Michele Martin: Welcome back to the Authenticity Revolution. If you've been walking with me through this journey, from outgrowing to shedding to now rebuilding, you already know this is not about becoming somebody new.
Michele Martin: It's about remembering who you've always been. And today we talk about what happens after the unraveling, when the old life no longer fits and the new one still feels kind of tender.
Michele Martin: And this is the part where a lot of women ask, okay, now what? It's a vulnerable place. It's kind of like the liminal space um because you're no longer performing.
Michele Martin: but you're also not fully confident in your new expression yet. You're learning to trust your voice, to honor your timing, and to build a life that feels true, even if it looks different from what the world and the people around you expect.
Michele Martin: So let's talk about what it means to rebuild a life that really feels like you. Not the you that was shaped by other people's needs.
Michele Martin: Not the you who was rewarded for being competent, quiet, or easy to love. The real you. The one who's been waiting under the surface to rise.
Michele Martin: And here's the first truth. You don't need a five-year plan. You just need an honest next step. So what's one thing that you can do this week that moves you toward feeling more like yourself?
Michele Martin: It could be as simple as saying no without apology. Letting yourself rest without guilt. Putting your desires ahead of someone else's expectation.
Michele Martin: When you rebuild from soul, and not survival, you no longer chase alignment. You create it from the inside out.
Michele Martin: And this is where human design can be such a powerful guide because it doesn't give you another strategy. It gives you permission, permission to trust your own timing, permission to build your business, your career, your relationships, and your life.
Michele Martin: based on who you actually are and not who you were taught to be. And as a onefour profile, I've learned that the foundation of my life has to feel true to me, that I can't build it on shaky ground.
Michele Martin: And once I find something that resonates, I want to share it with my people. So when I started rebuilding my own life, after shedding all the layers that no longer fit, and it's still a work in progress, but I knew that I had to do it differently.
Michele Martin: Not louder, not bigger, but truer. And you get to do the same. So here's what I want to leave you with today.
Michele Martin: Rebuilding isn't about reinventing yourself. It's about reclaiming yourself. piece by piece and truth by truth.
Michele Martin: No one's path is going to look the same. And that's the point, right? So your job now is not to rush or to perform or to prove.
Michele Martin: It's to listen, to stay close to what lights you up, what softens your body and what brings you back to life.
Michele Martin: So, Here's a question that you can carry forward.
Michele Martin: If I were rebuilding my life entirely around my truth, what would I keep and what would I release?
Michele Martin: Let your body answer. Let your design answer. Let your soul answer. And as you begin to move toward that truer life, I hope that this podcast and this space continues to be a place where you feel seen, supported, and reminded that you're not alone.
Michele Martin: And if this resonated with you, I'd love to hear from you. You can leave a review, send me a voicemail message, or share the episode with someone else who's in the midst of the unraveling.
Michele Martin: And if you're ready for deeper support on your own reinvention, schedule a free call at the link in the show notes. I look forward to partnering with you in your personal revolution.
Michele Martin: So until next time, trust your truth, trust your timing, and trust the life that's waiting for you to lead it. And remember, you're not broken, you're waking up.
