In this episode I talk to Kurush Wadia. Kurush is an excellent cyclist and triathlete from Mumbai. I have known Kurush from 2015 when he was part of the Tour of Nilgiris that year. Kurush has since focused more on triathlon and has become an exceptional working triathlete. I got a chance to sit down with him before his race in Goa Ironman70.3 and talk about his athletic journey so far and his learnings from it. Two days after recording this episode, he had a tough race in Goa that ended up in a DNF during the run as he had to be hospitalized for dizziness. He was a bit heartbroken at the time because he was at his fittest with months of consistent work. It just goes on to show what we also talked about during the episode as well that what happens on the race day doesn't take away from the work one puts in with months and years of consistent work backed by unbridled passion for the sport and all the benefits we get out of the whole process. I had a great time talking to him about his journey. I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did.

Who is a working athlete? Someone working fulltime/part-time, entrepreneur or anyone who has to work to make ends meet and doesn't let being busy to stop him/her from pursuing an active lifestyle is a working athlete. I consider stay at home moms/dads who pursue a sport, as working athletes because homemaking is a full-time job.
