As cyclists and triathletes all of us ride bikes. But not all of us realize the importance of having a bike that fits us well. A good bike fit can mean you are able to ride your bike farther or faster than you ever thought possible without any aches and pains. In this episode, we talk to a bike fitter from Pune, Ronit Debnath. He shares his experience of fitting more than 120 people in a relatively short span of time. He talks not only of his success stories but his mistakes and what he learnt from them. Towards the end of the episode, he also shares what are the things you could do to get a good fit on your bike if you do not have access to a bike fit professional. The initial part of the conversation could feel a bit technical as this mathematics major geeks out about various measurements of bike geometry but give it time for it to sink in and I'm sure you'd find it very informative and useful. Enjoy the podcast.
