So… I Married a Biohacker: Ryan Belz’s Journey Into Health Optimization l From College Baseball to Professional Poker to Peptides, Nootropics and a Quest for Balanced Longevity

What happens when a former college athlete and self-described skeptic slowly becomes a biohacker? In this episode, Renee sits down with her husband Ryan to unpack his evolution from late nights, drinking, and little focus on recovery to prioritizing sleep, nutrition, longevity, and health optimization.

Ryan shares the biohacks and tools that have made the biggest difference for him, from wearables and meditation to nootropics, peptides, and IV therapy. They also dive into the realities of navigating health changes as a couple, why trust and patience matter, and how to optimize your health without losing the fun and spontaneity of life.
