Speaker: It's a quote book.

Speaker: A Hundred Days of Quotes written by me, right?

Speaker: From your boy.

Speaker: It's been a journey.

Speaker: This book has been in

Speaker: of development for probably six years.

Speaker: I think since I wrote the book back in 2015, made some changes over the years, and now we're here.

Speaker: So,

Speaker: Hey, great things take time.

Speaker: And that's what it's about.

Speaker: We got one.

Speaker: We gotta get some more books out.

Speaker: But this one is a masterpiece because this book,

Speaker: The quotes, the material, the insights, the motivation and inspiration in this book is what got me to where I'm at today.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: Being in L.A.

Speaker: for 11 years, being tough, you know, like it's been tough here.

Speaker: It's been challenging.

Speaker: A lot of ups and downs, a lot of setbacks, hardships.

Speaker: and just life.

Speaker: You know, sometimes when people see you, they just think like, oh man, you're such a great individual.

Speaker: You work hard, you're motivated, you're consistent.

Speaker: But there's also been low moments in my life where I didn't know what to do.

Speaker: I didn't know how to do it.

Speaker: I didn't know what was going to happen.

Speaker: In those times, all I had was my faith, right?

Speaker: My belief and his motivation.

Speaker: And his motivation is what kept me going and got me here today.

Speaker: And the information in this book is timeless and it will change your life and can change your life.

Speaker: And it continues to change lives to people who got it.

Speaker: So shout out to everyone who got their book.

Speaker: Thank you.

Speaker: Two weeks, two weeks.

Speaker: ago you followed me and didn't unfollow me.

Speaker: Yeah, I probably didn't know who you were.

Speaker: That's probably why I did that.

Speaker: for all of us, you know, due to the pandemic, to different type of challenges and changes.

Speaker: And this book is, this book launch party is not only for me and my book and the wisdom that's in this book, but for us, for me, because without you guys, I wouldn't have the motivation to create something like this, right?

Speaker: Because when I was broke and I didn't have much, but my faith and my energy,

Speaker: The quotes in this book, the words in this book came from videos I did five or six years ago on Instagram for 15 seconds.

Speaker: Motivation Monday, Wisdom Wednesday, Wuss Positive Friday.

Speaker: I was constantly pumping out content for you people, for you guys to stay motivated, to stay lifted, to stay gifted, to be your best self.

Speaker: take notes and then you read once again at night before you go to bed so you can see, continue your subconscious while you sleep.

Speaker: So it's very beneficial for all ages, all demographics, all classes, it doesn't matter.

Speaker: This book is for anyone, it's timeless.

Speaker: And this book still helps me when I'm going through stuff.

Speaker: That's the book.

Speaker: I'll share the event bright later today where you can RSVP, dress nice.

Speaker: We're gonna have, like I said, food, drinks, good music, and a good time.

Speaker: There's gonna be a moment where I have a Q&A.

Speaker: I'll speak for some time.

Speaker: I'll have a set up, you know, picture booth or backdrop, step and repeat.

Speaker: And let's connect.

Speaker: Let's build.

Speaker: I think in these times is important to not only connect with one another, but try to understand one another.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: Because we all need support.

Speaker: We all need motivation.

Speaker: We all need inspiration and we all need to enjoy just living.

Speaker: So.

Speaker: If you're in town, if you're in LA, I would love to see you.

Speaker: Let's see.

Speaker: I got some people who want to go live.

Speaker: What's this?

Speaker: What's that funny?

Speaker: Leave that s***.

Speaker: What up?

Speaker: What up?

Speaker: What up?

Speaker: What up?

Speaker: What up?

Speaker: I got somebody who requests like, man, and listen to each other.

Speaker: Yes, listen to each other, right?

Speaker: Because everybody wants to be heard.

Speaker: We must listen to each other.

Speaker: Amen to that.

Speaker: So yeah, 100 days of wisdom.

Speaker: My 100 Quotes to Live a More Inspired Life is officially out.

Speaker: Get yours right now.

Speaker: Tell a friend and tell a friend, share it.

Speaker: And if you've been supporting me and following me for years and you don't have this book, you need this book, you must get this book.

Speaker: It's very important.

Speaker: And I just appreciate you guys' support, you know.

Speaker: And then like I said, you get the Miracle Season Experience as well.

Speaker: T-shirt, FaceTime, and book.

Speaker: That's basically it from the book standpoint, November 4th is the launch party.

Speaker: Happy Friday, man.

Speaker: Oh man, Steph was unable to join.

Speaker: Who else wanna go live?

Speaker: What up, what up, what up, what up?

Speaker: What's going on?

Speaker: How's everybody doing?

Speaker: I got Treazy in here.

Speaker: Treazy, you available?

Speaker: Let's see, let's see.

Speaker: Cool, that context is awesome.

Speaker: I love those posts.

Speaker: Ahmaud, what up, brother?

Speaker: We got to go live one day.

Speaker: I guess a lot of you guys must be at work.

Speaker: Looking forward to reading.

Speaker: Thanks.

Speaker: Appreciate the support.

Speaker: So yeah, we hear, do you keep in contact with anyone from The Bachelor?

Speaker: Yeah, I talked to a few people.

Speaker: I talked to Demario Jackson not too long ago.

Speaker: I talked to Mike Johnson.

Speaker: I shot Joe, congratulations.

Speaker: Tex, you know, to his new girlfriend from Bachelor in Paradise.

Speaker: Yeah, so we're here.

Speaker: What's today?

Speaker: Today is the 15th.

Speaker: So let me read a quote from day 15 so you can understand the power of this book.

Speaker: Oh, this is it right here.

Speaker: So day 15, stop playing games and be straightforward with your communication, direct communication, people.

Speaker: No vague language.

Speaker: Honesty is the best policy.

Speaker: If you want something in life, you will find a way.

Speaker: If not, you will find an excuse.

Speaker: Be clear, speak the truth in a positive way.

Speaker: No playing games, speak the truth in a positive way.

Speaker: Honestly, the best policy.

Speaker: A lot of us

Speaker: be honest with others.

Speaker: So important.

Speaker: Day 15.

Speaker: What else got going on?

Speaker: Hey, what up, what up, what up, what up, what up, what up?

Speaker: Play some music.

Speaker: Follow me and once you follow me to the face,

Speaker: Tracy still on.

Speaker: Tracy get a hit.

Speaker: Tracy.

Speaker: Let's see if he accept the request.

Speaker: Treezy!

Speaker: What's going on?

Speaker: What's going on?

Speaker: Nothing.

Speaker: I was sitting here and I was like staying on, but I'm on live now.

Speaker: What's up, man?

Speaker: How you feeling?

Speaker: Good.

Speaker: Yeah, I know.

Speaker: I know.

Speaker: I'm excited about your book.

Speaker: Happy about it.

Speaker: Man, I appreciate it, man.

Speaker: See, the thing is, when we met at the Crocker Club back in the day, I was actually writing this book.

Speaker: Yes.

Speaker: So people who don't know, I met Treezy at a nightclub where I was a door guy at.

Speaker: He had his big, big, big birthday party.

Speaker: You had to bring him the back way and elevate it, you know?

Speaker: Right, right, right.

Speaker: But we built rapport.

Speaker: He was a good fellow and a good friend.

Speaker: He always stayed in touch on my growth and my journey.

Speaker: And I just want to say thank you, brother, for always being consistent, solid, authentic.

Speaker: and always just being you with me, you know?

Speaker: Like, I've seen a lot of people over the years change, not because they wanted to, just because things change.

Speaker: Always being you, no matter what it was, up, down, and different.

Speaker: So I just want to say thank you.

Speaker: Appreciate you.

Speaker: Thank you for always supporting.

Speaker: And by the way, congratulations on your new whip, man.

Speaker: I see the car you got yesterday.

Speaker: Hey, did you see Bay?

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: All white everything, Bay.

Speaker: I worked hard for that.

Speaker: I worked hard for that.

Speaker: Yeah, I was getting ready to eat a light lunch here, and I was just like, did he say Tracy?

Speaker: Tracy!

Speaker: I appreciate you.

Speaker: Right now, it is miracle season, and you are a blessing as well.

Speaker: And your inspiration, keep doing what you do.

Speaker: The motivation, keep speaking the truth.

Speaker: I really appreciate it myself.

Speaker: Another black successful brother doing his thing.

Speaker: My God, man, I appreciate it.

Speaker: Thanks for all love.

Speaker: I'll let you eat, man.

Speaker: Happy Friday.

Speaker: Enjoy yourself.

Speaker: I'll see you soon.

Speaker: And thank you for getting your book, man.

Speaker: Tell your friends to tell your friends.

Speaker: I'll be there.

Speaker: All right.

Speaker: My God.

Speaker: Peace and love.

Speaker: Take care.

Speaker: Yes, sir.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Treasy.

Speaker: Yeah, I don't even know how to get.

Speaker: Oh, there you go.

Speaker: Yeah, so basically, you know, you never know who you'll meet and who you'll run into in life and

Speaker: what impact you'll have on them.

Speaker: And that was when I worked at the Crocker Club, shots up at Tom Turner, the owner, like my mentor.

Speaker: It's a good guy.

Speaker: It was 2014, 15, I think, maybe some of 2016.

Speaker: Oh man, I was trying to figure life out.

Speaker: But that was a moment in my life I'll never forget because I learned a lot of life.

Speaker: I learned a lot of lessons in my life from working at the club, you know, as a door guy.

Speaker: Being there, you know, eight hours, nine hours, some days are slow, some days are busy.

Speaker: And, you know, I built a lot of rapport with like a lot of different people from like homeless people to the guys who swept the sidewalk to people walking by to the barbershop across the street.

Speaker: It was just like a little, Fifth and Spring was just like a little town within itself.

Speaker: And everybody knew each other and respected each other no matter what we were, what we did.

Speaker: So I miss those moments.

Speaker: My man, Carson.

Speaker: Carson from Hampton University.

Speaker: That's not him.

Speaker: Get you a book, bro.

Speaker: It's been forever.

Speaker: You still in VA?

Speaker: You still in DMV?

Speaker: Yeah, man.

Speaker: So, you know, I think, you know, basically what I want to say, yes, the book is out, but more importantly, what it took for me to write a book like that, it took me, it took dedication, consistency, and really trying to figure out what was in my mind to get,

Speaker: my life to change and go to the next level.

Speaker: Because at that time I was in a one bedroom with a roommate, you know, as a grown man, you know, trying to figure life out here in LA.

Speaker: And all I had at the time was my faith, motivation and inspiration.

Speaker: And I was reading books, creating content and being my best self.

Speaker: And, you know, sometimes things we do naturally,

Speaker: to most people seem like, oh, that's just you, but it takes a lot of energy, it takes a lot of time and mental capacity to kind of bring it every day, to be consistent, to show up for yourself and others, even when you don't have the energy.

Speaker: So the book, A Hundred Days of Wisdom is about showing up for yourself every day, a hundred straight days, being disciplined, developing your higher self, because there's words and

Speaker: thoughts and insights in the book that's going to challenge your thinking, that's going to challenge your growth, and that's going to make you look at things differently.

Speaker: Because if we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change.

Speaker: And I think sometimes we take life for granted because things are just given to us.

Speaker: We just have a job or we have a look or we have opportunity and we don't think everybody doesn't have those things.

Speaker: They don't have those opportunities, don't have a job, they don't have inspiration, they don't have motivation, you know.

Speaker: you know, they don't have a family, right?

Speaker: Some of us, you know, they don't have family or people close by.

Speaker: I've been in LA for 11 years and none of them.

Speaker: I have like one person from my family that recently moved out here three years ago.

Speaker: So it's been a journey.

Speaker: It's been lonely, it's been hard, but it's also been rewarding because

Speaker: I'm able to see what I can do for myself, by myself, and understand what life is really about from my lens and see how I can give back, reach back and help somebody else who might not be feeling good, who might not be lifted, who might not be gifted, who might not have faith, who might not have confidence, who might not believe that something great can happen for their life.

Speaker: I always believed something great was going to happen because that's just how I was raised and that's how I grew up.

Speaker: It's like, that's all you have.

Speaker: You know, you have a smile.

Speaker: All I had was a smile and a dream.

Speaker: You know what I mean?

Speaker: Thank God for that, right?

Speaker: And you use what you got to get what you want and then you can keep going.

Speaker: But I think as people sometimes we take for granted our loved ones.

Speaker: We take for granted our friends.

Speaker: We take for granted our opportunities and jobs and things we get because they come so normal.

Speaker: They come so natural to those things are taken from us.

Speaker: then things change, right?

Speaker: Your thinking change, how you feel about yourself change.

Speaker: You regret what you did or didn't do with that person or that job or that opportunity.

Speaker: So this book, 100 Days of Wisdom, is going to keep you in alignment with yourself.

Speaker: It's going to challenge your thinking.

Speaker: It's going to force you to grow.

Speaker: It's going to make you a better person.

Speaker: It's going to make you

Speaker: strong mentally, it's gonna make you strong emotionally, and it's gonna give you the wisdom and the faith to get where you need to go for the benefit of your life and your existence in your livelihood.

Speaker: Because, you know, it's cool to be cool, it's cool to look good, but do you really feel the way you look, right?

Speaker: Do you feel like I can talk all day, but when this camera go off, am I the same person?

Speaker: These are the questions

Speaker: that you will have to ask yourself once you get this book.

Speaker: So get the book is out now.

Speaker: The link is in my bio and I pinned it right here in the chat.

Speaker: Someone requested to be on live.

Speaker: Who's this?

Speaker: Let's see.

Speaker: Stephanie.

Speaker: Who's this?

Speaker: I don't know who Steph is, but let's see if she come back.

Speaker: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker: Charlene, what's up?

Speaker: Get your book, Charlene.

Speaker: I haven't seen you in so long.

Speaker: What's going on?

Speaker: How you been?

Speaker: It's been forever.

Speaker: Kathy, I see you.

Speaker: Brian Marburg.

Speaker: That's a good name, like Stefan Marburg.

Speaker: Okay, Christy, what's up?

Speaker: I'm seeing some old faces on here.

Speaker: What's up?

Speaker: Where y'all at?

Speaker: Y'all got your book, 100 Days of Wisdom?

Speaker: I haven't seen y'all in a minute.

Speaker: What's going on?

Speaker: What's the latest and greatest?

Speaker: Talk to me, tell me something nice.

Speaker: What up, what up, what up, what up?

Speaker: Hey, I know I'm good, you good?

Speaker: You just good and not great, girl?

Speaker: Let me see.

Speaker: Whoever just requested live, click and get on.

Speaker: Choco Drop, what's up?

Speaker: What you all at?

Speaker: Talk to me.

Speaker: Julie Flores, how you doing?

Speaker: How you been?

Speaker: Time be flying.

Speaker: Yep, yep.

Speaker: The book is out.

Speaker: It's out.

Speaker: You can get your copy right now.

Speaker: I'm actually got it.

Speaker: Once I get off here, I got to go to the post office and send off like five copies.

Speaker: Thank you all to purchase.

Speaker: Yep.

Speaker: Damn.

Speaker: But yeah, 100 Days of Wisdom.

Speaker: How you living today?

Speaker: I'm living, baby.

Speaker: I got the new book out, baby.

Speaker: I'm living.

Speaker: I'm happy.

Speaker: Hey.

Speaker: You know, it's so surreal because it's like to see the physical copy of something you had that was a thought, that actually became a thing, right?

Speaker: Like I thought about this, I did it, and now that came to fruition.

Speaker: So this is for anyone who thinks they can't do something that's

Speaker: not possible because they don't have the assets or the resources or the people.

Speaker: Like I said, I created this masterpiece back in 2015 and it's 2021.

Speaker: And I got it.

Speaker: Share, Sharleen, get your buck, baby.

Speaker: Get your buck.

Speaker: Come on.

Speaker: You know how we rock?

Speaker: So this book is also for the dreamer, right?

Speaker: You got dreams.

Speaker: I came to LA with $1,000 in a dream.

Speaker: I didn't know what I was going to become.

Speaker: I didn't know what I was going to do.

Speaker: I didn't know how I was going to do it.

Speaker: But I believe something good was going to happen.

Speaker: And it did.

Speaker: And it continues to happen because I continue to believe.

Speaker: I continue to work on myself.

Speaker: I continue to read.

Speaker: I continue to write.

Speaker: I continue to challenge myself to go harder and go and do better and do more.

Speaker: It's not always easy, but it's worth it because I get to evolve and I get to add value and information to your life based on everything that I do for myself.

Speaker: You know, so it's bigger than me.

Speaker: It is miracle season.

Speaker: The book is out.

Speaker: 100 Days of Wisdom.

Speaker: Get yours right now.

Speaker: I'll be looking for you guys getting your copy.

Speaker: Qatar, what's up?

Speaker: But yeah, man, like it's not a game, you know, every day I wake up, man, my intentions is to add value, to be a better person, to lead by an example, to walk, to talk the talk and walk the walk.

Speaker: And it's not always easy.

Speaker: Treese definitely got his book.

Speaker: Thank you, brother.

Speaker: And, um,

Speaker: I feel that it's one thing to plan it, but another is a secret to plan it out.

Speaker: I'm in a phase now, I'm planning a production.

Speaker: Let's go, Charlene, get this book, get the book.

Speaker: Let's go.

Speaker: Yeah, because I think in this Instagram society, in this Instagram microwave culture, everybody just wants it right now.

Speaker: Let me get it right now, let me get it right now.

Speaker: And nobody wants to put in the work.

Speaker: Like this shit take work.

Speaker: Yo, I'm up every day, 5, 5.30.

Speaker: I'm even working on myself.

Speaker: I'm even working out in the gym or training someone else and trying to better someone else.

Speaker: This is consistent work every day, all day, making it happen.

Speaker: Boogie, you got your book?

Speaker: My God, let me see.

Speaker: Did the order come through?

Speaker: Yeah, so it's a... Oh yeah, my boy.

Speaker: Okay, you got your hoodie and a book, my God.

Speaker: But yeah, so people just think it's just easy.

Speaker: Like there's single moms out here, single fathers.

Speaker: There are people out here who got, you know, mental challenges, emotional challenges, body challenges, and they still show up.

Speaker: And they show up, let's talk about the real.

Speaker: It ain't just, hey, I wanna be famous.

Speaker: Hey, I just wanna make money.

Speaker: Hey, I wanna be the guy.

Speaker: Hey, I wanna be the girl.

Speaker: Like, hey, what are you doing to get that?

Speaker: What are you doing to become that?

Speaker: Who's holding you accountable?

Speaker: Who do you look up to?

Speaker: Who do you get your advice from?

Speaker: Who's challenging you?

Speaker: Who can you depend on?

Speaker: Can people depend on you?

Speaker: Can people count on you?

Speaker: Are you praying for people?

Speaker: Are people praying for you?

Speaker: What are you living for?

Speaker: What's your purpose?

Speaker: Why are you here?

Speaker: And I'm not asking anyone to be perfect.

Speaker: But these are the questions you should want to ask yourself because these questions will come to you while reading this book.

Speaker: You know, it's always a challenge you to grow.

Speaker: Because if you're better, everybody around you is better.

Speaker: If I'm better, everything around me is better.

Speaker: So why not add to your life and get something that's going to better your life?

Speaker: And then you can better someone else's life.

Speaker: It's like money, right?

Speaker: Say, for instance, you know, my nephew, right?

Speaker: He needs $10.

Speaker: He has a fundraiser.

Speaker: And I say, nephew, I give you $10.

Speaker: So use $5 to buy five candy bars.

Speaker: Put that in your fundraiser.

Speaker: So $5 go to the candy bar and then other $5 I want you to keep for yourself.

Speaker: So then the next day my nephew goes to the store, he gets him a bag of chips, he get him a little juice, say it's about 50 cents.

Speaker: Boom.

Speaker: The next day he buys something else.

Speaker: So what I'm saying is all that money that was shared, that was given, it circulates in the universe.

Speaker: It's called the law of circulating, right?

Speaker: The law of circulating.

Speaker: So you give somebody something valuable and then

Speaker: they give it to someone in return.

Speaker: So there's many books I've read, right?

Speaker: So say this is my book.

Speaker: You buy a book, you read it, it benefits your life, you give it to someone else.

Speaker: They get the book, they benefit, then they give it to someone else.

Speaker: It's a domino effect.

Speaker: Reach one, teach one, and then we all become one because it's bigger than us.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: We're all affected.

Speaker: So how do we better each other in the universe?

Speaker: How do we better each other individually?

Speaker: How do we hold each other accountable?

Speaker: How do we listen with understanding and not listening to reply?

Speaker: How do we be mindful that everybody doesn't grow up the same?

Speaker: How do we think about the next person who's not in our shoes?

Speaker: There are people who grow up privileged.

Speaker: There are some people who grow up poor.

Speaker: But there's still people that both have feelings and emotions and they go through challenges.

Speaker: They might be different, but the emotions are the same.

Speaker: So what are we really living for?

Speaker: Are we really living just to be famous?

Speaker: Are we really living just to have money and have a family?

Speaker: Like what's the real purpose?

Speaker: This book will help you understand what your purpose is once you get through it.

Speaker: Your epiphany will start ringing.

Speaker: Your intuition will start channeling.

Speaker: things to start, this book will open you up to a whole new world within yourself because it's about you becoming the best you for you so you can be better for someone tomorrow.

Speaker: Because I don't wake up on 100% every day.

Speaker: Some days I'm at 60%, 70%.

Speaker: Some days I'm at 50%.

Speaker: But I say all that to say is that no one's perfect.

Speaker: but you have to put yourself in a position where you can win and you have to surround yourself with positivity, motivation and inspiration.

Speaker: Not as much as I do, you know what I'm saying?

Speaker: Because this is my life, but much as you need it to help your life.

Speaker: Spence, what up baby?

Speaker: So, you know, let's start holding each other accountable.

Speaker: Let's start being mindful of the spaces we move in and we work in and we speak in.

Speaker: Positivity, motivation, inspiration, it's miracle season.

Speaker: This shirt was created because I literally had a miracle on national TV, but I spoke it before it came.

Speaker: So here we go.

Speaker: It's like the book, thoughts become things.

Speaker: This was a thought.

Speaker: It became a thing.

Speaker: Now it's a product.

Speaker: It's a book that can help you in your life.

Speaker: This was a saying March 13, 2017.

Speaker: I was on ABC, The Bachelorette, AFR.

Speaker: I came out.

Speaker: I met The Bachelorette at the time, Rich and Lindsay, and I said, it's miracle season was meant to be.

Speaker: We'll be looking forward to meeting you, whatever.

Speaker: I didn't know what I was saying, but it came through, right?

Speaker: I said it, and now I have a shirt with it because on that season of The Bachelorette, I went through a metamorphosis, a transformation, right?

Speaker: I went through a lot of highs and lows, in between, I traveled the world, learned some things about myself, and I fell in love.

Speaker: All because I believed in it.

Speaker: I took a chance.

Speaker: Was I afraid?

Speaker: Yes.

Speaker: Was I scared?

Speaker: Yes.

Speaker: Was I nervous?

Speaker: Yes.

Speaker: But look how my life turned out.

Speaker: That's what It's Miracle Season come from.

Speaker: So same with It's Miracle Season, same with the book.

Speaker: Sianna, what up?

Speaker: Get you a book.

Speaker: Get you a book.

Speaker: Tell all your girlfriends and friends, Sianna know.

Speaker: Sianna know.

Speaker: She know me from back 2012, Sianna.

Speaker: She's working at Amber Cromwell and Fitch.

Speaker: What we speak, we reap.

Speaker: What we speak, we reap.

Speaker: Listen, you gotta believe it to achieve it.

Speaker: And if you don't got people around you that's picking you up, lifting you up, taking you to the next level, get them people out of your life.

Speaker: I don't care if it's your friends, your family, get them out of your life.

Speaker: If they not helping you, if they not bettering you, they not...

Speaker: Let them go.

Speaker: You know, I get tired of people saying, oh, I'm proud of you.

Speaker: I love you.

Speaker: You don't.

Speaker: It's like, you ain't proud of me.

Speaker: You don't know me to be proud of me.

Speaker: You know what I'm saying?

Speaker: Support me then.

Speaker: You know, call me when I don't need anything or you don't need anything from me.

Speaker: Check on me when you, I'm not checking for you.

Speaker: Get a book, get a shirt.

Speaker: You know what I'm saying?

Speaker: Like, what are we talking about?

Speaker: Don't tell me you in love and you this and that.

Speaker: Support me then, show me.

Speaker: I say words are real actions.

Speaker: So I'm tired of the fakeness and people saying this.

Speaker: Man, listen, you with me, you with me.

Speaker: And if you're not, that's cool.

Speaker: But let's keep it all the way real.

Speaker: Let's be authentic.

Speaker: Let's call a spade a spade.

Speaker: Let's talk about the elephant in the room.

Speaker: All that, nah.

Speaker: We got to be clear.

Speaker: We got to be direct.

Speaker: You heard what Day 15 said in the book.

Speaker: You know what I'm saying?

Speaker: Be straightforward in your communication.

Speaker: Because life is too short to just be acting like you like someone or acting like you supporting someone or fake love.

Speaker: Like, we ain't not talking about that.

Speaker: You even like me or you don't.

Speaker: You know, like, let's just keep it all the way real.

Speaker: I know I'm going to bring it every day.

Speaker: I'm going to bring it.

Speaker: I'm bringing it.

Speaker: Even when I don't feel like it, I'm going to bring it, right?

Speaker: Because I got a purpose.

Speaker: I got a mission.

Speaker: It's bigger than me.

Speaker: I got a legacy to live on and live out, right?

Speaker: So it's miracle season, 100 days of wisdom, what's positive, whatever.

Speaker: Whatever I come up with, like, it's not for me.

Speaker: It's for the universe.

Speaker: It's for the people to benefit so they can have a better life.

Speaker: You know what I'm saying?

Speaker: So they can live and go to the next level.

Speaker: So they can find a confidence in themselves through me appearing to be confident.

Speaker: And these times when I got to show up to events or do things, I might not feel the best, but you would never know that.

Speaker: But I still show up because it's not about me in that moment.

Speaker: It's about the people I get to serve.

Speaker: It's a privilege to motivate and to inspire and to serve the people.

Speaker: It's a privilege.

Speaker: It's a privilege to be on TV.

Speaker: It's a privilege to be on Instagram.

Speaker: It's a privilege to be here talking to you on the phone and letting you know I have a product out that can not only help your life and change your life, but better your life and everybody in it.

Speaker: So I say all that because I don't want you guys to just think like,

Speaker: Oh yeah, that sounds good.

Speaker: Like, no, this is me.

Speaker: This is real life.

Speaker: I put in real work every day.

Speaker: I've been in LA 11 years.

Speaker: It took me seven years to go on TV and I wasn't even chasing TV.

Speaker: I didn't come to LA to be on TV.

Speaker: TV chose me, so I used it for my benefit to help everybody else because before that I was motivating, I was inspiring, I was dedicating myself to becoming the next best me, right?

Speaker: So it's not a game, but it is a game.

Speaker: You just gotta be good at playing your game to benefit you and everyone around you.

Speaker: Because if I can't be real with you and give you my truth and give you my authentic self,

Speaker: then why are we friends?

Speaker: Why are we connecting?

Speaker: Why are we talking?

Speaker: Why are we conversing?

Speaker: Like, come on, man.

Speaker: You ain't got a lot of me.

Speaker: You ain't got a fake thing.

Speaker: And granted, the truth is not for everybody.

Speaker: I get that.

Speaker: You're not supposed to be vulnerable with everyone you meet and speak.

Speaker: But let's just be real.

Speaker: Let's be real.

Speaker: Like, at the end of the day, we all need each other, no matter where we at.

Speaker: And you know, I don't need this.

Speaker: I don't need that.

Speaker: Yeah, OK.

Speaker: Go 30 days, 60 days without talking to no one.

Speaker: You'll start thinking different about if you don't need anybody.

Speaker: We all need something to look forward to.

Speaker: That's why we have jobs.

Speaker: So you have kids or you have opportunity.

Speaker: What if you didn't have nothing to look forward to?

Speaker: It would be a lonely life.

Speaker: So all I'm saying is, people, listen.

Speaker: Enjoy your life.

Speaker: Live it to the fullest.

Speaker: Be your best self.

Speaker: Hold yourself accountable and people around you.

Speaker: My cousin told me this.

Speaker: Shouts out to D. Young Show.

Speaker: If people tell you they love you, people tell you they proud of you, ask them a question and see if they really do.

Speaker: Challenge them on that.

Speaker: Because we can talk all day.

Speaker: We can talk all day.

Speaker: But what are you showing me?

Speaker: Right?

Speaker: Because I can talk all day.

Speaker: I still got to do the work.

Speaker: I still got to show up.

Speaker: I still got to be, you know, Mr. Bigger.

Speaker: And look.

Speaker: this side of me is just one side of me.

Speaker: I have different sides.

Speaker: Like I'm not always turnt up and hey, like I'm not always like that.

Speaker: So what I'm saying is this.

Speaker: It's really simple.

Speaker: We make excuses for things we know we can do.

Speaker: We are afraid of success and to be ourselves, some of us.

Speaker: We want more, but we don't want to do more, right?

Speaker: We want to be this best recruit or standout ball player, but we don't want to put in the work behind closed doors.

Speaker: We want the life that all your friends and family or celebrities, people look up to you,

Speaker: But you don't want to do the work to have that or you don't want to take the risk or the chance to advance.

Speaker: All this information is in my book.

Speaker: All this is in the book.

Speaker: And I wrote this book back in 2015-16.

Speaker: I was just pumping out motivation.

Speaker: Look, day 85, treat people how you wanna be treated.

Speaker: Live your life with balance.

Speaker: Take nothing for granted.

Speaker: Learn to relax sometimes and appreciate your imperfections.

Speaker: Life is what you make it, so be sure to enjoy it.

Speaker: It's that simple.

Speaker: It's that simple.

Speaker: Yeah, Kimmy, let them know.

Speaker: Matter of fact, Kimmy, get a book, order a book.

Speaker: Then tell all your teammates at George Mason they need to get this book, they need to read it, they need to engulf in this miracle season, 100 days of wisdom experience.

Speaker: You got PTPers over there.

Speaker: Kenny, what you got to tell those young guys, and I know you know this because you was a pro, you played overseas, you played in the NBA, what's going to happen when basketball is no longer there?

Speaker: What happens if, you know, an injury might happen?

Speaker: Not that they should be thinking that way, but you got to keep it real with them, man.

Speaker: Got to keep it real.

Speaker: When basketball is over, who are you?

Speaker: Because when basketball was over for me, I had to find out who I was.

Speaker: I had to go pro in life, right?

Speaker: You gotta go pro in life.

Speaker: So this existence you have is great, but it might not always be that way.

Speaker: So what I'm saying is don't take what you have for granted.

Speaker: Benefit from it, be grateful for it, take advantage of it, and don't play with it.

Speaker: Don't play with it.

Speaker: Don't play with your existence.

Speaker: Don't play with it, man.

Speaker: Like some people didn't make it to the day.

Speaker: Some people don't have athletic ability and some people don't have long hair and pretty.

Speaker: You know, everyone's not gifted in all areas of life.

Speaker: So there's something that all of you have that maybe someone else might not have or do have.

Speaker: But what are you doing with your gift?

Speaker: Give your gift to the world.

Speaker: That's what I do every day.

Speaker: I'm giving my gift.

Speaker: This is my gift.

Speaker: I'm giving it.

Speaker: Here, it's my gift.

Speaker: Look, this is a gift.

Speaker: Get it, right?

Speaker: And there's gonna be more that comes from that.

Speaker: I'm not holding on to my gift because, oh, I got to save for something.

Speaker: You know those sneakers that's in the closet, those shoes that you've never worn?

Speaker: They're just sitting in there and you're just like, oh, I'm going to just wait.

Speaker: I'm going to wait for the perfect moment.

Speaker: Oh, the money just sitting there.

Speaker: You got a pile of money sitting in a shoebox on an account.

Speaker: Oh, I'm going to just wait.

Speaker: You can't keep waiting.

Speaker: What are you waiting for?

Speaker: You got to take action.

Speaker: The time is now.

Speaker: The best time in life is right now.

Speaker: no matter what you're going through.

Speaker: Cause if you're in something, that means you got to go through it to get out of it.

Speaker: And if you're not in something, you got to enjoy what you have.

Speaker: So the perfect moment in life is right now.

Speaker: So the question is, do you, do you appreciate yourself?

Speaker: Did you love yourself?

Speaker: Um,

Speaker: Do you challenge yourself to be a better person?

Speaker: I don't want no one to be a perfectionist.

Speaker: I don't want you to be perfect.

Speaker: I don't want you to appear that you have it all figured out because I don't have it all figured out.

Speaker: None of us did.

Speaker: But what I want you all to do is to be an authentic soul.

Speaker: Be yourself.

Speaker: Be yourself.

Speaker: Like if you never ate healthy or worked out, you ain't got to talk that around me.

Speaker: You ain't got to act like, you know, you work out and you eat healthy because you're around me.

Speaker: This is what I do.

Speaker: This is my lifestyle.

Speaker: Right?

Speaker: You got to do what you do best.

Speaker: Don't try to be like me, be like you.

Speaker: Because I might learn something from you when you're you.

Speaker: Right?

Speaker: So all I'm saying is, be your authentic self.

Speaker: Show up.

Speaker: Be honest.

Speaker: Admit when you're wrong.

Speaker: Take responsibility.

Speaker: Be accountable.

Speaker: Challenge yourself to go to your higher self.

Speaker: What if you don't know who yourself is?

Speaker: That's where you start.

Speaker: That's where you start.

Speaker: Right there.

Speaker: By the question.

Speaker: Okay, you don't know who that person is that you're looking at every day.

Speaker: Get to know them.

Speaker: Get to know their insecurities.

Speaker: Get to know their dark side.

Speaker: Get to know their bright side.

Speaker: Get to know their happy side.

Speaker: Just start internalizing your life.

Speaker: Like, oh, when someone cracked on my sneakers or said something bad, joked about me, why did I feel heavy emotions?

Speaker: Where is that coming from?

Speaker: Did it come from my childhood?

Speaker: Did my mother, father, or my sister, brother say something to me that triggered me?

Speaker: You got it.

Speaker: That's why the book is so important.

Speaker: because it's gonna fix that, it's gonna get you to understand.

Speaker: This book is really for your mental to get you to think about something that you probably never thought about before in a different way so you can get a different answer to help you understand the situation you might be in.

Speaker: I always say if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you, it's all about your breakthrough, right?

Speaker: Life ain't supposed to be easy, because if it was easy, everybody would have everything they wanted, but if you had everything you wanted, you wouldn't appreciate your existence.

Speaker: Imagine being in a relationship with someone and they do everything you say.

Speaker: You got a yes woman or a yes man.

Speaker: There ain't no challenge in that.

Speaker: There's no growth in that.

Speaker: You ain't growing.

Speaker: You're just existing.

Speaker: Remember the, I don't know if you're football fans, when Tom Brady had Randy Morris, right?

Speaker: Man, that's the perfect team to win a Super Bowl.

Speaker: I love that team.

Speaker: They went 19 to 1.

Speaker: They lost at the wrong time.

Speaker: because they didn't know what losing was like the entire season.

Speaker: And then they lost at the wrong time.

Speaker: So just because you got a little bit of challenges, just because it's uneasy, just because you're nervous, just because you're in fear, so what?

Speaker: That's real.

Speaker: That's you being a person.

Speaker: That's you being a human being.

Speaker: If you're afraid and you have feelings, it's all right.

Speaker: But stop acting like you don't feel those real emotions because you want to appear to be confident or a know-it-all or perfect.

Speaker: you gonna fail fast, right?

Speaker: So what I'm saying is just show up being who you are.

Speaker: If you ain't into the Bible and reading scriptures, don't try to act like it to please someone.

Speaker: If you never really worked in corporate setting, don't act like you did, like it's cool.

Speaker: You don't gotta play the cool role just for some followers or clout when you wanna be down.

Speaker: And granted, it's not always easy.

Speaker: But what I'm saying is people, it's miracle season and miracles don't come easy, but they're worth it, right?

Speaker: A miracle is something you gotta go through to get through, to keep going, to get that thing you're looking for, right?

Speaker: When a baby is in a mom's stomach for nine months, the mom is going through a crazy metamorphosis, a lot of different emotions, feelings, whatever.

Speaker: Mentally, I can't relate.

Speaker: But on the back end of that, a baby comes out.

Speaker: That's the miracle.

Speaker: So what...

Speaker: What's in your dream womb, right?

Speaker: What is in your dream womb?

Speaker: What are you scoping up?

Speaker: What are you building up?

Speaker: You know, because it's going to be uncomfortable, right?

Speaker: I didn't always have hair.

Speaker: You know, it took a while to get here, right?

Speaker: But I had to let it grow.

Speaker: And it didn't grow one way, right?

Speaker: So people, hear me out.

Speaker: Let's stop the BS.

Speaker: Let's stop fronting.

Speaker: Stop acting like we got it all together.

Speaker: Stop acting like we're fully confident all the time and we just know it all.

Speaker: Let's just act like, yo, I don't feel like it today.

Speaker: I don't feel like working out.

Speaker: But you know what?

Speaker: I'm going to work out because I know I have to because I know I'm going to feel better once I do.

Speaker: Or you know what?

Speaker: You know, sweetheart, I'm very insecure when it comes to that.

Speaker: When it talks about your feelings and emotions, when I wanted love as a kid, I got crushed.

Speaker: So I don't even know how to respond when someone tell me they love me.

Speaker: Right?

Speaker: Or, you know, I make some good money.

Speaker: I make some good money.

Speaker: Or, nah, I haven't really made that amount of money yet.

Speaker: I'm going to be honest.

Speaker: Like, it's okay, man.

Speaker: It's okay.

Speaker: It's okay.

Speaker: Just be yourself.

Speaker: Be yourself.

Speaker: That's what 100 Days of Wisdom is about.

Speaker: Finding you.

Speaker: Finding you for you.

Speaker: Not finding you for someone else.

Speaker: Finding you for you.

Speaker: I know who I am.

Speaker: I know what I won't do.

Speaker: I know what I don't like.

Speaker: And I know what I won't tolerate.

Speaker: I know my limits.

Speaker: Right?

Speaker: I just know me.

Speaker: So I know what I won't do and I know what I will do.

Speaker: So I say that to say, get to know yourself.

Speaker: Be your authentic self.

Speaker: And you don't got to be perfect.

Speaker: You ain't got to fit in.

Speaker: You just got to be you because we need more people to be their authentic self.

Speaker: We don't need a bunch of followers.

Speaker: Clearly we have a bunch of followers.

Speaker: Everybody is following the following.

Speaker: We need some individuality.

Speaker: We need more real people, more authentic, genuine people.

Speaker: Right?

Speaker: So, you know, let's get it together.

Speaker: It's Friday.

Speaker: It's going to be a beautiful day.

Speaker: Get your book.

Speaker: I'm going to be looking for all y'all on this live.

Speaker: If y'all got a book, I'm going to see.

Speaker: Let's keep going.

Speaker: Let's keep winning.

Speaker: Let's keep learning.

Speaker: Let's keep living.

Speaker: Let's keep earning, right?

Speaker: Let's keep going to the next level and let's start being more real with each other.

Speaker: Let's start loving each other, right?

Speaker: Like unconditionally.

Speaker: Don't be loving on conditions.

Speaker: Love each other unconditionally.

Speaker: Let's start playing with each other's feelings and emotions and let's speak directly to what we're feeling.
