Speaker: I'm James O'Neill, and these are conversations at the edge of psychology and soul.
Speaker: Today, I'm joined by Dr. Carol Talbot, an author, speaker, and master firewall instructor who has led thousands of people across burning coals.
Speaker: Her work challenges conventional ideas about consciousness, intelligence, and what it means to be human. through NLP transformational practices and a framework she calls multidimensional intelligence.
Speaker: Dr. Carol explores the extraordinary capacities we may possess and what becomes possible when we expand our understanding of ourselves. Carol, welcome to Make Your Own World.
Speaker: Thank you so much for this invitation, James, and I'm looking forward to her a deep and nourishing conversation. Yes, absolutely. so Carol, you spent much of your life exploring extraordinary human potential. Where did that curiosity begin?
Speaker: I think it began because as a child, I had those wonderful dreams of flying, which feels so real at the time.
Speaker: And I was always curious if there was a possibility of bringing that into this density in this reality. So it set in motion a curiosity for the masters, the superhumans, the gurus who demonstrate all sorts of abilities.
Speaker: And that question, if they can do it, why can't I? And of course, I later discovered, I knew my mother had a very deep interest in philosophy, Gurdjieff, Ouspensky.
Speaker: And I later actually found out that my grandfather loved the work of Madame Blavatsky, Alice Bailey. So I also think it's been passed down the ancestral line to have that natural curiosity.
Speaker: Yeah, that's fascinating because not everyone gets that. Yes, I have to say I was very lucky. And actually there's an interesting story that comes from my mother.
Speaker: And in terms of what I ended up studying, because I always look for subjects that are a little bit left of center. And some of my teachers and mentors are not the type that you meet or find online. Some of them don't even have websites.
Speaker: And as I have a PhD in quantum morphogenetic physics, so people often say, how did that come about? And I happened to be in the US on a month long program with one of my mentors.
Speaker: learning to walk on water, actually. And we were doing all sorts of other things, so walking on water wasn't just the only thing. And on my way back, I live in the Middle East, I stopped in the yeah UK to spend time with my mum.
Speaker: And she showed me a manual that for some reason she'd kept from a programme she'd attended 30 years previously. And it looked really interesting.
Speaker: And James, it looked very complicated as well. Lots of dark... Anyway, when I arrived back here in Dubai, I noticed there was a talk going on at one of the local centres that looked very interesting and seemed to have maybe some synergy with what I've just been studying in the US.
Speaker: So I went along and naughty me was a few minutes late. So when I walked in, I sat down quietly, but immediately I felt that being, being that we sometimes get that says there's something more for you to learn here.
Speaker: So I took to speak and see the facilitator the next day. As it turns out, he knew who I'd been studying with in the U S he knew her very well.
Speaker: And then he had to leave the room for a moment. And while he left, he said, Oh, Carol, just take a look at that manual while I'm out of the room. Guess It was the same manual my mother had shown.
Speaker: And when I got back home, I called my mom, I said, show me that manual again. His name was on it. She had studied with him 30 years previously.
Speaker: And to me, that kind of divine synchronicity, that you get a number of signs which are so undeniable, that they send you in this trajectory rather than all the other possibilities and options that we have.
Speaker: And course, studying with him led me to quantum morphogenetic physics and then my studies in that direction and eventually to create the field of multidimensional intelligence and the ecology that goes with it.
Speaker: So yeah that was my like jigsaw puzzle piece go here. So did that change the way that experience changed the way you viewed reality?
Speaker: Or is there another experience? I'm sure you've had many, but just on your path, that's an extraordinary thing to happen. That would have definitely caught my attention.
Speaker: To me, that's when you see how the jigsaw puzzle pieces be put together and that we do have free choice and we're open to many possibilities. And we may make a sort of detour and go around the houses, but there are certain paths that are like, you need to go this way.
Speaker: And it's often in hindsight, we see that. And I met someone actually just a couple of weeks ago, and it turned out that we'd been in Ecuador at exactly the same time, in different parts of Ecuador. And I was with a very remote tribe, they're called the Atua tribe.
Speaker: And they say, if you're there, it's because they've dreamed you. Now, during my time, I had some extraordinary experiences, and I was left with, what does it mean? What does it mean? What does it mean?
Speaker: And so I continued my adventures in South America the following year. And I remember hearing an unusual... I was just eavesdropping on a conversation, some people ahead of me as we climbed up a mountain and I heard a name and I thought that's unusual, looked it up and I ended up then as a result of that going to Sedona and doing some more study from that. I met you just see people that you meet and how it all comes together in the most extraordinary way. and Yeah.
Speaker: question chi that experience in Ecuador I also feel was a pivotal one that I was meant to be there and it awakened another level and another layer Yeah. I've heard you mention how we are emitting a frequency. We have a baseline frequency and I would imagine it changes as we evolve and grow and expand.
Speaker: But is that, like you mentioned Ecuador, does it is it your connection with those people that draws you in like How does that magnetism work in that case?
Speaker: Or um with the people getting to Sedona? So I view it as an energy signature frequency because we are electromagnetic beings emitting a frequency, but also through our thoughts, through our language, through our emotions.
Speaker: You know, most people can walk into a room and will know if something's off or conversely, oh this has a nice atmosphere. So it shows you that all living organisms do read energy.
Speaker: But if we're reading energy, that means we're also transmitting energy. And I think that we often forget that we're announcing our arrival way before we open our mouth.
Speaker: And so i believe, and what you've just said, is that we have a baseline signature frequency. Not one frequency, it's like a soup. We eat that soup, it keeps us in a particular playground, at a particular field.
Speaker: that other experiences, people, drama may not be an exact match, but they're a close enough match to be in your world, in your playground.
Speaker: And as we grow, learn and evolve, we can expand that frequency suit that we're in. So different experiences come in.
Speaker: or, from my experience, often people that links with a particular identity. And that means they can only see eat this much. and other opportunities wouldn't deep come into their model of the world, wouldn't come into their sphere.
Speaker: So as you shift frequency, different people, different experiences, different opportunities present themselves that you were never thought of in this identity and frequency, but you can see them, which again presupposes That it's all there.
Speaker: Everything is there. It's about our capacity. So I always liken that to if you go diving in the ocean, you can only go so deep else you're implode from the pressure.
Speaker: But if you go into a submarine, you can go deeper. The pressure's still the same, but the ocean, the depth has always been there, but your ability to access it has changed.
Speaker: And James, I must say, you must have had literally a catapult shift when you had your experience, almost like a near-death experience, I believe.
Speaker: Yeah. Um, well, it was, I felt like at the time i got a sneak peek to the other side and realized that we're not alone and then it just, you know, so a lot of questions, I guess, got answered for me.
Speaker: And so, you know, I just know that I'm not here on accident and I'm interacting with things and there's, It became more exciting in a sense that there is, you mentioned Jigstop puzzle, but it is a puzzle. There's a game, there's certain rules and there's a way that you can interact with it. And if you learn how to to play the game, you can change, you can find the submarine and start exploring different parts you hadn't before. And so it's fun.
Speaker: I totally agree. And the when you said, you know, you see that there's different realities, you know, that's more about understanding our multidimensional anatomy, the multidimensional nature of our DNA as well. I think that plays a huge role.
Speaker: And that I often say to people, you know, you have glimpses that we're already bathing in a bigger soup of intelligence, innovation, ideas. You know, those moments when you think of somebody and they call instantly.
Speaker: or an idea comes out of the blue. And you often see interviews with musicians who say, I don't know where this song came from. i just downloaded it complete.
Speaker: And of course, most people assign those experiences as random, as flukes. But for me, they are indications that we're connected to a wider field of intelligence.
Speaker: And once you have a stronger connection, then you are, you can stream ideas, innovation, creativity. I've written three books in two years.
Speaker: I've created the multi-dimensional field scans, the entrainment series. The challenge is almost to stop and consolidate what I got. And it's been a wonderful gift. It's been a wonderful surprise.
Speaker: And I want to support other people in having that stronger connection because after all, you can have the most advanced streaming platform on the planet.
Speaker: But if you have a poor Wi-Fi connection, it's all going to be glitchy. and We live in a world of noise. not just on the outside, but the noise on the inside. Yeah.
Speaker: Means that people are disconnected from this wonderful field of intelligence. Yeah, no, I love it. So as they when I started meditating, i know you've gone on some very interesting retreats as well, but when I started to really deeply meditate for hours and realize it's so difficult,
Speaker: be focused and maintain concentration. and So mindfulness is paying attention on purpose, but we don't really pay attention that much or attention. It's like you to your point, it's going from here to there to something else.
Speaker: And so it's the signal can't be strong because it's hard for people to pay attention. And so I think a lot of times, maybe the universe is communicating with us and we're not noticing it.
Speaker: I totally agree. And that's where people have become totally disconnected and most people's nervous system is shattered. They don't realize that it's stressed all the time. So it's like an elastic band, you pull it, but it never goes back to its original shape. It eventually...
Speaker: which is what happens to people. Dis-ease and trauma and drama starts coming into the field. But I believe all of those have and all key an architecture.
Speaker: And when we learn to be silent, which for most people feels very uncomfortable, I've just been traveling and staying with people who like the TV on in the background the whole time or the radio on in the background all the time.
Speaker: People love noise. And so it feels very alien and uncomfortable for them to be silent and still. And from my own experience, I know people always used to say, you've got such a busy mind, Carol.
Speaker: And I used to think, has nobody else got anything going on up there? Because it was busy. But I know with some of the experiences I've been through, particularly the darkroom experience,
Speaker: but Yeah, please share. Yeah. yeah Spending 10 days, 10 nights in complete darkness creates very profound shifts. And it was also an experience that if I'd done it a decade ago, i was still sleeping with a nightlight and to be honest, a little frightened at the dark.
Speaker: But again, isn't that part of what society conditions us with? Light is good, dark is bad. Where nothing could be further from the truth because amazing shifts happen in the dark.
Speaker: it They say, to a certain extent, because you're void at some of your senses, that it's very similar to near-death experience.
Speaker: It's not having had one, I wouldn't know. But... Certain chemicals, first of all, get released in your system, which is melatonin, which as most people know, helps you sleep.
Speaker: Melatonin also repairs your DNA. So you're going through tremendous healing the first few days and a lot of sleep. You have no concept of time or space, which again is how we know we exist in the world through time.
Speaker: Yeah. The thing that happens is you get huge amounts of penilein released in the brain, which is responsible for lucid dreaming. Right the way through to 5-MeO-DMT, full-blown DMT, and if you stay longer, you can see ultraviolet, infrared lights and things like that.
Speaker: The most important thing is, because of the lack of time and space, your awareness shifts. And surprisingly, James, I never got bored. I could easily stayed another 10 days.
Speaker: I didn't want to come out. Everything flows down. And you're just left with a very different... Yeah.
Speaker: so was it profound absent and again teaching you to be in that stillness silent stasis and sollititude yeah Yeah. Hard to explain that someone.
Speaker: that can also put you into beautiful spaces of stillness those times when you feel i don't think i need to breathe and yeah nervous system calming down hard to explain that to someone it Who hasn't experienced it.
Speaker: Where you, you're in a space where you're like, I'm not even sure the last time I've taken a breath. And it just, it takes your breath away, literally. And this was part of the reason that I also created these audio experiences in the Entrainment series. The first one there is coherence, because most people, as I said, don't know how to be still and to calm their system down.
Speaker: And that's the only way that you can connect together. It also changes the way the world responds to you because you're sending out a more coherent signal, a more coherent frequency.
Speaker: When your frequencies are here, here, here, those ideas, though, that creativity can't find you because you're too busy.
Speaker: Okay. I hadn't necessarily thought of it that way before. Interesting. Yet you're, it can't connect with you. I know you were talking about musicians before. i heard a story about Prince and Michael Jackson being very intentional about recording maybe late at night where they are more likely to get the next song, right? To download it in a sense or channel it because they're connected.
Speaker: But if you're not in the studio and you're not there, your chances of, there's no pathway. I had a similar story with a friend of mine who writes music and lyrics and she'd booked the recording studio and she had the, a melody, but she had no words.
Speaker: And it's still nothing. And she's kept the booking at the studio. And she said the words and the lyrics came at about 5.30 in the morning, a couple of hours before she was due in the studio.
Speaker: And they just came fully formed, fully complete. And I guess that's a deep lesson in trust. But that's part of this this podcast series is really, i want people to take this knowledge and integrate it, right? Use it in your own life. like What do you want to experience? How does, and you can dive more into this because you've created this architecture. Like when you start to become aware of these things, it's one thing to have knowledge, but
Speaker: It's another to maybe have the wisdom and to take action and to do it, to put it into play. Yes, and that's been part of my work, that it this isn't just my own excitement, and I know it's the same for you. And I support other people who find themselves in the same loop, tripping on the same wires, and it feels like they're wandering around in the dark.
Speaker: And that's where the multidimensional field scans come into play, because they're a mirror of what's in your field. Yeah. What is that and how does it differ from how we typically understand intelligence?
Speaker: Again, an unusual gift to come online for me and just, I didn't expect it. I would, I liked, I would have wanted something like that, some sort of psychic ability.
Speaker: And this is a little bit different because I go into a particular state. I do not do them live and online. People fill in a short form and I need permission.
Speaker: And then the reason I don't do them live is I go into particular state, James, and it's as if I receive a zip file pre-language.
Speaker: And think about your near-death experience and other people you've spoken to have had near-death experiences. They'll tell you that they can ask any question and they know everything there is to know about whether it's quantum physics or whatever. They know all the answers.
Speaker: The challenge is bringing it back into this reality and giving it language, giving it words. Because with telepathy, language is what slows everything down.
Speaker: And then of course, the way we utilize language, it goes through different filters. When somebody receives a message, it runs they run it through their filters of delu deletion, distortion, generalization, and their model of the world.
Speaker: And they interpret it based on their model of the world. So what I get is more like a ah zip file, but it's mirroring what's in your field. So it's what you haven't been able to see from a multidimensional perspective.
Speaker: So as I said, it's a bit like most people wandering around in the dark and they keep tripping on the same wires, bumping into the same furniture, and they don't know why and they don't know what it is.
Speaker: So the multi-dimensional field scans switch on the light. So when I receive the zip file, what takes me the time is to put it into language. And so I have a number of about 16 different parameters that I create this 10 to 12 page report on from their energetic signature, their chakra alignment, DNA, which strands are online, which are not, their key mission.
Speaker: timeline possibilities that may be open to them, karmic patterns, ancestral loops, mental clutter, or mental loops that may be holding them back.
Speaker: So it's a bit like seeing the satellite map, switching on the light and going, ah, that's what's been tripping me up. and is you So is there like a screen for you? like yeah Like that map?
Speaker: Like a projection? Like a sea? What is that clairvoyance? i James, I don't see anything. Okay. ye or anything I sometimes get frequency, a kind of little frequency noise.
Speaker: yeah Can you imagine how much trust and testing I went through to see, gosh, these are accurate. People coming back and saying, how did you know? And it's like, I don't know.
Speaker: ah okay So click the noise and knowingness. Yes. So I've always had a strong sense of knowing, but as I said, it's receiving a file and then putting it into language. And then I run it through AI to structure it in a report format.
Speaker: And that basically it's trust. And I went through a lot of testing first with friends, then friends of friends, then people I didn't know who all came back with the same feedback that most people feel that it It resonates with them because something a lot of people say to me is they say they feel seen for the first time, but it's like seeing other parts of you that you know an unconscious level are there, but they're given a voice.
Speaker: Yeah. And and what you know, with the work that you do with people, often when people recognize loops, patterns, what's tripping them up, they don't have to be there anymore.
Speaker: There doesn't have to be any deep work. It's just, okay, I moved the wires. That's, you've seen the picture. Yeah. It's like you're, you know, not an image, a painting, right? But there's so much contained within it.
Speaker: Yes. For the first time that you see aspects of your cell for someone that would go through that, it's, I've had experiences like that where it's like, how do you know that?
Speaker: Yeah, I didn't tell you that. Isn't that the beauty of, I don't know how I know, but I know. And you look at, to me, it's when I read a book, or when somebody reads a book or sees a movie and it resonates with them, to me, it's an echo of that which you already know.
Speaker: And in this space-time reality, we like external validation. And so sometimes you need that external validation and you pick up a book or you watch something and you go yes, that really resonates with me.
Speaker: And to me, this is where we become more discerning and we become sovereign. Because again, through conditioning and programming, we've very much been conditioned and programmed to follow the crowd, to be part of the group, rather than think for ourselves and notice those little signs that tell you when something is off or on.
Speaker: Going back to when I said do you you walk into a room and you feel all the atmosphere is a bit off or you meet someone for the first time and just instantly know you can trust them. We read energy, we just got very lazy about that gift.
Speaker: To me, these extraordinary gifts where you start trusting and the intuition flows when you're bathing in this beautiful field and have a stronger connection, that's the gift that we all have.
Speaker: And I've been very fortunate to work with some people with extraordinary gifts that want to come online and yet that maybe there's a little block or a little wire they haven't noticed that keeps tripping them up.
Speaker: But to see these extraordinary gifts and to be able to maybe support people, to trust and allow it to come through, has been truly thrilling for me.
Speaker: Really thrilling. Yeah. Yeah. When you start doing your work, I know people listening that at a certain point when you go through whatever path you take in terms of meditation or just opening up and seeing things in a new way or realizing that that's a gift.
Speaker: That knowingness, it is superhuman, right? They make TV shows and movies with people that have these these gifts, but they're accessible to you if you want. We all have them.
Speaker: It's just a matter of finding what needs to be cleaned up and tidied up in our lives so that we can access that and then start to bring it in in a way that is helpful.
Speaker: That's where I took a little bit of a drastic path in terms of tidying up my own system. And it actually formed the basis of my thesis for my PhD, which is bioregenesis of the DNA blueprint through source feeding.
Speaker: So let me just um unpack that. Yeah. From a quantum morphogenetic physics perspective and multidimensional intelligence perspective, DNA is a transmitter and receiver of consciousness.
Speaker: But if there's distortions in your DNA, then the small amount of consciousness that comes through is going to hold distortions too. So the way that I describe that is if you have...
Speaker: film in a projector light comes through the projector and hits the film. If there's scratches on the film strip, then you're not going to be watching a clean movie. It's going to be scratchy and jump.
Speaker: And so it is as consciousness comes in, if there's distortions in our DNA and there are. through the toxins in the food we drink, the air we breathe, the water did we drink.
Speaker: It means that when it hits the DNA, what gets projected as our outer reality, as our holographic reality, also holds a lot of distortions. So my view with my PhD was, what would happen if I tidied up my DNA?
Speaker: And what would happen if I... did through what the masters demonstrated, where they were able to nourish themselves through prana, through universal life force energy, and live for quite some time without the need for physical solid food.
Speaker: And I wanted to see if that was possible. So, hence my experience in the darkroom was also a breatharic program. And I also subsequently went on another program where we did a lot of dry fasting.
Speaker: And as I said, this was to tidy up my DNA, to take away the thing that creates a lot of distortions from all the additives in the food that we usually have.
Speaker: Okay. That, it was, a as I said, a radical path. But as a result of that... My path has been accelerated.
Speaker: So I turned my thesis into a book and thought that was it. A couple of months later, I had one of those nights where I couldn't sleep and ended up mapping out my next book on multidimensional intelligence.
Speaker: thinking I was writing another book and then on came the multidimensional field scans, the entrainment series, the mastery mapping frequency mentoring. I mean, and I've just submitted another book to my publisher and I don't say this James to brag at any stretch of the imagination.
Speaker: It's purely to share what you've also said. The field is there. We're bathing in it. It's about our ability. to add that information. And for you, you got a fast track by the near death experience you had. And it was like, whoosh, are there other ways and methods other than what I've done, what you've done that can start to help and accelerate your access to this beautiful yeah field?
Speaker: Yes. Absolutely. No, it's talking about detoxing or really putting your body, opening your antenna to connect.
Speaker: And there's different ways to do it. But when you do and you have that access and you start to cultivate it, and you're also working on your own life and cleaning things up and it just becomes more clear.
Speaker: So when you do walk into the room, you're not you're not just sensing what's in the room. You also know what you're walking into the room with. For a lot of times, people I work with, they can tell me all about all these other people, but I'm like, what are you, what energy are you walking into the room with?
Speaker: like Like, that's going to affect everything else that you're seeing, right? It's going to be a mirror of what you are projecting. Yes, because we are running our world through a set of filters. It's like wearing pair of glasses. What in what I see is going to be completely different based on our background, are our memories. And this is where memories and identity come in.
Speaker: Because think of, if you're going into a forest, If you're a botanist and you go into the forest, you're interested in the trees and the plants and the fauna.
Speaker: If you're a photographer, you're interested how the light comes through the trees and just getting the right light to take the right photograph. Whereas if you're a child, you're probably going to be playing in the earth, making mud pies and playing with the ants.
Speaker: The forest is exactly the same. It changes based not just on your frequency, but who you believe yourself to be and your identity.
Speaker: So the quickest way to change your world is to shift your frequencies and your identity. And people often say, oh, do I have to go through decades or years of going back through my past.
Speaker: Again, i look at it at even time in a different way because we tend to go past, present, future. I like to go, future, this is the optimal timeline or possibility that I want to live by.
Speaker: Who do I need to be now and what backstory will support that? So think of an actor. When they get offered a part, they're given the character, who he is, the backstory, so they can really immerse themselves in it, which they do for the duration of the filming, and then it's gone.
Speaker: Whereas often, you know, and with the field that we work work with, we get people's story and they cling to it and wonder why they're in this loop. And they're in that same frequencies loop.
Speaker: And sometimes it can be hard to break free of that story. But if you've played that part, that role for decades, it's like you see musicians and they had a hit song 30 years ago and people still want to hear them play it.
Speaker: Do they ever get tired of that's not who I am anymore? Yeah. well it's this is who i am no you have the opportunity to reinvent yourself you know yeah i've shared i live in the middle east i live in dubai and people often say what took you there and i've been here decades But i the the short story was I was in a long relationship with someone I thought was the love of my life.
Speaker: I wasn't the love of his life. When it ended, i was really devastated. And you we've all had those sink or swim times in our life. yeah And I decided, okay, if I'm going to swim, I'm going to swim somewhere else in the world.
Speaker: where I can reinvent myself. Nobody knows who I am, the good, the bad, the ugly qualities of me, and and reinvent myself and create a different field of opportunities.
Speaker: Now, you don't have to move somewhere completely different in the world, but it is rather wonderful. And I know you see this with your clients, James, those times when they've had quantum leap or a massive shift.
Speaker: And the question is, did they change or did everybody they know change? And of course, the answer to both those questions is yes. It's like the forest. The forest is always there. It's how you interact with it and who you are or who you identify as changes. Yeah.
Speaker: And that to me is one of the quickest ways to change your reality. Yeah. It's how do you want the story to go? Who do you want to be? And know that you can start doing it.
Speaker: it Yeah. i And even people understand that. though They can hear that and they'll maybe understand their patterns intellectually, but still struggle to change them.
Speaker: So... From your perspective though, what do you think creates like lasting transformation or what do you notice most in your work but with the people that you work with?
Speaker: James, I like to work very quickly. So I usually work with people who are on mission with, they feel they've got gifts or they're here on purpose and they don't want to wait around it anymore. They're ready. i Probably like you, everything I do is a do with process.
Speaker: I'm not a do to person. It's not... Yeah. fix me that that doesn't work and that also makes you dependent on other people and i do not want people to be dependent i want them to be discerning and sovereign that they can make their own decisions yeah Often when people have had a multi-dimensional field scan, in one of the sections it shows optimal timelines. And what I mean by that is pathways that could be opening for them if they choose.
Speaker: So they often come back and say, Carol, that's a I want that. I want to be on that path. So we get their baseline signature frequency of where they are now, that kind of like soup that they're in.
Speaker: the the The baseline signature frequency of their optimal timeline. And there's a gap. Now, what would be really nice is to go, whoosh, there you are.
Speaker: But we live as in a time-space reality where there's a time lag and a time drag between being it, thinking of it, holding that frequency, sending out a clean signal,
Speaker: and it manifesting and materializing in the outside world. And when you understand the multidimensional anatomy that we have from the soul level, the oversoul, the avatar, the Rishi, the Bodea, all the way back to source, and understand the morphogenetic field and how reality is created, you understand that there needs to be a little bit of time.
Speaker: And think about, James, if you manifested instantly everything you thought about, you'd soon go, oh, That's not what I meant. And where would you put it all? but Be careful what you ask for. You might get lot.
Speaker: So there needs to be a kind of like time lag. And also here's the other thing. If you move people too quickly into unfamiliar frequencies,
Speaker: They are unstable. And i rather imagine this happened to you after your experience. And I know for me, when I came out of the second breath area experience where we do been doing a lot of dry fasting and it was very intense.
Speaker: I slept a lot and it took some time for the frequencies to become embodied, to settle in. And you also read of people who have spontaneous awakenings or Kundalini awakenings and that can be very unstable for a while.
Speaker: can knock you. And I liken this sometimes to people who've had plant medicine experiences where you are literally catapulted into different frequencies and you experience different things, which are fantastic, but it's challenging to bring it back into this reality because you know frequency.
Speaker: So when I work with people, it's identity and frequency, but incrementally shifting them. And we, I'm using markers to measure because you don't need to move all the way here, but when the field sees that you're moving, it wants to meet and greet you as well.
Speaker: So they're magnetized together. And what's so beautiful is here, as I said, you can't see so many possibilities and so many things. This is your reality. This is your world.
Speaker: But as things, frequencies open up, the playing field becomes wider. And as I said, opportunity, people, situations that you say weren't there before, they were always there.
Speaker: But you were not a resonant match. So this. It's stunning how you can not, maybe you could share some experiences like that, but where someone you're almost blind to each other. You don't exist in each other's reality. And then all of a sudden you're like, wait, you've been here the whole time. And like, yeah, it's like, I had no idea.
Speaker: It's isn't like that those images you get where there's the old woman and the young woman in the same picture. When you first look at the picture, you only see the old woman until somebody says, can you see the young woman as well? And you go,
Speaker: And then you look and it suddenly becomes visible and then you can never not see it. And this is where it becomes exciting. I'm sure, like me, you said, when you realized we're not alone in the structure of reality, it's exciting.
Speaker: Life takes on a different slot. And so for me, it's how can I support other people to have that excitement and to help them get out of that ditch, that loop?
Speaker: And my my next book is actually called The Hidden Architecture of Human Experience. And an easy way to say that would be, why do we keep going around in the same loops, attracting the same people? We think we're doing something different.
Speaker: But I also think, James, that's a lot about how our nervous system gets conditioned. Because it's one of the first systems to be created in the work.
Speaker: If that's the case, then the environment of the womb is already educating us about the outside world through our parents, through the mother. And that's to me also partly how ancestral patterns get passed out.
Speaker: The system is designed to keep you safe. So if you learned to be quiet because it's dangerous or it was as a child to speak up,
Speaker: Your nervous system keeps that to the point where you may think I'm just a quiet person or that's my personality. It may not be, which means yeah tith public speaking or overcoming your fears is going to work because your nervous system is designed to keep you safe.
Speaker: And until it's safe and it's being retrained, you can't speak up. so Yeah. Yeah. in this next book i highlight a lot of the architectures that i've seen through doing the multi-dimensional field scan that meet people in the same lo yeah This, this is my curiosity and my nature of how do I support people, but help them help support them, make those shifts more effortlessly, more easily, painless and quick to be so yeah discerning. So they're the master of their own life.
Speaker: Yeah. I love the speed thing. was a therapist. Sometimes people ask me, how long does it take? When it's up to you, right? Where you are, what you're looking for everything else. But when you come at it from, you have a level of awareness. I'm ready for something different. I'm motivated. My intention is really there.
Speaker: You can do things pretty quickly. Look, as I said, i often, it's four sessions. Do some of my clients need a little bit more? I'll be honest with you, yes.
Speaker: Some people like to, it's hard to let go of that identity. So we need to do a a few more things. Other people have very strong sabotage patterns and you have to understand.
Speaker: how, why, and allow them to feel safe. And this particularly comes down to slightly different psychic gifts, different abilities.
Speaker: As said I said, I'm, some of the gifts that some of my clients have are just phenomenal. and so Do you, do you see them unlock them in their time with you? I don't unlock them, they unlock for themselves.
Speaker: But sometimes I'm quite a hard taskmaster and I'm just thinking of one in particular where we got really to the crescendo and came another sabotage pattern. I thought, I'm not having this. but But, you know, his his his gift is extraordinary. And what was interesting was there was ah somebody else I know. i'm part of the Association of Transformational Leaders, and I'm connected to a lot of people in Europe.
Speaker: And one had recently had a baby and was having some challenges. And so I connected her with my client and he'd never done anything online.
Speaker: And i said to her, this is what he can do and how he can support you and your new family. um and And, you know, would you be open to it? So I...
Speaker: There was no forcing. Well, what was so beautiful, James, was the message I got from both You know, my friend in Croatia went, oh my goodness, Carol, I cannot thank you enough.
Speaker: And my client at the other side of the world said, thank you for trusting me. Thank you for pushing me to the next level. and And so sometimes we need somebody else to see yeah what we can, what they cannot see themselves.
Speaker: And if I can help them build that trust in themselves and allow, you know, once you, when you give some people, it's just like a little cork that needs to be And whoosh, you know, your, your wifi connection is upgraded.
Speaker: You know, another thing of it is, you know, we all have mobile phones that it's brilliant technology in its own, but my goodness, when it's connected to a network, it's abilities expand exponentially. Yeah.
Speaker: So the same with us, when you upgrade that connection, whoosh. Yeah, it's, um, I, we were talking about the story we tell ourselves. I would have never ever thought of myself as being psychic or having those kinds of gifts until I was curious one time and just went to a class and, uh, they were practicing psychometry, which is just holding an object and tuning in with the, the energy of it.
Speaker: And they put me on the spot when I was Very embarrassed. I didn't think this was going to go well. And i was like, well, I know how to meditate. I'll just kind of see what comes up.
Speaker: And sure enough, something came up. And I shocked myself and I just, I share that to to say with other people, when you start like paying attention to things, like it, it's not like I'm special in that sense, but everyone has this ability or these abilities. And I love how you say human potential and just there's so many interesting things that you are capable of that you don't realize.
Speaker: Yes. And, and. People like you and me can just support people, you know, to do what they do best. To me, that's that's such a a reward and it excites me tremendously.
Speaker: You know, I'm remembering um one of my mentors and I always wanted him to be clairvoyant, clairaudient and was always looking and searching, going on different programs to activate those gifts.
Speaker: And I got very frustrated. And I also expected them to come with ah big bells, whistles, fireworks. And if you could do it three times, so I know I didn't miss it. And you'll recognize this, I'm sure.
Speaker: And when I was with her, I remember on one um retreat, there was a lot of people there on this retreat who were very gifted, psychic, clairvoyant, clairaudient,
Speaker: And I felt really out of sorts and she treated me in such a special way. So to me, she saw something in me that I didn't see that had nowhere near been activated.
Speaker: And to be honest with you, James, I felt like a complete fraud. I really did. And she also would pit put me on the spot and say, well, what do you think, Carol?
Speaker: Why you asking me when you've got all these gifted people here? And I think we all need a little kind of like, sometimes it's a nudge, um you know, sometimes it's a tap, and sometimes it's a whopping great big kick and being put on the spot to remind ourselves of our own brilliance.
Speaker: And to remind ourselves of many of the gifts that we already had, but maybe we were shut down with the years of conditioning program. And now, you know, start to open up and that that's the reason I've always been fascinated by the masters and super heroes gurus.
Speaker: They can do it. Why can't I? Yeah. I mean, they're, what was the. book I read, Autobiography of a Yogi, Yogananda.
Speaker: I'd seen, a you know, living and in South Asia for a period of time, seeing, you know, interesting things, but to really kind of dive into that more, the deeper level and just realize, okay, they're accessing something that, and I think this is something we you share, right? And and some of your podcasts just said, well, if they did it, why can't I do it?
Speaker: Exactly. And and look, um you know, when you are able to activate some of those abilities, you know, it's not it's not for yourself. It is.
Speaker: And it's to hopefully and inspire other people to ask that question too. So you you said that I'm am'm a master firewalk instructor and I am. I've run firewalks for decades, over two decades and other breakthrough experiences.
Speaker: And people often go, why? Why do we need more firewalkers in the world? And of course the answer to that question is probably no. But what we do need is people who can face their fears with courage.
Speaker: And when you walk across those hot coals, it pulls the neurons apart from fear and rewires them in such a new way that, again, the people ask the question, if I can do that, something I've been taught and told is impossible. Yet I did it anyway, unharmed.
Speaker: What else can I do? Right. So all these tools as and and techniques in and things that we've learned, you know, are there for us to share and hopefully accelerate other people's path.
Speaker: And I'm sure, you know, for you with with clients to be able to maybe, you know, take a ring or an object. And it fast tracks, you know, what needs to be, how you can support them, how you can help them. What's a deeper level in that hidden architecture that maybe would take months or years to uncover.
Speaker: So it fast tracks everything. Yeah. Yeah. Just, say you know, getting the knowledge out there that you can, there are just ways and people that exist that are doing some incredible things that can help you on your path.
Speaker: And, uh, you know, you're putting some great stuff out there. It's pretty tremendous. I'm really excited that i came across your path. Oh, thank you. And likewise, James, when I was just reading about you, I thought, whoa. So,
Speaker: Carol, I mean, I know you're coming out with a new book, but what meet remains like mysterious to you? What are you you still trying to understand? Again, how I can condense the time space lag.
Speaker: Um, actualize other phenomena as well, and understanding more about time travel and telepathy. And I do like to spend time in the field myself to get at some jaw droppers, what I call those, where things I've never thought of before, when you start to see reality,
Speaker: and situations and things in a different way. So what I will say in my own experience, it doesn't mean that life doesn't happen and there's the ups and downs, but the way you respond to it shifts and changes.
Speaker: So for example, I've just come back from a couple of trips and on one of the very, very short flights, which should have taken an hour, but it actually took a whole day,
Speaker: And then even longer because my luggage didn't arrive. was the first presenter the next day in yesterday's dress and a pair of flip flops.
Speaker: Yeah. Whereas I think back to how... stressed I wouldn't be I'm not going to say that I liked the experience that I was totally calm the whole time but the way that I responded was very very different to how I might have responded and reacted several years ago does change how you perceive and see the world and experience the world. But there's, I know some people like the drama, but to also see that there doesn't seem to be so much duality.
Speaker: Because then you understand that you've been the good, you've been the bad, you've been the victim, you've been the perpetrator. You've played all roles. So there's also less judgment.
Speaker: So it's a beautiful space and place of discovery to be in. Yeah. From a place where, to me, it's still important to learn, to grow, to evolve.
Speaker: To me, yeah that's why we're here. Hmm. What do you, mean, that's and know a deeper question. Like what, what does it mean to be human and what, what do we misunderstand about the experience?
Speaker: You know, you've said it just there and then. The experience, that it's an experience. And so when you understand the game and the experience, you can enjoy it and also understand more who you are and what you create from different levels of reality.
Speaker: And then I also feel that that supports and helps people when people make their transition. um And some people don't understand that word, so what I mean is when people die, that I look at it as a transition of consciousness.
Speaker: So that we're more than this physical form, that only a small part of our consciousness resides in this physical form. We can access so much more. And that there are times when we choose to drop form,
Speaker: and continue and to me that's the excitement yeah it doesn't end and and look uh i've been living in a time where we didn't have mobile phones we didn't have the internet we didn't have you know as a child and grow up with that so it's been very fast-paced and extraordinary And now I also think the extraordinaryness is not just in external technology, but in developing art technology.
Speaker: I think that is one of the more, I asked you the question, but that is one of the more interesting things to me now is seeing more and more people do that. Yes.
Speaker: and in that And the more people do that, they show what's possible that we are nowhere near confined, limited or small in this physical form, but there's always more to discover.
Speaker: And to me, the masters showed us what's possible, but it's very much our time to. I think we're in for some exciting times ahead. i think it's going really fascinating.
Speaker: Truly. Uh, Carol, if someone listening wants to begin exploring their own potential, um what's one practice or shift in awareness that you'd encourage them to experiment with?
Speaker: darkness. So even if you meditate, and and by the way, it's been shown that people who regularly meditate ah produce more melatonin, which means if you meditate, you're already ah repairing your DNA.
Speaker: But when you sleep, think about sleeping in complete darkness. And also start getting used to more darkness. Put on those mind folds.
Speaker: There's also something called extra ocular vision. Children do this very naturally and easily because they're not so hardwired. But they can put on those mind folds and they can read a book.
Speaker: They can see what's going on around effortlessly and easily. As adults, we can develop that skill. It's a little bit more challenging, but to me, it would be spend a little bit more time in complete darkness.
Speaker: Get one of those mind folds. It starts repairing your DNA. When you repair your DNA, more of that stream of consciousness can come in, your reality all starts to shift.
Speaker: Well, I will be meditating in the dark more in the conversation. is Carol, where can people find you, your books, your work? Okay, my books are on every major book platform.
Speaker: um And the links for my books, these are the last two, Multidimensional Intelligence and Reimagine You. The next one, The Hidden Architecture of Human Experience, should be out very soon.
Speaker: But the best place is my website, multi-dimensionalintelligence.com. There's also a lovely little diagnostic tool. to give you a clue of where your frequency is right now and what it's creating in your life.
Speaker: So maybe worth investigating that. Yeah, I saw that. going to try to do you that too. It's a pretty quick and easy one, but it it gives you a little baseline. Yeah.
Speaker: Well, Carol, thank you so much for sharing your wisdom in this conversation. um Love to have you on again. There's just you tremendous um insight on things that you have. And um I'm definitely curious to learn more because that's, I don't know, but the the the Wild West, right? Like this new frontier of understanding that I think you're putting language to.
Speaker: Or a map. Well, let's have another conversation. Ask those difficult questions. what is the human really, really capable of? And let's push some boundaries. So thank you so much, James, for the invitation.
Speaker: It's been a joy to speak to you. I feel fully nourished. um I know I won't sleep for hours. but ah Well, you're very welcome. And we'll talk soon. All right. Thank you.
Speaker: We don't run from the dark night. We walk through it together all the way to the morning. That's Dark Knight Alchemy every week on Substack. And when you're ready to make your own world for real, I'm right here at jamesonealguide.com.
Speaker: Thank you.
