Michele Martin: You're not confused. You're scared of what your truth will cost you. Confusion isn't always confusion, right? Sometimes it's fear and it's dressed up in logic.
Michele Martin: So we spin, we overthink, we call it, I don't know. But deep down, we do know. Your body already told you.
Michele Martin: right It's the mind that spins. It's the ego that makes bargains with ourselves. It's the part of us that clings to the comfort of stuckness.
Michele Martin: Because stuck feels safer than what change might cost you. So try this. Say whatever the option is out loud.
Michele Martin: Does your body soften? That's truth. Or does it tighten up and get tense? That's avoidance. And let's be honest, there is a payoff to staying stuck.
Michele Martin: You get to avoid conflict. You get to delay the risk. You get to stay, quote unquote, safe in the familiar. But that safety, it's borrowed.
Michele Martin: And the interest is steep. It costs you your time, your energy, and your alignment. And if you wait to feel ready, you'll wait forever.
Michele Martin: So here's the reframe. Clarity isn't something that you wait for. It's something that you accept. And the clarity that scares you the most, that's the most honest kind.
Michele Martin: Because courage doesn't come before the leap. It shows up after you jump. So what truth are you pretending not to know because you're afraid of what it will require of you?
Michele Martin: And if this episode called you out, if you know that you've been looping on confusion, even though your body already knows the truth, then grab my free Good Girl Detox Toolkit.
Michele Martin: The link is in the show notes. You don't need more time. You need movement. Again, if you're waiting to feel ready, you'll wait forever.
Michele Martin: Courage does not come before the leap. It shows up after. And you're not broken. You're waking up. And I'll see you in the next episode.
