Speaker: You're telling me that you, a high -level CEO who has put so much time and intentionality into being able to time block her calendar and achieve incredible stupid things with the most minimum amount of time required you a high level ceo productivity fucking queen that has led you to the amount of success that you have in your business today you're telling me that you can't fit in there
Speaker: You're telling me that you can't fit in 30 freaking minutes of a FaceTime call with one of your good friends? You're telling me that you can't fit in 20 minutes on a phone call with your mom or with your sibling?
Speaker: Fuck. That noise. Too many people are way over no normalizing that you got to sacrifice. You got to grind. You got to yada, yada, yada. Obviously, you're growing a big ass business. You're going to have to prioritize doing what it takes in order to get there. But way too many people got you all fucking in your butthole thinking that you can't.
Speaker: Focus on the things that bring you joy and put time into that. Otherwise, it's going to hurt your business. And that's just not the truth. In fact, the opposite is true. When you let the other areas of your life fall out of harmony, it then ripples out and fucks you up in your business. And it does not take as much as the swear by the grind. People are telling you. I've seen entrepreneurs completely cut out friends, family, fun, in the name of quote unquote building a business. When in reality, you never even had to freaking do that. You didn't have to. take it that far you could have continued on 30 minutes let me hop on the phone with a friend oh let me go to the I want to go to lunch with my friend but we got to put it an hour on it maximum can you hang out for six hours on end and then drink till you fucking black out and wake up hungover with the headache and allow that to impact your performance like you used to no
Speaker: You probably can't. But... you're not gonna sit here and fucking tell me that you can't make time for it Bullshit. If you can't make time for it, you need to become better as a CEO at planning your time.
Speaker: Period. if you simply don't give a fuck about these other areas of your life okay own that if you're simply okay with these other areas of your life coming back and rippling now to fuck you up in your business own that but what you're not gonna say is oh i don't have time oh i just no that's bullshit you're choosing not to do that You're choosing not to make time for your friends, your family, your fun and hobbies. You're choosing to use your business as the scapegoat when really it's you.
Speaker: It's you! Now, I'm not talking about the friend groups where you know that they're literal weight, like they are actually holding you back and like those friendships and relationships are things that you've outgrown. I'm not talking about those people. I'm talking about the people you give a damn about.
Speaker: And I'm talking about the the joy and the satisfaction and aliveness that you've been saying that you want more of in your business, yet but it requires you to start prioritizing doing more shit just for fun, just for the shits and giggles, just for the joy and satisfaction of it.
Speaker: If you have people in your life that matter to you, and if it matters to you that you have more joy and satisfaction and aliveness in your business and in your life, if your husband, your wife matters to you, if your relationship to your kid matters to you, don't you?
Speaker: ever make business the scapegoat for that. Don't you? ever make business the scapegoat for why you're not prioritizing that. That has nothing to do with your business. You Can. Have. Both.
Speaker: You simply have to become more intentional. And I'm not going to let you sit here and let other people who swear by the grind. bullshit you into living a life that is below your standards, into living a life in a level of fulfillment that is way below your standards.
Speaker: Become more intentional. Use that same high level CEO energy to prioritize the other areas of your life that matter to you. if these other areas of your life truly matter to you on a deep soul level then you will prioritize that as you also scale your business.
Speaker: If these other things matter to you on a deep soul level. Then even if it does, quote unquote, slightly slow you down. And by the way, I actually think it will amplify and speed you up when you get really like when you do it right, you get truly intentional about it. But even if even if you did want to play into the bullshit thought of it's going to slow me down and scaling my business, if you did want to play into that bullshit thought.
Speaker: Isn't that... Worth it? The speed. that you're looking for in your business That doesn't involve. You.
Speaker: Making sure that you pay attention to the other areas of your life that matters to you. Do you actually want that? No, you don't actually want that. So stop letting people who have their freaking other areas of their life in shambles tell you about what intensity you should be going at in your business and how you should be showing up. Ultimately, you have to remember that your vision is yours.
Speaker: moving with lightness and speed. yes it has a lot to do with the subconscious change and reprogramming that we do together but a lot of it has to do with you being pulled by a vision that is authentically true to you authentically yours if your vision is fuck them kids i don't want i ain't even got no kids i just want to work work work and and grind if that's your vision and that motivates you okay
Speaker: But if you know that you don't want misery and heaviness in your business. and you don't want to normalize that shit, then you got to... Take different actions and make decisions differently.
Speaker: And the level of speed that you move. When you do that too, that's the speed for you. That's the speed for you. And again, what's crazy is that you can very well with intentionality figure out how to Do the other things that matter to you as you're scaling your business and scale even faster than the person that's pouring everything they freaking got. into only their business. Why? Because the areas of your life that you neglect the most hurts your performance in your business eventually.
Speaker: And this doesn't have to be a whole big thing. This is not about balancing. This is not about a perfect balancing act of spending an equal amount of time in business as you do with family, as you do with friends and all that. No, that's not real. This is about harmony. You know when it's been a while since you've talked to your friends. You know when it's been a while since you've had a conversation with your mom. You know when it's been a while since you've had a date night. You know when it's been a while since you've done something just for the fun of it. You know, you know, you know.
Speaker: That doesn't require you needing to freaking... Stop everything that you're doing in your business that requires you to listen to those whispers of inner knowings and put it in the damn calendar.
Speaker: Put it in the damn. calendar Even if it's 30 minutes. even if it's 15 minutes working in the calendar let yourself be fully immersed in and present with when it's time for you to be there hanging out with your kids for 30 minutes, be there on that date night with your husband for an hour.
Speaker: Or whatever the thing looks like to you. and be fully immersed in it and then get back to business And then get back to business. Okay? You are a high level CEO. Do not fucking bullshit me. Don't bullshit yourself.
Speaker: By thinking that you can't afford to. have the lightness and satisfaction and aliveness in your business and in your life that your soul has been. freaking pulling you towards to experience now.
Speaker: God damn.
