Take Your Health Back: Reclaiming health, safety & self-trust with Dr. Stephanie Rimka l Medical Gaslighting, Nervous System Health, Autism Spectrum and Restoring Intimacy & Connection

What happens when you stop outsourcing your health and start learning how to think for yourself? In this powerful conversation, Dr. Stephanie Rimka challenges the way we’ve been taught to approach health, healing, and even our own bodies. We dive into medical gaslighting, health sovereignty, nervous system regulation, autism spectrum, biohacking, and why the right intervention at the wrong time can sometimes do more harm than good. We also explore the deeper biology of safety, femininity, intimacy, relationships, and what it takes to reconnect with yourself after years of overriding your own signals. Dr. Rimka offers a radically different perspective on health: one that asks us to stop blindly following protocols, understand our own physiology, and learn how to think rather than simply being told what to do. If you’ve ever felt dismissed by the medical system, disconnected from your body, stuck in survival mode, or overwhelmed by conflicting health advice, this conversation will challenge you to rethink what it really means to take your health back.

Dr. Stephanie Rimka is a clinician, educator, and speaker specializing in mitochondrial function, nervous system regulation, and the biological foundations of brain health, mental health, and human performance. With nearly three decades of clinical experience working with conditions such as ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and complex neurodevelopmental challenges, her work focuses on helping practitioners and audiences understand why conventional protocols often fail and how to think in systems rather than isolated interventions.

She is a founding faculty member of Peptide University, where she teaches clinicians worldwide how to apply advanced therapies through the lens of mitochondrial physiology, signaling, and clinical sequencing. Her approach integrates bioenergetics, trauma physiology, and metabolic health to create a more precise and effective model for restoring energy, cognitive function, and emotional resilience.

Dr. Rimka is also the author of Receive: The Dance of Feminine Power, and the creator of multiple educational programs exploring the intersection of biology, identity, and human potential. Her work challenges reductionist approaches to health and emphasizes the importance of sequence, structure, and system-wide coherence, particularly in the treatment of chronic mental health and neurodevelopmental conditions.
