynn Bundy: They'll jump the fence. They cannot be contained. should put this on mute. That's okay. Okay. They're the dog that cannot be contained because they will jump the fence. However, if they know the gate is open, they'll stay in the yard.

KateLynn Bundy: The option of that ah freedom, that um being able to make that choice. I love that example for a type seven because it's just so true. If the gate is open, I'll stay in the yard.

KateLynn Bundy: But if you're going to close that motherfucker, I'm jumping the fence. Bye, bitch.

KateLynn Bundy: um All right. Type sevens, like I said, are the enthusiasts. They desire to be satisfied and content and they fear being deprived or in pain, ah typically like emotional pain.

KateLynn Bundy: Everyone fears physical pain. So growth is focused and they're disciplined like a type five. You need more of those in your life. ah And your stress is critical and perfectionistic like a type ones, like a type one.

KateLynn Bundy: um Great examples of a type one is Robin Williams and Jim Carrey. Great, great examples of um a type seven. But here's the thing.

KateLynn Bundy: What happened to Robin Williams? We all know that story. And he just, he didn't face his um his brain. He didn't face, that's a bad way to put it. He um didn't take the time to really uncover who he is and sit with himself, sit in his pain. And of course, I don't know the whole story or what therapy he did or didn't do um But it is just so important. It's such a classic example of like ah mental health just really being that debilitating that you would, you know, off yourself like that. It's just so sad. And type sevens can really be prisoner of their own mind.

KateLynn Bundy: um And you don't have to be. Okay. There's there's help out there. Right. And Jim Carrey is just such a great example. Love it. um All right. The core of the type sevens. They're very optimistic, adventurous, and always chasing new experiences. They are the best to have on vacation with you or a Friday night. Love it.

KateLynn Bundy: They're future focused and love possibilities, but sometimes as a way to avoid discomfort. So they reframe pain and pursue pleasure very fast.

KateLynn Bundy: Very fast. um Type 7s are or the ones that will come up with all of the great ideas. They love it. they they They have the ideas, but they do not execute them.

KateLynn Bundy: So like in a workplace, if you're having like some like think tank meeting or whatever, brainstorming meeting, get your sevens in there with your eights and threes because the sevens will give the ideas and the eights and threes will execute it to the nth degree.

KateLynn Bundy: And type ones will make sure it's done right. right? And um type twos will put a little bit of that loving touch and humanity on it. And eights and threes will get the job but done. But yeah, get your sevens around you if you need ideas.

KateLynn Bundy: They love those. um Core motivations and fears for the sevens. They want to be happy. satisfied and for free. Think of the dog in the yard. that That's why i said that example.

KateLynn Bundy: ah Again, their fear is being trapped in their pain or in their boredom. So they move fast. They keep their options open and they seek stimulation and their strengths are ah very playful, imaginative, and curious, high energy and big picture thinkers. They're resilient and resourceful like a dog. I'm sorry. It is just such a great visual representation of a type seven, like a golden retriever or a golden retriever. yes

KateLynn Bundy: I should put ah type of dog to each type that it would be so much fun. Um, that's an idea for another time. Okay, type or the yeah ah struggles for us, you type sevens, can be scattered, impulsive, avoidant. They struggle to sit with their pain or really hard emotions.

KateLynn Bundy: um Again, they overcommit or they underfinish. Okay, don't be the flaky friends. I love my sevens, love them, but they disappoint when I ask them to show up to something.

KateLynn Bundy: Sorry, sorry, sorry there. ah So a growth tip for you guys, slow down. Literally stay present. Even when it's uncomfortable, there's joy on the other side of stillness too. Okay.

KateLynn Bundy: There's peace and there's joy on the other side of stillness. Excuse me. I need beverage.

KateLynn Bundy: Okay. Did you hear that? Do i have to say it again? All right. Type eights. Excuse me. my gosh. I was debating on ah revealing my type or remaining mysterious, but that ain't me. I'm a type eight bitch.

KateLynn Bundy: The challenger. Because I knew it was just going to be so obvious. Type 8s, like I said earlier, are so easy to spot in the crowd because they're magnanimous. They take up the energy and the space in the room every time they walk into it. You know they're there um So if I seem a little biased toward type 8s or talk a little bit more toward them or I'm just obsessed, that's why. Don't take it the wrong way, okay? Okay.

KateLynn Bundy: excuse me my goodness so the type eights are called the challengers this sounds super fun right I've had a hard time in my life because of this and that's why Enneagram was such a defining moment for me because a type eight excuse me i'm not crying I'm just trying not to cough again um o Okay.

KateLynn Bundy: That's why the Enneagram was such a defining moment for me because it's a very masculine personality. You're going to find out why. And I grew up in the church. So that's not cool. The church, church environment, they hold the type twos on a pedestal because that is like the biblical quintessential woman, right?

KateLynn Bundy: So I got in trouble all the time because I was too aggressive, too rough, too this, too much, too much, too much. Right. The type eights get that too much comment all the time. There is a book called, um, the road back to you.

KateLynn Bundy: can't remember name guy's name, but he's a, here's, he's here in Nashville too. I live in Nashville and, um, the type eight, the chapter on the type eight is the only chapter that had a section dedicated toward women.

KateLynn Bundy: And I just really appreciated that because it's a masculine personality and it's not for everyone. And, um, and You tend to have a small inner circle. But that's the thing about eights. You don't care. um i could really go on a tangent, but let's stay focused here.

KateLynn Bundy: The type eights, their desire is to be independent and protect themselves against like outside forces and they fear being controlled or ah vulnerable. ah So their growth is caring and open-hearted like a type two. That's why I love my twos because it represents your growth, the type of your growth.

KateLynn Bundy: So my growth is a type two, ah a healthy version of a type two. And whatever your healthy growth type is, that ah surround yourself with with good people of that type.

KateLynn Bundy: And um let it be an influence, man. uh yeah type twos are you know caring and open-hearted and uh and the stress they're withdrawn and secretive like a type five and I dated a type five so my stress was him but his growth was my was me the type eight it was such a fun dynamic it honestly was not that bad um Great examples are Serena Williams, MLK, you're welcome, um but also Donald Trump.

KateLynn Bundy: He's a classic type A. Very brute. very He's an unhealthy type A. I mean, I heard a yeah ah podcast interview. Who was the guy?

KateLynn Bundy: he was talking about Donald Trump. He's like, and this is not about politics. I will never talk about politics because can't fucking stand politics. But um this guy was talking about just how much trauma and abuse he suffered, Donald Trump suffered. And he's like, his trauma shows every time he opens his mouth.

KateLynn Bundy: Like it is just so obvious. um But again, like he is at the top of what he does. He's extremely successful, driven, workaholic. Like AIDS can also be workaholics.

KateLynn Bundy: And goal oriented, right? The man became president. He had a TV show, right? He's a billionaire. Is he a billionaire? Anyway, great example of a type eight. They're often the bosses that most people don't like, to be honest. Type eights have a hard time with growth.

KateLynn Bundy: Um, not me though. I'm the picture of health and beauty. The core of the type eight, um, they're very assertive, strong willed and natural leaders. They value control, autonomy, and truth. They're often, and often protect the underdog and they believe vulnerability makes them weak. So they, they armor up with strength.

KateLynn Bundy: Right. Everyone, again, pause. Everyone has a problem with vulnerability. Everyone. But there's a reason why. Go back to the core motivations and fears.

KateLynn Bundy: A type eight's core fear. i Well, let's move on to that section. So eights want to feel in control and self-reliant. Their core fear is being controlled.

KateLynn Bundy: Right. weak or betrayed. That's why we have a problem with vulnerability for a type two. It's going to be on, I'm going to be unloved or right. Do you see the, how that's kind of connecting now?

KateLynn Bundy: Um, so type eights, they do come off as intense, um, But it's often a cover ah for a soft and lawyer loyal heart. So your growth, so my growth is a type two. That's my inner heart or what many describe, many resources describe as like your inner child that you're protecting.

KateLynn Bundy: That's why I would take a freaking bullet for type twos because they're they represent my inner innocence and childhood that we've all lost, right? So if your growth is a type five, that's like your inner truest self, okay? Does that make sense?

KateLynn Bundy: um So strengths of the eights, decisive, courageous, they are protective and very direct if you haven't is still ready. um Natural leaders, again, they take the action. You need that in the workplace.

KateLynn Bundy: um But struggles. They can be confrontational or domineering. No one likes that. ah My dad was a type 8 and that was my life. Very domineering.

KateLynn Bundy: um They struggled to show vulnerability and um say they do suppress, depending on their level of health, they suppress their softer emotions. And Yeah.

KateLynn Bundy: I'm not to talk about myself. was about to talk about myself, but I didn't. um And a growth tip for you eights, us eights is true strength includes softness. So let people see your heart, not just your armor.

KateLynn Bundy: I, I'm good. Okay, here we go. I'm talking about myself. I remember when I started to realize I could let the guard down, you know, more and more and that the world is still okay.

KateLynn Bundy: Like I'm okay. I don't have to have this much armor up. I don't need to be this feisty or i don't need to snap back or defend, be too quick to defend myself. I can like,

KateLynn Bundy: They literally chill out, take the armor down. Everything, the world is still going. I'm still safe. Everything's still fine. And I am having better interactions with the people around me. They're, they're more comfortable around me. They're, it's easier for them to talk to me. Does that make sense?

KateLynn Bundy: Yeah. So if you have a hard time um having those connections with people and you're type eight, just let the guard down a little bit. Stop being so reactive or defensive.

KateLynn Bundy: um Not everyone wants to go toe to toe with you, you know, and and they don't want to put up, not everyone wants to put up their fists. Okay. Even though you think that's fun, eights can be really toxic.

KateLynn Bundy: Okay. ah All right, let's move on to the last one The nine, type nine, the peacemaker or otherwise known as the crown.

KateLynn Bundy: Yes, I said it. The crown of the Enneagram. Because they, they ah yeah, okay, I'll i'll say it, whatever. They often have a lot of the qualities of every single type. So that's why and the type nines are also described as the sloths of the Enneagram. They let life pass them by.

KateLynn Bundy: Because they they they're the wallflower of life and um they just, they they can be indecisive um because that also means peace.

KateLynn Bundy: I don't have to change anything because I am very content in where I'm at right now. Um, so they have a hard time taking action. okay, moving on. The desires of type nines are to have peace and stability and they fear conflict and disconnection. So their growth is proactive and they're focused like a type three, more of a doer stance, right?

KateLynn Bundy: And their stress is anxious and reactive like a type six. Examples of type nines are Mr. Rogers, like what a great example. Abe Lincoln is another one. you guys got Abe Lincoln, damn, and Walt Disney. and So the core of the type nines, they're very easygoing, accepting, and deeply in tune with others. Love a type nine.

KateLynn Bundy: And we'll talk more about um what wings are Do I talk about that here? I just had on my list of chit chat. Oh, we are going to talk about wings. Okay. So I'll pause that comment for now.

KateLynn Bundy: um but So yeah, they avoid conflict. They seek harmony both around them and within themselves. Love it. My mom, I'm pretty sure my mom is a type nine because that's the only thing I would ever hear her say. She's like, I just want peace in my home, peace with my family, like peace, peace, peace.

KateLynn Bundy: And they often merge with others agendas to keep the peace even at their own expense. So they're the kind of person that's just like, yeah, whatever you want. You want to go there? Sure. Even if they're deeply allergic to that food, maybe not that extreme, but they they'll do whatever it takes to accommodate others just because that means going with the flow.

KateLynn Bundy: That's that type. Their core motivation in fear is like nines want inner stability and just peace of mind. That's all they want. So they fear a loss, separation, or conflict. So they minimize their own needs or desires to avoid, you know, rocking the boat, if you will.

KateLynn Bundy: Their strengths, calm, and diplomatic, and steady. They're great, great mediators and listeners. They create peaceful environments and So they're very good in those counseling um worlds or hr even HR positions, ah mediation type of jobs. They really can see both sides of the coin and empathize with both sides of the story and merge them together to create peace and to create harmony. It really is beautiful when you get a good, ah healthy type nine in those roles that it's just beautiful.

KateLynn Bundy: Um, but, but their struggles, they can be disengaged or passive. Oops. I'm about to drop something. There we go. and disengaged um or passive, they procratin they're they procrastinate um or people please.

KateLynn Bundy: ah But yeah, the procrastination is huge. Again, the sloths of the Enneagram. And they struggle to know or assert their own priorities. Okay. That's important for you guys to know about yourself.

KateLynn Bundy: Little growth tip for the type nines. Your voice matters. Your desires matter. Speak up. The world needs your quiet wisdom in action. We need you.

KateLynn Bundy: Be our leaders, please. We need you. um all right. This is where I was going to, um, talk about just really quick what the, um, the wings are.

KateLynn Bundy: So growth, we're going to talk a little bit about the growth. Um, and this dress and the wings real quick, we got to wrap this up. But so each type has two wings and it's the numbers on either side. They influence your personality like, uh, like seasoning in a dish, right.

KateLynn Bundy: Or how you operate at work or in your family life. So I'm a type eight. So my wings are seven and nine and you're going to have, um, more,

KateLynn Bundy: for Okay, for example, type 7s, as we know, are the enthusiasts. they They love the travel. So when I'm traveling, I lean more toward the type 7 because I want to hit the ground running.

KateLynn Bundy: Let's go do as much as possible with a little downtime. I like my downtime, but I'm go, go, go, go on vacation. But in my everyday life, i I lean a lot stronger toward the type nines. I love posting up on the couch, watching a TV show.

KateLynn Bundy: You know, sleeping is a big thing for nines. They often need to nap. They're big. They're the nappers of the Enneagram. I don't really nap. I want to, but it's just not who I am. It's not in me as much as I try.

KateLynn Bundy: But um yeah, so that's an example of how the wings are. Your wings do not jump around. So if you're type five, your wing is not ah seven. Okay. Your, your wing as a type five is a six or a four.

KateLynn Bundy: So a type five can be very artsy if they, if that is the profession that they choose, like an artist or an art director or i'm or something like that, they'll become the masters at that thing and make it beautiful. Or if they lean more toward the six, right?

KateLynn Bundy: Maybe that they're more of the sixes in their personal life because that helps us be dynamic and ebb and flow into our everyday lives to have successful interactions, to have a successful workplace or you know, something like that.

KateLynn Bundy: So that's what the wings are, um if you've heard that. um And the growth and stress, like we've talked a bit about, so in the growth, you pick up the traits of a specific number.

KateLynn Bundy: So if you're a type eight, your growth is a two. We'll dive into each and every type and what your growth and stress numbers are. But um same thing with stress. You shift toward the unhealthy traits of another type. So i my stress is a type five. I hibernate.

KateLynn Bundy: I gather information and I just enclose in on myself to regain my strength and my whatever, willpower if you want to call it.

KateLynn Bundy: So understanding these movements really help you track how you're doing emotionally and spiritually. So when I start to hibernate, I'm like, ah that's my key to be like, oh, what's what's going on with me? Even if nothing majorly is going, I'm not going through a divorce or I didn't lose my job or something like that.

KateLynn Bundy: But um'm yeah yet I'm still hibernating. I'm still exhibiting the unhealthy traits of my stress, my type five. So that that gives me the key, the clue to check in with myself. Like what's going on? Is there something on my plate that's just really having me be like this?

KateLynn Bundy: Right. And that goes for every single type. And that's why the Enneagram is amazing.

KateLynn Bundy: So to use the Enneagram, It's really great for self-awareness. You catch yourself in those habitual patterns. Same with relationships. You increase your empathy and communication with the world around you. So once you really have narrowed down what your type is and you've learned so much about it, you will get curious about what your spouse is or what your brother is or something like that or even your coworkers.

KateLynn Bundy: i went Last time I worked in an office, work from home now, but I made everyone in my office take the Enneagram because like I know my I knew myself this was more for me my selfish benefit was to because I know I'm a difficult personality I know I'm going to be getting called into the boss's office to talk about my behavior or something dumb like that or somebody just took something I said the wrong way I'm like bitch stop being so sensitive don't take it so seriously

KateLynn Bundy: But so I forced everyone in my office to take the Enneagram and I printed out just a couple bullet points of the type of their type and pinned it in their cubicle so everyone could kind of read a little blurb about your coworker and understand each other a little bit more.

KateLynn Bundy: i So that's great. That's why the Enneagram is great for relationships, your personal or professional. It just helps you be so, it humanizes them and you and it helps you communicate in such a clearer way. um And another way you can use the Enneagram is for healing.

KateLynn Bundy: Again, when I discovered it, it really made me be at peace with with myself because I struggled with such a masculine personality. Like, why couldn't I be cute and dainty and just soft-spoken and just being the itsy bitsy housewife who didn't have an opinion and did everything their husband said and be submissive. Like, that's just not me.

KateLynn Bundy: and um it really helped me heal just a lot of what I was punishing myself for because I just didn't understand myself. um It's like having a map of your internal landscape, right?

KateLynn Bundy: So if you've listened to all that, you probably have maybe caught on to a couple, one or two that really sound like you. um to find your type though, you can take some quiz, but you need to do it with caution because they're not always accurate. That's what I'm here for. I want to help you discover your type through this podcast.

KateLynn Bundy: You can also book a one-on-one with me for one hour where we will dive into or just dive in and discover your type or If you just want to know ah or learn more about your type that's specific to you you, can go to the link in the show notes. There's a little calendly link that you can book with me.

KateLynn Bundy: um But yeah, if ah you can just read or listen to the types and depths. If you took the test, um my God. Okay.

KateLynn Bundy: um If you took a test, there's one i will post. Ooh, I don't know if I have it still. I'll do it eventually. But um if you took the test, take your top three scores and read through them. Pick one of them.

KateLynn Bundy: And that's how I discovered mine. I had three that I scored really high in I can't remember what the other two were, but the girl helping me, she's like, just pick one and start reading about it. Like, Okay.

KateLynn Bundy: And I happened to pick type eight and I was like, my brain is on paper right now. Who wrote this? Who do I call? It really felt that way.

KateLynn Bundy: So you'll know your type if you really do feel like someone is reading your DNA through your thoughts and your feelings, like all of it. And again, people do get mistyped all the time. So it's crucial to stay curious and continue to learn because you might be surprised.

KateLynn Bundy: Don't just take your type and run with it. It's something to dig deeper into because it's not a one size fits all sort of thing. Okay. We're making that promise to ourselves right now. um All right. So last but not least, y'all, the Enneagram is not a box to keep you locked up in. It's a mirror to help you grow. It shows us how we operate on autopilot and how we can live with more freedom, purpose, and love.

KateLynn Bundy: There'll be some hard truths to face about the inner you that you will ah inevitably discover. But trust me when I tell you that once you and uncover more of those parts of you that you don't like, the more free you become in your world.

KateLynn Bundy: Please trust me. All righty. So if this episode resonated with you, share it with a friend. i have yet to start the social media for this pod. So any support you can do now is very helpful for the success of this podcast and to support my personal goals.

KateLynn Bundy: Thanks for tuning in. Until next time. Bye.
