Introduction and Focus on Men's Health
00:00:00
Speaker
Yes, yes, we back.
00:00:02
Speaker
Bigger Talks, IG Live edition, and I have another episode, a phenomenal one, with a good friend of mine.
00:00:10
Speaker
He goes by Coach Get Right.
00:00:13
Speaker
And on today's conversation, on today's IG Live, and today's chat, we're talking about all about men's health vulnerability, life functionality,
00:00:25
Speaker
you know, sexual enhancement.
00:00:27
Speaker
And we also gonna talk about semen retention, energy, how movement is medicine and all the beautiful things to help increase the vibration of a man inside out.
00:00:37
Speaker
And more importantly, how to be a holistic human being with improving your wellbeing.
00:00:43
Speaker
So I'ma bring Coach Git right on.
00:00:45
Speaker
We gonna get into the discussion.
00:00:49
Speaker
What up, what up, what up, what up, what up?
00:00:50
Speaker
How everybody doing?
00:01:00
Speaker
Heart is open, align.
00:01:04
Speaker
Welcome to, you know, BiggerTalks IG Live Edition.
00:01:08
Speaker
Thank you for being present.
00:01:09
Speaker
Thank you for giving me your time and your energy.
00:01:14
Speaker
Before we get started, I just want to acknowledge you as a friend, as an individual who's always been about scaling the internal being to enhance the external being, the physical being.
00:01:25
Speaker
And that's why we call you Coach Get Right, because if you don't get right, you might get left.
00:01:30
Speaker
Before we get into what you got to offer and what you got going on, give the people a little bit of the synopsis of who you are, what you are.
00:01:38
Speaker
I see you as a thought leader, a friend, a movement specialist, and someone who just understands the body and the mind to get you to live your best life.
00:01:47
Speaker
So just where you from, give them a little bit about you, and then we get right into
Setting Intentions and Background of Coach Get Right
00:01:52
Speaker
Well, you know, first and foremost, what I like to do is clear the space, open up the space for us.
00:01:57
Speaker
So what I'm going to do is light, you know, this very sacred word, Palo Santo.
00:02:01
Speaker
You know, we're going to clear the energy, clear the space, and we're going to take three breaths in today.
00:02:06
Speaker
A lot of people didn't make it to see today, so we want to give grace.
00:02:10
Speaker
And thank you for having me, brother.
00:02:12
Speaker
Let's take one big inhale through your nose with an intention for yourself.
00:02:23
Speaker
One big inhale and an intention for someone else.
00:02:35
Speaker
And lastly, one big inhalation and an intention for the world.
00:02:47
Speaker
Now let's get right.
00:02:52
Speaker
All right, so, man, just a little bit about myself.
00:02:55
Speaker
Thank you for the introduction, Ian.
00:02:56
Speaker
Thank you for your beautiful words.
00:02:58
Speaker
Man, I'm like, I'm a supreme man.
00:03:03
Speaker
I'm an illuminated man.
00:03:04
Speaker
I'm a humanitarian man.
00:03:06
Speaker
I am a chameleon, you know.
00:03:08
Speaker
I'm able to camouflage and touch things and turn into exactly what needs to be at that moment in time.
00:03:16
Speaker
I am a life mathematician.
00:03:18
Speaker
I solve life math problems, you know.
00:03:22
Speaker
I'm a healer, I'm a coach, a brother, a lover, all of the above.
00:03:29
Speaker
But, you know, most likely my work most recently, excuse me, have been just like tapping in with men, you know, because realizing that how many men grew up around me and I also was once a man that was broken with no tools, searching for the tools.
00:03:47
Speaker
I had to discover myself and what this life here meant to me.
00:03:54
Speaker
You know, that being said, once I discovered it and stepped into that supreme light, I was able to do phenomenal work.
00:04:00
Speaker
You know, it's infectious who we are.
00:04:03
Speaker
So people pay for that.
00:04:04
Speaker
People are drawn to that, you know.
00:04:07
Speaker
So I value myself in that light, you know.
00:04:10
Speaker
I'm originally from Harlem, New York.
00:04:12
Speaker
Well, I was born in the Bronx and raised in Harlem.
00:04:15
Speaker
But I now reside in Mexico, Tulum.
Finding Peace Through Nature vs. City Chaos
00:04:18
Speaker
I've been here since the pandemic, so almost about three and a half years or so.
00:04:23
Speaker
And man, I'm happy to be here today.
00:04:25
Speaker
Let's talk about that journey since the pandemic.
00:04:28
Speaker
What has Tulum taught you about yourself, about life, and about men overall from your perspective?
00:04:35
Speaker
Like, how has that experience been for you since you've been there?
00:04:42
Speaker
I've been able to silence a lot.
00:04:44
Speaker
I've been able to, you know, really grow closer to nature.
00:04:50
Speaker
Being from the concrete jungle, it's just noise.
00:04:54
Speaker
It's just chaos, chaos, chaos.
00:04:55
Speaker
There's a lot of things going on.
00:04:57
Speaker
But when you can hone in on the oneness of who you are, and that's what Tulum has given me, and I'm forever grateful for this indigenous land here.
00:05:06
Speaker
Seeing people in harmony, I've been able to adopt their ways.
00:05:10
Speaker
you know, to change my ways, to change the patterns of unlearning to learn, you know.
00:05:17
Speaker
Opening up space to learn.
00:05:19
Speaker
And I grew myself in such a significant amount of time, I was like, I'm gonna stay here.
00:05:23
Speaker
You know, I came here during the pandemic and
00:05:26
Speaker
shook up a lot for me.
00:05:28
Speaker
And I was like, man, it's such a short period of time.
00:05:30
Speaker
Let's see what could happen in another few months, in another few months.
00:05:33
Speaker
And I gave myself that space and time to allow myself to go through the shadow work and do all the healing.
00:05:38
Speaker
And you know, the healing is every day, but this feels good.
00:05:40
Speaker
This feels like a hug being here, man.
00:05:42
Speaker
Let's talk about shadow work.
Shadow Work and Embracing Vulnerability
00:05:45
Speaker
I think, you know, we talk about, everyone hears the word trauma, you know, pain, childhood, you know, shadow work is all integrated within those things.
00:05:55
Speaker
What is your perspective on shadow work?
00:05:56
Speaker
Because I've been doing a lot of shadow work this year, you know, per se, like, it's just been coming up.
00:06:02
Speaker
It's been talking to you, it's been looking at me like, yeah, you know, who you gonna be today, right?
00:06:08
Speaker
So what is shadow work to people listening?
00:06:11
Speaker
And how do we get comfortable with the shadow of the work we must do to heal ourselves, but just be our best self, a holistic, you know, individual?
00:06:20
Speaker
Great question, Keith.
00:06:22
Speaker
Part of discovering yourself and going into your own solitude, there's a oneness that everyone has.
00:06:27
Speaker
That's why we're all equal.
00:06:29
Speaker
But we go further out with our ones, right?
00:06:33
Speaker
Until we're in the cosmics and further out or whatever.
00:06:37
Speaker
spiritually divine but you know the shadow work is the dark space that we we we hide we tuck underneath the rug the press yeah you know the shadow man comes and visit me once twice a day but you know like you know i hear you knocking bro but i ain't letting you in yeah i know who i am today no sir so we build the resiliency you know the shadow work is the discomfort place that you don't want to be in you know a lot of people want the conveniency a lot of people want the
00:07:06
Speaker
the fast, quick, you know, results.
00:07:11
Speaker
You know, it's irritable.
00:07:12
Speaker
It's a space that you get uncomfortable.
00:07:14
Speaker
You get hot flashes.
00:07:16
Speaker
You might get a headache.
00:07:17
Speaker
You know, you go through the withdrawals.
00:07:19
Speaker
But yeah, man, it's a space, but it's all you.
00:07:21
Speaker
You know, you create.
00:07:22
Speaker
Your life is your own.
00:07:23
Speaker
And that's what you have to really face by looking at that person in the mirror and say, you know what?
00:07:28
Speaker
this energy I'm wearing today, I might allow it to go.
00:07:32
Speaker
For me personally, I'll stay in a dark space no longer in three days.
00:07:35
Speaker
After that third day or when that third day arrives, I'm rising like the phoenix out the ashes, you know?
00:07:41
Speaker
And when I'm in my dark space, my shadow, I don't go out with nobody.
00:07:44
Speaker
I don't go out all talking to people.
00:07:46
Speaker
I'm sitting still dealing with my own shit, you know, as a man.
00:07:51
Speaker
And that helps a lot, man.
00:07:53
Speaker
And then talking to individuals like you obviously helps get out the dark spaces, writing things out.
00:08:00
Speaker
So that shadow work is the work that many people don't want to see.
00:08:03
Speaker
Yeah, you know, the shadow work is the most uncomfortable work, but the most powerful work, right?
00:08:09
Speaker
I always say the hardest work we will do in life is on ourselves.
00:08:13
Speaker
Not a job, not a relationship, not a career, it's on yourself.
00:08:18
Speaker
and experiencing those uncomfortable parts of your personality or the personality you thought you had to create which I've done in certain avenues to be seen felt or heard the shadow self is like no I need you to be you for you not you for someone else's benefit and in your line of work because I think
00:08:39
Speaker
you know, the word jewelry comes up, right?
00:08:42
Speaker
When you think of jewelry, I have a client who's a big time jeweler and he makes jewelry for women.
00:08:46
Speaker
I'm like, bro, where's the jewelry for men, right?
00:08:50
Speaker
So what I've learned in my, you know, journey as well with you maybe, there's been a disconnect, I feel, with acknowledgement,
00:09:02
Speaker
around men ourselves acknowledging our shadow work, men ourselves wanting to be more vulnerable for ourselves, and three, just not knowing what to do about our feelings and emotions.
00:09:15
Speaker
What do you think the male species is lacking in this day and age, in this modern time today from all the work you've done on yourself and others?
Role Models and Embracing Masculine/Feminine Energies
00:09:27
Speaker
You got so many today.
00:09:30
Speaker
Bro, you know what?
00:09:31
Speaker
I realize we need men to be men.
00:09:35
Speaker
What does that look like?
00:09:38
Speaker
We need to see a reflection or a role model for someone we want to be.
00:09:43
Speaker
We need to see men be men.
00:09:46
Speaker
And a lot of us are coming in, most men are into fatherhood broken with no tools.
00:09:53
Speaker
And it's not for us to fault anybody or point fingers or take anything away from the man.
00:09:58
Speaker
But again, you got to do the work, right?
00:10:01
Speaker
If you know things are broken, you know, you got to do the fixing and repairing.
00:10:07
Speaker
Man, we just missing that.
00:10:09
Speaker
And then society doesn't make it easier for us.
00:10:12
Speaker
Society doesn't celebrate us.
00:10:14
Speaker
Society doesn't want to see us be ourselves, right?
00:10:18
Speaker
As a man, there's a lot that comes with just the masculine.
00:10:21
Speaker
You have to be that feminine energy too.
00:10:23
Speaker
Because we are born first as a woman, you know, and that's where the sacred energy is, man.
00:10:29
Speaker
realizing that you have to balance find the homeostasis in both bro that's that's like major you know that's major and when i when i one thing that i'm huge on is like the very first start of my day is um giving thanks to the feminine energy and i wake up in a reflective mold
00:10:47
Speaker
I'm moving very slow.
00:10:49
Speaker
I'll intricately start with my fingers, wriggling my toes.
00:10:52
Speaker
My thought process of what's going on is positive, entering the day.
00:10:56
Speaker
And then that projects me into right into what I want to go into as that energy.
00:11:00
Speaker
But really taking my time for myself, loving on myself.
00:11:04
Speaker
That's what self-care looks like.
00:11:06
Speaker
That's what the man looks like to me, taking care of himself and not having to compensate anywhere else but looking for affirmation outside of who he is.
00:11:16
Speaker
So to answer your question, I think men need to build their relationship with men before anything else outside of him.
00:11:25
Speaker
Someone just asked a question.
00:11:26
Speaker
Talk about more about being born a woman before a man.
00:11:31
Speaker
Elaborate on that.
00:11:33
Speaker
You snuck that one in there.
00:11:37
Speaker
So, I mean, from my understanding is that when we're in the womb, before there, you know, as a fetus,
00:11:43
Speaker
We don't even have a penis as a male.
00:11:47
Speaker
Everyone's born with a, what would you call it?
00:11:54
Speaker
Pretty much a vagina.
00:11:57
Speaker
And over time, life starts to happen, things start to move around, DNA is forming, and we turn into a man.
00:12:08
Speaker
I believe that happens in the womb space, right?
00:12:10
Speaker
That conduit of the woman is where you see that shift from a man to a woman.
00:12:17
Speaker
But we're all one woman.
00:12:20
Speaker
And you know, I wanted to share and add to that is that
00:12:24
Speaker
you know, the masculine energy is the giver, the doer, right?
00:12:29
Speaker
The feminine energy is the nurturer, the receiver.
00:12:33
Speaker
So as men, we're so great at doing, building, becoming, and giving.
00:12:38
Speaker
We just got to learn how to receive what we give from ourselves.
00:12:44
Speaker
yes you know you know we give love we show love by giving or buying or taking care we got to do that with ourselves and that's the femininity within the masculinity you get what i'm saying yes if i can take care of woman and i can take care of family i can nurture them as parts i can pay for this make sure they're good give them confidence and empower them we got to be able to empower the feminine in ourselves that's our emotions that's our spirit that's our mental
00:13:10
Speaker
The feminine within a man, if anybody is, is this more importantly, the stuff you can't see is the intangible gifts that we've all been given.
00:13:17
Speaker
We are not born or programmed to nurture those intangible gifts, right?
00:13:22
Speaker
Listening, you know, receiving love, receiving downloads from higher up, right?
00:13:28
Speaker
You know, telling yourself it's okay if you make a mistake.
00:13:31
Speaker
That's the feminine.
00:13:32
Speaker
So we have to build that within our DNA.
00:13:35
Speaker
And then someone just said, like, the work can take a lifetime.
00:13:38
Speaker
Oh, man, what happened?
00:13:40
Speaker
he left he left he left hold on hold on wait a minute oh no
00:13:49
Speaker
know what that's about but we're gonna stay present yeah yeah yeah you know when you vibrate on the high frequency you know things like trying to get you out of there we having a real high level conversation but what i was saying was you know it's so easy to separate yourself as a man when you're only being programmed to do the physical things right the material things right there's a spiritual realm that exists that we exist in as well we just don't know about it because we're afraid of it
00:14:19
Speaker
And someone was saying the work can be a lot sometimes to do the work can be hard.
Impact of Language and Authentic Living
00:14:25
Speaker
So I kind of want to like challenge that and say, I get that.
00:14:29
Speaker
But what I want to, you know, ask you, Coach Get Right, Matt, right?
00:14:34
Speaker
I want to talk about language.
00:14:35
Speaker
I want to transition to language, diction, word choice.
00:14:39
Speaker
That when we create a scenario, when we create these words,
00:14:45
Speaker
It's always something.
00:14:46
Speaker
Money doesn't grow on trees.
00:14:50
Speaker
White or black, whatever, whatever, don't like me.
00:14:52
Speaker
Whatever we're creating is a program.
00:14:55
Speaker
So the more we say it, the more we convey it, the more we become it.
00:15:01
Speaker
The work is not hard.
00:15:03
Speaker
It's just we choose to make it hard from what we're told to do.
00:15:06
Speaker
Because here's the difference.
00:15:08
Speaker
If I paid you $1,000 to do the work, you would do the work.
00:15:12
Speaker
There's no incentive for the work because when you do spiritual work, you can't see the outcome.
00:15:17
Speaker
But the outcome is not going to show up until you receive it.
00:15:20
Speaker
And your income, the income is your vibration, is your spirit, right?
00:15:24
Speaker
That's the work when your vibration changes.
00:15:27
Speaker
Not your material realm.
00:15:29
Speaker
your vibration changed then the material realm changed so for you um getting back to your name coach get right let's break that down and you know let's get into what is the work from your lens and how you get a man men into the space of being vulnerable to open up the energy within their body man
00:15:51
Speaker
Thanks again for your ministry, bro.
00:15:54
Speaker
You know, I can feel and see spirit coming through you and just, you know, through this camera here, bro.
00:15:59
Speaker
It's very powerful.
00:16:00
Speaker
You know, the work is not easy, man.
00:16:04
Speaker
Someone had commented earlier about, you know, it may take a lifetime.
00:16:09
Speaker
Like, you may do it right now in the physical, or you may do it when you transcend into the spiritual, but the work has to be done in order for you to, I guess, you know, as they say, rest in peace.
00:16:20
Speaker
Some people do the work here or may not do the work, and it's incomplete.
00:16:24
Speaker
And then you're called on to, you know,
00:16:28
Speaker
I just know that it takes time, that it takes patience with yourself.
00:16:39
Speaker
It is the toughest thing that I've ever committed and devoted myself to.
00:16:44
Speaker
But I knew that payoff would be the big bag, the big bag.
00:16:49
Speaker
And what I did, E, I linked the present
00:16:53
Speaker
pleasure of the feeling pleasure to the future right shooting that bow and arrow where it's taking me i want to go i want to go further into this pleasure and i began to take small steps to hold steps
00:17:11
Speaker
You dig what I'm saying?
00:17:12
Speaker
Like, it's kind of like, I want to bring it back to you and your athletic abilities when you were hooping, bro.
00:17:18
Speaker
You always wasn't, you didn't feel the need to always bring 100%.
00:17:23
Speaker
You might have been burnt out mentally, physically, spiritually, and didn't have the wholesome of being this athlete that they wanted you to be and play the game for the coach and this university, right?
00:17:36
Speaker
I've learned to just be in my authenticity as myself, work on my time.
00:17:41
Speaker
Because if we watch nature again, nature is our teacher.
00:17:45
Speaker
You don't see no birds or no squirrels flying around with watches on them.
00:17:50
Speaker
They go with the circadian rhythm.
00:17:51
Speaker
This is the universal law.
00:17:53
Speaker
So just to slow things down and take the 10% as it is 100, it has been the best blessing for me.
00:18:00
Speaker
And really evaluating myself, coaching myself through this.
00:18:05
Speaker
You got you, you, you, and for you to be you, there are people looking in.
00:18:12
Speaker
Don't fall down because this is not what you're built to be.
00:18:15
Speaker
This is not what your mother raised you to be.
00:18:17
Speaker
This is not, you know?
00:18:18
Speaker
And I said like that dark space I'll get in, I don't speak the many people.
00:18:23
Speaker
I'm in my dark space and then I come up out of that.
00:18:25
Speaker
But man, the work is tough, bro.
00:18:28
Speaker
And I realized some of the stuff that we have is generational stuff.
00:18:32
Speaker
This is again what society does not tell us that.
00:18:35
Speaker
The ancestors, like this stuff, this weight that you're wearing is bearing on you.
00:18:39
Speaker
It may not be yours.
00:18:41
Speaker
yeah but when you do do the reading and you educate yourself on what's what or you reach out to sources you're going to be able to get these tools to add to the arsenal though and we caught two two two on the clock
00:18:56
Speaker
You got those tools to do whatever you want.
00:18:58
Speaker
Build up your castle, man, and break down whatever it is that doesn't no longer serve you.
00:19:02
Speaker
All the toxic thoughts, all the toxic people getting rid of the waste out of your life.
00:19:07
Speaker
Yeah, and the thing- Surrender.
00:19:09
Speaker
You know, that's a great reflection.
00:19:13
Speaker
Nature is our best teacher.
Small Changes and Breathing for Well-being
00:19:16
Speaker
You said the 10%, take the 10% as the 100%.
00:19:20
Speaker
If I think 10% better every day, eventually my 100% gonna be worth more than 100% because compound interest, right?
00:19:30
Speaker
And so I want to say that what I discovered, I want to give some people listening, people watching some
00:19:38
Speaker
a gym, a bar, a wisdom, I'll call it a wisdom bar.
00:19:42
Speaker
It's something small.
00:19:46
Speaker
What I want you to do, if you're a man, if you're a woman, whoever you are out there, and you want to change your life, I want you to find something that's minute, that's small, that you do every day and just change it.
00:19:59
Speaker
example, it could be
00:20:01
Speaker
brushing your teeth with the opposite hand, getting up an hour early, taking a different route to the grocery store to work, not looking at your phone as soon as you wake up.
00:20:14
Speaker
So in my history of living, in my experience, actually,
00:20:19
Speaker
you know, look back five weeks ago, right?
00:20:23
Speaker
I said, you know what, I'm going to take a step, I'm going to do something very small.
00:20:28
Speaker
I'm going to read scripture and I'm going to read a book, a quote book every night before I go to bed.
00:20:34
Speaker
I'm just going to do that.
00:20:36
Speaker
And as soon as I get up, I'm going to do it along with my meditation, my affirmations, my prayer, working out.
00:20:43
Speaker
And I'm just going to see what's going to happen in my reality, right?
00:20:46
Speaker
So that 10% or 5% that I've done has made amazing impact on my life.
00:20:54
Speaker
But here's the thing, the reason I can understand that and see that is because I'm looking at life from the unseen.
00:21:02
Speaker
I can see in the unseen world, right?
00:21:04
Speaker
Mostly we're in a 3D world where we all are looking at what we see.
00:21:09
Speaker
So most of the time if something we see is not what we want, we feel like the work doesn't work.
00:21:14
Speaker
But I'm telling you from experience, people, take one thing or two things, change it just a bit.
00:21:21
Speaker
I promise you, you're going to feel different.
00:21:23
Speaker
You really just pay attention intentionally.
00:21:26
Speaker
Things are going to manifest in your life in a different way because it's the small balls that win a game, not the home runs.
00:21:31
Speaker
You can't do the home run every day.
00:21:34
Speaker
Steph Curry's not going to hit a three every time he touched a bone.
00:21:37
Speaker
That's not the... He's bound to miss too.
00:21:40
Speaker
So I think that perspective that you just gave to 10%, you know, over the 100%, right?
00:21:45
Speaker
Nature is our teacher.
00:21:46
Speaker
Like, the sun is not out all day, bro.
00:21:50
Speaker
right so i i just i just want people to honor that we're human and that things do take time but in a spiritual realm you can speed things up in the physical right if you're willing to do the work because listen if you heal from a wound you something like healing happens in a instant and boom you'll get a call boom something to come into your vibration so
00:22:19
Speaker
What I've learned in this lifetime, and I want to ask you a question, you know, growing up in New York, not having a dad around, you know, you lost your dad at a young age.
00:22:29
Speaker
I don't know what that's like, right?
00:22:30
Speaker
Being a, you know, physical specimen, you know, helping people transform their body, going to school, you know, playing ball yourself, traveling the world.
00:22:41
Speaker
What is that one thing you know is certain about being a man, no matter where you at on this motherland of earth?
00:22:53
Speaker
Repeat that question one more time.
00:22:55
Speaker
That was very... You'd have been all over the world.
00:22:57
Speaker
You'd have been with some of the best athletes.
00:22:59
Speaker
Let's call it space.
00:23:01
Speaker
You didn't train, you know, the TJ Wands, the Brandon Jennings, some of the best athletes in the world, the ASAP Fergs, you know, some of the biggest stars.
00:23:08
Speaker
You'd travel the world, you know, went to school, you know, worked on your body and your mind.
00:23:13
Speaker
In your experience, what is one thing that is certain to you, not for the world, but from your perspective, that's certain about being a man?
00:23:21
Speaker
Because you started the conversation, we got to get back to men being men.
00:23:26
Speaker
So what is you know that's certain, no matter what, is going on in the world?
00:23:35
Speaker
You know, something that's so sacred and was overlooked for most of my life that I've learned is my breath.
00:23:47
Speaker
When we talk about where I'm from, people who are conditioned to breathe, where I'm from, people breathe from here.
00:23:58
Speaker
No one is learning how to expansively breathe from their diaphragm.
00:24:04
Speaker
because everything is such a rush, rush, panic, panic, get on the train station, packed in like sardines, car horns.
00:24:11
Speaker
So, so many distractions that you find yourself taking in these short breaths.
00:24:16
Speaker
And when you're taking these short breaths, your nervous system, fight or flight, you're not making the right decisions.
00:24:26
Speaker
You're not thinking optimally as a human.
00:24:29
Speaker
So, as a man, you need to make great decisions.
00:24:36
Speaker
Hey, hey, say that again.
00:24:44
Speaker
Man, you have to make great decisions.
00:24:50
Speaker
And then making a great decisions, you have to arrive at this nervous system, the homeostasis, where you're able to be the best you in your mind and your spirit to make a decision.
00:25:02
Speaker
Don't be impulsive.
00:25:03
Speaker
Because when I'm breathing right, I'm achieving right.
00:25:06
Speaker
Things are going copacetic.
00:25:10
Speaker
Everything is pristine.
00:25:11
Speaker
Everything is clear.
00:25:13
Speaker
It's never the fog because I'm breathing right.
00:25:16
Speaker
And I don't ever let no one rush me now into a decision.
00:25:19
Speaker
And that's what most men are doing.
00:25:21
Speaker
Oh, I'll just make this decision off of imposing, not think about your family, not think about, you know, yourself.
00:25:27
Speaker
It really suits you.
00:25:29
Speaker
At the end of the day, you got to sort it out.
00:25:30
Speaker
So my answer now to people is,
00:25:33
Speaker
and i want to give this to people others let me let me get back to you let me meditate on that because when you meditate what you're connecting the physical and the mental between the bridges that the breath work in between the mental and the physical so when you can breathe you're going to be able to make these clear decisions so i would say the breath man is so sacred and it's the only thing that we really have a book when you when you can breathe you can make clear decisions also
00:26:01
Speaker
being impulsive i can't make great decisions so as a man men listening young men young boys coming up that's just so important breathe they're not teaching you that the rap lyrics everything is
00:26:20
Speaker
Yeah, because what happens is you listen to this music, you listen to this music and these patterns are now programming you.
00:26:27
Speaker
So when you go to speak to somebody, it's the same thing.
00:26:30
Speaker
All right, nice to meet you.
00:26:32
Speaker
Right, right, right.
00:26:35
Speaker
But when you speak to someone that's calm,
00:26:39
Speaker
And they're breathing.
00:26:40
Speaker
We reflect and we start to do that.
00:26:42
Speaker
We can listen more.
00:26:44
Speaker
We can open up more, open up our heart space, activate more, receive, surrender.
00:26:50
Speaker
And now we're optimum like a human.
00:27:06
Speaker
And you know, I've learned in my lifetime, the best things happen when you take your time.
00:27:13
Speaker
When you're speaking on stage, when you're working out.
00:27:17
Speaker
If I'm just always pumping away, I'm not really getting no benefit.
00:27:22
Speaker
When you're intimate with one, you need another.
00:27:27
Speaker
When you learn, take your time.
Project Metamorphosis and Hip Movement Healing
00:27:31
Speaker
So let's move into the product project metamorphosis tools that you're giving men to be more holistic in their wellness, increase that sexual being, enhance that sexuality,
00:27:52
Speaker
from a root space, root chakra, you know.
00:27:56
Speaker
In life functionality, let's talk about this product, this movement about the hips and just the movement is medicine.
00:28:03
Speaker
Let's talk about that.
00:28:04
Speaker
Let's put some energy on that because I want to know more.
00:28:07
Speaker
By the way, you know, once he, you know, discovered and opened up about his new product he has coming out, you can get the pre-sale price, link in my bio.
00:28:19
Speaker
But I'll let you, you know, preface and tell us all about it, man.
00:28:23
Speaker
So, I mean, this is the hip breath of the hip breath.
00:28:25
Speaker
The Get Right Hip Guide is your guide to your three-piece suit.
00:28:30
Speaker
Now, what we call the three-piece suit is...
00:28:32
Speaker
mental physical and spiritual right you got to be suited and booted for life that's the three-piece suit and again we just go back to men and society there's so much healing right the program is designed to give you easy bites i call them like micro dosings or these movement snacks they're going to be very easy nothing is complex right nobody wants anything hard so i figured drawing out a plan for you
00:29:00
Speaker
a macro cycle for eight weeks that you're going to run this is going to be this is going to be the big payoff yeah i don't want you to to zoom remember we talked about speeding you're speeding to hit a wall i just need you to slow down go within on yourself and learning yourself you're going to know that this car this vehicle that i'm in right now can't move with the engine ain't tuned up what happens to be the engine the hips
00:29:26
Speaker
Talk about the hips.
00:29:28
Speaker
So the hip complex, man, is made up from so many articular motions, so many ligaments, so many joints, so many muscle fascia connectivity.
00:29:38
Speaker
Most people are having...
00:29:40
Speaker
uh issues inferior to the joint and superior to the joint so back problems knee problems ankle problems are all caused by dysfunctional hip right now the population that i'm targeting is is back to men now i'm saying this is targeted to men but it's a warm welcome for all right because we all need it as a
00:30:00
Speaker
But most men, again, not celebrated in society.
00:30:04
Speaker
We look down on it's not allowing us to be who we really need to be for ourselves.
00:30:11
Speaker
You know, we're dealing with a lot of trauma that isn't ours.
00:30:14
Speaker
And emotions stay.
00:30:15
Speaker
We are suppressing our emotions.
00:30:19
Speaker
And guess what the tightnesses are?
00:30:21
Speaker
um your hips and the emotion stays there in that sacral chakra right and it almost gets it's like it gets crystallized it's stuck there and you don't know how to move it so all i'm doing is just holding your hand through this process as i guide you to opening up space to a better way of living to a healthier way of living to a functional way of living
00:30:43
Speaker
With that, you're going to be able to dance better.
00:30:46
Speaker
You're going to be able to have sex better.
00:30:48
Speaker
You know, these are things that are lacking for some of us.
00:30:52
Speaker
And it turns into a self-esteem issue, right?
00:30:55
Speaker
We really can't open up and tell our partners how we really feel.
00:30:58
Speaker
I need men to be men again.
00:31:00
Speaker
I need men to open up.
00:31:01
Speaker
Because as the leader, the woman is looking for the leader.
00:31:04
Speaker
If you've got tight hips, you're probably an angry man.
00:31:08
Speaker
An emotional suppressed man.
00:31:11
Speaker
Well, you got tight hips, you probably an angry man.
00:31:14
Speaker
So learning that, you know, even if the kundalini energy shows you that, like just opening up.
00:31:20
Speaker
Open it up, surrender, freeing up space, letting go of this energy that needs to move.
00:31:25
Speaker
The minute you, you know, you ever feel some way and you get to the gym, that fog just goes away.
00:31:31
Speaker
It's the same for the hips, but we need to be consistent.
00:31:34
Speaker
There are no men, I can walk in any gym in America right now, there are no men working the hips.
00:31:39
Speaker
Every man is what?
00:31:40
Speaker
Training with the ego.
00:31:42
Speaker
EGO, edging God out.
00:31:45
Speaker
They're going in there with the ego and it's not their amigo.
00:31:48
Speaker
They want to do... I don't know why that's good.
00:31:51
Speaker
Yeah, bro, they want to go in there and lift the heaviest weights, be the biggest guy, be the strongest guy, and it's all toxicity.
00:31:57
Speaker
So you got to throw that shit out the window.
00:31:59
Speaker
And again, this program is beautifully designed, you know, well thought out for people...
00:32:05
Speaker
to have healthy hips have a better way of living feeling healthier at home as i call the body home it's the only place we have to live permanently yeah the rest of our lives most people are strangers in their home yeah what is can you uh speak more on a kutalini because i hear the word all the time i think i know what it is but i don't properly understand what it is
00:32:27
Speaker
Man, I'm learning this too because I've been taking some Kundalini classes, but man, we're all energetic beings living a physical experience.
Kundalini Energy and Body's Wisdom
00:32:37
Speaker
So when you realize that this energy is you wearing, like for me personally, I am an empath, which means I'm a sponge to energy.
00:32:47
Speaker
I work with people, I'm hands on, I'm near with you, it's heartfelt, shoulder to shoulder.
00:32:53
Speaker
and i i'll say man i feel heavy i feel so the practice of kundalini is like connecting the breath and uh your sacral chakra to open up and expand your vitality open up because if one chakra is off most of them are maybe blocked because of this one that's also when you do the work in the center
00:33:16
Speaker
it begins to help open up and move these chakras in a clockwise fashion.
00:33:24
Speaker
Because you know the saying, you ass backwards?
00:33:27
Speaker
We're supposed to ass backwards because our energy forces are moving backwards.
00:33:33
Speaker
Chakras are going counterclockwise.
00:33:36
Speaker
So it's a wide spread on the kundalini, and I don't want to step into a scope that's not.
00:33:41
Speaker
But I'm a learner.
00:33:43
Speaker
I'm learning it more.
00:33:43
Speaker
But it is the best thing ever.
00:33:45
Speaker
Because again, I was there with the athletics and bodybuilding, all ego, trying to get bigger, you know, to show muscles.
00:33:51
Speaker
I want to put a t-shirt and look good.
00:33:54
Speaker
That's not going to be true.
00:33:55
Speaker
Yeah, it's interesting.
00:33:56
Speaker
The lighter I am, the better I feel.
00:34:00
Speaker
The lighter I am, the better I feel.
00:34:02
Speaker
I think over the pandemic, I got up to like 211.
00:34:05
Speaker
I dropped to like 206.
00:34:06
Speaker
Then I went from 206 to 203.
00:34:08
Speaker
Then for like a year, I kind of stayed in like 203 to 198.
00:34:11
Speaker
But the last maybe like 14 months, I'm between, bro, like 185, 188.
00:34:24
Speaker
I feel like I'm hooping again.
00:34:27
Speaker
You're wearing it.
00:34:27
Speaker
You're wearing it.
00:34:28
Speaker
you're wearing it.
00:34:29
Speaker
You know what I'm saying?
00:34:30
Speaker
Yeah, I feel like free.
00:34:35
Speaker
The freedom, the freedom, bro.
00:34:36
Speaker
Having the freedom to do whatever you want.
00:34:38
Speaker
I really go into the gym space and I ask the body because the body wisdom is intelligent.
00:34:43
Speaker
We think we can outsmart the body.
00:34:44
Speaker
It has its own intelligence.
00:34:46
Speaker
You know, we're just inside.
00:34:47
Speaker
We're borrowing this intelligence inside this body.
00:34:50
Speaker
We're borrowing this vessel for some time.
00:34:53
Speaker
And I go into the gym.
00:34:54
Speaker
I'm like, man, what do we want to train today?
00:34:57
Speaker
I'll literally sit out.
00:34:58
Speaker
I'll see people watch me all the time.
00:35:00
Speaker
I'm in the sky looking for a bird first.
00:35:02
Speaker
The minute I see a bird, that's when I begin because I'm sitting present.
00:35:06
Speaker
It's no longer repeating these paradigms that brought me into a toxic phase.
00:35:10
Speaker
I'm releasing the waste.
00:35:11
Speaker
I'm releasing the toxicity because it's not doing no better for me and for the lineage and for when I go into procreation.
00:35:19
Speaker
You know, kids will have this energy that we have today.
00:35:22
Speaker
So we're going to be somebody's dad one day.
00:35:25
Speaker
So we got to get the work done, God damn it.
00:35:28
Speaker
And, you know, let's talk about before we go into the sexuality enhancement, I want to talk about semen retention and get your thoughts and perspective on it.
00:35:37
Speaker
It's something you believe in, something you know it works.
00:35:40
Speaker
Because I'll share my experience, but I really want you to speak from your perspective.
00:35:44
Speaker
Like, what is your...
00:35:45
Speaker
uh ideology of semen retention your experience and how do you feel it helps or it doesn't help men in all actuality discipline i i feel like it helps all men right that's what the rudimentary term would be for the semen retention so many men are out chasing so many broken women broken men are chasing women they get together they'll be broken they have broken babies and you're like wow nah let me save my life force for me right
00:36:15
Speaker
And when I'm ready to give or someone is worthy enough to receive, I'll go there with them, with this union of
Benefits of Semen Retention and Creativity
00:36:23
Speaker
Because that's really what it is.
00:36:25
Speaker
When you can join with someone in union, it's a level of respect.
00:36:29
Speaker
Because you think about it, E. Excuse me.
00:36:31
Speaker
I'm going to be vulnerable.
00:36:33
Speaker
When I was running a pattern a while ago as a toxic man, I would say four years ago, five years ago,
00:36:39
Speaker
man and i was putting my life force in all kind of broken women and all the woman is is a conduit she's a container so the way your mind is you go inside this woman with her permission right she reflects who you are back to you damn so you're like oh you know like right why do i feel this way back to the energy all she did was show you who you are and you just absorb some of her energy so she's a toxic woman you just put that right back into yourself so learning how
00:37:09
Speaker
to hold it down and know how special you are in the union of creating something special.
00:37:17
Speaker
You can birth creative ideas, business plans.
00:37:23
Speaker
You can put life into these things before shooting your life force into a broken woman.
00:37:30
Speaker
So saving that, retaining that for yourself, being able to bring that energy back up.
00:37:37
Speaker
That's where the gold is.
00:37:39
Speaker
That's back to the discipline.
00:37:40
Speaker
And it's interesting.
00:37:41
Speaker
I was talking to a buddy of mine earlier this morning, and he was saying that, I said, man, you probably over there ejaculating.
00:37:48
Speaker
You probably over there beating up.
00:37:49
Speaker
He's like, no, man, that's mental health.
00:37:51
Speaker
I'm like, what you mean?
00:37:52
Speaker
He's like, man, that's high depression.
00:37:54
Speaker
You get depressed as a man.
00:37:55
Speaker
I'm like, tell me more.
00:37:57
Speaker
I was like, God, that's so interesting.
00:37:59
Speaker
No one's never said that.
00:38:01
Speaker
And I realized in my experience, I used to be addicted to porn, like heavy, right?
00:38:06
Speaker
So what happened was my guy was my joystick who gave me pleasure to numb my pain I didn't want to feel, right?
00:38:15
Speaker
Because we seek pleasure because we don't want to feel pain.
00:38:19
Speaker
And so what I discovered as I've been
00:38:22
Speaker
grown and healed and evolved to this new self, the old paradigm, the old era, he doesn't ejaculate, he doesn't watch porn, right?
00:38:31
Speaker
Because what I realized, even if I wasn't watching it and I was ejaculating, right, or without the use of anyone in front of me, I was depleting my life force, I was depleting my vibration, I was depleting my ideas, I was depleting my creativity, and I feel like I've been on, like, maybe four or five months of just not
00:38:53
Speaker
doing the thing and I feel incredible.
00:38:55
Speaker
I mean, I feel incredible regardless, but like I feel even better.
00:38:59
Speaker
Like, bro, what was I doing all this time?
00:39:02
Speaker
I was taking it for myself without giving to anybody.
00:39:07
Speaker
It was hand slaughter.
00:39:14
Speaker
So now I'm like, oh,
00:39:18
Speaker
This is the real juice.
00:39:20
Speaker
And this is why, you know, Dr. Miles Monroe says, you know, in one of his sermons, he was like, men, we're here to create generations without sperm.
00:39:31
Speaker
He talked about, he said, he said, men don't want sex.
00:39:36
Speaker
We need sex, right?
00:39:38
Speaker
He's like, we are here to create.
00:39:42
Speaker
Constantly just giving away our life for us.
00:39:44
Speaker
Give it away, give it away, give it away, give it away, give it away.
00:39:47
Speaker
Because we can or we don't have the information on where to put it.
00:39:50
Speaker
What type of generation are we creating if we're misusing it, right, with no real intentions behind it?
00:39:57
Speaker
Not that everyone will know or should know.
00:39:59
Speaker
We just need to be aware that it's sacred.
00:40:03
Speaker
And I feel like men and women, we have this challenge where I was listening to a guy, he was saying women,
00:40:12
Speaker
really want you to have sex with them, meaning they are sex dealers, men are sex addicts.
00:40:18
Speaker
He was saying the only reason some women use sex is to control a man.
00:40:23
Speaker
And if a man can't control himself, she's going to control him all the time.
00:40:30
Speaker
And so it's just interesting when you get new information as you evolve and you experience the things, because I don't believe one thing fits all, but I feel like, you know, overall that
00:40:42
Speaker
your semen is important for your life.
00:40:46
Speaker
You got to hold on to that.
00:40:47
Speaker
That's how you got here.
00:40:48
Speaker
That's how we got here.
00:40:49
Speaker
So it's, I think it's important to kind of like, you know, speak on that and within your program, how does what you have improved that for me?
00:40:59
Speaker
Like what part of the program or what,
00:41:01
Speaker
a module or model that you have or what's something we can focus on as men to know that this is going to enhance our sexual ways in a healthy way.
00:41:11
Speaker
Not a perverted way, perversions, you know, you don't want sexual perversions.
00:41:17
Speaker
Well, man, when you explore, you know,
00:41:20
Speaker
intricate um tapestry of human sexuality bro it's so many many aspects of it but i realize again the hips being the centerpiece to everything you know it is your center of gravity it is where your life force your genitals everything is it is where you were connected
00:41:41
Speaker
to your mother from the umbilical cord, all this region of your body.
Emotional Intelligence in Relationships
00:41:45
Speaker
So we got to get deeper, you know, and what I'm doing is I said, I, these are bite-sized movements, E. It's very rudimentary.
00:41:53
Speaker
And we know what the workout do for us is me.
00:41:55
Speaker
But I don't want to exclude the women too, because they can do this as well.
00:41:58
Speaker
That's what I want to, as a disclaimer, I want to put that out there.
00:42:01
Speaker
but when we get the moving shaking and baking the confidence is up oh it's like what's up hey hey hey what's up love yeah you just exuding that energy of how you feel yeah right so there we go we get you moving in this in this region yeah and it's going to open up so much where you can be confident in your life in your voice in your throat to talk to your partner
00:42:28
Speaker
It's what you want in the bedroom, what pleases you.
00:42:30
Speaker
Because when we think about the pornography, I was watching it at an early age too and got addicted to it as a young man.
00:42:36
Speaker
And it was just bad programming.
00:42:40
Speaker
It threw you through loop like you thought this was this is what sex and intimacy is.
00:42:46
Speaker
So again, we're unlearning to relearn and it's like, boom, I'm in a bedroom with a woman.
00:42:52
Speaker
I ask permission to do whatever it is she needs.
00:42:56
Speaker
And it's that union we have.
00:42:58
Speaker
And that's what the sexuality is going to.
00:43:00
Speaker
build open to space just confidence and to be able to talk just through movement movement moves the brain movement moves blood movement moves energy so again like when you get into these sexual positions too you're going to be able to open up and surrender maybe and it gives space to this woman
00:43:22
Speaker
As we're in the bedroom, pleasing each other.
00:43:25
Speaker
And really, as men, we don't have to do much.
00:43:27
Speaker
But again, the program and the porn, we like, how do you think all of that?
00:43:31
Speaker
That's not what the romance is about, bro.
00:43:33
Speaker
You burning yourself out.
00:43:34
Speaker
But when you learn how to use this kundalini energy, you'll please her in many different fashions.
00:43:39
Speaker
You don't actually have to...
00:43:41
Speaker
you don't have to do this you can just do this yeah exactly and all that energy just transforming is is intimacy love making healing like transformation not even letting your your statement go you just hear what yo and also to the breath let me just lay let me just get closer to you and breathe let's take in each other life let's breathe yeah
00:44:05
Speaker
Let's breathe from the stomach.
00:44:07
Speaker
Let's make right decisions.
00:44:08
Speaker
How you feeling in this moment right now?
00:44:10
Speaker
Are you comfortable?
00:44:11
Speaker
Do I have permission to be me?
00:44:16
Speaker
These are things that I'm discussing.
00:44:17
Speaker
We just not getting it over because again, at the end of the day, you're going to feel it.
00:44:23
Speaker
And you ain't going to know.
00:44:24
Speaker
If you're not intelligently, emotionally intelligent and spiritually intelligent, you're not going to know why you're carrying around this energy.
00:44:30
Speaker
And you're not going to know how to get rid of it.
00:44:32
Speaker
So that's what this guide is for.
00:44:34
Speaker
get get you get you give you the tools of what you need for your sexuality get right hey fellas tap in click the link in the bio the get right hit movement program is out for pre-sale get yours today yes um
00:44:50
Speaker
That's I think the intentions with your program outside of the movement, the intention is just be a better human being, right?
00:44:57
Speaker
To be a better individual, to be a better you for you, for the world at large.
00:45:04
Speaker
I've experienced in my life, the more work I do on myself, the more I heal myself, the more I grow myself, the more I help the world grow up, the more I help the world heal, the more I help the world better without me doing one thing, but being present.
00:45:18
Speaker
allowing that to just vibrate out without me feeling like I got to do a hundred things to make impact.
00:45:25
Speaker
Like you said, intimacy doesn't have to be in the course all the time.
00:45:29
Speaker
It could just be sitting there and talking to the energy, experiencing the energy and being one with it to have that yin, to have that confidence because you see, know, and feel one another from a vibrational energetic space.
00:45:43
Speaker
And you don't got to throw any energy you don't want to know.
00:45:45
Speaker
You can just kind of receive what's coming up and coming through.
00:45:48
Speaker
I can send you a message telepathically.
00:45:50
Speaker
That's why I'm not with it.
00:45:51
Speaker
Let's just sit and I'm just going to read your face.
00:45:53
Speaker
I'm going to read your emotions because the eyes, when you look through the eyes, it tells the story.
00:45:58
Speaker
It tells the spirit.
00:45:59
Speaker
When you see through the eyes of people, you know.
00:46:01
Speaker
So we go with deeper, bro.
00:46:03
Speaker
I'm just glad that we got it when we got it at our age and we're able to teach, man.
00:46:08
Speaker
Teach and give, you know.
00:46:09
Speaker
That's what it's really about.
00:46:11
Speaker
We got to help the men coming up.
00:46:12
Speaker
We got to help the men that's, you know, that will be for us.
00:46:15
Speaker
And I'm learning that sometimes or most times less is more in all aspects.
00:46:24
Speaker
You know, a buddy of mine this morning said a lot of people are living in their truth, but they're not living in the truth.
00:46:32
Speaker
And I said, usually they say, you know, great words come from parables, at least in the Bible, right?
00:46:40
Speaker
When you say, you know, you don't have to say much to get much.
00:46:46
Speaker
You don't have to do much to get right.
00:46:48
Speaker
But if you do the right thing, right?
00:46:51
Speaker
than those things that take course.
00:46:53
Speaker
You probably can take somebody there, look at their body, look at their body language and that posture and give them four movements within 15 to 20 minutes and you'll probably improve their entire life.
00:47:05
Speaker
Doesn't take, you know, running a mile and doing a hundred burpees and lifting heavy weight.
00:47:15
Speaker
It's, again, it's the program, it's the bad program.
00:47:18
Speaker
I don't blame anybody.
00:47:20
Speaker
I have empathy for all and compassion for all.
00:47:23
Speaker
But when you know better and you ain't doing better now, it's like, all right, enough is enough.
00:47:27
Speaker
You know, I can't help you if you can't help yourself.
00:47:30
Speaker
And then, you know, I don't want to say that I turn my cheek on that individual, but the people that are listening is the people that are learning.
00:47:35
Speaker
And those are my people.
00:47:37
Speaker
So if you're listening and you're learning and you're trying to grow,
Lifelong Learning and Understanding Purpose
00:47:42
Speaker
I got I got hugs and love for you.
00:47:44
Speaker
And more important to get the information, you know, follow, follow, you know, Mac, Coach Get Right, feel the rapport with him, get to know him and really understand what he's about deeper than what, you know, the product, the aura is bringing because
00:47:59
Speaker
Like I say, the more we know, the more we grow.
00:48:01
Speaker
And sometimes we can't grow because we don't know the right things because we learned the wrong things.
00:48:05
Speaker
You get what I'm saying?
00:48:07
Speaker
So it takes time, but the time is worth it if you put it in the right places with the right people.
00:48:13
Speaker
And then we all can grow.
00:48:15
Speaker
Because I'm always...
00:48:16
Speaker
the student i'm you know i'm never the teacher even if i'm teaching i'm still learning absolutely right so you've been a great teacher i want to i want to give you your flowers today and forever bro you've been a great teacher a great role model um you know someone i could bounce off and be like ah okay pass me the ball this is how you do it this is how you shoot it thank you bro i appreciate you bro that's every day i wake up my intention is how do i get better
00:48:42
Speaker
How can I get better?
00:48:43
Speaker
God, use me in a perfect way.
00:48:46
Speaker
What is the way to do?
00:48:48
Speaker
I pray, pray that I post the right content, say the right words, think the right thoughts, be in the right spaces, the right places at the right time.
00:48:55
Speaker
These are the things I prayed about.
00:48:56
Speaker
Father God, let them come through me, through you, through us, through me, through we, right?
00:49:01
Speaker
It's more than just me, it's about we, right?
00:49:07
Speaker
You know, when you understand your purpose, you understand your gift, and then you get anointed with something, you don't take it for granted, and you try to take advantage of it.
00:49:16
Speaker
So I just want to say thank you for your time.
00:49:18
Speaker
Thank you for your energy.
00:49:20
Speaker
If there's anything, you know, you can share as far as like, you know, where else other platforms you might be on, if there's email,
00:49:26
Speaker
or to get more about your program that you have that, like I said, they can click the link in the Bible.
00:49:33
Speaker
Basically, instructions before we even earth, right?
00:49:35
Speaker
That's what the Bible is about.
00:49:36
Speaker
But click the link in the Bible.
00:49:39
Speaker
Get the right hip movement program.
00:49:41
Speaker
And get it right and get your energy aligned, improve your sexuality, the enhancement of it, and life functionality.
00:49:48
Speaker
Just feel good about feeling good without anything, but just in your body, in your mind.
00:49:55
Speaker
So, I mean, yeah, like anybody can tap it with me.
00:49:59
Speaker
I'm answering questions.
00:50:01
Speaker
I feel like I don't get enough questions.
00:50:03
Speaker
And that means people are either, you know,
00:50:07
Speaker
I don't know why, but I'm such an open-ended person that you can hit me up and I'm sure there's ways I can relate and help you.
00:50:15
Speaker
But I'm on Instagram.
00:50:16

Speaker

00:50:33
Speaker
No, I'm right here with you eye to eye.
Building Discipline and Environmental Influence
00:50:38
Speaker
Someone said they got hella questions.
00:50:46
Speaker
So, yeah, Coach Skipright, we got to get you back on.
00:50:49
Speaker
She got questions, man, and you got answers.
00:50:56
Speaker
I jumped off again, man.
00:50:58
Speaker
It's jungle reception and high energy.
00:51:00
Speaker
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:51:01
Speaker
Knock me off and I'm back.
00:51:03
Speaker
What's the question?
00:51:03
Speaker
I'll take a couple questions.
00:51:09
Speaker
I got an event today at this clubhouse out here.
00:51:14
Speaker
Promoting the e-book, promoting wellness through nourishing pancakes, vegan pancakes.
00:51:22
Speaker
What is your biggest tip for discipline?
00:51:26
Speaker
Great question, my guy.
00:51:31
Speaker
My biggest tip for discipline, man, is knowing thyself.
00:51:36
Speaker
You got to reflect on who you are and what your morals is as a man.
00:51:41
Speaker
What are the bricks and the foundation that you're standing on?
00:51:44
Speaker
And if you're going against that, then you ain't got no discipline.
00:51:48
Speaker
You just did like it's like the semen retention we talked about.
00:51:55
Speaker
If you letting that go into just any and everybody or into space and feeling- This is a woman, by the way.
00:52:02
Speaker
This is the woman you're talking to is not a guy.
00:52:07
Speaker
So with discipline, I mean, it's literally love.
00:52:11
Speaker
Like, how much do you love yourself?
00:52:13
Speaker
It goes back to that.
00:52:18
Speaker
Ask some big questions.
00:52:19
Speaker
Ladies, you want more discipline.
00:52:21
Speaker
Love yourself more.
00:52:22
Speaker
Love yourself more.
00:52:24
Speaker
Love yourself, you won't go against yourself, you know?
00:52:27
Speaker
Love yourself more, not being indecisive with things, not negotiating with what you want to do as a sacred woman.
00:52:35
Speaker
Like, and looking in that mirror, because the motivation is going to always be right in front of you.
00:52:39
Speaker
The answers will always be within.
00:52:41
Speaker
Don't be impulsive.
00:52:42
Speaker
That comes with all the packaging of discipline.
00:52:44
Speaker
Just sit with yourself for a minute.
00:52:46
Speaker
See what you want here out of this experience called life, this simulation that we're in.
00:52:51
Speaker
And there's also help, right?
00:52:52
Speaker
We live in a world now where everything is at the tip of our hands.
00:52:55
Speaker
We can find, Google research, anything.
00:52:58
Speaker
But just don't Google research one thing, multiple things.
00:53:02
Speaker
then you make your own decisions off of that but educate yourself be wise because that's when you're really sexy that's that's when you're picking up on your sexies when you when you're wise and you're moving in that power i should i hope that answered your question that was powerful and also you know environment your environment is how you build discipline and when i say build discipline you know when you grow up in an environment where people are not disciplined you know how not to be disciplined right like
00:53:28
Speaker
If you go up around a disciplined environment, if it's clean, if it's nice, it's a certain way, it's like subconsciously you have discipline.
00:53:37
Speaker
You ever walk into someone's house, it's a nice house, it's typically, you subconsciously feel like, should I take my shoes off?
00:53:43
Speaker
That's discipline.
00:53:44
Speaker
Because of the environment, it's making you disciplined, right?
00:53:48
Speaker
When you go to a gym, you feel like, I think I should work out, right?
00:53:54
Speaker
You go to the basketball court, you, I'm
00:53:57
Speaker
The environment is really giving you your discipline without you having to be disciplined.
00:54:02
Speaker
So I think discipline has a lot to do with not only loving, but the environment you put yourself in every day.
00:54:09
Speaker
You know, like you just gave me discipline, you know, like I got to think about my hips now, right?
00:54:15
Speaker
Hey, a gentle reminder.
00:54:16
Speaker
I'm not trying to be forceful.
00:54:19
Speaker
Yeah, but this is what I do.
00:54:21
Speaker
So as a movement person myself, how are my hips, you know?
00:54:26
Speaker
Are my hips tight?
00:54:27
Speaker
You know, do I have that much time?
00:54:31
Speaker
Leela said, hi, Eric.
00:54:33
