Only ONE more episode before we conclude this special edition of the Go Hard Chick Podcast!  In late 2022, I challenged myself to start saying weekly affirmations to assist in cultivating a positive mindset, boost confidence, and improve overall well-being.  On a whim, I thought I would share this practice with the Go Hard Chick listeners.  I hope that you found this special edition helpful and that affirmations have become a daily practice in your life.

Tune in every Sunday morning, as we release a new episode dedicated to affirmations. Affirmations are a powerful tool that can help us reprogram our thoughts, beliefs, and actions, leading to positive changes in our lives.

In each episode, we will provide a new affirmation, and to ensure that our listeners hear it clearly and have time to process it, we will repeat it. We want to encourage our listeners to take a moment to write down the affirmation and reflect on its meaning.
