My guest today is Elizabeth Tripp. She calls herself a spiritual midwife. She doesn't hand you a mat. She holds space while you remember your way home.
Elizabeth's Personal Transformation Journey
00:00:17
Speaker
my guest today is elizabeth tri she calls herself a spiritual midwife doesn't hand you a map she holds space while you remember your way home She built a life that looked complete from the outside. And then when everything came apart, she did the radical thing.
00:00:36
Speaker
She stopped pushing. She softened. And that softening became her path and her work. Elizabeth, welcome to the show. Thank you so much for having me.
00:00:50
Speaker
It's a pleasure to be here.
Meeting at the Channel Panel Event
00:00:53
Speaker
Yes. Well, you have incredible energy. I recognize that first time I met you and your husband. um So it's, you know, I've been wanting to have you on for a while. So i'm glad we could finally make it happen.
00:01:07
Speaker
Yes, absolutely. I know we met at the channel panel back in November. So that was yeah really fun. Yeah, that was a lot of fun. I've never been to an event like that before. du Yeah, same. That was my first one. And I got a lot out of it A lot of really, really great information and just connections. And the event itself was really inspiring. I just think seeing people being themselves up on stage and expressing who they are and magic.
00:01:37
Speaker
I appreciated how kind of intimate it was. Like I was able to meet Bashar and like really interact with, well, Daryl. And then, yeah you know, like it was just, but everyone else. And then there's so many amazing people that you meet there, you know, such as yourself. but Like it's just, it was really nice. And, you know like it didn't feel crowded, I guess.
00:02:00
Speaker
No, I can agree. It actually felt really intimate.
The Power of Choice in Transforming Reality
00:02:05
Speaker
So just beginning, you say every time we choose differently than we have before, we become transformation in action.
00:02:17
Speaker
So what what made choice itself the center of your work? How did that come about? Yeah, I really believe that as human beings, our greatest power is our ability to choose and our ability to recognize that in the present moment, we have access to an infinite amount of possibilities to choose from. also really, you know, in a sense kind of empowers us if we know that to be able to see that we can choose anything.
00:02:50
Speaker
And that from that standpoint, we can be supported in creating our life, our reality by the choices that we make, because quite literally, I believe the way that we choose carves out our path.
00:03:05
Speaker
And when I recognized this within my own journey, i was just blown away because I was reflecting on a lot of my past choices and recognizing that without any consciousness or real intention, was often sabotaging myself or creating a lot of drama and in many ways causing myself a lot of pain and suffering.
00:03:30
Speaker
But when I woke up to the idea or the construct that victimhood is really just something that we're programmed, right? That it isn't really and the truth of our existence, that in fact, our greatest power is within our ability to choose and to choose within each moment that we're present of.
00:03:53
Speaker
I started to choose different ways of understanding myself, particularly my past experiences. And from the lens of seeing them as part of a positive way in which I could grow and learn and understand more deeply who I was.
00:04:13
Speaker
So even if it caused me pain and suffering, I knew that it had a positive purpose to it. And even that choice in itself made what was once heavy feel so much more lighter and with a greater possibility and hope that I could really step into ah version of me that felt so much more alive and alive.
00:04:38
Speaker
So when I say that every time we make a new tree, right, or every time we choose differently than we have a moment ago or yesterday even a couple of months ago, we're quite literally changing the trajectory of our reality. We're changing.
00:04:56
Speaker
becoming a new version of ourselves because with each choice, the universe is interfacing with that energy, that frequency, that vibration and mirroring it back to us.
00:05:11
Speaker
Well said. yeah You know, like each moment becomes more workable when you look at it through that lens for sure. Yeah, it does. And it requires presence though. You know, like when you start choosing in those moments, there's a level of responsibility that comes with your choices. And, um you know, you want to be intentional because that's how you can really live in a way that feels, you know, altruistic in the ways that you're choosing.
00:05:42
Speaker
no Yeah, you really do have to own it. Yeah. And all of it. The full spectrum.
00:05:53
Speaker
Yeah, we can make choices. I think you could agree, James, that, you know, come from an automatic, you know, sort of part of ourselves that, you know, doesn't even think.
00:06:03
Speaker
And it may not necessarily be reflective of always, know, who we say we are. So part of making choices is being present to those automatic patterns, you know, and particularly that can show up as like reactivity um or judgment and recognizing that part of that present of choosing, being conscious is being welcoming those parts of us that are really catching up and remembering that we are inherently powerful and are choosing and allowing those things to be there and not judge than themselves even more than what we are, you know, casting out in, that you know,
00:06:46
Speaker
That makes sense.
Importance of Present-Moment Consciousness
00:06:48
Speaker
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. um it Just being intentional about your, what matters to you, you know, and and not being defensive or, you know, you mentioned victim consciousness, which is so easy to do.
00:07:04
Speaker
You know, for the listener, I, I, I catch myself sometimes and I'm like, oh my goodness. Like, you know, it's easy to slip into. I think the practice becomes catching it and then realizing that that's not the path that you necessarily want to go down.
00:07:19
Speaker
Completely agree. You know, it's this sort of experience we're all going through where the present is something that we hear, you know, a lot of musical teachers, you know, speak about, and you know, people really, you know,
00:07:36
Speaker
talk about, you know, harnessing, but when it comes to practice, it's really about choosing, you know, can I in this, you know, uncomfortable moment where I just reacted or I am feeling angry, slow down, take a few breaths.
00:07:54
Speaker
get into my body and bring this sort of unconditional loving awareness towards my mind, which is quite powerful because it's what's projecting our reality and really get to know what it is.
00:08:11
Speaker
thinking, what it is, you know, creating. And in that sense, become the base in which you both as, as, you know, two things that can go coexist and create together can then choose differently.
00:08:28
Speaker
And that in itself, in how we harmonize our, know, human potential, I think, ultimately. So that takes a lot of slowing down and quite a bit of consciousness, which I call integrative and really not just, you know, proclaiming we're spiritual or that, you know, we have all this like years of studying underneath our belt, but that we're actually integrating what we say we know and doing the work and practicing what we preach.
00:08:59
Speaker
Yeah, I completely agree with that. Yeah. up that It's not sexy, right? Like the real work, like it's down, sometimes you can read things and it's okay. Yeah. Beehive vibe and all these kinds of things. it's like, in the moment there's gritty things that are happening.
00:09:18
Speaker
And can you be present for that too? You know, and, and that we hear it all the time, be present, but it really is a practice to really show up fully in the present where everything is.
00:09:32
Speaker
I do say it perfectly. Yeah.
Integrating Mind and Body for Spiritual Growth
00:09:35
Speaker
And if it's difficult for someone to do it in terms of being present to you, maybe, you know, so chaotic their mind is, then the other option is to just get into the body because your body's going to tell you exactly what your mind is, you know, speaking because essentially the body and the mind are one.
00:09:56
Speaker
So we can kind of find many different paths to present, which I think for the listeners could maybe make it a little less daunting, but for anyone that's, you know, on a spiritual journey, yeah, presence is this continuous, integrative practice of being aware of our fully human self, which includes the mind and the body and our higher awareness, all working together.
00:10:24
Speaker
in some ways with our intention in harmony. Yeah. That whole interaction is constantly at play and you're constantly interacting with the environment, um, as well, kind of to your, back to your point about kind selecting or choosing in that power.
00:10:44
Speaker
Absolutely. Yeah. And, you know, a lot of the choices that we've made, you know, we make in the present moment, but we're often really using our path as a way to, you know, define our present. so part of being, you know, conscious and intentional, you know, human that we're all being called in some shape or form to be at this moment in time,
00:11:11
Speaker
It's also honoring how our path can shape us or does shape us and really being heart open to slowing down and and processing meaning we've made about ourselves and the experiences that we've had that have been traumatic.
00:11:27
Speaker
So that we can choose in this here and now a new way to see it. So that from that point forward, our reality moving forward into our future changes too.
00:11:41
Speaker
So that's really like the kind of core message of presence, I think, is living right here in the now. But honoring that, in that, we may be called to versions of us that have previously existed that have strong ideas or concepts about who we are, that if we're not aware of that, that they're showing up, they can create the reality reality that we actually don't want because the present is where our true power is.
00:12:13
Speaker
It's real kicker. like Yeah, right? So we really want to... look at our past as I call it gold, right? a lot of times I do with clients is that exercise called trauma to gold. And we look at their past trauma, then we essentially go through a process where we help them see how these traumas have shaped them in a colorful way in a positive way because there are gifts and things that they've received out of these experiences that they wouldn't be the person that they are today without them but also to let go of the things that just don't align with the version of them that they are truly desiring to become choosing you know with that authority that I deserve to be
00:13:03
Speaker
you know, just empowered or beautiful or, you know, um self-expressed person sharing my, myself out in the world.
Becoming a Spiritual Midwife
00:13:13
Speaker
Yeah. Elizabeth, you call yourself the spiritual midwife, which is a striking way to name what you do.
00:13:22
Speaker
What does that word hold for you in a way that? Yeah. Yeah.
00:13:29
Speaker
It's so beautiful. with and I just love saying like midway, it just like feels so nurturing. but but but It caught me off guard. So I'm like, okay. But then like, yeah as I'm sitting with it, I'm like, okay, there is a, this is not an accident, right? Like you chose this is very intentional and it's very lovely. So if you could maybe unpack how you arrived at that and how that fits into what you do.
00:13:56
Speaker
Yeah. Well, Oh, thats this is one to to definitely unpack. So I'll go a little bit slow with it. um Essentially, over the last few years, and I have been going through a rebirthing process.
00:14:14
Speaker
In 2016, I met a mentor of mine who was very near and dear to me, and and he helped essentially move out of my corporate job and start my soul-led business. He was such an essential person who really supported me and helped me believe in myself. And we studied underneath each other for about eight years. um And he passed down a lineage of his way of understanding the human mind and the body and the universe. And was just amazingly beautiful information. And he opened me up in all of my spiritual centers in such a powerful way. And I grew so
00:14:58
Speaker
so much during that time. And um he also introduced me to my husband and I, you know, relocated to be closer to him. So a majority of my life as I was awakening and and becoming this empowered um woman was um really dedicated to my relationship to my spiritual mentor or what we call like our traditional guru. Right.
00:15:23
Speaker
And then He died in 2023, was somewhat expected, but it was jarring because I was being called to, you know, put to play all of the tools and my knowledge and, um,
00:15:42
Speaker
the things that we had spent years speaking about. And it was quite interesting as I navigated this because I started to see the parts of myself that...
00:15:56
Speaker
for really um lacking a sense of confidence and really a lack of trust in um my ability to hold my own, to believe that I wouldn't you know mess up or fail or that felt afraid of all this responsibility um to be this sort of leader or light for others without him.
00:16:20
Speaker
and so, I was really called in this time period to go deeply within myself. It wasn't a period of looking externally and because I'd spent so much of my growth period relying on that relationship. And I could equate it to even being so somewhat codependent, right?
00:16:42
Speaker
And so my soul was really calling me as a human and to really find that sort of mother within me. Um, because would outgrowing the program of believing that, you know, and I needed to rely on others to be this powerful leader and this light, and I needed their assurance and their, you know, sort of validation, which I think in all different stages of our life, we often feel comforted by, but I was really being asked to grow, stretch.
00:17:18
Speaker
And so, There was a lot of growing pains in this, but essentially i connected with um a beautiful council of beings and they essentially sat me at this head of this table and um they announced that um they were here for me. They'd always been here for me and that they had co-created my life with me and that it was time that i you know, learned who I truly were.
00:17:55
Speaker
And so they began to sort of hold me in a space where they welcomed me into this kind of like light. And in that space, I started to recognize how connected I was to our great divine mother.
00:18:12
Speaker
and the essential sort of creator energy itself. And it was just incredibly powerful. And um I would return back from meditation and I would have all of these sort of quiet and sometimes slow shifts in my understanding of myself.
00:18:36
Speaker
And I began to start to understand how to nurture my mind and to help it gently in an unconditionally loving way.
00:18:48
Speaker
you know, catch up to the truth of who I was and to physically start running energy and shifting different types of energetic sort of imprints within my body and looking at the lineage of my family and working with and within different dimensions and And it was also new, but at the same time, i was expanding. And um it was around about a year and a half into that, I met a, what I call a sort of architect of myself, but really she presented as a great divine mother whale, her name's Ohana.
00:19:30
Speaker
And she was just this gigantic humpback whale and she had the most beautiful eyes. And when I looked at her, I saw the most caring and nurturing mother.
00:19:45
Speaker
And I just started to cry. And she said, why are you crying? And I said, because I've been looking for you for so long. know, this energy of love.
00:19:57
Speaker
She said, you're looking at yourself. And that moment changed I knew that i was not separate from the divine.
00:20:12
Speaker
I was not separate from my divine mother. And I knew that i was in many ways, the mother itself in human form. i had just forgotten my true nature and my power, but that all of us are, that we express In many ways, our father and mother are creators as one through us in our human vessel, in our unique personality, we call Elizabeth or James or Jacob or whoever.
00:20:48
Speaker
and I realized that what I had gone through on my own was a huge shift and that I could probably claim for myself that I was divine mother in many senses and ways.
00:21:06
Speaker
And that I was ready to bring other people who were going through this type of shift, but hearing confused or, you know, scared because those were things that I had to actually experience. There were very intense levels of fear. Um,
00:21:25
Speaker
a lot of painful judgment. um It required me a time to visit the different versions of myself in parallel realities and make teeth, and which is not always comfortable because it takes time to process all these things, you know?
00:21:43
Speaker
and um I realized that I was birthing myself and that birthing can have its pain.
00:21:54
Speaker
labor pain, but that I was keeping new life to who I was and um that I was training my myself to really put into integration through a body I would say the spiritual wisdom and knowledge that I was given in my own way.
00:22:12
Speaker
And now through my own connections, the council and Ohana, which felt really true to me me. It wasn't just what my mentor was saying. You know, it wasn't just what went I was given those years. It was what Elizabeth covered.
00:22:28
Speaker
And so that felt really empowering. Um, so spiritual midwife came through that birth birthing process. And I say to this day, you know, I'm still, i think we all are ever evolving in our understanding of who we are and going through different cycles of death and rebirth.
00:22:49
Speaker
Um, and then I think that that's the continuum of what we'll constantly experience. Um, And so it becomes sort of something natural that as you midwife, you know, you understand that that coming out of the womb is death in itself because you're out of this like safe space within the body that's all in this like warm fluid. And hopefully the mommy's very happy, you know, and joyful um in that time. and then you're out in this like loud
00:23:20
Speaker
like really like sensory overloaded human life experience and you're here to like get up and go and learn right you know so um and you have like no remembering right well some people do but a lot of us come in and we're we're not like super clear like hey i'm in I'm a master, you know, that's why I came to the earth school. So yeah not so at least I didn't. And um that in itself is a huge honor. Like you came through great news and out of the womb and now into earth. And so you're birthing into this version of you and through each stage of your cycle of development, you are becoming you and letting go
00:24:05
Speaker
of the youth that you're not through every moment you're present are the choices that you're making because we all make choices. um And we can usually pinpoint them when we are like throughout our life that really change us.
00:24:18
Speaker
So that's why call myself spiritual midwife. Yeah. I mean, well, you, you go through pain and then you explore and then you grow in version of you.
00:24:36
Speaker
dies and you get reborn. Um, you know, it's like the death card and tarot, like it can look terrifying, but then it's like, wait a minute, that version of you that was in victim consciousness or, yeah you know, was suffering in these kinds of ways. And a lot of times what I've found in my life are suffering.
00:24:56
Speaker
Yes. And that was funny. that Did it just start recording? I have no idea. it No, it's been recording, but then it said recording in progress. I'm like, okay. okay okay and thank you
00:25:12
Speaker
You know, it's interesting. Sometimes when I talk to, very spiritual people, you'll see some malfunctions with something sometimes. It's kind of interesting. You know what they're saying? They're like, with well well, this is really important. Like whatever we're going to talk about next is like super important. I think so. Yeah.
00:25:31
Speaker
ah but Well, you you kind of answered it, but like you know I was going to ask you, what does a person usually feel in their life right before they find someone like you? and Yeah.
Guiding the Lost: Who Seeks Elizabeth's Help?
00:25:44
Speaker
Generally, i you know if you're in a healing business, it's like someone comes when they're very confused. They feel very lost.
00:25:53
Speaker
um They know that they're meant for more, but they, you know, really don't feel like they have the support or the tools to make the shift that they're desiring. um Or they're, you know, rapidly sort of, you know, noticing that their life is changing and that they're trying to catch up to all the changes too and having to like hold a whole new set of boundaries or a whole new, you know, understanding of, you who they're supposed to be or how they're supposed to be. So there can be questions of like, who am I and what am I here for? And how do I figure this all out? And or I want to do something really amazing and I don't know how to get from a to B.
00:26:39
Speaker
As well as I just have these hiding questions and I'm looking for some clarity. ah So it's a broad spectrum, but I would really say it's probably someone who's the speaker and who knows deep down within them, they've got something more to give.
00:26:57
Speaker
I'm curious your thoughts on this.
Post-Spiritual Awakening: What Comes Next?
00:27:00
Speaker
um There's a lot of, sometimes people ask me like, what does awakening mean? Or they're like, well, I had my awakening or I, you know, I've gone through this process and then now what?
00:27:15
Speaker
So I'm on the other side of that and I don't know what to do. that, is that something you come across? Yeah, which I think is also like integration, integration. You know, it's it's about embodiment at that point. Yeah, it's like we we know we're these, you know, cosmic earthly beings who are here to, you know, spread light. And at the same time, you know, we're also sometimes at this juxtaposition with, well, how best can I express myself? And or am I feeling limited in some way to to really be myself?
00:27:52
Speaker
And so how do i figure out what that is or how, you know, what the best avenue is for me? And um yeah I've got all this information and how do I share it? You know, like i I've gone through all these things and now how do I make it cohesive for people? Yeah.
00:28:11
Speaker
Yeah. Well, you touched on something I think is is truly valuable in that finding a way to self-express yourself. Yes.
00:28:24
Speaker
And speaking of which, if Ohana feels called at any time, she would be welcome to you to share any messages if that felt right.
00:28:37
Speaker
Yeah, of course. It usually takes me just a few moments to transition into um allowing her to express herself, Jermaine. And before I do, I'll just let your listeners know, Ohana, again, is a representative of the whale consciousness on the planet.
00:28:57
Speaker
and And she represents all different kinds of whale. um But she is an advanced consciousness that, you know, really has stated that she is a direct descendant of source, as we all are, right? And she has a a very strong connection to the planet Sirius B, water planet.
00:29:20
Speaker
And she speaks about her connections to Lumeria and... and lumaria and you know, the harmony and balance and the interconnectedness of that civilization and the honoring of all living life, um including even the life of the elements and how they work within the planet to create harmony.
00:29:41
Speaker
um And so a lot of her messages are really about unity consciousness. um recognizing that as beings here on earth, we have duality.
00:29:55
Speaker
So there's a sense of separation that we we go through and or we experience, but that those things that we feel create that separation, fear and judgment are just energy that our essentially sourced from the same one creator expressing itself in its own unique way for the purpose of us growing and evolving.
00:30:20
Speaker
And that there really is nothing we could follow in terms of, you know, something that would be able to hurt us, but that it's by our own way in which we choose to allow things to that we experience that kind of suffering or pain.
00:30:37
Speaker
Um, so she speaks a lot about that in terms of helping people understand why things show up for them. Well, it's nothing really off the table to ask her. Um, there's so much information I could go on for hours about it, but that's just kind of like a kind of general thing. Um, and she, as you know, whales, they think they have to talk, that's how they communicate.
00:31:02
Speaker
and And the ways the whales are communicating and singing right now are super unique. and But particularly with the humpback, these songs are passed down by generation and generally through the matriarch family because the matriarch is what guides the pods or the families.
00:31:22
Speaker
through the waters of our planet and each season, how they sort of traverse those waters. So the mothers guide the families and that's um been long standing within the pods of the whales.
00:31:35
Speaker
And so there's a lot of feminine energy, lot of loving energy. um And a lot for her to share about resonance and frequency and how we as human beings can harness that knowledge in our own songs, in our own voice and self-expression.
00:31:52
Speaker
So just a little background. but that That's wonderful. And I did not know the connection to Sirius B. So that's fantastic. Yeah. Yeah. Well, all this information, you know, i I automatically write, like I automatic write. That's how I channel and curve through me, you know, versus um someone asking me the question and and me answering them for myself. So I get a lot of my own information through my own automatic writing.
00:32:21
Speaker
Then I also sometimes if it sounds like it's something that, you know, could be best supported by science, i back i like I back it up by looking it up. And so when she told me these certain things and, you know, I could put some science behind it um and or also see what other channelers have said in terms of what they get from the whale consciousness, I was blown away by like the accuracy of what I was getting back. So it's been really fun.
00:32:53
Speaker
There's so many interesting synchronicities that share some things. Yeah. With the water planet, a lot of people have memories of that. and you know, it's always fascinating to me when it comes out and you can compare like, okay, I don't know you, you're sharing sharing this with me of our experiences together here and then collaborating it with other sources, but they you know, it's just, okay. You start connecting these dots in this beautiful way.
00:33:22
Speaker
Totally. Because I also say like, I don't know. ah you know, like, I don't know. Like, I just, I get this, but also who am I to say, I know, you know, everything that'd be like kind of arrogant. So I like to humble myself and say, I, you know, I know what I know, but I also don't know what I don't know. And so I'm gonna, you know, like yield to the universe to show me if like, if there is something that can create a synchronicity here then, and to validate this and awesome run up for it.
00:33:54
Speaker
Um, because that makes it a little more exciting. So yeah. Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. so would you like to speak with her and ask her a few questions?
Channeling Ohana: Insights on Unity and Change
00:34:04
Speaker
I would love to speak with Alana.
00:34:06
Speaker
Okay. So just give me a minute here. Sure.
00:34:13
Speaker
ah Dear what? How may we be of service to you?
00:34:20
Speaker
Welcome, Ohana. Thank you for being here. Yes, it is a great pleasure to be here in your presence. It's an honor.
00:34:32
Speaker
Ohana, we are in a pivotal time on our planet and there are many changes happening, um which can be exciting and or fearful for people, depending on what perspective they're seeing things through.
00:34:50
Speaker
Is there something that would be most important for us to know now? What can you share about this time that would be helpful for us to comprehend, digest?
00:35:07
Speaker
Well, you are correct. You are going through your great change. Yeah. And with change comes along growing pain.
00:35:20
Speaker
Yes. There also are many opportunities within change. And as you stated, it depends on which perspective you hold about change.
00:35:33
Speaker
As you know, there are a million different ways in which we can view change. We can view change as something that is thrilling and exciting and something that leads to a new understanding of ourself, or we can view it as something blind, something dark, something that will hurt us. Either way, those viewpoints will will be serving all which that holds Because the experience of the change is what it is most valuable for everyone involved.
00:36:12
Speaker
Because I'm a soul metal, each and every single one of you on the planet and the planet itself have agreed to go through this shift in the way that they best need to and the way that will best serve them.
00:36:30
Speaker
So who are we to say that one particular way of looking at the change is right? In all perspectives, All perspective, indeed, are allowed by our great creator, the one.
00:36:48
Speaker
And it is the experience of the perspective itself that allows the creator to expand an understanding of what it is. So...
00:37:01
Speaker
We would think that one of the greatest ways to look at change, if we are not using this as a term to say this is correct, but just a perspective in which we, the representative of the well of consciousness, would express, is that this is,
00:37:25
Speaker
is. May we look at life from the perspective of it, is. An illness unfolding, a grand one perhaps, but that restraining from labeling every experience that we're having allows us to see it forward.
00:37:47
Speaker
And in that, give us the opportunity to find acceptance for what is. And when we have acceptance for what is, we can find that there is greater allowance in what is.
00:38:02
Speaker
And we often move or flow through what is. when we are able to feel that we can accept and allow it. And in that, then the change becomes something that we do not get a myth, but that we are open to. And it in itself will then re reveal why certain things needed to occur the way they did, in which many people will label negative or bad or scary or dark.
00:38:29
Speaker
But when you come from this perspective of this news, what it is, it will reveal in many ways the grander bigger purpose in a way that will feel more natural yet exxaminated.
00:38:45
Speaker
Thank you for that. Yes. There is...
00:38:52
Speaker
I don't know if it's ah a popular belief or not, but a belief that I have come to accept that perhaps we are collectively shaping our reality.
00:39:04
Speaker
So for example, when a number of the collective is, you know, worried about World War III or fear or things like this, the action of fear draws in more fear, right? That magnetizes that kind of play unfolding.
00:39:20
Speaker
And that we are constantly by our own actions individually and how we are interacting with ourselves in our world, that we are putting that energy out. So if you could maybe touch on that and how we shape our reality in this world through our consciousness.
00:39:40
Speaker
through to work, what do you give out, you get back. And so as a collective, if you had then to believe a certain set of beliefs about your reality and you've accepted them, then you will live through the lens of those beliefs which were given to you that you've accepted and you will express them through your thought patterns which will evoke different states of being that will draw back to the relative experience that matches it on an energetic level.
00:40:16
Speaker
Right? Because your thoughts and emotions are a vibration and a frequency, your song. Correct? And if a collective group is singing the same song, then the song in which they are singing will be shown through the mirror of their existence in their outward world back to them.
00:40:37
Speaker
So... As a collective, your world is in a sense playing many different songs. this is where you can see there could be achieved if you choose.
00:40:51
Speaker
So we speak about one individual making the shift to see the reality different than what has been given to them and that they've expected about themselves, to challenge those perspectives and therefore then changing their idea or self-concept and frequency in which they emulate.
00:41:11
Speaker
So that the song in which they sing is much brighter, much higher in its frequency. So they go about and they sing their song of being their self.
00:41:24
Speaker
Yes. And it is a beautiful song. And so they happen to attract. Then another beautiful person, another beautiful person, another beautiful person who wants to come along and play their song. And it happens that the song that they are playing is now matching the different ways of what instruments we could say in which they are playing their human self. Yeah. Some play the guitars, some play the and some play the flute, right? All your name.
00:41:56
Speaker
But the thing in is that you are then attracting community and ohana means in Hawaii family, but not just by bloodline.
00:42:07
Speaker
It means by those you feel connected to, those in whom you feel supported by. And we as a world, we stand for this. Family, one family.
00:42:20
Speaker
So within this family that you've created through at the harmonics of yourself, each of you vibrating in the same field of resonance, you can then play a louder, more beautiful song or softer, more light song and attract those who feel the same proper vibration.
00:42:45
Speaker
And that becomes like what we call third stage in that. And as that collective group, it can actually become the one in which is more dominant than what you have known.
00:43:02
Speaker
And so that's how we would say that, yes, in your question, there is a collective influence to how you are experiencing your world, but how has one and make a difference in the whole.
00:43:17
Speaker
Does that make sense? Yes, very much so. We're all connected and the more we shine our lights, the more it attracts like. Yeah, that is, it's right. Right there. Yeah. yeah
00:43:36
Speaker
Shall, can we more quickly move or shift into heart consciousness? What are some ways that for people that are in state of fear or feeling stuck or in the darkness that they can shift into our consciousness more easily?
00:43:59
Speaker
Well, to know that that is power, that when they feel this darkness, that they are in this fear, that is what is necessary them to draw them back to the truth.
00:44:13
Speaker
You see, these things in which your world, humanity, call dark and fear, they are a vibration on one spectrum of energy expressing itself distinctly.
00:44:29
Speaker
And so there is no separatism from the creative force that has made fear or darkness. It is all coming from the same source. So we must understand that from the human mind,
00:44:43
Speaker
Its label of this is dark or this is fearful comes from their own meaning they make of the experience they are in. So in order to understand meaning they are making, that is, they need the illusion that they are separate from the one that they always are, that always been, the heart of themselves, unconditional love.
00:45:11
Speaker
They must learn to slow down. They must learn to use the body temple, perhaps, if that is easy. To go in with awareness and to become present to fear.
00:45:27
Speaker
For example, religious fear. And meaning this is what it is they are feeling and understanding that a feeling and energy in the body running cannot exist
00:45:43
Speaker
out of sync with oneself without a belief that is general. So they must then become just gentle curious. This is just energy expressing itself in the way that I understand it is called fear.
00:46:00
Speaker
There is something that I am thinking that is hating. What would it be? And that is the curiousness of the heart. The heart is a heart.
00:46:12
Speaker
It is nonjudgmental. It looks as everything as an opportunity to return back to myself. To know what in the cells. So everything is a fear. Fear, what is it? yeah Fear to teach me more about who am.
00:46:29
Speaker
and know And so in them, they may find a belief, a way in which they have understood a circumstance that may be rooted in the way in which that in the past they have similarly felt or understood particular circum circumstance, they've gone through similar such as this, and with their curiosity, and be open to understanding how this belief was born, where it came from, and seeing that belief is just here, not necessarily true, but as options for us to choose what is truly aligned with us. It's you.
00:47:15
Speaker
We all. And so, in order for you to understand what is best aligned to mature with the who you are, part of yourself, You must recognize that the physical body would never to lie.
00:47:31
Speaker
So if you look into what feels better, I am still. And even on the slightest sense, it has the vibration or the frequency that gives you just the slightest sense of relief. You know you are touching on a frequency that is archaic relationship and that all is required.
00:47:54
Speaker
is suggesting that growing process, what is creating the separation from what has always been there. And what is the heart?
00:48:07
Speaker
Breath. It takes practice and slows it down, but you can use your temple because has all the empires that you are seeking.
00:48:19
Speaker
to understanding the truth and power and the wisdom in which you already and always have been. We werels have harnessed and used the sonar and frequency in which that we need to communicate the native vibrational resonance that is of a kind.
00:48:44
Speaker
The unconditional love in which we know we We too had to go through this process. And it's why we are here supporting humanity to shift the waters within them.
00:48:57
Speaker
Could we answer to your question? Very much so. Thank you. And one more, if I may, could you please give some words of encouragement?
00:49:12
Speaker
to sometimes we call them light workers or star seeds or these just wonderful souls that come to this planet that have become disillusioned and wonder why they are here or maybe they don't feel like they fit in um and they're wondering what it is that they are to do.
00:49:35
Speaker
Could you just share some some encouragement to them? Beautiful work, yes. We must let you know that the confusion you are seeing, you are not alone.
00:49:48
Speaker
There are many inhabitants on the planet that are animals and species that are losing their sense direction. If you have recently seen, there are are news about the beings or different whales or other species showing up in different places on the planet.
00:50:07
Speaker
They're unfamiliar to them. We speak about this to you because nature is a reflection of the truth that pulls you really up. So in those times where you feel that you are not on your path, or that you've lost your way, or you're finding yourself somewhere where you think you should not be, no, this is the perfect point to slow down, get outside, reconnect to your earth mother.
00:50:35
Speaker
Take a few nice big breaths. Center. Grow your roots into the heart of God. And remember, you rest here for a very powerful and important reason.
00:50:51
Speaker
In that moment, here is where I am. I'm exactly where I need to be. Clear. I know clearer. I make the right choice. So can. so one in And watch how the universe will reflect back to you, dear one, exactly what is needed for you to find your way, to learn what is necessary, to clear what is needed to be cleared within yourself, that you may continue to shine.
00:51:22
Speaker
We have poured in and we know you are divine. And that beautiful one, are making the difference that is necessary.
00:51:36
Speaker
Thank you. Ohana, that is all the questions I have. can bring Elizabeth back when you're ready. Thank you so much. Thank you. know It is a great pleasure to have them in your presence.
00:52:12
Speaker
Hello. How are you feeling? Hello. I always feel fantastic ah after a channel. Yeah. Like, woo.
00:52:25
Speaker
You're amazing. saying Thank you. It's, uh, when it was really, ah really interesting. And, uh, the word that's coming up for me, you had used the word like mother, but like this nurturing is like a gentleness to Ohana's energy where it's, it's just very like a warm blanket.
00:52:46
Speaker
ah That's beautiful. That's beautiful. Yeah. Many people have said that she feels balanced. You know, she holds a sense of real you know empowerment and also at the same time, this sort of softness. So I would say it's it's like water itself, you know, because water in many ways is extraordinarily powerful. It can be very destructive too, you know, and but In many ways, when we watch it and when we see it and it's low, it's soft and gentle.
00:53:23
Speaker
and And so with her being so connected and to the waters and the whales themselves, no surprise that she she gives off that energy.
00:53:36
Speaker
Yeah. Yeah, it's it's fascinating to like just talk about gentleness or softness or slowing down.
00:53:46
Speaker
And the imagery, you know, represented by water with all of those things, you know, in the world of performance, we we find slow, right? Or it's like, you know, how do you perform your best, but really, you know, and I've seen this with some of the testimonials of your clients where it's like, you know, when I slowed down, like everything took off, like things blossomed, like, you know, versus feeling the need to strive so hard and just keep pushing forward.
00:54:16
Speaker
Absolutely. I think, James, that is a huge program. You know, it's um one that is, you know, handed down to us. I think generationally we learn, you know, in order to be a you know, successful human being on this planet, there's a lot of hard work that we have to do. and There's a lot of boxes we need to check.
00:54:37
Speaker
There's certain milestones we need to meet. so often at a really young age, you know, even even early on in our schooling, you know, we're with time tested, know, we're given, you know, and homework assignments or tests to complete, but in a of that, we'll see, they over frowned upon and if we, you know, have tests, we're moving on to the next level, right? So it's something that we inherently operate from.
00:55:07
Speaker
And so it takes sort of, I think sometimes hitting, you know, or rather two by four hitting us where we recognize either through burnout or, know, um, things just not working offensive frustration that, Hey, different way of being, um, needs to, um, be implemented here.
00:55:30
Speaker
I think when we find from all that hustle energy that that hard work sort of program creates that when we slow down, it often can feel somewhat uncomfortable because our mind is so used to being busy um that we may...
00:55:45
Speaker
trick ourselves into finding ways to get even busy with and slowing down. um But that as we get more and more comfortable with just softening, creating a relationship, and they often say dance, static dance is one of the best forms being or really getting out of the head and into the body and slowing down that sort of automatic kind of thinking process that occurs for us can really be the best way that we start to see, hey, I can have these sort of new ideas flow without all that effort.
00:56:21
Speaker
um Or I can have these inspirations and they come just when I'm relaxing. And I can find this balance between doing and being that feels more fulfilling than it does feel like I'm, you know, just trying to constantly succeed.
00:56:39
Speaker
Did that answer what you were asking me? yeah And then you shared about ecstatic things and just movement, right? But like getting, you know,
00:56:50
Speaker
It might not be my cup of tea, but I love it. Like the movement of, know, moving energy, like getting that flow going, right? Like if you're, you know, got blockages here and there, it's like, okay, let like get, let's get the blood flowing. Let's, um get things moving so you can get to a space where you can be still and really ask yourself, you know, what is it that I want in life to experience? Because a lot of times, because you're so in our heads,
00:57:17
Speaker
Yeah, well think about it. Does the creator like, you know, force itself? You know, it just is. um And so it's an ever evolving in motion energy that it has a constant to it, right?
00:57:32
Speaker
Powerful, it's wise, it's in movement. So it is flowing. And we often think with our minds that we have to, you know, control a lot of things in order for us to get the results that we want.
00:57:47
Speaker
When really, if we can just let go and allow the source to flow through us, which dance aloud, again, particularly that's what my husband and I teach um and hold in our area in Virginia Beach.
00:58:00
Speaker
Um, we can get used to the feeling of letting our natural, know, self nature, who we are flow through us, through the movement and let go, you know, ways in which think we need to control how we're being or doing and just kind of just let go and surrender. And that can really teach us in our outside roles when applied to our business, our relationships, you know, to do the same.
00:58:26
Speaker
and I think. You know, we're not taught that in school. We're taught to sit in a chair and not move. And in physical ed, right, was actually painful for a lot of kids because they couldn't run the mile, like, at the time that the teacher wanted them to or something. Or, you know, like, they couldn't do as many push-ups as their friend.
00:58:47
Speaker
Yeah. The paradox of letting go. Yeah. You know, cause we, we control, we try to control somebody or some people try to control so many things. And it's like, you know, when you let go of control, things will start to settle and you'll, you know, appreciate things maybe be a little bit different.
00:59:05
Speaker
Yes, exactly. So when I work with people, i often really are deeply listening to how much effort they're putting in to be something, you know, I want to be this, you know, ah a successful coach or this, this spiritual guide.
00:59:19
Speaker
And it's like, so I think I need to do this and that and this, and I have to have all of these pieces, you know, worked out. yeah. Among our many different conversations as we shift and and, you know, see what has led them to this, you know, sort of space and recognize that this isn't going to get them any farther. It's just going to create more hard work and frustration for themselves.
00:59:43
Speaker
that The only, you know, logical thing is to just slow down and get to know ourselves. and And to really allow for then new ways of discovering who we are to be a way in which that we can start to flow more in life.
00:59:59
Speaker
Right. So we can't use what did Albert Einstein say, like old ways in that was his quote. You know what I'm talking about? You mean like ah this you can't like solve a problem with the same level of thinking? Yeah.
01:00:12
Speaker
Yes. Yeah. So we have to actually change how we're thinking in the ways that we're taking actions in order to have that soft flow, in order to welcome it. And it does mean things will be uncomfortable because we're learning a new pattern.
01:00:30
Speaker
And that's the thing we have to refrain from laboring discomfort as bad, but as a part of growth and the part of self-discovery. And I think as you...
01:00:42
Speaker
get more and more uncomfortable comfortable with the uncomfortable, then you're nervous that them actually become more hardwired to receive it and actually shift through it quicker and quicker.
01:00:55
Speaker
um Especially when you take that time to relax, slow down, and integrate. and integrate Absolutely. That is very true. Very true. Yeah.
01:01:07
Speaker
Yeah. It's hard to, you know, when you deprogram yourself when, you know less is more. it's like I mean, I think we, as a whole, don't you agree that we have to kind of be very present eat all the time to this because this is the nature of our society. Like, you know what mean? Like we just have to as a collective, if we're choosing be different in this state consciousness that we're to just hold our heart towards that program and say, you know what? Like I don't have to keep doing in order to be.
01:01:41
Speaker
i can actually just be and still have value, you know, which is completely opposite to we're what we truly and know. And I think all of us need to continually bring our heart towards that for ourselves because they're so ingrained in all of us.
01:02:01
Speaker
Yeah. Self-acceptance, knowing your worth is never in question. Yeah. Perfect. Perfectly said. Yeah.
Connect with Elizabeth: Coaching and Channeling Services
01:02:10
Speaker
Elizabeth, all where can people find you and What are you, if you could share just kind of, you know, you already mentioned ecstatic dance, but just your programs, what you offer and and where people can look you up.
01:02:26
Speaker
Yeah, well, my best sort of resource to find more about me is obviously my website, theelizabethtripp.com. And there you can find all of my transformational coaching packages and a way in which that you can also connect with Ohana.
01:02:45
Speaker
I do one-on-one trans channeling sessions with her, and but she's very specific about the entry in which she works with people. So I will say that Ohana a three session or six session or nine session commitment and each one runs a month.
01:03:03
Speaker
um And that's because she wants... a person to actually digest and integrate the transmission because they tend to be quite, um I would say, packed.
01:03:17
Speaker
And she will often give something for that person to, you know, make a shift with and she would like to then reconnect at another period about four weeks later to kind of see the shift in energy and she was specific about the cycle so the numbers three six nine are very specific in terms of the completion of transformation and the cycle of transformation um so those who want a full you know, sort of transformation, nine months. That's also significant to like the gestation of the child from conception to birth, right? so in those sessions, she's really, you know, saying you're going to have within that three period, equal cycle of of transformation and that thick period, another cycle that's going to build off of that previous one and the nine one complete cycle.
01:04:14
Speaker
um, and transformation. So I preempt that just cause people will think, oh, I can do a one-on one-off session, but it's just not how she works. Um, and then of course, Instagram, um, on the Unbound Heart, if you want to learn about, you like my everyday life and what I'm posting. And I usually share about myself. Um, but also our static dance will have links there. Um, if you're ever in the Virginia Beach area, um, we do,
01:04:41
Speaker
every third Friday, really fun aesthetic dances that are musically just so cool. So I just have a blast every time I do them.
01:04:52
Speaker
Well, Elizabeth, thank you so much for coming on and sharing about what you do. was pleasure to to talk to you and to also get to meet Ohana and share her with everyone.
01:05:05
Speaker
Thank you so much, James. um it was I'm so glad that, you know, the universe brought us together at such a cool event many months ago and we got this opportunity. Thank you. amazing. Yeah.
01:05:17
Speaker
You know, it's one of those things where it's like, you know what? We met. ah this is This happened. Like, let's go with it. Let's just see what happens, know? Yes, absolutely. Thank you so much.
01:05:29
