Speaker: So I spent some time thinking about an intro for our end of the season recap and start of the postseason preview, and I honestly couldn't think of what to say. Because... I honestly feel like you know it's the same BS over and over again.

Speaker: But then I was at Wegmans yesterday. And I saw one of those carts with a little car attached to it where a little kid can pretend to drive as if they have control of the cart while everybody else knows that they have no actual control over it.

Speaker: And I saw that and I thought, wow. What a nice family and a spot -on metaphor of Aaron Boone's job. What's up everybody? Welcome to the fourth annual championship or bus end of season recap and postseason not so preview with mac and josh and Oh!

Speaker: Zach's here? That's right. Zach is here for the first time. First time ever. I think so. We've never had him for a postseason preview. So welcome, Zach. We're glad to have you on as a guest. Thank you. We can finally roast him for his picks live on air. and I know. Usually we're just making fun of you behind your back.

Speaker: I'm in post -Disney porky form, so I'm trash. Hello. Welcome. Just like your pecs. No. We got to post that on the the Twitter now that you said that.

Speaker: No, no, no, no, no, no. no god oppos that All of our 20 followers. soon That's our new podcast banner picture. No. That's our background. All all of our lovely Japanese followers really, really, really want to see this.

Speaker: You know they're big Toy Story fans. they You know they are. All right. So. Just for background for the listeners, because who knows with this awful Zencaster AI garbage that we actually are going to get to post this out.

Speaker: so Disclaimer going on, I'm actually not blaming Zach for this one. Um. We are... recording this in the middle of game two of the NLCS. So we already know the final four.

Speaker: um Right now, Milwaukee leads 1 -0, and game one for... um The Rays series begins tonight, Rays -Guardians. So we will see where that goes, but we are.

Speaker: We're not going to do any predictions for the first couple rounds. We're going to start right with the NLCS, I think. I mean, we'd look really smart if we did predictions. um But I'm assuming we're only doing... the Championship Series and the World Series, right?

Speaker: Yes. Okay. Sure. So. Do we want to start there? Do we want to go awards? You guys tell me. Let's start there. Sure. Sounds good. Um,

Speaker: All right, we'll start with the series that's already happening because the Brewers right now are up 1 -0 and are leading 5 -4 in the bottom of the seventh. So. i Let's go Brew Crew, baby. yeah Let's go Brewers. I think we all want them to win. Brewers in six.

Speaker: I agree. Same. mom Look at us. Wow. Three for three. I just really want. Really, really, really want the Brewers to go. and not the Dodgers, because then when the Brewers and whoever wins the AL, it doesn't even matter.

Speaker: go to the World Series, and then... Good ol'... Good old Commissioner Manfred sits down and goes, hey guys, we really need the salary cap. We can all point.

Speaker: And go. But those two teams in the bottom five in spending that made the World Series, what do you mean we need a salary cap? Mm hmm. Now my question is Are you rooting for the Brewers because of the implications surrounding...

Speaker: what may or may not be next season. or are you just rooting for them because F the Dodgers? Because for me, it's both. I was going to say both. It's both. It's both. It's also I've never won one. Yeah.

Speaker: I would love to see that happen. Um... My real question before that was going to be... if we recorded this three days ago. um and the series didn't start yet would you still have brewers in six or did the first game in seven innings. I would have Brewers in seven, actually. Well, Sherman and I are the exact same person right now. I was going to have Dodgers in six.

Speaker: Dodgers in sick? Ew. I was going to have – I mean, going by my head, not by my heart. I was not rooting for the Dodgers. but I mean, just On paper they're insane. But if you can chase Yamamoto the way they did today.

Speaker: and Why not? And you cheat. I mean. Scooble probably outclassed... Mizorowski last night. Probably he did. This rescue wasn't bad. It's just his pitch count went up too quick. He had a rough second inning.

Speaker: But... The fact that they were able to win a game even when... They lost the Battle of the Aces, I'd say. They still found a way to win. That's a team that's...

Speaker: Got a shot. They might be able to take down Goliath. I think this is finally a year. I mean, they've they've been totally learning, totally getting better, it's slowly building up. Their rotation is a lot better than it was two years ago.

Speaker: you know, So yeah, I think this is i think this is their time. And to be. A two -time defending World Series champ. That means you're basically playing almost 200 games a year. That's a good point.

Speaker: um Now it's on the third year in a row. So we're talking, let's say. conservatively. 550 games. Yeah, 560 games in a three -year stretch. At some point, the wheels do come off, right? and Yeah. You hope.

Speaker: Same thing with ah the Panthers in hockey, right? Yeah, I think. Well. i know I don't know if those two relate because the Panthers went through a ridiculous amount of injuries and the Dodgers have not. Still are.

Speaker: ah Dodgers go through injuries too. Not not the way the Panthers have. Well, you're right. right Yes. the The equivalent of the Panthers injuries would be like just pitching Otani and Yamamoto both dying.

Speaker: that's That's how bad it would have to be for them to be equivalent. But let's go in hindsight here. like If I told you at the end of last season that the Dodgers would have added... Kyle Tucker.

Speaker: Tarek Skubal and Edwin Diaz, and they're probably more beatable this year than they have been in the last three years. Nuts. Well, who would have thought Kyle Tucker and Edwin Diaz would just become a complete hot trash?

Speaker: Yeah. Yep. but they do look beatable. And O 'Connell isn't playing well. Well, Tiny's playing terribly. Least heard. We know it's hard. We know it.

Speaker: But yes. Ale? Raisin 6. Ooh. Okay. Josh? Raisin 5. I'm going away here. Guardians in seven.

Speaker: Ooh. I... I want it. This one's a hard pick. This one's a hard pick. I don't think the ah the Guardians have enough hitting. I was about to say that. Who's hitting the ball besides J -Ram? That's all you need. and j ram is not having a good year He had a great series. Ugly.

Speaker: I know, but he had a great series.

Speaker: I don't think they come away with it. I'm sorry. Tampa's too good. He had a great series against the White Sox pitching, which is not very good. But their bullpen is also very good. Parker Messick can win you two games.

Speaker: I like it. I'm going with audience. uh bad take Go Cleveland. Ew. Ew. I almost picked Cleveland to win the World Series. Disgusting. that I didn't.

Speaker: Spoiler alert I did not. I'm going Brewers to win. Over the Guardians. 4 -3. Okay. How do you want me to go? I actually— Well, let's just say anything more. said So Brewers in seven.

Speaker: Okay, yeah, I picked Raisin Six. I would say Brewers and Six. Over to Reyes. Yeah, but Sherman and I both have breweries raised, so. There you go. You're both going with the poverty team World Series. I like it. It makes sense. I do like it. There are the best teams left, I think.

Speaker: I do really like it. I would not mind it. edge i I don't want to see the Rays. You know what my favorite thing, by the way, is about the poverty team World Series? Honestly. Actually, this is about the poverty team.

Speaker: at ALCS. is that there's so much. complaining and moaning online right now about nobody wants to watch these two garbage small market teams. Yeah.

Speaker: Cleveland and Tampa Bay. Nobody wants to watch this crap. And in the same breath, they'll be like, man, we really need a salary cap so there'll be more parity in the league and any team can have a chance at winning. It's like a kiki cant you can't put full -time defense on this one. You can't have it both ways. You're right. We don't want big markets, but we also... we We only want small markets if it's our team.

Speaker: Literally, yeah. That is how baseball fans work, unfortunately. It's crazy, dude. Okay, wow, yeah two so two small market teams. Okay, wow, we get to watch Junior Caminero play you know in a huge game. We get to watch Jose Ramirez play in a huge game. ah i don't want to watch I don't want to watch these two crappy teams play.

Speaker: This is a exactly what a team is going to look like if there's a salary cap. I mean, what are you talking about? But if we're breaking down these final four teams outside of like the clear, no doubt. Like... Legend territory of like Mookie, Freddie, Shohei.

Speaker: The best player left is Ramirez. And he's a guy who's routinely been... I mean, do your Caminero. It's better than JRM right now.

Speaker: Christian Yalick. Over Jose Ramirez? He's got an MVP. And he's not good anymore. More MVPs than Ramirez. Well, he's the captain now. So he's Josh Donaldson. Yippee -ki -yay.

Speaker: No. And I like Jelic. I think Jelic is a very good player. He's not Jose Ramirez. And. Like... we could We could go on a tangent on that, but I won't.

Speaker: um My point here is that Jose Ramirez spent probably 10 years being the third or fourth best guy in the league. I'd love to see him get his moment right here. So I'm unapologetically rooting for the Guardians to win the World Series.

Speaker: I would root for Milwaukee just because they haven't won one. You shouldn't be apologizing. and ah Yelich is the captain now, so there you go. That's cool for him. And with all they went through with Class A. I. I watched the Guardians win.

Speaker: I don't know about you guys. du I know you mentioned that. Going back to fans and not watching, I got so frustrated that I actually Haven't watched a baseball game since. ah the other day. Or last week, I guess. but Have you tuned in? That sounds like you have. i'm watching right now yeah i haven't I watch the NL The NL games are a lot more exciting. Yeah.

Speaker: I watched last night and I watched game five. of the AL.

Speaker: Okay. I should have watched that, honestly. but Yeah. I got discouraged. You'll get back, don't worry. Do we even want to talk about it?

Speaker: About what? The Yankees. We can. I completely messed up. I didn't have it written down, so I went straight into it. Oh, no, I don't. It's just so frustrating. I just, all right, ask me, all right, I'm going to ask one question.

Speaker: They're so analytics -based. And they have all the analytics in the world. um yeah That Trent Grisham is the top five worst leadoff hitter in the sport. But in a must -win game, we're going to lead them off.

Speaker: Yeah, dude. I mean, they sat there, what, two years ago in a World Series and went, but the analytics told us we really need to pitch Cortez in this situation because he would have thrown a better pitch. And then they sit here two years later, and they're saying, well, we want Trent Grisham batting leadoff in our lineup, and he's also playing an elite defense.

Speaker: And, uh, I mean, nothing about his defense as a league. It's hilarious because he sat on that boot, sat on that podcast with the two. John Boy guys, and and he literally pulled out the stats and went...

Speaker: You know that he has, ah you know, the negative DRS, negative OA, and he's getting like one of the worst jumps in the league. And then Boone went out there and then Boone just looks at him and goes, well, so, you know, it's about the intangibles or whatever, whatever stupid crap Boone usually says. ah So then it's about going with your gut.

Speaker: Yeah, hilarious. The analytics matter until Cashman gives someone $22 .5 million. dollars Oh, yeah. and then says boone you're starting him And then Boone drives the cart on top of the supermarket. La, la, la. There he is. I mean, you're right. It is that Cashin makes bad decisions. Cashin makes awful decisions. And he has to live and die with them. He can't pivot. It's it's actually really embarrassing.

Speaker: And I will give it to Cashman, and it's a weird comp. I'm going to comp the James Dolan. He is loyal to a fault. He will he will die for his people. and The problem is that normally...

Speaker: In any other team. You would have died for your people already. He already would have been fired. three years ago, and this wouldn't be a conversation again. yeah see I think it's funny because...

Speaker: Uh... on the whole Cashman thing is that Michael Kay was talking on his radio show the other day about how, well, if the Yankees fired Cashman, that 29 other teams would be lining up to give him a contract. And it's like, why? like And he's like, well, every team in the league would be signing up to make the playoffs every year. That doesn't mean the Yankees don't need change. You could say that about any NFL coach.

Speaker: I mean, that this is what Kay is saying. and Any team would so would sign up to be in the playoffs every single year, and that's a pedigree that Brian Cashman brings. Like, Brian Cashman has not made a good move in 15 years. look at ah I mean, he does he does nothing right.

Speaker: He does literally nothing right, and he has an ice ball. Yeah. Yeah, with the top five payroll in baseball, he can't he can't do any... move correctly. Mike, you're telling me... Like the Tom Thibodeau situation.

Speaker: He gets the Knicks on the doorstep. You need so you need change sometimes to get them through, right? Yeah, I think that was a Leon Rose decision. And I think. When Dolan hired him, he gets carte blanche to make his own decisions. But Dolan's very much a guy of like...

Speaker: I'm... I'm picking you. I'm getting out of the way. And it used to not be like that. It started really with Phil Jackson, but guys like Isaiah Thomas. Before that, he he would stick with them. and stick with them no matter what.

Speaker: And then once Phil came in, he started to kind of get a little more distant, focused on his music career. But guys like Steve Mills. who every time he's around the team, the team goes to garbage.

Speaker: But... He stuck with him for a long, long time. Notice he's gone and they win. It's just, I mean, coaches rotate in every sport. You know, the NFL, like Harbaugh, the Ravens were good in the playoffs every year. and It doesn't matter. John Harbaugh's on the Giants now. like you can make that doesn't mean that you don't need change just because another team's gonna hire the guy Like.

Speaker: But guess what the Knicks did after they won the title? What? Hired Isaiah Thomas again. Did they really? Yeah, he's an advisor now. I didn't know that. Yeah. Because, you know.

Speaker: A decade of losing and sexual harassment cases aren't enough to fight to keep a guy out of your... organization oh god crazy Good job guys. But yeah, loyal to a fault.

Speaker: And that's what Brian Cashman is. He's never getting fired because him and how are basically but brothers so like Yeah. yeah and that's gonna that's just how it's gonna be until how ends up selling which i think is more realistic than maybe maybe yeah he's selling and steak in it already so we'll see which is how many times you can do the same thing and now we have a questionable season next year judge is 30 judge is gonna be what 35 after next yeah during the season Garrett Cole, I think, is is what, 34, 35?

Speaker: Yeah, it's over. Stanton is already, yo. unborrowed time as it is. it's over Windows closing. It's closed. It is slammed shut. But hey, don't worry guys.

Speaker: They're not interested in resigning Trent Gresham, but you know who is. The Mets. The Toronto Blue Jays. And you know what? I hope they do. I hope they do. i everybody i hope they do i didn't see that that's awesome Oh, they can have them.

Speaker: Did you see that tweet I sent you today about Jazz and his magnificent bunt coverage? Oh, yeah. He's gone. Yeah, dude, I mean, they're showing like... um The Dodgers fielding a bunt, and the second baseman goes and covers first base. And they're showing the Yankees field a bunt, and Jazz Chisholm is just standing there in the middle of the field doing nothing. Don't talk about my Silver Slugger second baseman. And they're sitting there. Oh, that's wrong. but And then they're sitting there and they're going.

Speaker: Well, I don't know what's what's wrong here. is it Is it Aaron Boone? He can't teach his guys the fundamentals of baseball or is he just a lazy piece of crap? Yes. And it's like. It's probably both, to be quite honest with you. They can teach this guy anything, but he doesn't seem to listen. He's out there sucking lollipops at second base. He does whatever he wants. And usually wrong.

Speaker: And then he'll try to act like he did nothing wrong. You know, it's funny because I felt really bad for this guy when he came to the Yankees and he was telling all these stories about how somebody, you know. when he was a rookie that they like took his shoes and put milk in it or whatever and threw him in the trash. And you know what? I don't feel bad for him at all be because of the way he acts, dude.

Speaker: He should get bullied.

Speaker: I mean you're not wrong. well you have to say no you can't you can't you can't You can't be a 230 hitter no and acting like you're the best player in the world.

Speaker: Because you're not. Well, he certainly is not going to get resigned. The guy can't even do fundamentals. No, he's gone. He's gone. all alright You're good riddance. You are the assistant GM of the Yankees because you'll never be the GM of the Yankees. That's Brian Cashman's job for life. That's Justice Cashman's job. um You can get rid of three players with... Justice Cashman's approval. Who are your three and why?

Speaker: Oh, so not free agents, so not jazz and not. um Gresham. Yeah, not free agents. Okay. That's fair. um Yes or no? we'll say, yes, you can get rid of, let's say everybody on the team right now is signed for next year.

Speaker: Okay. It makes it a lot harder. that's why That's what makes it harder. ah So who are the three you're getting rid of first? It's funny because he had such a good postseason, but i wells Wells gets me.

Speaker: But we don't have any money to back him up. That's one. i have i don't agree with that i have three answers and that's not one of them wells is Probably my number one. Because who are you going to replace him with? I don't know. That's the issue.

Speaker: You can use him as a backup. Whoever's coming up in single A. They don't have anybody. They don't have anybody. They traded them all away. Oh, excuse me. Ryan McMahon. We can do a Piazza, convert a third baseman to catcher. Ryan McMahon would also be my answer.

Speaker: That was two. I ain't trying to crush him. Yeah probably. Yeah, I didn't have Grisham, but I could see that. He clogs up the outfield. Just play Jones. Just play Jones, correct? Yeah.

Speaker: I'm all for that. Mine mine is minus Jazz, McMahon, and Gresham. Yeah, I don't hate that. Thank you behind that Yeah. Terrible man. How does Giancarlo Stanton play his last game as a Yankee?

Speaker: He might have played his last game ever. He signed for one more year, right? The Aggies might try to get him to retire. Yeah. Like them what they did with Teixeira and A -Rod that one year. Oh, okay. I feel like he should just stick around. He's he never got to really play this year. The problem the problem is is that...

Speaker: With the current construction of the team. uh, you know, another cash in masterclass. If Judge is not healthy enough to play the field, he has to DH. which means that you can only play one of three of so one ah yeah one of four of Stanton, Judge, Rice.

Speaker: and Garcia.

Speaker: those All four of those guys are under contract next year. Are you going to move Garcia to second base? He's notoriously a... Poor second baseman. You already spoken how you want to play Volpe there. for I know, but they seem to have shown no interest in it when they could have done in the playoffs already.

Speaker: They could have already done it. and I'll never understand why you don't do that. you're not losing that much defense at second base, no matter who it is. I don't know. It doesn't really make sense, but I don't even have any interest in playing with second base. Which means that you can only play...

Speaker: Two of those four guys.

Speaker: ah yeah And there's not a world in which you can bench one one of... I mean, you can make a case for benching Stan, but I don't think you can make a case for benching any of the other three guys.

Speaker: Ever. on any night, period. Right. But they sit there and they bench Garcia during a lot of the playoffs because they were facing a lefty. Just so they could play some loser. I like Ahmed Rosario instead.

Speaker: I don't think there's much of a case for benching Stanton with how much money you're paying him, too. So that's why the players are trying to get him. And that's the cash -in method as well. He's making so much money, I can't bench him. yeah oh I got to play i gotta to play Trent Grisham over the guy that's hitting way better than him. i misspoke i shouldn't say there's not a case i'm saying there's not a realistic possibility They're not going to do that because they're paying him so much money, like Grisham.

Speaker: That's their mindset. The analytics matter until the money. takes over.

Speaker: Which in that respect, I think it might be easier to just play Moneyball. You know, you don't have to have to make these decisions with Oakland or whatever they are now and Tampa and the Nationals because you're not paying anybody.

Speaker: Yeah. So you have guys like David Stearns who were great in Milwaukee and now awful with the Mets. He doesn't really have to make decisions about signing Pete Alonzo in Milwaukee because they know they're not signing Pete Alonzo in Milwaukee.

Speaker: So maybe Moneyball is easier. when all this time we've been saying that you know unlimited payroll makes things simpler and maybe maybe it doesn't Maybe more money, more problems. Biggie Smalls, who are you?

Speaker: Yeah, we try.

Speaker: Anything to add about the yearly Yankee rant? that really doesn't change much year to year except maybe a couple names i do want to you know look forward to this great free agent class of checks notes Uh, Louisa Rice.

Speaker: No. i I would not mind Louisa Rice. What? I would not mind Louisa Rice after all that. you get ah we already we have we have a We already have McDonald's version of Luis Arias at home called Luis Garcia. And he hits home runs. And at least he hits home runs because he certainly can't field his position either. No.

Speaker: But he can play multiple positions, Josh. Yeah, you know what position he can play, Mike? First base. How many first basemen do you want on your a team? Why don't we just sign call Paul Goldschmidt again? put Jesus Christ. I wouldn't mind that one either. What?

Speaker: At all. Great, great. Oh, great. Let's just have nine first basemen. Let's just not have any third baseman shortstop or second baseman. Let's just get every first baseman we can and play them out of position. No, no, no. no no no They're all going to play first baseman at the exact same time. we're all but We're just gonna leave the rest of the infield wide open, guys. No, this is my genius. I'm not saying...

Speaker: No, here's where you miss a point Considering the construction of the team, would I sign Paul Goldschmidt? No. but I wouldn't say that it's such an insult to have Paul Goldschmidt playing first baseman on any team. right now.

Speaker: He was a productive player. He was. He should not be starting every day, but he was good. I agree with that. Yeah. But if you're a 38 -year -old player in a positive war situation playing a limited role, that's a good season.

Speaker: So, I'm just saying, no need to slander. When you have Ben Rice. And Luis Garcia already on your team. It's not a shot at Paul Goldschmidt. You just don't need him. We don't need him. I'm not saying we don't. He's also 40.

Speaker: Let's not crap on him. He's a good player. He's a future Hall of Famer, but the guy you don't need him. Let him go to the Mets. He'll have a productive career. I was just pointing out Larissa Rise because this free agent class is abysmal.

Speaker: So we have nothing to look forward to. There's only one free agent that Yankees need to sign. There's one. Oh who is it? I know. Sato. Oh, yes, yes, yes. I bet he was born on March 13th, 1999. He's our age. Oh, wow.

Speaker: There you go. yeah He hit 306 with 39 home runs. well that He plays third base. Oh, it's right up Cashman's Alley. That's the guy the Yankees have to sign.

Speaker: Teruaki Sato. You have to sign this guy. He wants to come to America. You cannot get outbid by another team on this. You have to sign this guy. You cannot. Let Ryan McMahon be your starting third baseman again.

Speaker: Agreed.

Speaker: Boom. Why, who did you who would you want to sign? Mike said that there was somebody else he was thinking of. I thought he was kidding. I thought he was going to go with Scooble, but we don't need pitching. I was going to go Scooble. We can't afford that. Okay. Yeah, that's a hard pass.

Speaker: He'll be a Matt. You laugh, but tell me I'm wrong. That's disgusting. Oh. Watch him have a career worst year.

Speaker: i would That would check out. All right, it's the time to start laughing at Zaxpex. kill yourself yeah let's do it What are we starting with? Cy Young or MVP? I have my MVP pulled up.

Speaker: Let's do MVP. It is. AL or NL? What do you want to do? AL first? So. Josh and I usually alternate. Do we usually alternate this one? I think you do. I usually listen to this. So yeah, you guys alternate back and forth. We did alternate? Okay. So we went down 10 to 1.

Speaker: All right, ah let's do that. Okay. i Well, Mike can go first because he has honorable mentions. I don't for this, no. Oh. and i'll hi um Only for My mistake. all Alright.

Speaker: Who's starting? I'm the guest, so I'll go first. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Guest goes first. goes first Number 10. Murakami from the White Sox. Great first year. That's that's an awful pick. What? Mr. I love batting average. but Dude, he hit 207. Yeah, I was not picking Americano. Okay, whatever.

Speaker: I do have him in my rookie of the year ballot somewhere, though, but not. I don't. Really? Okay. well no but for Not at all. That'll be a fun discussion later. Okay. Hit 207. Okay.

Speaker: Alright. Go ahead, Josh. I have number 10, the LLVP, Kevin McGonigal. I like that. I have William Abreu.

Speaker: Interesting. Zach? zach Number nine. I had a Dylan Dingler. Ooh, okay. I actually like that pick. I thought about it. I thought about it too, but he's not in my list. I have at number nine, Miguel Vargas.

Speaker: I like that one also. I did think about him. I have Wilson Contreras. Okay. okay Okay, so number eight, i have but that's where I have McGonagall. Okay. I have Randy Rosarena at eight.

Speaker: I also have re Oh. Oh, number seven, I swear I have Wilson Contreras. That is also where I have Wilson Gutierrez. I have Pete Alonso there. Oh, look at that. Wow. All right, so here I have...

Speaker: Ben arose at six. I have Dylan Cease at six. I have Kevin McGonigal at six. interesting Really? I do. I thought he was fantastic. Wait, wait, so question, I guess it's going to be, so you have.

Speaker: Um, Ben Rice over Alonzo Mike? I do. i should I probably shouldn't, but I do. I don't know about that. The Yankees won. Orioles didn't. Yankees stepped up when Aaron Judge was hurt. More home runs, more RBIs. I'm aware that Yankees made the playoffs. Orioles didn't. That that was the reason.

Speaker: All right. Well, five is where I have Pete, by the way. So if we're doing five. Five is where I have Ben Reyes. Okay. Five is where else I've been rice Okay, interesting. So, i yeah, my thought was, and I wasn't admittedly completely consistent because my number four didn't make the playoffs.

Speaker: But most of my guys so far are... Besides Abreu and Contreras, Rosarena, Alonso, and McGonigal all didn't make the playoffs either. Okay. okay Got it. Number four, I have Bobby Witt.

Speaker: I agree. I don't even have Bobby Wood on my list. That's bad. He's still in a good year. I know it's not crazy. Did you not think of him or did you just forget him? Please tell me you just forgot him. This is Bill White Badger.

Speaker: A little bit of both. 6 .7 war, 125 OPS plus. Sure, man. I mean, i guess I guess it's not. It's a bad year for him. He bull - But... he belongs on a top 10 list of this especially when we're talking about guys like Abreu and Miguel Vargas. He could probably bump McGonagall and go like...

Speaker: eight on my list, maybe. I can get behind that. I think you have them way too high. Because I have a 4P Alonzo. We both agree here. okay Zach, look at us. Yeah, wow.

Speaker: Okay, so are we on three now? Yeah. This is where I put Schlitt. Um, I just want to throw out some stats. He had 23 starts this year. allowing one or zero runs.

Speaker: Crazy. Yep. um I tried to compare him to Verlander's 2011 MVP season, but it was just not not the same because Verlander had like five complete games and stuff. So we're not going to go there, but very good. Yeah, but Schlissel's ERA was significantly lower. It was.

Speaker: But Verlander pitched about 60 more innings. Did he win a triple crown that year? He did, yes. He did. yeah yes And i'd I'd like to see what the run scoring stats across the league were like that year. Oh, that's a good one too.

Speaker: Yeah. But. Just didn't think to look. Yeah, three is where I put Cam. I have Caminero 3. I have Camp Schlittler 3. Yeah. Mike and I are I think are the same here.

Speaker: And then I have Junior Caminero at two. i have schlittler too i have common arrow too i thought about that can i ask germ why Uh, Common Arrow. Or why should it look over common narrow?

Speaker: because Schlittler is just better. Okay, well. Thank you for the why i analysis. you're wrong hi You're welcome. I'll send it back over to you, Jeter.

Speaker: No, just kidding.

Speaker: I just think Schlitter's year is incredible. And he carried the Yankees when everybody went down with injury. Yeah, so yeah I think he had an absolutely stellar year.

Speaker: uh especially as a Second year player. Yeah. You know. While the fours were making fun of them. Yeah. Hmm. And. we I'm assuming all of you are down then, number one.

Speaker: You have to. Yes. Boo. boo You're a novice. Bang, bang, it's a fastball. prince Yeah. All right, Zach.

Speaker: Do the NLO. I want to hear your NL. We have Christopher Sanchez coming in at number 10. For Zachy. Not bad, disgusting. Not bad. I have Bryce Harper at 10. Wow.

Speaker: I'm the one non -Philly. I have James Wood at 10. Oh, okay. I have it a little higher. On my list. Number eight, I have Jordan Walker. You skipped number nine. Oh. Number nine is what I have. Jordan Walker is number nine. Sorry, I miscounted.

Speaker: I have Rafi Devers at nine. ah Who'd you have at 9, Zach? Jordan Walker. Okay. I have Eli Dela Cruz at nine. Wow. Ooh. 880 OPS, 142 OPS plus. Okay. 30 home runs.

Speaker: Five and a half war. Yeah. He belongs here. Oh, he does. That's a good pull. I don't know if he does. Okay, what number are we on? Seven? Eight. Eight. Jesus Christ! Okay.

Speaker: Bryce Terang. I also have Bryce trying at 8. I have Bryce trying a little higher. I went Gabriel Moreno here. okay Oh, okay, okay. good Now we're on seven.

Speaker: Yes. Congratulations. James Wood. Fernando Tatis Jr. nice People are going to rip me for this one. Hunter Goodman. Did he have that good of a year? He was great. He was great, but I don't know if he was that good. And I wanted to shout out to Rocky too.

Speaker: Okay. 41 homers. Yeah, no, I know he had a good year. but yeah He was my catcher in fantasy. Tatis, to be fair, I probably should have had in this list, and I didn't. Everybody gives Tatis a lot of crap because his first two months of the year were abysmal, but if then he was like God for the rest of the season. he He did have a great second half of the season. I probably should have had him in the 10, and I didn't. That's an oversight on my part. I don't think he had a home run until like...

Speaker: three months into the year and then finish and then he finished with almost 30. Yeah. It's kind of impressive. yeah Yeah. i'll I'll concede that as an oversight. Okay.

Speaker: But I don't know where he's fitting in. I don't think he's fitting in my top six at all. he probably could have been on my bot like toward the bottom of the ballot What do I have? Number six, I have C .J. Abrams.

Speaker: Another good pick. That's where I have Terang. Not on my list at all. I have Gabriel Moreno here. I don't have CJ Abrams either, but I did think about him. Oh, interesting. okay I found it hard to... Jump.

Speaker: Ellie or James Wood. Got you. Five. Mr. Kindle. Skip my sex, skip my sex, skip my sex. No, I said at 6, I have Terang.

Speaker: All right. Okay. okay And number five for Zachy, Mr. Kyle Schwarber.

Speaker: That's low. Ew. He's not even on my list. but I have a much higher. A 45 homers? Why? Why? 35 homers. He had a 220 average. Dude hit home runs like every other day.

Speaker: Yeah. Pass. Number five, Chris Sal. I thought about it. How are you doing that? and then And that's crazy. What are you talking about? No, no, I'm saying. Never mind. Never mind. I don't think it's bad at all. Say hello to Greg.

Speaker: What are you talking about? 2 .16 ERA under one whip. I think Sanchez and Miz had better years than him. That's me. That's going to be a Cy Young discussion. Don't worry. I don't think it is. It is better here than Cressel. Not even close. That's the only reason why I didn't put Chris Sale or Sanchez in my site in my MVP list because... I couldn't differentiate really between the two of them much more than the other than my Cy Young rankings.

Speaker: I end thing one clearly separated over the other. Ah. and So I went all hitters except for... number one um I have. You guys did five?

Speaker: Yeah. yeah I have Shohei Otani 5. Hmm. Okay. oss I couldn't not be curious who your three and four are. We'll discuss it. Oh, I'll go. Yeah, my number four is Miz.

Speaker: Really? Now I'm curious who your two and three are. My four is Eli Delacruz. oh you said i was wrong but yeah for being that low oh okay that's fair okay ah that You made it seem like I didn't have it all. right That's why I was surprised.

Speaker: Number four, I have Matt Olson. I am really. That's why I have number also number three. There we go. He's not even on my list. He's got 40 home runs, dude.

Speaker: daughter are you now that one That one might have been a little bit of an over oversight. I have Matt Olsen four. You had Matt Olsen three, Zach? Yes, sure. I'm weird. I vote Tani three.

Speaker: Okay. I have Mizorowski three. Okay. Nice. So I have Otani too. I have Miz too. I have Schwarber too. And then we all have PCA. Yeah.

Speaker: That's a chip egg. PCA.

Speaker: Yeah, alright, not bad. I like that I feel like... I'm getting the Hunter Goodman was the controversial one. I'm really excited to hear the Cy Young now.

Speaker: All right, let's go with Cy Young then right away. Let's do it. of Five, right? yeah You want to start NL then? It all works, yeah. Okay, I have Chase Burns 5.

Speaker: I thought about it, but I think he fell off too hard at the end. Hmm. I did think about it. You're going to hate my pick. Oh, no. Mason Miller. I don't hate it at all. No it's fine.

Speaker: I have Jesus Lizardo. Oh, that's a great one. You had a great year. It's an oversight for me. I have Yamamoto 4. I have Lizardo for her. I have Yamamoto for. Yeah, I messed that up.

Speaker: Yeah, I got sale three. I'm Yamamoto3. I have Christopher Sanchez three. Okay. I have Sanchez two. I have Sailor 2. I also have Sailor 2. Yeah, we all have Miz. There you go. I love Miz.

Speaker: I have Nolan McLean one. Yeah, go on. Yes, as as as it should be. Nah, Spisarowski. Got it. um A .L.

Speaker: This is Mike's pick. I put Sonny Gray at number five. And I forget what I said earlier in the year, but I... Did say that he would have a very high side of the finish. I don't know if I said he'd win it or if he was close or what, but disgusting. I would count that as a win take for Mikey here. We get it. yeah He didn't make my list.

Speaker: Brian Baker five. I like that. You're you're really into the relievers for Cy Young right now. um I have Parker Messick for the Guardians. yeah I have Rasmussen at four.

Speaker: I have Parker Messick at four. Yeah, I got Drew Rasmus in third. I have my second at three. I have Rasmussen at three. oh and two Cs. See you soon. Yep.

Speaker: Very nice boys Brewers win by the way. They're up 2 -0. Yeah.

Speaker: It's a World Series, Dan. They're ready. Not a single walk after the fourth inning for the Dodgers. Brewers bullpen five innings. No walks seven strikeouts. No hits Wow.

Speaker: Wow. Good. Okay, what are we on now? Rookie of the Year? Really rookie of the year. This is going to be fun because apparently Murakami didn't make Josh's top three. Well, he was my number three for the AL, so that's fine. but He was my number three as well.

Speaker: My number three is Peyton Tully. Wait, so Zach, you had him in your top 10 MVP, but your third rookie of the year? Yes, because McGonigal finished higher in my MVP as well.

Speaker: But who is your second then? Messick. Oh, you admit? Oh, yeah. Okay, that's fair. Forgot you had message there Yep. Oh, sorry. So I just revealed my one, two, three. So you guys go ahead. go Well, your one and two are the same as mine. My three is Peyton Tolley. Okay.

Speaker: I can't a good conscience vote for Murakami who hit 200.

Speaker: I have the same as Zach, honestly, because I forgot about Messick when I made this. I originally had the water at two. Yeah. But. I think I'm going to stick with Murakami 3. I would put the water at three over Murakami. Yeah, you know what? I'll do that. good ahead right You're right, Josh. Murakami's out. I hate you. He hit 200. You're the guy who loves his batting average. Are you kidding me? I am Japanese.

Speaker: I mean, yeah, he's a good time and he's funny, but like. Yeah, I think yeah. I might have made an oversight there, but it's fine. we We ride, and we ride with Murakami.

Speaker: Aye, aye, aye. All right. NL Rookie of the Year, number three. I put Nolan McLean. I did too. I did too. Wow. And do we have bench too?

Speaker: I do not I do. Oh, wow. Who do you have too, Mike? I have Sal Stewart 2. I have Sal Stewart 1. Okay, I have Sal Stewart 1. I have Carson Bench 1. It's so close it is close. It really is close. It's legitimately close. and i think i'm a little biased i saw carson benj up close so many times and whenever There weren't a lot of times for big hits, but when he got them, he delivered.

Speaker: Mmm. It's so tough because bench play is a very good outfield. But I can't. skip the fact that Stewart has like 50 more RBIs than him. Yeah.

Speaker: Yeah, but RBI is also a function of people getting on base. I know, i know but at the same time... meat awful lot too threads are BANG! They're so bad. He's still at 100 and something RBIs. I'm going to share him on this one.

Speaker: I can't argue with that. So the thing you were saying about Benj having clutch hits, I think you could make the same statement for Stewart. If he had 115 RBIs or whatever it was.

Speaker: no it's fair I'm not against it. Yeah. Okay. That was fun. um Manager of the Year? Yeah, Manager of the Year. These are easy.

Speaker: What's the guy's name? Will Venable? Vanaboy.

Speaker: Well, the novel, the novel, yeah. definitely Definitely a white guy. Washington to shout out quickly to Chad Tracy too. Hmm.

Speaker: Because I did have a slight consideration for him, but how do you not? Give it to the White Sox. Yeah. You have to. But Chad Tracy did have a hell of a season once he stepped in for Cora.

Speaker: it's a good one And we all got Pat Murphy, I assume, as well. Yeah. Yep. Yeah. Okay. Um... Comeback Player of the Year.

Speaker: Oh, no, I skipped Hank Aaron. Sorry. Hey Garen, hey Garen should be easy ze though. It's just the homerun guys, right? You're it on PCI. Yeah, that's what you're it on PCI. no so that's like give a piece Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker: ah Comeback was, I feel like, your is Jordan also going to win this one? Because he was hurt. I put him down as it. Yeah. He got my vote as well. Yeah. And then I have ah Zach Wheeler coming off that. I also zach wheel i also have Zach Wheeler.

Speaker: Wow. Zach Wheelers is much more impressive. Yeah. yeah For sure. I thought it was done. I considered before I thought of Zach Wheeler, I thought about PCA, not because he was hurt, but just because he sucked. That's a bad. And really. Yep. I remember I had him top 10 MVP just because of the first half.

Speaker: And you guys clowned me. Well, not you guys. Josh clowned me for it. Yes, it you should have been clowned for it. And now all of a sudden, like... it He proved it. It wasn't last year, but he proved it now Yeah. He's back. He came back. yeah Comeback player.

Speaker: Runner -up. Good for PCA. Yeah. I'm sure he'll win better rewards this year. Yeah, you will um Reliever of the year. Number three, A .L.

Speaker: Mr. Brian Baker. Three? Really? Three. Three. Uh -oh. Wow. just because I got to know who 201 are. Yeah, I got who to know who 201 are too. Zach, can you just give your whole list right now? yes Yes, yes. I have Kate Smith, number one.

Speaker: And Luis Varlin, number two. Oh my God. i mean I have the same three, but that's just not the right ranking. Does a what's his name? Oh no.

Speaker: Smith might have the more saves, or did I just mess that up? No. Baker led the league with some... He might have let up with Smith. I think they had the same amount. Oh, did they? Hold on. andna Yeah, they both have 41.

Speaker: Oh, shoot. Well... and This is a bad job by me. one point nine i just don't i just i could I can understand Smith over Baker. Kind of. But I don't understand how you got Varland over Baker.

Speaker: Yeah, no. That one doesn't make sense to me. Yeah. There's not a single stat in which he's better. That is just an oversight by Zachy. I had Novosad on Varlin myself. I had Chapman three at first, but that's wrong.

Speaker: I know that's not a horrible pick, but... I had Baker, Smith, Chapman, but it should have been Varlin. Baker Smith of Ireland. I see. Okay. Moving on. right What about National League, Zachy? What about National League? Well, we all need to know our number one because that's too easy.

Speaker: You're going to hate the homerism, but I have you. You're such a homer. Oh, well, loser. Yeah, draw number two. Boo. Boo. Yeah, horrible. i don't I don't have that same list.

Speaker: go ahead Oh, mine is the same. Oh, I hate you all then.

Speaker: Y 'all want to clown me and then I got a good list. Who's your three? Trevor McGill. I was stuck between him and somebody else. Josh, who'd you say? That was Begalia.

Speaker: I went Rizal Iglesias. Oh, it's a good pick. I think Miguel was better. But that's fair. I'm not against that. I can't wait to hear that the gold gloves and silver slaughters. This is going to be clown town for real. I tapped out on these. I'm not going to lie to you. i didn't Ah, I forgot.

Speaker: Catcher. Zach not doing is his It's research. Gold Glove Catcher, Dylan Dingler. I agree. I agree. Okay, first bass, Vladdy.

Speaker: I agree. I agree. Second base, the White Sox guy, what's his name? Uh... Yikes. Me drop? <unk> I agree.

Speaker: Shortstop, Bobby Witt, duh. I agree. I had Cole Young at second. And I have Zach Netto at short. Is that really? Oh, well, i don't look I didn't look at the fielding percentages. and I disagree with that at all.

Speaker: Okay. His DRS is high. Okay. That's above average. It's not, though. That's fair. Third base Caleb Durbin I agree.

Speaker: Okay. um What is next? We go left field, right? Belly. Yep. Agreed. ah Rafael on center for the Red Sox. he's Yes. Agreed. And we'll hear about you, Mike's boy. Agreed. I agree. Oh wow. but What about pitcher?

Speaker: And utility. Out. ah Max Reed pitcher. i'm like I have no idea who the pitcher would be. I'm just guessing Max Reed. I have Tanner Beebe.

Speaker: I put freed, but I thought about baby. And my utility is Ezekiel Duran. I agree. Okay. do you have what is Who is your who is your pal platinum? glove in the American League.

Speaker: Bobby Witt.

Speaker: Josh? Dylan Dingler. Dylan Dingler also. No, I just. Whatever. And my gold glove team was the Red Sox. I didn't know we had to do that. Because I feel like everybody, I didn't either until now. I don't think we did it last year. I didn't do team. I thought they only did that for Silver Slaughter.

Speaker: Bye. i don't know i just wrote it just in case for all of them but like i i I feel like last year I was unprepared on that so I just wrote it. but I feel like every red, I'll agree with you. Yeah.

Speaker: I'm gonna go Red Sox. Okay. NL Catcher. Jose, ah Joe Mac, Jose, Joe Mac. so I love how he became Spanish. But it Will that our boy is more Venable Oh, my God. Little Ha ha!

Speaker: Talk about the mask. Jose Mack. I mean Joe Mack.

Speaker: I had Gabriel Moreno. Okay. ah Matt Olson for First Base. I also have Matt Olson. I was stuck between him and Ty France. I wound up going France.

Speaker: it's close it's close don't it's Is it funny? like Growing up, I used to care so much about these, and now I don't want anymore. Oh. And Carlos JJ Weatherholt for. Second.

Speaker: I have to rang a second. I have to rang a second. Oh, I should have. Whatever.

Speaker: Jose Mack has been dead. um All right, Mikey, who'd you pick for third base here? I know was you were really deep in thought on the chat. I put i just put Bregman, but. I spent a lot of time on this. You put Bregman?

Speaker: I did. Oh, I put Bregman. Bring it on.

Speaker: I got to find the leaders. Bear with me for one second as I explain this briefly. I act all like, do gold gloves even matter anymore? They never did. really you know what I mean I thought they meant a lot for the Hall of Fame like back in the day. To me, they do if you win a lot of them, but like the singulars don't. I don't know. likell I'll remember a guy like Bobby Witt's really good at fielding and then just move on with my life. you know like It factors in. but I'm not going to count the gold gloves he's worn.

Speaker: Yeah, but let's face it, Andre Jones made the Hall of Fame over this. That's a good point. so Can't deny it. matt but Matt Chapman and Alex Bregman both have 15 defensive run saves on their season. But Matt Chapman played 83 games. And Alex Bregman played 143. There you go.

Speaker: So... I picked Chapman. But I wasn't sure if he was eligible. he How many innings do we need, Josh? I didn't realize I had that number. 700 -something? 750. It's roughly 84 games. Oh, so he's not eligible. So Bregman it is.

Speaker: Cool. I just found that now. Never mind. All right, Bregman. All right. You win by default. Good job. Alright, moving on. Shortstop. Mason Wynn, Cardinals.

Speaker: I agree. agree All right. Love Field, Ian Happ. I got Cheerio. I have Cheerio also, but I thought about Hap. Nice, nice, nice. Centerfield PCA, duh. Yes. so And now Mr. Corbin Carroll. the D -backs.

Speaker: I can say it, Suzuki. I also see a Suzuki. Look at us, Josh.

Speaker: We probably looked at the exact same stats and Zach didn't. yes Carol has what like How many outs above average did he have this year? carol was Outs above average, defensive run saved, games played.

Speaker: I'm not going to think. What about ah utility and pitcher? Oh, you guys got better than do that. My pitcher is Nolan McLean. I always showed up in Managa. And my utility is Mauricio Dubon. I also have Mauricio Dubon.

Speaker: Okay, I'm going to be 100 % real. and And your platinum platinum glove. Platinum glove. Platinum Glove. I had Bryce Terang. Bryce, you're right. PCA. lpc That's a good pick. That's fine. Yeah. Could have been that too. Go glove team Cardinals. I feel like PCA got too many awards. So Bryce trying platinum.

Speaker: Okay. go And go love team. I have the Cubs. I dig Cardinals. Bye, bros. right Okay. Someone else can do Silver Sluggers because Zaki didn't do that.

Speaker: Zach, he didn't do that. He gave up already. lucky Wow. No, I'm sorry. sha All right, I'll go. That was good. Zach, you can just agree. Yeah. My silver slugger American League catcher, I have Dylan Dingler. I agree. oh First base I have.

Speaker: Thank you, Zach. I need that reaction from every player. Our space, I have Pete Alonso. Oh! Second base, I have that White Sox guy. oh That one was genuine. he's mad ah I also have him too, and I actually gave...

Speaker: Not because he deserves it. I almost considered leaving the position vacant at one point until I figured out the draft could qualify. But I did have a slight consideration for Jazz Chisholm only because there's nobody else. Yeah, second base is terrible. It's awful. It's so bad. It's so bad. Yeah, it's awful. It's funny.

Speaker: So third base, I have Caminero. Yep. Is it shortstop? We have Bobby Witt. I agree. Left field, I have Randy Rosarena. I agree. Centerfield. It was a blast from the past. It's Mike Trout. I agree. Wow.

Speaker: Which is kind of crazy. I know. i There were others that I thought about. Like, I thought about Buxton. I couldn't believe my eyes when I compared their stats, I'll be honest with you. Yeah. All right, Phil, to add to all your braille.

Speaker: I have Jack King, Leon, whatever his name is. Italian. Italian guy. Okay, that's good to get back DH, I have Alvarez, yeah obviously. Utility.

Speaker: I have Luke Kieschel. So I don't think he counts as utility. He does. No, not him Oh. My guy. Um, utility is defined as multiple positions, right? oh I pick Ben Rice.

Speaker: No. Where else can I put him? I i can't not give him the Silver Slugger, so he's my utility man. I don't think DH is going to count as you. I actually don't know the rule, but I would not, personally. I know, but I went with that as my cop -out. Yours is fine, too.

Speaker: Um... Go NL, Sherm. Oh, sorry. Team is the White Sox. Oh, my bad. Oh, team, I forgot to do for that one. Thinking, thinking, thinking, thinking, thinking. Good luck, man. No.

Speaker: and No, I'm not doing that. Yeah. Yeah, right. The White Sox it is. You're right. All right. So, National League, here we go. Catcher, Silver Slugger, Gabe Moreno. Hunter Goodman.

Speaker: Ah. Interesting. Moreno hit for better average. Hunter Goodman hit home runs. That's fair. For me, if it's if they both had elite seasons, I'd go trade. The tiebreaker for Slugger goes to home runs, so that's what I associate it with. But i I don't mind your pick at all. right ah First base, I have Rafi Devers.

Speaker: I went Matt Olsen, but I thought about Devers. I have Bryce Terang. Second. Brandon Lau. nice Really? We have some disagreements on this one.

Speaker: I have Alex Bregman, a third. I went be a blast from the past year. I went Nolan or an auto. Did he have any home runs? He very quietly had a 30 home run season. Wow.

Speaker: He had 255, had a 1 .2 OPS plus in Chase Field, 806 OPS, 30 home runs. Okay? All right. All right. Shortstop, I have Ellie.

Speaker: Oh, you didn't say Trey Turner? Are you sure? In hindsight, I should have, for whatever reason, I oversighted Ellie on this one. I picked CJ Abrams, but I should have went Ellie. Oh, you missed return. That's an oversight. Left field, I have James Woods.

Speaker: I went Jackson Cheerio. Okay. I have PCA at center. I agree with that. Right field. I have Fernando Tatis. Boom. I went James Wood.

Speaker: But I can see the argument there. that would Play right field. He played right field this year more than anything else. I checked his stats. Really interesting. I might have to change my left field then. D .J. Votani.

Speaker: DH, I had Schwarber. Just because... He played longer. Bye -bye. And utility, I have Bryce Harper. Again, don't know if he counts. I had Sal Stewart. Ah. Uh, I think he does.

Speaker: Then I'll stick with that. i'm Yeah, Wood played 89 games in right and 17 in left. I think it wouldn't even qualify as a left fielder.

Speaker: Sal Stewart does qualify as utility. So then, yeah. I'll stick with Sal there

Speaker: And my team is the Cubs. Cubs are good. Hey, Mash.

Speaker: I think I got to go Dodgers. Even though I don't want to.

Speaker: Did we do it? Did we record a podcast? I think we did. Do you have any parting words of wisdom, Zach? Oh, it was a lot of fun enjoying you guys. I'm always listening to this. like Usually I'm on a plane or or you know in Disney or... or or Europe.

Speaker: Yeah, too good for us. now this I enjoyed you being Molly Karam toward the end of it, though. Yeah, classic Zach. He's not doing the last category because he ran out of time, but that's okay. and i do i Dude, I i knew when we sent the list of things we were going to do i and like and you were like, what? Mike and I don't have work. Mike and I don't have work for the holiday. and i yeah Oh, both of you weren't working? Oh, I didn't realize that. Zach, you thought I was working? I'm dumb.

Speaker: You know what's funny? It's a bank holiday, but I still worked. Make that make sense, TD. yeah work out of bank Get your act together, TD Bank. i You tell them. But yes, getting fired.

Speaker: I'm editing this out, dummy. But yes, it was a pleasure joining you both on an episode I'm usually never on, so it was really fun. i liked It was a pleasure having you. It really was great having you on, Zach. Unfortunately, it didn't quite be the year that you told us that we were both idiots for voting for Paul Skeens versus Ion. Yeah, that was bad. Yes. If you vote for Skeens here, you're an idiot. It was Rookie of the Year over Jackson. I took the everyday player over. but i mean You're an idiot. I'm sorry. I guess we're both idiots. And how Skeens is doing now is Velo's dropping. He's going to need Tommy John.

Speaker: Yeah. Mm -hmm. I gotta of get that liquid IV. And that wraps up our fourth, I believe, off offseason and postseason preview of Championship or Bust. ah Too bad that it came out about halfway through the playoffs, but, you know, Zencastr's AI sucks. So I'll see you guys next time until we get another recording in and get this one edited.

Speaker: um We'll see you whenever Zencaster gets their stuff together. See you guys later. Peace.
