Tackles and Tinnies - E30 - Manly Sea Eagles 2025 Review & 2026 Preview

Manly are the ultimate “what version are we getting this week?” side. They finished 10th in 2025 (12 wins) and now the 2026 draw has basically handed them a gift — easiest schedule in the comp.

But here’s the catch: the roster changes are real, and the whole season still swings on health, combos, and whether they can build a ruthless week-to-week identity.

We get into:

    •    2025 snapshot: why Manly hovered around the finals convo but couldn’t lock it down

    •    The big 2026 roster shuffle: Fogarty, Kobe Hetherington, Dockar-Clay arriving

    •    The headline exit: DCE to the Roosters and what that changes for Manly’s steering wheel

    •    Turbo chat: best footy = when he trusts the body and punches through the line (no    hesitation)

    •    The strike and tone-setters: where the points come from, and who sets the standard when it gets ugly

    •    Explicit ladder call: are they a soft-draw riser… or stuck in that 9–13 chaos?

Cap or Fact: the easiest draw is worth +2 ladder spots minimum… so if Manly don’t make the 8, it’s a failure?

Sea Eagles fans — where do you have Manly finishing in 2026? 👇

Intro to 2025 Review & 2026 Preview

00:00:00
Tackles and Tinnies
Yo, what's good, Tackles and Tinney's listeners? Welcome back to another episode of the mini-series. We're doing the 2025 review slash 2026 preview for the Manly Seagulls. Now, I was trying to get Randall on for this one, but our schedules just didn't line up, which is a bit disappointing because he's a diehard Manly fan. But I'm going to do this podcast justice to the best of my ability to give them an honest review and see their prospects for 2026.

2025 Season Performance Analysis

00:00:28
Tackles and Tinnies
So let's just get straight into it, guys. Mainly Seagulls in 2025 were 10th on the ladder. As we talked about in the previous episode with the Parramatta Eels,
00:00:39
Tackles and Tinnies
Only a couple of wins for these teams in this r conundrum of teams, I think seven to about 12. A couple of wins and you're in the top eight. This was very much so for the Manly Sea Eagles. So they had 12 wins, 12 losses with a 21 positive point differentiation. and They had a fair few tries scored at 555 with almost an equal amount conceded at 534.
00:01:06
Tackles and Tinnies
We've always talked about for the Manly Seagulls, when they're at Fort Brookvale or Four Pines Park these days, they're almost unstoppable. They're 8-4 record for, again, that mediocre team. Very impressive. But when they're away from Four Pines Park or Brookvale Oval, a record of 4-8 is just not good enough for a top-8 team. And I think that was their downfall for sure.
00:01:30
Tackles and Tinnies
And again, we look at their final five weeks, their form. They won three and lost two. So I want to quickly over one game in particular, round 22, 2nd of August, Manly Sea Eagles versus Sydney Roosters. As we talked about before, the Roosters were only just above them on 32 competition points where Manly finished with 30.
00:01:54
Tackles and Tinnies
If Manly beat the Roosters and everything stayed as was, Manly are in the top eight. It's literally just like that. One game was a differentiating factor for the Manly Seagulls in 2025.
00:02:08
Tackles and Tinnies
But their vibe for 2025, yeah, high ceiling in regards to some of their attacking potency. But again, low reliability in terms of consistency. And a top eight team, let alone a top four team, those guys who are at the top are very consistent how they perform week to week.

Strengths & Challenges Analysis

00:02:27
Tackles and Tinnies
Manly, was just a basket case. I just could not trust them watching them week to week. And Fran was on here, he could definitely be saying the exact same thing. The consistency for them was just not there.
00:02:39
Tackles and Tinnies
We're going to talk about DCE's contract situation. We're going to talk about injuries to key players. Obviously, we're going to talk about the turbo situation, the Lehigh-Hopperwadi transition to fullback situation. We're going to go through all that soon. But their vibe overall, high ceiling, low re reliability in my opinion.
00:02:56
Tackles and Tinnies
However, when Turbo, DC, Hamole were a humming end on the field, which is the most important thing because Turbo and Hamole had a fair few injuries or out for a fair bit of time. They were very good and they did look like a top four attack in my personal opinion. But again, defense wins championships and I thought their consistency in defense was quite poor at times.
00:03:19
Tackles and Tinnies
Again, you got a high stake game against the Sydney Roosters in round 22. And you conceded 20

Roster Movements & Player Performances

00:03:26
Tackles and Tinnies
points and you only scored four. So again, lack of consistency against those teams. It's just going to be detrimental to you.
00:03:33
Tackles and Tinnies
I'm just going to quickly hum off round 23. They lost to the Raiders 28 to 12. And then the lowly West Tigers 26 to 12. So again, if you're not winning those, again, ideal winning matchups, you're just not going to make the top eight, which is just unfortunate for them.
00:03:50
Tackles and Tinnies
But yeah, roster movements for 2025 and 2026. So in 2025, at the start of that season, Joey Walsh was a rugby union prospect. He's a half slash utility. Very well smoky chance for making the top 19. And we'll get through that later on the episode, as you guys know.
00:04:06
Tackles and Tinnies
Jazz Tavanga, thought he was fantastic. He came from the Warriors. He's a middle lock prop, and he also played a little bit nine as well. Good energy, bit of aggression, bit of mongrel. I really liked how Jazz performed overall, and he's a bit of a super coach darling for me, so I do have an affinity for our big Jazzy Tavanga.
00:04:25
Tackles and Tinnies
Michael Chee came from the Rabbitohs. I thought he was all right. Second row slash middle depth. Seahaw Takahaw come from Catlins. Big bop in the middle. They were desperate for middles, and I thought Seahaw did a very good job in filling that role to the best of his ability.
00:04:42
Tackles and Tinnies
They're the main guys to be talking about. In regards to their losses, probably Jamie Humphreys is probably the biggest one in regards to the half depth. I guess in hindsight, they didn't know that DC was going to be leaving in the club.
00:04:58
Tackles and Tinnies
So keeping Jamie Humphries in the ranks would have been probably more than ideal. However, again, not optimal. Him the Rabidos. He had a fantastic year in his own right.
00:05:09
Tackles and Tinnies
Brad Parker, he's retired. i saw on TikTok the other day with the Matty Johns. backstage show that he has. They prank call Brad Parker and how he's a real estate agent. Go go check that on TikTok. It's pretty funny. Aaron Woods,

2026 Roster Changes

00:05:22
Tackles and Tinnies
a bit of a folk hero. He's retired. He's done a very good job in the media industry now, ruffling a few feathers here and there, telling that Queensland have got no spirit. Love that. Love to see that.
00:05:33
Tackles and Tinnies
Jackson Polo, he went to the Cowboys, good utility outside back. And Jake Arthur, he went to the Newcastle Knights. In regards to 2026, so this coming season, in regards to the gains that they've had,
00:05:46
Tackles and Tinnies
huge get for him, especially losing DCE. They've gone a one-for-one essentially with Jamal Fogarty. So he's come to Canberra Raiders top eight level, or sorry, he's the number one halfback from last year in regards to the top four, let alone the top eight. I thought he's very, very good.
00:06:04
Tackles and Tinnies
Former Titans player as well. so I've got a bit an affinity for him as well. Very good organizing half, good goal kicker, steady hand, not so flamboyant like DCE is, could that be more beneficial for the 2026 season? That'd be very interesting

2026 Season Potential & Challenges

00:06:21
Tackles and Tinnies
point of call.
00:06:23
Tackles and Tinnies
I've got high hopes for Fogarty, honestly, I've got high hopes for Fogarty and we'll get to that conversation later on. Kobe Hetherington come from Brisbane Broncos, coming off the championship run, tough middle forward, can play lock.
00:06:35
Tackles and Tinnies
he's the ideal modern day front roller, in my opinion, great leg speed. Yeah, good in contact, high motor. He's a great get for them. And he's signed for Kobe Hetherington. He's signed until 2029. So that's huge for them.
00:06:52
Tackles and Tinnies
And also they've got Blake Wilson. He's come from the Canterbury Bulldogs. He's outside back depth. He can play wing center fullback. Does he make that top 19 as that utility outside back?
00:07:04
Tackles and Tinnies
Potentially. Zach Dockerclay, good pickup there as well from the Roosters. Utility Spine, can play a little bit of lock position as well. Most likely going to be the backup hooker, be my guess to Jake Simpkin. But it would be good to have a bit of competition for spots, particularly now that are a couple of boys have left the club in Tavanga and medical retirement as well, which is disappointing, which we'll talk about later on.
00:07:30
Tackles and Tinnies
2026 losses. So huge one here with Daley Cherry Evans leaving the club. 350 plus first grade games for Manly. I think we just dive that a little bit deeper.
00:07:42
Tackles and Tinnies
There was a little bit of media backlash in regards to him actually leaving the club and the way he went about it and making that public announcement on NRL 360. And then all of a sudden they did the essentially the live contract negotiation on NFL 360. I liked how Cherry Evans wrote his own narrative. It's quite common overseas with superstar NBA slash NFL players. I liked that Daly Cherry Evans took the bull by the horns and he told the club with ample time, in my opinion, which obviously worked out for them getting Fogarty,
00:08:18
Tackles and Tinnies
But he

Predictions & Fan Involvement

00:08:19
Tackles and Tinnies
gave the fans, he gave the club plenty of notice. He wrote the narrative. It wasn't all speculation. And it was great content for everybody. I thought he got overly bashed for honest, no real reason. So I do feel for Cherry Evans.
00:08:33
Tackles and Tinnies
And that probably did affect team chemistry a little bit. Yeah, there was a bit of a slump in regards to his form. Definitely leading past Origin 1 where he got dropped for Tommy Dearden, as we spoke about in the Cowboys review.
00:08:47
Tackles and Tinnies
But probably the last five games, I thought Cherry Evans stood up tenfold. I thought he was fantastic. And I'm going to give him a big shout out later on, probably one of their best moments of the year.
00:08:59
Tackles and Tinnies
Toffoli Sipley, he's gone to the Wolves. Josh Alloy, he's medically retired, so that's sad to see. Raymond Tamalga Vega, he's gone to the North Sydney Bears.
00:09:09
Tackles and Tinnies
Tommy Talao, he's been released, and I believe he's gone to the Roosters. need to double-check that one. But yeah, Tommy Talao,

Closing Remarks & Fan Engagement

00:09:17
Tackles and Tinnies
good utility outside back. He was fighting for a starting position at the start of the year. There was a bit of rumblings and murmurs. Will Lehigh get that starting wing position? Will Saab, et cetera? Tommy Talao thought he could have been definitely playing in the second row. He's big enough anyway, or at least being off the bench consistently, but didn't get that chance.
00:09:36
Tackles and Tinnies
Gordon Chang-Kon-Tong, one of the best names in rugby league. He's gone to the Bulldogs, so great get for them, especially losing Reid Marnie. Michael Cheekham, he got released.
00:09:48
Tackles and Tinnies
Dean Madison released. Lachlan Croker. So I mentioned bo previously that they've lost two hookers. So Jaz Tavanga and Lachlan Croker. Lachlan Croker was a mainstay for them at the hooking position for many, many years.
00:10:00
Tackles and Tinnies
Very serviceable, good in defense, Yeah, disappointing that he had to retire. Believe was due to concussions. Yeah, just we don't like seeing that. Obviously, health comes first. I wish Lachlan Croker and his family all the best.
00:10:13
Tackles and Tinnies
But yeah, disappointing to see that he's had to medically retire. And Matty Lodge, he's gone to the Cowboys. So I think that's a good buy for them. i think Manly will miss his aggression in the middle.
00:10:27
Tackles and Tinnies
But I want to hear from you guys. More importantly, DCE gone, Fogarty in. Who will suit the manly playing style more? DCE's more flamboying off-the-cuff football or Fogarty's more controlled steer-the-ship style?
00:10:42
Tackles and Tinnies
Both got elite kicking games. Both got elite long-range kicking games. DCE's obviously got a little more class and proven track record of winning games. But Fogarty in the past probably three years has one of been one has been one of the best halfbacks in my opinion.
00:10:58
Tackles and Tinnies
What do you guys think? little bit more youth as well. Fresh start for everybody there. i want to hear from you guys in the comments section. So guys who are signed in next year, i'm just going to rattle off the outside backs first. So Tommy Trubovic, he signed until the end of 2027.
00:11:14
Tackles and Tinnies
Guys, the off-season contract drama, you never take the piss with someone who is genuinely a nice guy. I remember seeing a photo of Tommy Turbo. He's at the bar and he's got like literally, I think he was on either the Australian tour or New South Wales camp. Regardless, he had like 30 shots. That would have been like...
00:11:35
Tackles and Tinnies
$1,000, honestly. I mean, $1,000 worth of alcohol. And he's just shouting the boys. If that's just not enough to say, hey, Tommy Turbo's a good guy, I don't know what is. But I thought Manly were taking the piss in regards to the contract negotiations. I think he's earned the extra year.
00:11:49
Tackles and Tinnies
They were trying to sign for one year and they're like, oh, hey, mate, we'll see how you go. If you prove yourself, we'll give you the extension. for a guy like Tommy who's had many ailments, particularly in his hamstrings, he's He's looking back for that extra security and they gave him the captaincy, which is also a bit baffling in regards to them saying, Hey, you're potentially on the outer because you don't trust your health.
00:12:15
Tackles and Tinnies
It was just so much shit going down. I didn't rate how they looked after the Tommy turbo situation in the end, their promotion to captain in the car park. I thought they could have done a better job. Everyone's holding a coffee. I thought that was a bit lax personally, but Tommy Turbo, fantastic that he's got the promotion to captaincy, got that contract contract extension. All I want is a full year for Tommy in the fullback position to be healthy. And now that Zachy Lomax is in the NRL, potentially a shout for him to get back into Origin Arena.
00:12:48
Tackles and Tinnies
but yeah, Tommy Turbo, big chat to him. Reuben Garrick, last season, he's been signed by the so by the Sydney Roosters in 2027. Utility back, can play wing, can play centre, can play fullback.
00:13:01
Tackles and Tinnies
Like him more on the wing. But he will probably be going back back to that centre position, which he did prefer because I think he was getting more ball. But yeah, can't kick goals.
00:13:13
Tackles and Tinnies
Yeah, he's going to be a big loss overall. He's always there. He's never injured. Touch wood. But yeah, he'll be sorely missed in my opinion. Great get for the Roosters losing Marky Mark or Mark Manganitawase.
00:13:27
Tackles and Tinnies
Haven't said that one in a while. Got it right though. Tolu Kola. Now, I can't give as many roses as I could to this guy. Personally, i think not 2026, but the 2027 season, I want him resigned, first of all. He's only signed for next year. But once they give him that extension, I want to see Kohler at fullback.
00:13:49
Tackles and Tinnies
Go watch his highlights of fullback, guys. Even just watch him get bloody early pill. He's by far one of the most devastating runners, one of the fastest blokes over 40 meters, if not the fastest boy over 40 meters.
00:14:00
Tackles and Tinnies
So strong in contact. Every opportunity that he got at fullback, he played there for one or two weeks, and then he got injured himself. So, might be the fullback curse at the Manly Sea Eagles, but...
00:14:13
Tackles and Tinnies
Nonetheless, if he gets that roaming role like Tommy Turbo does, I'd love to see him get more ball because, again, when he has the ball, teams are scared, honestly. He breaks the line every single time.
00:14:25
Tackles and Tinnies
He's breaking contact. I remember, I think it might have been for Tonga, 2024 Pac Nations. He broke the line, lost a shoot, and he still ran an extra 20 to 30 meters to score the match-winning try.
00:14:36
Tackles and Tinnies
So, Kohler, you're amazing. I'm going to give him more roses later on the podcast think he's earned every single one of them. Lehi Hoppawadi, signed until 2027.
00:14:47
Tackles and Tinnies
What can we say about him? I'll talk about him later in like rookies or players to watch, but I thought overall, great utility, always on the park, only getting better, getting more experience. I'll talk about him later on.
00:15:01
Tackles and Tinnies
Jason Saab, tale of two stories of him, man. One of the fastest guys in rugby league. I think he ran a high 10 second and a hundred meters sprint. It might've been a low 11 second. I think it was high 10 second. I saw a video anyway, track star over a hundred kilos, might I add,
00:15:19
Tackles and Tinnies
So much untapped potential still. If he can get his defense right, my God, he's going to be unstoppable. The perfect archetype for a winger, tall, fast, okay, good finisher. That's the type of guy you want to be having on the wing. Jason Saab, signed until the end of 2029.
00:15:37
Tackles and Tinnies
Uh, fringy guys who they've obviously had this year was Clayton Falolo. very serviceable, fantastic finisher, very acrobatics in the air, in the corner, what you need from a winger smoky pick to get into the team. I think he's more of a depth piece than a guy who's actually going make the team. Uh, he signed a 12, 20, 27. And I mentioned previously with the, uh, extra addition, we've got Blake Wilson coming in fantastic as outside back. I'm,
00:16:04
Tackles and Tinnies
Pretty confident he's going to make the top 19 as that utility outside back if they choose to go down that pathway. He's also signed there to twenty twenty seven In the you've got Luke Brooks. He's there to 20-27 as well. Can play Well, he plays 5-8. He's played much halfback of his career back at the West Tigers.
00:16:23
Tackles and Tinnies
Preferring more at 5-8. Fantastic running game. I think Jamal Fogarty being there now as well complements Luke Brooks' running game better.
00:16:34
Tackles and Tinnies
Because obviously DC is very good at running and taking on the line as well. I think Fogarty's steering of the ship complements the eyes-up football of Lukey Brooks better.
00:16:44
Tackles and Tinnies
So again, fantastic for them. Obviously, we've got Jamal Fogarty coming in. He's there until 2028. Fantastic one-for-one get for them. can't give enough roses to him.
00:16:56
Tackles and Tinnies
So lucky. And again, you Manly fans, you should be thanking DCE because I don't think you get Jamal Fogarty if, yeah, i don't think you get Jamal Fogarty if DCE didn't give that much notice personally. He could have been scumbag and done at the very end of the year and Jamal Fogarty sign. And then you got to go with a young guy about talk about now in Joey Walsh.
00:17:18
Tackles and Tinnies
I think he needs more reps. I don't think he's ready. Could he get a sniff on the bench as a utility in the top 19? Very well, potentially. If someone's injured, he gets straight into the team.
00:17:29
Tackles and Tinnies
Yes. I haven't seen too much of him in regards to in Q Cup or New South Wales Cup, sorry, but definitely an off season for him to prove himself.
00:17:41
Tackles and Tinnies
And who knows? Next in line for sure.
00:17:43
Tackles and Tinnies
Now, when they're forwards, Hamoli Oluwakowatu, signed until 2031. He's their guy on the longest-term contract. He's their X-factor. He's their big bop. He's their enforcer.
00:17:55
Tackles and Tinnies
When healthy, and he had a devastating shoulder injury, but when healthy, my God, he's one of the scariest men to tackle. Him in kick-out, get away, run away. He's a fringy for New South Wales.
00:18:06
Tackles and Tinnies
I remember he was running off the bench to have that fight that happened last year for the New South Wales camp. Yeah, Olucawatu very well might be having a breakout year for the Manly Seagulls, particularly running off the hip of Fogarty.
00:18:21
Tackles and Tinnies
Jake Jabojevic signing until the end of the 2026 season. Could be his last year. He took unders. i don't think he's taken unders. I think this is a market value personally. I think the game has gone a little bit past him. Very much an old school middle.
00:18:38
Tackles and Tinnies
I just think he lacks the athleticism for the modern day middles. Because a guy like Tanyola Paseca, who signed until the end of 2029, he's the ideal big bop. Okay, you obviously got guys who we'll talk about shortly, who a bit more leg speed. Josh Curran-esque, Kobe Hetherington-esque, Ethan Bullimore-esque. Okay, these are the type of guys who got the leg speed.
00:19:00
Tackles and Tinnies
Paseca is just the bop. He is the guy, the pain horse for Manly Seagulls. He's the Terrell May for Manly Seagulls. He's the Joey Tappany for Manly Seagulls. He's their guy that needs to stay healthy and I'll get to him shortly. But with Jake Trebojevic, the captain anymore or co-captain anymore, uh, could be his last year.
00:19:19
Tackles and Tinnies
Great servant for Manly. Always known to be one of the nicest guys around as well. Played game one for Origen as the captain. Culture guy. Fantastic. Jake Jabojevic.
00:19:32
Tackles and Tinnies
Good for you. i just hope he stays healthy. Plenty of head knocks throughout his career. Let's hope his final year potentially 2026 is concussion free. Next boy i just mentioned before was Tanyela Paseca had an an Achilles rupture for majority of 2025. That was a huge loss for them.
00:19:49
Tackles and Tinnies
Again, as I mentioned, he's the big bop. He's the enforcer. he's the He's the guy that everyone turns to and say, oh, he's our guy. He's the guy going to barnstorm and break necks, metaphorically. He's going to be red hot for 2026. Great buy for super coach in 2026, undervalued around 330K. Definitely a guy I'd be adding to your team if you're a super coach player.
00:20:12
Tackles and Tinnies
Another guy I thought he was fantastic and he's got that contract extension as well with Ethan Bullymore. Modern day front roller, perfect. When he came through the ranks, he was a second roller.
00:20:24
Tackles and Tinnies
Liked him there, but I always thought he was going to go to the middle. He's bulked up a little bit, put a bit more size on. He is the perfect archetype for the robust, quick-footed, break-tackling,
00:20:37
Tackles and Tinnies
fleet of foot front row in the modern day era. Bullymore to 2029, definitely potential to start next year, but I'd like to see him come off the bench. When again, the ruck speeds gets, everyone gets tired in the ruck.
00:20:50
Tackles and Tinnies
Ethan Bullymore comes on that leg speed and I think they'll compliment guys like Paseca very, very well. But yeah, fantastic. Corey Waddell, there to 2027, very serviceable, can play middle edge. I think he'll make the team as well.
00:21:03
Tackles and Tinnies
See how Takiyaho, He's here to the end of 2026, came over, back over from, I think it Super League from the prior years, also played for the Roosters in his past life. Yeah, Takiyaho did very good. Again, I mentioned previously that Manly lacked middle forwards and Takiyaho was very serviceable, if not one of their best and consistent players throughout the year. Has he lost to half a step?
00:21:26
Tackles and Tinnies
Potentially, but he's got that experience. He's got that dog in him. Yeah. I think he's going to start next to Paseca personally. But time will tell for the top 19.
00:21:36
Tackles and Tinnies
Ben Trubojevic signed until the end 2027. Again, what can we say? The Turbo or the Trubojevic brothers, okay, Burbo, better known as. I thought he was probably his best year, most consistent year, most games played, or at least as a starter.
00:21:51
Tackles and Tinnies
I think he's locked down that second row position. Fantastic utility value. If that's center or outside back goes down, Jaboyevich goes in the centers and does a great job. Both firm or esque. Yeah, I thought he was very, very good.
00:22:04
Tackles and Tinnies
He's only going to get better. Again, I think he's only probably in for a breakout season personally. Jake Simpkin, he's there until 2028. I think he's going to be starting hooker personally. Again, we talked about Lachlan Croker. We talked about Jaz Devonga not being there. Jake Sinkin's got the runway to get that spot, fighting with Zach Docker Clay.
00:22:25
Tackles and Tinnies
Yeah, crafty number nine, good upside. Yeah, but again, unproven. I think that's very important as well. He's very unproven. But yeah, he's there until 2028.
00:22:35
Tackles and Tinnies
Again, that's a lot of trust from the Manly Seagulls. And finally, Nathan Brown is there until 2026. Back fence Brown, better known as. Yeah, good aggression, good mongrel.
00:22:47
Tackles and Tinnies
Got that dog in him. You need guys like him. He's a senior player. He's got experience. Will he make the top 19? It's going to be close. It's going to be very, very close. So they're the guys, ins and outs.
00:23:00
Tackles and Tinnies
But 2025 performance, how they actually went. So again, as I mentioned previously, still heavily reliant on Tommy Turbo, the DCE and the right edge with Homoliola Kawatu with the short ball there.
00:23:13
Tackles and Tinnies
I talked about Kola was underutilized even though he was their player's player, which is crazy to say. But I still think they were a bit right side dependent.
00:23:25
Tackles and Tinnies
But again, attack was good overall in my opinion when they were healthy. particularly when Tommy Turbo was at the back and was confident at the back. There was a lot of times watching Turbo, particularly coming back after the knee knock and he had like the MCL strain.
00:23:41
Tackles and Tinnies
He looked very hesitant. He looked very hesitant. Taking on the line, more so a facilitating role. Tommy Turbo is at his best when he's breaking through the line and trusting his body that's going to do the work.
00:23:52
Tackles and Tinnies
I want him to get back there. Currently, he's in my super coach team at six hundred and ninety k I'd rather start the season when he's healthy. I don't want to be bringing him halfway through the year because, again, the wear and tear until proven otherwise, guys.
00:24:04
Tackles and Tinnies
Yeah, his body's breaking down, on unfortunately. But touch wood, he's good for 2026.
00:24:10
Tackles and Tinnies
I'd like to see now with DC out of the team, Luke's books, getting a bit more autonomy and agency and taking on the line more and demanding the ball more with Fogarty more steering the people around the ship.
00:24:23
Tackles and Tinnies
I'd like to see him sweep both sides to the ruck and give good ball to our those dynamic centers that they have. Edge defense and ruck resiliency were probably their biggest issues in my eyes. They couldn't be consistent with the grind.
00:24:35
Tackles and Tinnies
When the chips went down, like all these other teams in the same bracket between, again, seven to probably 14, when momentum, very Cowboys-esque really from the last podcast, but when the chips were down,
00:24:49
Tackles and Tinnies
They've really struggled to gain momentum back. And again, that comes down to resiliency and probably their lack of depth in their middle fours, particularly when Paseca went down. But yeah, too many stop points, too many errors, too many penalties like all these other teams in a similar bracket.
00:25:06
Tackles and Tinnies
Very good to watch when they're humming an attack. Harlem Globe try to esque at times, but their weekly baseline was just not good enough.
00:25:15
Tackles and Tinnies
Again, you're scoring four points against the Roosters. You scored 12 points against the Raiders, 12 points against the Tigers. So that was rounds 22 to 24. And then in a game that I'll talk about in more detail later on,
00:25:28
Tackles and Tinnies
round 25, you scored 58 points against the Dolphins and then the next week against the Dragons scored 40 points. The inconsistencies in attack and then obviously leaky defense is just too detrimental.
00:25:41
Tackles and Tinnies
Got to have consistency to be a top A team, let alone a top four team. Again, we moreen mentioned it earlier on, but the DCE drama lasted for months. The way he went about it, I rated it. actually liked how he took autonomy in the whole contract situation.
00:25:56
Tackles and Tinnies
I hated how the media a bashed him. I liked how he created content for these content creators, including myself. He deserves to go out in his own accord. I thought he did the right thing by the team, by giving them plenty of notice. And yeah, I i think DCE drama was over-exaggerated and I think that affected the team culture due to the media, main media sources bashing him overall.
00:26:23
Tackles and Tinnies
Coach Seabole, obviously as well, plenty of discussion regarding him him and his longevity with the team. Is he the right fit? Is he outdated with his practices?
00:26:33
Tackles and Tinnies
Are the players revolting against him? Plenty of questions were asked and still being asked regarding the culture at Manly. You can even talk about their board of directors. Plenty of drama and plenty of questions still to be answered in 2026.
00:26:48
Tackles and Tinnies
Can they be resolved? Time will tell. So in my eyes, the best moment in 2025, which I sort of gave a sneak preview earlier on regarding a specific game, but Daly Terry Evans, his 350th game in round 25.
00:27:01
Tackles and Tinnies
Big milestone took place on the 23rd of August. It was against the Dolphins, and that was the game I talked about with the 58 to, what i say here, 58 to 30 points.
00:27:13
Tackles and Tinnies
Awesome. For imagine that needs to be your game, your goal kicking, your setting up tries. Uh, he was fantastic. He contributed 18 points, including nine conversions with multiple choices.
00:27:23
Tackles and Tinnies
He still got it. Even at his mid thirties, people saying he's watched he's past his passes prime. But again, i think it just came down to culture and media scrutiny and bashing and, uh, lack of consistency with players in and out of their team. And obviously losing a guy like him all way outside is obviously going to be detrimental to you.
00:27:41
Tackles and Tinnies
Yeah, and obviously Turbo of that team didn't help him either. But again, I thought DC was fantastic. But again, he became the fifth player in NRL history, reached 350 games, and is the first do so for the Manly Seagulls. So again, if you're a Manly fan, there should be no reason why you're bashing him. You should be sending all the love towards him.
00:28:00
Tackles and Tinnies
Origin, Queensland, Manly captain, Yeah, winning premiership winner for you guys, taking you to multiple final series. Yeah, a guy that you should be loving and he'll go down as one of the greats in my opinion.
00:28:14
Tackles and Tinnies
Probably top top eight halfback, but maybe we do a podcast regarding that. How about this, sir guys? You let me know in the comments, where does Daily Cherry Evans rank?
00:28:25
Tackles and Tinnies
amongst the overall halfbacks of all times. Obviously you got the Thurston's, you got the Cronks, you got the Joey Johns, Cleary's, you name them. But where does DCE rank amongst those greats? Let me know in the comments below.
00:28:39
Tackles and Tinnies
Now, I'll rehash some of this and I'll try to pump through it a little bit faster. But overachievers and underachievers in my eyes for 2025, when healthy, Homolila Kawaita was an elite back rower.
00:28:51
Tackles and Tinnies
I think if he was a Queenslander, he's an instant in. He starts. Definitely, he starts. Great upside. He was in the Blues camp. It's just, again, you got Gus Cried and you got Hudson Young. Cam Murray could even play there. Yeah, the depth on depth on depth. I'm missing a couple of guys, obviously, but yeah, very unlucky not to make it.
00:29:10
Tackles and Tinnies
Very good. Ruben Garrick, Mr. Reliable on the back line, goal kicker, yardage, missed it consistent in terms of playing almost every single game. Yeah. He's going to be sorely missed in 2027. I hope Manly sends him off in the right way.
00:29:24
Tackles and Tinnies
What position is he best at? Probably wing, probably wing. But again, probably playing center to least start the year. But again, we'll wait for the top 19. We talked about Ben Trebowitz earlier on and guys who will exceed expectations. I thought he was fantastic. I think he grew into his role. More reps in the starting 13, learning the game, learning to play off certain players, bodies developing, finally staying healthy, which is a big thing for Burbo. almost said Gerbo, but big thing for Burbo. But yeah, he's a legit back rower. And again, fantastic utility. can play in the centers in a pinch.
00:30:00
Tackles and Tinnies
Now, I was glazing before Tolu Kola, but I'm just going to read out some awards that he received from the Manly Seagulls in 2025. He got the prestigious Roy Bull Player of the Year, Best in Ferris, and the NRL's Players Player Award.
00:30:15
Tackles and Tinnies
And he was the leading NRL Tri-Score Award for his respective team. So he didn't get nominated for center of the year, which I thought was hard done by. But when he's got the ball in hand, go watch his highlight, guys.
00:30:28
Tackles and Tinnies
Or highlights. He's just a gun. he When he does a sweet play, especially at the back, whether or not he's coming from the center position or the fullback position, he gets a sniff of space.
00:30:39
Tackles and Tinnies
Bang. Gone. Good luck catching him. One of the fastest guys over 40 meters, in my opinion. If he's not fullback, I want him to get that center roving role. I still think he's unutilized. Huge upside.
00:30:50
Tackles and Tinnies
More upside, in my opinion, than Lehigh. Lehigh's probably more consistent with his ball playing, hence why Lehigh gets that crack at fullback. Probably, well, I guess, yeah, different players in their own right, both extremely talented. Both will be fighting for that position later on. Or maybe even for Manly guys, maybe halt your ears. But I think maybe if Kula doesn't get that contract extension, he's gone.
00:31:17
Tackles and Tinnies
He's definitely gone. We'll see. Time will tell. You tell me the comments. Underperforming, guys. Tommy Turbo. Just can't stay in the park. Can't stay in the park. Can't stay healthy. Constantly getting soft tissue injuries.
00:31:29
Tackles and Tinnies
I think confidence was down at periods throughout the year. Again, he gets a bit of a hamstring ailment, gets a knee bump, and then he gets the handbrake on. But when he's healthy, when he's confident, which is the key, when he's confident,
00:31:43
Tackles and Tinnies
He's fantastic. He got 180 bloody super coach points in one game. He gets hundreds when he's somewhat confident, but when he's popping off, one of the hardest guys to tackle, so good in contact, but again, question marks regarding health.
00:31:59
Tackles and Tinnies
Josh Alloway and some of the other boys, middle rotation, disappointing overall. Couldn't dominate with the most elite packs, which, again, probably resulted in them not making the top eight. Again, one game away, so close.
00:32:13
Tackles and Tinnies
But, yeah, I just think they lost lock lacked some boppers in the middle. Spine cohesion, again, Brooks and DCE. I thought they were good overall, however, lacked consistency.
00:32:25
Tackles and Tinnies
DCE is very dominant with the pill and they're a little bit duplicative in some of the way and sometimes the way they play. i think the Brooks-Fogarty combination will complement each other better. so I'm expecting more of a Brooks breakout for 2026. However, DCE, absolute gun.
00:32:45
Tackles and Tinnies
Oi, DCE and Fogarty. Sammy Walker at the Roosters. Those two guys love the ball as well. so that's going to be an interesting dynamic, most likely playing 5'8 for our DC in 2026, but we'll get to that in the Roosters review in the coming days.
00:33:01
Tackles and Tinnies
Again, rookies and players to watch. I'll quickly go over Lehigh again. Fullback, center, wing, play him anywhere, absolute gung. Probably long-term prospect to play fullback when either...
00:33:12
Tackles and Tinnies
Turbo maybe transitions to the halves or potentially retires. But he he said he was going overseas or speculated go to Super League if they didn't get the right contract.
00:33:23
Tackles and Tinnies
Cat, my opinion. But yeah, he's either... Yeah, we'll see what happens there. But yeah, I do see Lehigh as a st a consistent first grader, definitely playing on the wing at the minimum.
00:33:35
Tackles and Tinnies
Joey Walsh is probably another guy we can talk about. Utility half, definitely could fill in in a pinch. Maybe gets a sniff on the bench, maybe gets a sniff as a utility, number nine, just in case Jake Sinkum's not up to it.
00:33:49
Tackles and Tinnies
And also Blake Wilson, he's a utility outside back coming from the doggies. Couldn't manage to crack that back line on a consistent basis with the dogs, but I think he would be a fantastic plug-and-play guy. I don't see him starting. I think the outside backs, or at least the starting five outside backs for Manly for 2026 are very strong. However, Blake Wilson could be a smokey to get that top 19 position as utility outside back off the bench.
00:34:16
Tackles and Tinnies
Now, 2026 draw and strength of schedule according to Fox Sports. You guys know this quite well. And Manly, you're going to love to hear this, but they have the best. Overall, strength of schedule for 2026. They got the easiest draw in the comp.
00:34:32
Tackles and Tinnies
So teams they play twice, Sharkies, tough. Dolphins, getting a lot of guys back from injury and guys who were developing. I think Dolphins are gonna be very, very good. I think top six Dolphins.
00:34:44
Tackles and Tinnies
Knights should be due for a bounce back. Dragons, definition of mediocrity. Watch the review for that one, guys. You know what I'm talking about there. Cowboys, Rocks and Diamonds. We'll see about them. Again, check out the review.
00:34:58
Tackles and Tinnies
Titans, surely, surely due for a bounce back here. Surely due for back here. But again, go watch the review. See how they go there, guys. Storm, yeah.
00:35:10
Tackles and Tinnies
Should be good still. Lost Nass, lost Eli Cartola, lost Pappenhausen, but again, still a top six team. They just got winning pedigree, particularly Bellamy there and Munster Hughes. they've got a young fellow in Falongo. Love to see him play consistently in 2026. And Parramatta Eels, just did the review on them, guys.
00:35:29
Tackles and Tinnies
Again, all these teams similar to the 2025 ladder. So again, from, I'd say, Roosters down to... Honestly, 7 17, anyone could make the top eight between those guys. I think there's two spots left for grabs. 7 to 17, depending on injuries, depending on consistency and culture, away it's going to be hard. It's going to be hard.
00:35:55
Tackles and Tinnies
But games versus top eight teams, they've got 10 from 2025. Games versus top four teams in 2025, they've got five. Games versus outside the top eight, which is 14, that's very, very juicy.
00:36:07
Tackles and Tinnies
Games versus bottom four teams, which is seven. So that's, again, just your Titans, that's your Dragons, that's your Knights. Yeah, we'll see. i think those guys will be better for this year, though.
00:36:18
Tackles and Tinnies
And Fix Your Difficulty, as I mentioned earlier on, 17th, they got the best draw in the comp, according to Fox Sports Strength Schedule. So they're pros, they've probably got three home games plus a bye in the first four rounds.
00:36:30
Tackles and Tinnies
Pretty ideal start. Again, match fitness, testing out new attack and defensive structures. They can go hard for three weeks, get a rest. I reckon the sweet spot personally would be like after five games. So round six bye, in my opinion, is probably ideal. One month of football, then get the rest. But still, not bad.
00:36:50
Tackles and Tinnies
Only five trips out of Sydney in the first 22 rounds. That's actually a joke. five trips out of Sydney in the first 22 rounds so five weeks out of the 22 weeks you're leaving your home turf very good for recovery very good for logistics staying home with family familiar facilities you expect and I think that's why the strength of schedule is so good them to have a yeah a top eight worthy uh 2026 season manly set fans want to know about what you think about that one that's pretty bloody juicy
00:37:22
Tackles and Tinnies
Got a softest run home, so three of the last six at home, plus a bye in round 22. It's pretty ideal. And you've got double ups including Melbourne Cronulla for big games. Again, I think those guys will be probably top four, minimum top six, but also you have doubles against the Knights, Titans, and Dragons, all very winnable and all bottom 14 from 2025.
00:37:42
Tackles and Tinnies
Some of the cons, you got two origin-affected games versus Titans versus Eels. Probably not too much to worry about there in regards to guys who could go. Homole and Turbo, off the top of my head, were the only two guys who could get a sniff in origin.
00:37:57
Tackles and Tinnies
But yeah, we'll see. And late trips to Perth and New Zealand in the last five rounds. Travel fatigue could be a risk. But again, hey, no complaints when you got five out of 22 games out of Sydney in the first 22 weeks.
00:38:11
Tackles and Tinnies
Now guys, I know you love this one. This is my projected top 19. And again, this is synthesized through Zero Tackle, Fox Sports, ChatGPT, and my own personal opinion based off what Supercoach and what my visual was from last year, the eye test. So the back five, Tommy Turbo speaks for himself.
00:38:54
Tackles and Tinnies
Tolu Kola, glazed him or podcast. I think he's fantastic. I think he could be a Daliam center of the year. He's just so unlucky that he's versed in guys like Katoni Staggs, Stephen Crichton and Herbie Farnworth, particularly the latter two being yeah the out and out best centers in the game. Probably top 10 players in the league as well.
00:39:30
Tackles and Tinnies
Halves, we've got Lukey Brooks at five eight Yeah, fantastic running game. When he's on, he's been inconsistent. But again, I think at number seven with Jamal Fogarty replacing DCE, I think Brooks will be in for a bit of a resurgent year.
00:39:44
Tackles and Tinnies
Jamal Fogarty, as we just mentioned, he's the new starting halfback. I think he'll be the goal kicker. He'll be the one steering the ship. Great leadership. Yeah, Fogarty's going great for this team, in my opinion, particularly with so much outside back strike power. i think they're going to be good.
00:39:59
Tackles and Tinnies
Now, the middle forward rotation, we've got some changes from last year. So we've got Daniel Paseca coming back from his Achilles rupture. He'll be their starting prop. He's their enforcer. He's their dog. okay He's their big bop.
00:40:11
Tackles and Tinnies
He's the one leading in that pack. I've got Jake Truboevic moving out of lock. from 2025 and he's going to the front row in 2026. I think the game, he's just reliable.
00:40:23
Tackles and Tinnies
He's just a plotter, but he's a tackle, but he doesn't miss and he's got that leadership. I think he will take some of the sting out of the game and get some of the guys with better leg speed, which we'll talk about later on.
00:40:33
Tackles and Tinnies
On the edges, yeah, so I'll go to edges first. So Homolil Kawatu will be on one edge with Ben Trebojevic on the other edge. That's a 2025 staple. I don't think there's much competition regards to people taking their positions. When healthy, both of them are guns. Homolil Kawatu, one of the best second-rowers and most intimidating players in the game. Just ask some of the boys on the Matty John show.
00:40:57
Tackles and Tinnies
Kobe Hetherington, I've got starting at lock. Potentially could come off the bench as more of a mobile impact player with Gerbo going back. But I would like to see Kobe Hedlington due to the fact that he's got that long-term contract now with Manly. I would like to see him get that starting position, particularly coming off a premiership win. He's got those good intangibles, yeah, workhorse. And he did start for a fair few games for the Brisbane Broncos in 2025 well.
00:41:21
Tackles and Tinnies
At the hooking position, I've got Jake Simpkin starting there. Not too much competition. Only one guy coming off the bench who I could probably say could potentially get it, which is Zach Dockerclay, who's my number 14 as utility. He can play in the middle forwards. He can play number nine.
00:41:38
Tackles and Tinnies
Probably could play in the halves, but due to the yeah new 19-player rule, might not need that, but depending if Joey Walsh makes the team. That's a big if. I've got Ethan Bullimore and Nathan Brown and Sihau Takahou, those three forwards, can both play middle or edge.
00:41:58
Tackles and Tinnies
I'd probably say Ethan Bullimore is more of a middle edge. Love his one-for-one leg speed, similar to Kobe Hetherington. Yeah, I think he's going to provide that impact off the bench.
00:42:09
Tackles and Tinnies
You could even put, yeah, I'd probably prefer him off the bench. Could start in a pinch, If Gerbo starts at lock, definitely. i've Also got Nathan Brown. He's here in four C's. Probably your 10-year-old Paseca one for one or maybe even potentially Cia Takeo. Those two boys I think will provide a bit more aggro, a bit more grunt, bit slower footed. But again, you need big bops to replace who you currently have.
00:42:36
Tackles and Tinnies
At my number 18, I've got Blake Wilson. He's utility outside back. If someone goes down, he just goes straight in. Can play wing center. Won't play fullback because you've got some much's depth there. But definitely be slotting onto the wing.
00:42:49
Tackles and Tinnies
Yeah. I think he's established enough where doesn't need to get reps in New South Wales Cup, but he's not good enough with this team to make this top five in regards to their back line.
00:43:00
Tackles and Tinnies
Let me know, you guys. And number 19, Corey Waddell, utility forward, mainly plays on an edge, definitely play in the middle if need be, but I think he'll be that second row utility.
00:43:14
Tackles and Tinnies
I haven't got a s smokey, so ive got some smokeys here. Joey Walsh could make the top 19 for a guy like Waddell, for a guy like Nathan Brown potentially. I think I'd rather, at least to start the year, get Joey Walsh some confidence and some reps in New South Wales Cup, and then maybe throughout halfway throughout the year, getting into origin time, maybe tuck them in the 19.
00:43:35
Tackles and Tinnies
But I think him being the direct backup to the halves, I prefer him keeping consistent with getting reps into the game than just coming off the bench. A guy who's coming off an ACL injury in Aaron's shop, I think he's projected back mid-year,
00:43:52
Tackles and Tinnies
He was a center, but I have read now he's going to be transitioning into the second row position. Perfect utility. Perfect utility. Very much a Burbo-esque type player in regards to his ability to play second row and center.
00:44:07
Tackles and Tinnies
More mobile. Kind of like it. Kind of like it. Could be there instead of a Corey Waddell. But yeah, they're putting my two smokies to potentially make the top 19. And then you've got some younger fellas who I don't think would make the cut.
00:44:20
Tackles and Tinnies
So their 2026 season narrative, how we can look at it. Again, got the best draw in the comp with number 17 draw. So again, five games out of 22. The first 22 weeks only out of Sydney. So again, should be able to compete at least and maintain stead to the top eight, let alone the top four.
00:44:42
Tackles and Tinnies
Again, upside is there due to the X factor. Spine depth, pretty good. You can shift the players around, particularly at the fullback position. Could even potentially chuck in a Lehigh or a Turbo. That's what I heard, guys. I said Turbo. Turbo at 5'8", if need be, to the fact you get so much fullback depth.
00:45:02
Tackles and Tinnies
But again, we will see. Guys like Fogarty walsh are're pretty so fogerty and Brooks, they're pretty durable in regards to their number of games that they play per year. Again, touch wood. But we'll see.
00:45:15
Tackles and Tinnies
Their pack has beefed up. Again, Pasek is returning from injury. Takeo Aho's back. Heather Intens come across as well. Yeah, I think they're going to be better. Definitely going to be better. And again, with the extra players coming off the bench in regards to the top 19, they can afford to be a bit more dynamic in regards to who they want to put on. If they want to put an out and out big bop like Nathan Brown on, they can. If they need a bit more leg speed like Corey Waddell because the game says they need to, they can definitely do that as well.
00:45:44
Tackles and Tinnies
But yeah, that's what I'm sort of looking at their narrative. Can they stay healthy in their spine? Can they utilize the draw to the best their ability? And can their pack with Persec coming back be enough to main a top eight position?
00:45:57
Tackles and Tinnies
Now, it's getting very hard to do these, but my Cap of Fact 2026 prediction from Chachipiti, they've got them seventh to 10th.
00:46:07
Tackles and Tinnies
I reckon that's pretty good. I reckon that's pretty good. That's pretty much where they were for this season. Again, they were one game away from coming eighth. Very much in a similar position, as I mentioned. i think there's going to big cluster between probably...
00:46:20
Tackles and Tinnies
Yeah, maybe 7 to 14. I think there's going to be a big congested pack again in 2026. We love transparency throughout the league. But here's the reason why from chat GPT. Easiest join the comp as minimized before. So minimal travel, which is fantastic for recovery, logistics, confidence, being at home, familiarity, et cetera.
00:46:40
Tackles and Tinnies
Top end talent is finals worthy with Turbo, Fogarty, Hamoli, Garrick, Lehigh, Kula, Yeah, should be good. Paseca, in his own right, he's got a dog in him. Improved middle rotation with Paseca back. Hetherington now joining the pack. Hamoli returning from injury. Should be better.
00:46:57
Tackles and Tinnies
But there is volatility in Turbo's health. Again, hamstring, knee clashes, you name it, he's got it. Gerbo, not as impactful as he was, but a culture guy. Head knocks. Is Simpkin good enough to be a consistent number nine in a top eight team? Yeah, time will tell. Obviously, a spine reshuffle with Fogarty as well.
00:47:17
Tackles and Tinnies
Top four potential, probably say top six, definitely top six potential in attack, but can they maintain consistency? That is the question. Let me know in the comments, guys.
00:47:30
Tackles and Tinnies
Now, end the show, we've got our cap our cap or fact predictions from ChatGPT. So cap or fact, Manly Sea Eagles will finish seventh in 2026 off the easiest draw in the comp.
00:47:42
Tackles and Tinnies
It's tough. It's tough, tough, tough. I'm going to say cap. I'm going to say cap. I think they're going to be sniffing and I'm going to do a whole new podcast at the end of all these reviews and i'm going to get all the boys on because I think we need a big discussion on what the ladder is going to look like.
00:48:01
Tackles and Tinnies
Guys, i want to hear from you guys. What will the ladder look like? Because I'm really struggling with these these predictors. that everyone's so tight. I think everyone's actually that good. And again, you're one injury away from missing the top four.
00:48:15
Tackles and Tinnies
You're one injury away from missing the top eight. And you're two injur right two injuries away from coming last. Like, yeah, we'll see. i want from you guys, but I'm going to say cap. That's cap.
00:48:26
Tackles and Tinnies
Capital fact, Tom Treborovic plays 20-plus games in 2026. So what, you get two or three buys, so it's 24. So you're going to play 20 out of 24 games. Let's say he plays Origin 50-50 there.
00:48:41
Tackles and Tinnies
Probably doesn't play Origin. Does he play 20 out of 24 games? I'm going to say that's five out of seven games. I'm going to say cap. I think he just misses it. I think he plays 18 games and that'll just be due to just to strategic resting. They might say, hey, we've got to buy this week and then a short turnaround the next week. Let's rest you there. I don't think it's hopefully, touch wood, not due to injury. I think it's just more strategic w resting. Give the guy a break.

High impact. I'd rather him just go full hog than just like be conservative. You've got the luxury of Lehigh Hoppawadi and Tolu Kola to fill in at fullback. I'd rather just high impact full hog Tom Trebojevic, not passive, not taking on the line Tom Trebojevic. So I will say cap again.

Cap of fact, Jake Sinkrensen will establish himself as a top eight hooker in 2026. I'm going to say i'm go say cap because, again, I don't think they're going to make the top eight potentially.

He has a lot to prove. He's got a clear runway. and They've shown complete faith in regards to his contract negotiations. Does have the potential to be top eight hooker? Definitely. He's still young enough. He just needs to get the reps. Until proven otherwise, I can't say fact, but I wish Jake Simpon all the best, so that's a cap.

And then the final capital fact for this episode, capital fact, Lehigh Hoppawadi finished the year at fullback. I'm going to say Tommy Turbo will be healthy, which means I'm going to say cap again. That's all cap for this episode.

Lehigh can definitely play fullback. If I would rank him their third best fullback personally, because I love the way Tolu Kula takes on the line and breaks through the line and just provides an extra X factor, I'm going But yeah, I'm going say, Cap, just for that reason, I want Turbo to be healthy and I want Kula to be his backup.

Lehigh Pauwadi, very good in his own right, not downgrading him all. If I to give Lehigh a ranking, probably give a B+, plus in regards to upside, where I'd give like Turbo an A+, plus and I'd give Kula like an A-, a minus in regards to upside, not proven commodity.

Tackles and Tinnies
How do you think Fogarty is going to go in the new role? Will they miss DCE? Will Turbo stay healthy? Am I capping with Tolu Kola not being the second string fullback? Is Lehigh Hopper-Wiety earned that right?

Both Tongan internationals, might I add. Yeah, is Jake Simcombe going to be that out and out number nine? Will Zach Docker Clay take that position later on in the season?
