This recap episode has updates on my physical self, my emotional self, my weight journey, my current goal, short-term goals, and long-term goals. These are my bi-weekly updates which will be coming every other Tuesday! I also discuss my lowered motivation, discomfort, and slowed growth mindset. I discuss again ... how I'm still not tracking, and needing more friend and family time. I also talk about my newest obsession, "putting the cat with the pigeons" ... I'm a sucker for a cat idiom! Enjoy this episode! Or don't! But please share it either way
