Michele Martin: Hello, and welcome to another episode of the Authenticity Revolution. If you've ever felt like you had to earn your rest, like your worth was measured in productivity, self-sacrifice, or achievement, or like you were constantly trying to prove you were enough, then this episode is for you.

Michele Martin: Today we're talking about the undefined will center in human design. One of the most conditioned and misunderstood centers in the chart. And one that holds deep wisdom once we stop trying to override it.

Michele Martin: So in human design, the will center, which also called the heart or the ego center, governs willpower, value, commitment, self-worth, and desire for recognition or material success.

Michele Martin: And only a small part of the population has this center defined. So for the rest of us, when it's undefined, we're here to feel and sample willpower, but we're not here to prove anything.

Michele Martin: And yet, the conditioning here runs really deep, especially for women. So here's what living with an undefined will can feel like before deconditioning.

Michele Martin: Saying yes to things to feel valuable, over committing, overworking, over giving, feeling like you're only lovable if you're useful, constantly striving to deserve rest, money, love, visibility,

Michele Martin: It's the proving loop and you can easily get stuck in it. It's the I'll finally be enough when spiral. It's the quiet self-abandonment that looks a lot like people pleasing.

Michele Martin: If you've lived in this space, I want you to know you're not broken. You're brilliantly designed to not measure your worth in output. So once I saw that my undefined will, once I saw it for what it was, it explained so much.

Michele Martin: The burnout, the martyrdom, the constant pushing through energy that left me feeling depleted and resentful.

Michele Martin: Now, I don't push to proof. I pause. I ask my emotional authority what actually feels right, and I take the time to listen.

Michele Martin: I give myself permission to rest without earning it, and I teach other women how to do the same. So if you're resonating with this, try asking yourself, what am I trying to prove, and to who?

Michele Martin: Where do I override my body to meet other people's expectations? And what would I do differently if I knew that I was already worthy?

Michele Martin: Where am I seeking validation externally instead of trusting my truth? You were never meant to hustle for your worth. You're here to live your worth naturally and unapologetically.

Michele Martin: And your worth isn't even in question. It never was. And this revolution that you're in, it's not about doing more.

Michele Martin: It's about becoming more of who you already are. And if this spoke to your inner good girl or high achiever, start with my free guide, Rewrite and Reclaim the Good Girl Detox.

Michele Martin: The link is in the show notes.

Michele Martin: Let's stop proving and start remembering. You are ready enough. Thank you for being here in the Authenticity Revolution. If this episode spoke to your nervous system, your heart, or your history, send it to a sister still trying to prove her worth.

Michele Martin: And if you feel called, leave a review. This is how we spread this frequency of truth, softness, and sovereignty.
