Speaker: Welcome to the Slut Next Door podcast, where we dive deep into desire, unravel kinks and fetishes, and explore the deliciously naughty side of self-discovery.

Speaker: I'm Beatrix Vale, an erotic audio creator, and your guide to all things kinky and curious. So let's begin.

Speaker: Welcome back. I am sorry that I haven't released a new episode in a while. ah The truth is, is that my podcast here it becomes something that is...

Speaker: How do I put it? If my schedule becomes overwhelming, this is the one thing that'll get pushed to the side. um i don't monetize this podcast and not that I'm a money hungry bitch or whatever, but um you know, it's just the reality. If I am, if I have a really full schedule ah this podcast gets pushed down ah because it's just kind of like a bonus. And I love this podcast. It means a lot to me. And i think it it allows you a lot of things for one, for you to hear me, especially just kind of speak ah honestly and and talk about things that maybe you don't see others talk about. I am, I've always considered myself a kink nerd, like a sex nerd. Like i just, I love figuring out the weird things about sexuality and such and speaking about them in an intelligent way ah beyond the surface level. um So anyway,

Speaker: Definitely wanted to say sorry I haven't been around. It's it's been a wild ah couple months um for me, for my personal life. Just lots of lots going on. Nothing bad.

Speaker: All good things. Promise. i Just very busy. um So here recently, I have been trying very hard to squeeze this podcast into my schedule. And i made it happen. Talk about feeling like a goddess, making something happen, manifesting something into existence.

Speaker: um Because, you know, I'm sure you don't have I'm sure you've experienced this. You don't have to own your own business. um to know what this is like. But when all the pieces of the puzzle or all the parts of the engine are running and you have something that you know you need to do and you think about it constantly, but you just can't seem to make it happen. um Yeah, and that that's what the podcast was was doing. I kept thinking about it and it just kept getting pushed to the side. um

Speaker: So anyway, I'll start with a few updates. of Beatrix Vale content creation is going great. I am very lucky and probably a little crazy. um that I have content scheduled into December right now. So I like to release one hypnosis file and one femdom file, one per week um to my paid sites. And so i have that scheduled into the far future. And that's really nice. um That takes a lot of pressure off of me.

Speaker: And if I wanted to take a trip, I can take a trip and I don't feel like I'm going to be super behind. Now, with that said...

Speaker: Vacation. What is a vacation? What is that? Because I don't think I understand what that means. I am so overdue for a vacation. And I think one is going to happen on in October. it is September as I'm recording this right now.

Speaker: um I recently had puppies in my house. Long story short, my dog, Lucy... um a male dog came onto my property and, you know, did the the thing with her. and ah lo And behold, she had five puppies and they all have loving homes. I'm super, super happy about that because I, even though they were so precious and so cute, um I did not want another dog. i don't have time for another dog. So anyway, that took up a lot of, a lot of time and energy and it kept me kind of chained to my home because, you know, I can't go on a vacation if I need to make sure that I'm cleaning up after these puppies and making sure that they're, you know, healthy and good. Anyway, um yeah, I am overdue for a vacation, so it's going to happen. I've been taking a couple like small day trips here recently, and it's been really, really nice. um So anyway, yeah, it's scheduling all the way into December with content um is great.

Speaker: That makes me very happy. um Yeah, so Beatrix Vale. We're doing great over here. i am i am actually, i'd love to announce this, that I just started a program, um a learning program, where by the time I'm done with it I will have two certifications and and they will be within the realm of crystal healing.

Speaker: And I am so, so excited about this. I can't even, I'm not going to be able to explain how excited I am. um So i don't know what this brings either.

Speaker: ah If you know me, you know, I love crystals. And so this program helps me It really helps me like develop my own love and education of the subject matter. so you know, it really benefits me personally. um i think it's going to benefit Beatrix Vale greatly. there There's actually a lot of overlap with crystal healing. It's very important to put your client into kind of a trans-like state. You know, there's meditation within it that can happen. Um, so yeah, and I absolutely have a lot of

Speaker: a desire to do content like meditation type content within that space and not erotic. um And who knows? i mean, maybe I i do crystal healing um in person, which is really exciting for me to think about. So um i just started doing that and I'm super, super excited.

Speaker: um What else is going on? Hmm. I am so ready for summer to be over. ah so ready. Where I live, it really doesn't, the weather doesn't change until October. So I'm almost there. couple more weeks, I'm almost there. um Yeah. I mean, that that those are the big things um that are going on in my world. But, you know, let's hop into the topic that I wanted to bring to the table. Yeah.

Speaker: The erotics of being understood when being seen is a turn on. So I want to start this topic with, you know, really think about this. Think if someone was able to describe you back to yourself so accurately that it just stops you in your tracks.

Speaker: And i don't mean physically like they can physically describe you. i mean mentally mentally. So someone naming the thing you think about when you're alone, the thing that you don't say out loud, and then, you know, it makes you feel exposed and seen um and in a very exciting way.

Speaker: So... That is what this episode is about. And this is something I think about and talk about actually constantly because honestly, it's the engine behind what I do as an erotic audio creator.

Speaker: i I call it now the erotics of being understood, why by being seen can be more arousing, way more intimate.

Speaker: than being seen physically. And I think that certain types of people really, this resonates with them.

Speaker: and Because i do strongly believe that we all have wildly varying sexual interests. What turns us on just like, you know, our fingerprints are different. All our personalities are different. There's no one on this planet that is like you. and I think that our desires, what turns us on, what turns us off can be the same.

Speaker: um So let's start with just a simple observation. Okay. So nudity, nudity is everywhere.

Speaker: I mean, I was on social media this morning and I saw Sydney Sweeney's new ads and I'm like, wow, she is practically nude without showing us the, you know, the good bits. But ah yeah, it's everywhere.

Speaker: You can even log in and see a stranger's body at the click of your fingers. buts But if Let's just say i were to message you or tell you that this phrase. Let's say I was to tell you exactly, you seem like someone who needs to be told what to do.

Speaker: that is going to fluster you and make you feel like you felt the first time you saw a nude body. um and here's what I think.

Speaker: I think the physical body is just information. It's finite, right? You look and then the looking ends. I mean, you can look for a very long time and not ever get bored, but you know what I mean? There's not there's not a lot of complexity there, but being understood

Speaker: I think that's more infinite because someone who understands you is not just going to see what's in front of them.

Speaker: Okay. They're seeing patterns and they're seeing the thing you do When you think no one is noticing and they're seeing the gap between who you present as to the world and who you actually are when you're alone with your thoughts.

Speaker: And this is the business that I'm in I mean, honestly, really seeing you and it takes, it takes some skill. I mean, I was talking to someone recently, one of my devotees And, you know, he was like, I think you are an excellent listener.

Speaker: and not just like, oh, you listen to what we say, but you listen and you use it to your advantage in the best way. um Because I do like to play with this idea that I do see you. I know who you are. Because I've so like i've studied men.

Speaker: I study what turns men on. I study like what makes them flustered, at you know what makes them squirm, what makes them message like you know things that would make you feel like a goddess. I study these things and I file them away and I use them to my advantage.

Speaker: But um back to the topic. So, you know, Here's the thing about that kind of exposure.

Speaker: And when I say exposure, just like, hey, I see you. I know your inner world. Like you can't, you can't take that back. Yeah.

Speaker: You can, like, for example, with the example I started with, you can put your clothes back right? But you can't put clothes back on your mind that I have peeled away the layers on um And i want to give you an example from my own work because i think it illustrates this better than any theory could that I could present here.

Speaker: So I interact with a lot of men and a lot of men who are into submissive fantasies or who are submissive. And there's a particular type that shows up again and again.

Speaker: and they are the intelligent ones, like super smart. um And they're also self-aware um Emotionally complex, if you will.

Speaker: And i also see some men that, like, I think they come in and they think they're they're coming to me, to my content for a specific thing, a specific see fantasy.

Speaker: And i would i would also say that they're, like, very contained and very controlled. But somewhere along the way I'll say something like, or my content will be able to communicate.

Speaker: You're not actually here because you want to lose control. You're here because you want permission to want what you already want.

Speaker: And I know that's a little mind fucky, but I believe that moment like really creates something powerful.

Speaker: big And here's why, because i just named something he maybe never was able to articulate to even himself. Right?

Speaker: And that becomes arousing. And that's the kink activating in that moment. So, you know, why why does being seen work? Why is that really, really sexy for some people?

Speaker: Why does being psychologically read hit so much harder than maybe perhaps being physically seen? And I have a few theories and I'd love for you to pull poke some holes into them, okay? Okay.

Speaker: So the first one is about shame. Okay, so I think that kind of psychological exposure is kind of like taboo.

Speaker: So we spend a lot of our lives keeping the fantasies, um our desires tucked away and hidden, um sometimes even from ourselves. But I'm talking about the ones that you know are there.

Speaker: And you keep them hidden away because, i don't know, maybe you were taught that you don't talk about this stuff or you're too embarrassed to say it. Whatever the reason, you know it's there. It's tucked away.

Speaker: So when you say or admit... I want someone to know what I think about when I'm alone. um That's deeply vulnerable because you've you've kept the world away from that forever. You may even keep your partner away from that. And you know we've talked about shame a lot on this podcast. it's It can be such a powerful erotic engine.

Speaker: And sometimes it's the relief of that shame too that becomes highly erotic. But the experience of having the hidden things seen, and but then having the person who saw it respond in a way that says,

Speaker: come closer or I, ah you know, I want to shape and mold that, you know, that's mine. It's no longer yours. It's mine to hold. You know, that becomes really, really powerful because i think You know, if if they were to say, oh my gosh, if my girlfriend or my wife or, you know, if my best friend knew this little secret, they I'd be so embarrassed. Like they may be embarrassed.

Speaker: But, you know, you're giving it to someone else and they're taking it, they're holding it, they're using it. You know, that that just becomes erotic.

Speaker: Now, the second theory that I have, and i think this is actually the core of it, honestly. i think I think the fantasy could be this, like you as in the other person. Like you saw the truest of me and and you're still here.

Speaker: And now that part of me belongs to you. And there's submission that happens in that moment that has nothing to do with commands or any type of power dynamics.

Speaker: It's just, I think it's a surrender of the self that you've been curating inside by yourself.

Speaker: So to bring this more to light, like, so i had a conversation with the submissive ones and he said something that stuck with me. So he said something along the lines like, you could tell me what to do and I'd do it.

Speaker: But when you tell me why i want to do it, I'm totally yours. So it was like him knowing that I understood his kink um so far that I could predict why he wants to do that. um You know, and I thought, absolutely.

Speaker: i you know i get it. that That's it exactly. um The understanding of it all is is kind of like this ownership in a way.

Speaker: um So my third theory is power. and And this one's important, I think. I think that truly like being truly understood ah requires the person, so like me, for example, doing the understanding to to hold kind of like this higher ground.

Speaker: Like you can't really be seen by someone you have power over because they'll only see what you show them, right? And so the person who reads me,

Speaker: me has to be positioned above you or at least like outside you, close enough to observe and detached enough to be accurate.

Speaker: And so that's why i think psychological intimacy is inherently a dom like a dominance dynamic because Because like attention is authority.

Speaker: And when you're able to take that and turn it into perception and like use it against them as well in the best way, like in a very sexy way, that is power.

Speaker: Absolute power. I'm going to tell you it is power. i wish I could teach women this power all across the world. But, you know, another piece of this puzzle to me is possibly attachment.

Speaker: Because i think for a lot of people, this kink maps directly onto like early relational patterns. so If you grew up feeling unseen, you know, the fantasy of being deeply known becomes erotic precisely because it was the thing that you were starved for.

Speaker: And if you grew up with avoidant tendencies, then being understood is the thing you crave most and the thing that terrifies you most. And so that push and that pull, think for a lot of people, that tension is the whole erotic charge.

Speaker: So here's what I wanna leave you with today. If any of this is landing a little too close to home, Like if you're sitting here thinking, oh my God, how does she know that?

Speaker: That's me. Then congratulations. Because I think you've just experienced the exact phenomenon we've been talking about the last 20 minutes or so.

Speaker: So you felt seen by an episode. Imagine what happens when it's a person. Imagine what happens when it's someone who keeps seeing you over and over until their understanding of you becomes part of how you understand yourself.

Speaker: And honestly, sometimes It's like beyond the kink, you know? It's it's ah a very special kind of arousal.

Speaker: And honestly, sometimes I like to build whole cathedrals on top of that. So if this episode saw you a little too clearly Tell me about it.

Speaker: Send me a message. Comment here. i do read everything. if I don't reply, it's nothing against you. I promise I do my best. But tell me.

Speaker: I love to know. So until then, please take care of yourself or better yet, let someone take care of you. And that's a wrap for this episode of The Slut Next Door, where we dive deep into the raw, unapologetic truths of human desire.
