The Lovely Michelle is back yet again for the 7th time. This episode we discuss her 14-months since surgery, we do some live cat updates, and we talk about the "100 pounds ago" mentality. Fun fact ... we had sugar on our trip, we are back on the "no sugar" train, and I'm still weaning myself off of sugar. Spoiler alert ... we laugh a LOT! I really love these episodes! Enjoy!
