If you notice in the photo, I have like a sweatshirt tied around my waist. That was like my throwaway sweatshirt, but I didn't want to leave it on the side of the road. So like I carried it with me the rest of the way. favorite is the corded headphones. Oh my gosh. Everything about it was terrible. The old earbuds, you know, with the cord running down. Yes. Didn't have any fuel. I didn't even know what fuel was. I think I tried to run whole hungry? I think I tried to run the whole thing without any kind of anything. So yeah. You've come a long Come a long way. That's for sure. That's awesome. Any encouragement that 10 years, you made this big change or whatever. Any encouragement to someone who they're like looking at, I need to make some lifestyle changes, right? You know mean? And instead of looking at you like, oh, Erica's got it all together. Oh, no. It honestly, it shouldn't be something major overnight because then it won't be sustainable. Yeah. What's a small thing you can change that you can be consistent in and get those small wins over time? That's right. Right? And it builds that endurance. Absolutely. Yep. Which is like, even when we start running, we talk about slow and That's I was just going to say. Like, you know, when we all started these races, we thought there's no way I could run three miles, six miles, 13 miles, whatever it is. Start with one mile. Correct. And then work your way up. And walk it. Yep. And then barely run, walk it. You know what I mean? Yeah, yeah. hundred percent. The only thing I would say is that once you get a taste of how much better your body feels and mentally and emotionally and all the things, you know, I to have a stomachache all the time, like for years. And then it was like, once I started eating a little bit healthier and stopped drinking soda, was like, wow.
