Speaker: Happy New Year. Stay fit. Keep shining. Make good decisions. Ladies and germs, your fourth place winner. Andy Franzen, born and raised in Texas.
Speaker: As my pappy always said, tenth place is the ninth loser. Here's... Jeff Mangan, he knows all the numbers from Japan. Whoa, Andy, um I know we just hit record, but we do have a caller coming in. Wow. I'm going to back him in.
Speaker: color I'm playing catch up on the old podcast and listening to the episode of Phil and gave me an idea to go visit Rhode Island in the summer and do the perp walk so looking forward to that this year anybody want to join me
Speaker: Oh, we lost him. Okay. Matt, you said you were going to do a perp walk? A perp walk.
Speaker: Matt, if you get a better connection, please please call us back. He's calling us back right now, Andy. Oh, wow. Great. Matt? So, i thoughts on pick trades.
Speaker: Okay. I'm a bigger fan of them in Dynasty League. yeah yeah But I understand that there are some people in this league that are huge fans of pick trades. ah So what I would say, if we're going to start
Speaker: trading future, future picks, like not just next year, but two years, three years from now, we should allow that.
Speaker: But whoever does it has to prepay their league dues for however many years they've traded picks for. let me have the question Yeah. Well, Matt, Matt, you're hanging up too fast. Matt, we did, we did talk about that.
Speaker: um Andy, that that was fen's week, right? That we were talking about how any year that you trade a pick from, you have to prepay. Yeah, but the system doesn't allow trading picks for its seasons in the future. And we're not, it's just not worth it to, to do that paperwork.
Speaker: But yeah, I'm i'm open to requiring. He's calling back. He's calling Oh my goodness. Matt, Matt, are you guys just back? Yeah, just had a thought about the and instead Dude, stay on topic. You guys should make it more accessible to people to listen to throughout the season.
Speaker: Because when you're in catch-up mode and you're you're listening to podcasts from weeks back, I just learned i won a game that I completely forgot about. And so, yeah, it would have been nice to know that week. That's all I'm saying, but I'll hang up.
Speaker: No, don't hang up. Matt. Matt.
Speaker: Yeah. He's just in and out. Yeah. It's a here and there kind of thing. um I think he's come he's calling back again. Take it now or tell him to call back later, Andy. Nah, let's try and block him. Hopefully he doesn't have the second phone number yeah to call us from. I don't know. I can't remember if I handed that out.
Speaker: Yeah. So in lieu of our Qs and Cs this week, Matt brings up a lot of good topics. Maybe we'll throw those into next week's show because we will be back for one more show. Isn't that right?
Speaker: Yeah, it is. Should we tell everybody what's going on here, Andy, or should we just, ah you know? go I'd love to know what's going on. if You can tell me too. I would too. Well, we had the championship week and and our ah champion over celebrated, not feeling well, right?
Speaker: Shook too many hands, didn't wash his own. Yep. Too many hands, didn't wash his own. doesn't He's not a hand sanitizer guy. No. i don And I don't know if that's a good idea or bad, but he's out this week.
Speaker: We're going to have him on the show next week, but he did win. So i don't know if we want to announce who won, Andy, or we're we're holding that off. um I think we should. Matt will find out in January.
Speaker: It is January already. Oh, I'm sorry. Yeah, yeah. I meant next January. I'm still in December, Andy. I'm still in December. Yeah, Matt might find out a year from now, depending on how many more episodes we do this season.
Speaker: But I think we should we should save it for about 20 minutes here while we talk about some other shit. So in lieu of the Q's and C's, we're going to have a special double-sized Texas-sized edition, if you will, of the Mjolnir Minute.
Speaker: Awesome. Awesome. You got your stopwatch ready? I have to double it. So that's a pretty complex ah algorithm. But, yeah, I'm ready. Yeah.
Speaker: Yeah. Okay, double stopped. right.
Speaker: You're right, B. Marsh. It's a really good football team. The odds are in the favor of the Detroit Lions. But, guys... something in the air. There's something in the air.
Speaker: You two may not be to feel it, but I know on the other side. Jamie, you can feel it. Can you hear it? What's that sound, Erdahl? That's right. Skull, I'm going with the Minnesota Vikings.
Speaker: Upset city. I need it. I can feel it. The city wants it. We're going to get it today, boys. he did it. I did it. No apologies.
Speaker: So that was the best part of probably the Netflix coverage, Andy. They had Seth Rollins on the pregame show, and he was the only person for Netflix that picked the Vikings over the Detroit football Lions.
Speaker: Seth Rollins, the professional wrestler? Yeah. Wow. you Okay. yeah WWE is on Netflix. Does that mean NFL's on Netflix too?
Speaker: Just on Christmas. I had no idea. Okay. Yeah. This is all, this is, see, I find out about things when Matt does, you know? Oh yeah.
Speaker: Yeah. Weeks later. um Yeah. So the big, the big, ah you know, the, I don't know, the big thing from the game was that we had three net passing yards for Brosmer and the defense was awesome and we won.
Speaker: um How are we, ah one second here, Andy. Yeah. Can somebody please tell me how much time is left? One minute. Okay.
Speaker: Thanks for the update there, Andy. One last thing. Yeah, you know, and the fans are, the fans here are you know, never experienced the Super bowl always show up, and um for them to keep showing up. What do they mean to you?
Speaker: From the fans? It just shows how much they love the team, how much they love the, you know, everything that goes into it. You know, we're out of the playoffs.
Speaker: Everybody shows up in white. They do their part, you know. And one of these days, they'll get...
Speaker: A clearly emotional Harrison Smith had a hard time answering the questions after the game. After that, he had ah he had to walk away and compose himself. But, um you know, quite possibly his last home game as a professional football player.
Speaker: I'm not sure if he's coming back next year. So he had an interception in the game he He had a great game. so i think I think that's... Unless you got something else, Andy.
Speaker: to He's a legend. He is legend. I was just wondering how that three net passing yards is possible.
Speaker: Losing, you know, sacks. Okay. Sacks take away from your passing yards. Yeah. Okay. Apparently, ah those were the Second fewest for any winning team in the last 42 seasons.
Speaker: In 2006, the Texans beat the Raiders 23-14 with it minus five net yards passing. That's crazy. So there's there's eight yards there for anyone to reclaim or to claim the second place spot.
Speaker: That's a ton of leverage. Yeah, there's lots of room there. Second's not locked in and sealed for us.
Speaker: Well, um that's all that's all I got, Jeff, is at the end of the double-sized minute. Thank you so much. Also, due to our change in guest, we are moving our next segment to next week.
Speaker: We're going to have our first ever five questions showdown. Tune in for that. It's going to be super exciting. We hope everybody comes back.
Speaker: ah But for now, let's recap the final week of head-to-head action. I do have another call coming in, Andy. What? A different number. Oh, no. So I just learned about Cody Craig's nipple piercings, and I believe that I may have have one time made a lewd comment about his life, and now I'm second-guessing that Um, it may have been Cody calling me by my full legal name.
Speaker: Um, I just remember piercings. Right. Also, I was kind of tipsy that night, so I think it was Cody Graceway. He called you by your full name?
Speaker: Full legal name. Legal name. Just like, uh, what happened with, um...
Speaker: DK Metcalf in Detroit. Oh,
Speaker: I see. Yep. so So Matt keeps up to date on, oh no, that was like a week ago, right? it Two weeks ago, yeah. Okay, so this this is starting to line up par for the course. Yeah, okay. yeah Okay, good reference, Matt.
Speaker: Timely to your own... Talk about bringing that main character energy, right, Jeff? Like Matt's experiencing everything in his own time timeline. Right. Right. but But he's experiencing everything. That's part of it. I think it's a lot.
Speaker: It's a lot to ingest all this news and all this, all these podcasts and all this information. This is how many more voices? we got Oh, my God. Oh, my God. my god uh let's let's get to a game recap here let's start with the seventh place game this was between ethem and j-rod right Yeah, so in this game, this game featured the second highest scoring fantasy quarterback in the three-week fantasy playoff period of time, ah Brock Purdy. And the number one scoring running back for the fantasy season, and for most people, I think their fantasy MVP, Christian McCaffrey.
Speaker: Both players stacked on Ecom's side of the ledger. Okay. Jared, I think, saw that, and he went ah you know he went with the risky upside plays, um but did not did not see um the Brock Bauer IR move, I'm guessing.
Speaker: Yeah, yeah that's that's likely. But based on Jarrett's recent comments, I wonder if he was even aware he had a game last week. you know That could be. that could be yeah ah Because I didn't look at any changes between the week prior and last week, but um leaving a guy in on your IR slot doesn't really set you up for success. Now, that was his tight end position.
Speaker: Right. And it's a keeper. Probably. It's probably a keeper. You know. Right. I'm just going to do a quick look here because why, why actually prepare for anything? Sure.
Speaker: But I just want to see who, who was available. How many players got more than zero fantasy points at the tight end position? It was a lot. um I'm going to guess 25 free agents.
Speaker: free agents
Speaker: It was, yes, it was 46.
Speaker: 46 free agents got more than zero points at the tight end position. Yes, in week 17. even Even Darren Waller got half a point, and he's on IR too. so I have a question for you, Andy.
Speaker: Yep. Do you know who the number one scoring quarterback in the fantasy playoffs was? I don't. One Trevor Lawrence, who is on Eakam's bench, but he picked the right one this week.
Speaker: So Eakam had number one and number two scoring quarterbacks for the fantasy playoffs. Wow. yeah I think I said this before, but maybe maybe there was a trade opportunity there.
Speaker: You know, lot of lot of points and that in a one quarterback league. Yeah. and I'm just jealous because... Purdy's a sixth rounder and Lawrence is a tenth rounder. So somebody might want to try to make a trade.
Speaker: What? With Mike. Trade that keeper at the draft. are you Are you trying to get someone to do some under the table ah trade train confirmations before next season kicks off? Someone should so should try to pry one of those guys off Mike's hands. a You know, Mike, he's going to keep them both.
Speaker: He is. so the one i have he only had i think He only had rostered one tight end. so Otherwise, I would have guessed he'd keep all those. Congratulations, Mike. Seventh place is yours.
Speaker: um That hurts your pick-pick standing. um Yeah, we didn't put much thought into how to how to incentivize consolation bracket teams to try. Yeah, maybe we should flip it.
Speaker: We got to work that out next year. If you win your matchup, you get the higher pick-pick status between the two. Yeah. Yeah. That sounds really good, Jeffrey.
Speaker: That's what the consolation bracket is all about. du Do we just do it now? Probably not. me Probably. 15 minutes in.
Speaker: I mean, is that... We might have to put it to a vote. I know which way four of the votes will go. yeah ah But I love that. for i love that.
Speaker: Okay. We've got to call her. Put him on hold or take it. Let's take it. Let's get it over with. Caller, you're on the air. Yeah, all right. DoorDash is trash. I haven't heard whether or not you passed or failed Cody for his Chipotle...
Speaker: door dashing or not but regardless of what you door dash it's trash well nobody nobody wants a fucking lukewarm fast food from anywhere so oh come on i I think DoorDash probably sort of depends on, you know, where you live.
Speaker: um If DoorDash is coming to you from Duluth, yeah, it's probably trash um if you live an hour and a half away from it. But, um you know.
Speaker: I know. I think it depends on where you are Do you think where Matt is, it's the same, like, three people and you know them all by name? Yeah. yeah Like, hey, Steve. Good to see you again. The person that, like, picks up the roadkill on the highway.
Speaker: Yeah. So it's like you call and see if he's picked one up or not, you know? So you're like, yeah, Butch, let me know when you drop that off. I don't really. I don't need those fumes mingling, right?
Speaker: Yeah. Jeff, remember just put the hatch back remember when we would borrow the Papa John's hot pizza bags for our own font?
Speaker: I think, does DoorDash have anything like that to keep food warm?
Speaker: I don't ah get a lot of DoorDash. Like a hot box? Because I'm not really DoorDash hotspot. so Like Matt Maxa. Yeah. Yeah.
Speaker: yeah Plus, like, anywhere ah around me, it's, like, 10 minutes max to get somewhere. so Yeah. Definitely. All right. or should we let's go we'll wrap it up let's Let's go to the fifth place game. Okay. This was the consolation winner on the line.
Speaker: This was Nick T versus Ray F. Yourself. Okay.
Speaker: This one, will wow. This one, Nick T was projected to win by 20 points going into Jeffrey. Yeah, that's a rough one. And see he lost.
Speaker: Sorry, Matthew. You and Matt are finding out now that you lost. um And, you know, the insult to it is that Kamen left a lot of points on the bench, too.
Speaker: or I'm sorry, Ray left a bunch points. Thank you Thank you. Don't reveal Bruce Wayne's secret identity here. Right. No, that was my bad cybers. ah Yeah.
Speaker: But the amount of these guys that are playing on these non-playoff teams that are IR'd now is pretty wild. It is. It must be something about... i don't know. There must be some other... for the last for the last game of the season, they don't want to give up that draft pick. you know Just like just like ah Nick t he was like, hmm, I'm helping myself with my pick pick here.
Speaker: You know what i realized when I wrote out Nick T but that I never realized before? This script was we actually have a Mr. T in our fantasy league, and that's that's an opportunity, if you will, yeah for next season that I'm going to think about.
Speaker: Yeah, well, this one was funny. One quick nugget from this one. The number two scoring tight end in the fantasy football played in this this game. um Would you do you have a guess, Andy, who the number two scoring tight end in fantasy was?
Speaker: Is it the pits or the kids? Senior. Isn't that crazy? That is crazy. He's been like a butt of jokes for years. and He has.
Speaker: Put up points. He did it just to terrorize ah Cody, but Cody somehow persevered. did, right. despite Despite Kyle Pitts tormenting him.
Speaker: Right. Seriously, he was the number two? Wow. Yeah. Wow. Okay. What a year. and And with all that quarterback shit going on in Atlanta, too.
Speaker: Still. Yeah. Right? I mean, I think that once Cousins became the quarterback, Pitts... I mean, Pitts had two pretty good games earlier in the season, but then once ah Kirk became the man, you know, he put up... I mean, really, he put up a 40-point game, so that... That does it.
Speaker: That does it. Yeah. Okay. The... third Third place game. Do you have time for that, Andy? We got time for all as long as the phone lines are clear.
Speaker: Yeah. Oh yeah, we do. Quick question on the the possibility of relegation. Yeah, we talked about this last years How would that work then with pick trades? Would you get rid of pick trades?
Speaker: if you act, if you start doing relegation or does the relegated team, the new owner called up, they just did what they did.
Speaker: And
Speaker: move on. Just curious. Well, that is a good, that is a great question. figure that one out when the relegation leak kicks up. and But ah right now, I don't think we have that one fully fleshed out.
Speaker: My guess would be that ah you're ah your pick is traded maybe... maybe um It hurts you double. it hurts you in the new relegated league. And then if and when you ever get promoted back up, you lose that pick again.
Speaker: Who knows? that That's an idea. Right. It gets paused. Right. That's an idea. Yeah. But I don't want any listeners at home to think that we're moving forward with relegation. I think I know where that came from.
Speaker: Someone brought it up, right? On the Discord, maybe? Yeah. Yeah. Well, we're not we're not seriously talking discussing this at all. so um Don't worry.
Speaker: ah can't remember who had the most negative reaction. Maybe was Cam. Don't worry. We're not trying to really make anyone sad.
Speaker: Let's talk. play game There we go. It was ah Mr. K versus Mr. F. And um I know that you were in this match.
Speaker: I did get a quick message from your competitor. So one second here. Hey, guys. Congratulations. Suck it, pal. We beat you. You lost. You're piece of shit. Nobody loves you.
Speaker: Nick's voice work is really, really improving. Yeah. I'm extremely impressed. Yeah, so am Yeah, this was this was rough. You know, my my end-of-season trade for Derek Henry really paid off in this game, except for the fact that I gave up, a I think, a second rounder for fourth-place trophy, basically, which I...
Speaker: you go back and look and I would have got this either way. Um, I thought my quarterback position was locked up. It wasn't, uh, thought out, you know, here, this, the whole Alec Pierce, Josh Downs debacle.
Speaker: Um, I threw good money after bed. That was for less than five points there, you know, on the this week, but yeah, but last week it would have,
Speaker: decided things yeah i mean i think the real problem was that there the the lions fell apart the last six weeks of the season you know i think i think it was offensive line finally caught up with them some people think that their play calling got too um too repetitive, too predictable when, when, um, he, when he took away the play calling from the coordinator and started taking over and making the play calls himself as the head coach. So I don't know, but you did have the number one scoring tight end, um, on the season.
Speaker: Yeah. So that's, that's something that's little feather in the cap. Yeah. Yeah, we don't have an award for that. But, you know. do put feathers in our own caps. So i didn't remember to remember to put one in there for you.
Speaker: We do. Thanks. That's really good to know. The interesting thing here is that both of you guys had no chance against the first and second place teams, right?
Speaker: Right. If either of you had made the finals, it would have been a bloodbath. So... it was a much It was a much better finale. And I was, you know, Jeff, I'm not going to tell Cody this, but, um and he'll never listen.
Speaker: So I can say this freely. But after I made the trade planning to, you know, match Brian blow for blow, because I thought no one else could.
Speaker: Um, I started feeling a little conflicted about it because of the thoughts I've shared on pick trading in the past. And i also didn't want someone to just walk away with the title. So really, i just wanted the best team to go up against him.
Speaker: And, uh, and have a good game. And I'm telling you, i've never I've never had such an exciting fantasy championship finale that I wasn't part of as I did that that night.
Speaker: That was a lot of fun. That Monday night was in insane. Insane. Insane. I couldn't. was on the edge of my seat refreshing the live play tracker because I couldn't watch it.
Speaker: But pretty exciting. Was that on ESPN? All the same. don't know.
Speaker: But to wrap, it's we're we're creeping into that. So to wrap this up, Nick K., Josh Allen came back after a dismal week 16.
Speaker: um Returned to form. Olave had a solid week. Solid week he's due for the season. Of course. Yeah. Loveland had his second best game of the year.
Speaker: Yeah. He really closed the season strong and, uh, uh, Bill Merritt also massive pickup. Yeah. he he had his second best game of the year. So, so Nick really, and of right.
Speaker: Cause was it? Yeah. Cause he had, he had, uh, an injury that he had, uh,
Speaker: Was it Chris Rodriguez Jr.? Yeah, he picked up okay Bill Marriott on Christmas. Good job. but Good job, Nick. But, you know, he could have just dropped in.
Speaker: he left He left points on the bench, too. That's why it wasn't and I didn't think I should have even won this one because i didn't. I left four on the bench and Nick left like 20. <unk> me So, you know, the the better team won. Congratulations, Nick K. Next week we'll announce everyone's winnings for the season. So um pay attention.
Speaker: That brings us to our championship game.
Speaker: We had some... this one was I like that what in the Tom episode. and Which one? Nick's voicemails was very reminiscent of Punk Only because it was just him talking to himself in a confused manner.
Speaker: Anyways, I'll hang up with this one. Matt, calling back again here real quick. I have live call-ins. yeah And then we can just have one never-ending episode of the podcast.
Speaker: So hang up and listen. He just wants a walkie-talkie open channel to the whole league. I'm checking the extra time real quick, Andy. We do have three minutes of extra time.
Speaker: That's all we should need to discuss this. but we'll We'll probably talk about this final matchup even more next week. Yeah. But... ah Let's see. the The best two teams of Week 17 squared off against one another.
Speaker: This was Cody, who had renamed his team to... So you're saying there's a chance? to bet I think that happened right before Monday night. Isn't i right, Jeff? This was a mid...
Speaker: A midweek named, by midweek, I mean between the first games of the week and the final game of the week. Correct, yeah. That was Monday during the day, I believe. He also asked us to play this one real quick.
Speaker: Well, Dak, here's the deal. I'm the best there is, plain and simple. I mean, I wake up in the morning, i piss excellence, and nobody can hang with my stuff. So I'm thinking that's what happened. And then he changed the name of his team Monday morning.
Speaker: Right. I imagine he was pissing excellence while changing the name of his team with his other hand. Yeah. I mean, shoot. You know, he made me look like a fool for dropping Jackson Dart after that one and a half point performance.
Speaker: That was pretty gutsy on his part to go Dart ah last second there. It was. After that week... It's very hard for me to trust a guy after a week like that, but but I'm clearly playing ah checkers while Cody Craig is playing chess.
Speaker: Chess. Chess. Yeah. Yeah, no, it was an interesting call on his part. Yeah. You look at this. i don't.
Speaker: Oh, my goodness. This recap, Jeff. We should share a picture of this matchup timeline. It is. It is crazy. Sure. Maybe we'll make that album artwork.
Speaker: Yeah, I think we should. the The way that pug life starts way down on Saturday's games and then shoots up by Sunday early and then it just flatlines until Sunday night.
Speaker: I mean, this is probably based on when players were playing, but it does feel like how the actual matchup went with them neck and neck going till the end. To the bitter end. Going into that final game, though, he had Puka Nakua and Kyron Williams going, and I feel like he was down like 10 points or something. Or was he up 10 points?
Speaker: I can't even remember.
Speaker: ah He was... oh goodness. I mean, I think he was up. Cause Cody still had Bijan. Yeah. here was a Yeah. And 16 to one. That's it.
Speaker: And he had the two guys going. Yeah. Yeah. Right. Oh yeah. It's right there. Um, that and then yeah.
Speaker: Bijan for 37. i mean, woofta. Woofta indeed. 37, ah with with a little despair. It's been enough days, no stack corrections here. ah You know, the...
Speaker: One thing worth pointing out is that the Giants' defense had their best output of the season, and they would have... they repair it I mean, they had to have been picked up specifically for this matchup, or to block someone from getting them for this matchup.
Speaker: Right. the the The best defense between the two final teams was sitting on the bench. That was just insurance. I don't know. Last minute choice. Who knows?
Speaker: um But that extra five points, as we know, would have swung things the other way. And we'd be telling a different story to- today. We'd probably have a guest on this show if that had happened.
Speaker: ah we can We can talk about how Cody constructed his championship roster next week. Does that sound good to you? Sounds great to me. So ladies and gentlemen, ah here are your final standings.
Speaker: Before I say this, should I just play this? We've one more caller coming in. So wait a minute. Blake gets point for Handmaid's Tale even though he would revisit it.
Speaker: But other guys on episodes weeks prior got phoned for that. and I call bullshit, Andy. I call bullshit.
Speaker: Oh, that's funny.
Speaker: um Matt, if Matt finishes Handmaid's Tale and can prove it, then we'll we'll change the points. Okay? Okay.
Speaker: Okay. Okay. On to the standings. In 14th place, our winner of the Skullster, our keeper of the plaque.
Speaker: Do we have a name a name for the plaque? Okay. god I don't know. We'll think of that. Yeah. The next name to be etched in the annals of history, Tom N. Congratulations.
Speaker: Way to go, Tom. ah we start We start with a winner. Isn't that great? Yeah.
Speaker: Let's go. Let's let's alternate, huh? 13th place, we have zo coming in 13th, Andy. 12th place, we got Tim. Tim Hall.
Speaker: 11th place. From Carl's place. Tim... 12th place for Carl's place. Sorry. 12th place for Carl's place. 11th place.
Speaker: ah and We have Rhode Island Phil checking in. um Matt's going to come and do a perplock with you next summer. If you're around or in available.
Speaker: Phil, hope you hope you're checking your mailbox the next week or so here. I can't wait for those pics. Wait, did he send a pick already? He did, right? Okay.
Speaker: One pick down, one to go. Hopefully. Matt, if you're still listening, you know what to do. ah 10th place. Jeff, congratulations. All right. toton I've always said you were a top 10 human.
Speaker: Yeah. Yeah, that was my goal. um Ninth place, the one, the only, Mr. Matt. um I'll make sure to flag you on the this post in 21 days, Matt.
Speaker: Ninth place.
Speaker: eighth place goes to Jarrett. Congratulations, Jarrett. Potentially. Potentially eighth place for Jarrett. Oh, unless we give it to Ekam. Ekam, good job winning the seventh, eighth place game. um Currently in seventh place.
Speaker: No, we would give... Ekam still finished seventh. We would just make some adjustments on the pick-pick. Yes, we make the pick-pick adjustment, I see. ah Sixth place goes to Mr. T. Booyah.
Speaker: Pity the Fool, who finishes in first place and gets knocked out in the first round of the playoffs. Yeah, that's tough.
Speaker: Second year in a row, right? Yes. Fifth place goes to ray Finkel himself. Finkel is Einhorn. Einhorn is Finkel. I'm not sure what the odds are. You'll have to go down the street and check him out for us, sir.
Speaker: That's right. Fourth place goes to yours truly. Had high hopes this season. Thought I'd be in the finale, but like I said before, I'm glad I wasn't because that would have just been.
Speaker: Right. Yeah. Blackbuster. A second place money would have felt dirty. Dirty and boring. and Right. i'm i'm an enter I'm here to entertain Jeffrey. Like you. We're here to entertain the people.
Speaker: Yep. um Third place.
Speaker: Rolling in the dough. Eventually. ah Nick with a K. Good job. Nick with a K. Yeah, great work, Nick. You really surprised us all by making it this far. I mean, I'm surprised. i don't know about you, Jeff, but... I'm surprised by everything.
Speaker: Second place goes to my my bi i l Brian, Brian B. brian b on You really, without you and your antics, we wouldn't have had as much entertainment as we did this season. And we're, we're eternally grateful. We're even more grateful that um the ring still eludes you.
Speaker: And we hope we can't wait for your next draft later this year. Just cannot wait to see that happen. Yeah.
Speaker: Um, and then, uh, first, first place goes to, we love you, Cody Craig. Thanks for being you. Um, great job, Cody. Great job, Cody.
Speaker: Guys tune in, tune in next week for our wrap up awards show. And, uh, hopefully some details on our inaugural NFL playoff fantasy challenge. If I can figure that out and if we can figure that out in time, um,
Speaker: We should have a special guest finally, as long as this bug clears up. And, you know, set and forth on on on brand new, hopefully better year.
Speaker: Happy New Year to everybody. Happy New Year, Jeff. Yeah, Happy New Year, Andy. and do it Thanks. I'll see you next week. Sounds good. Peace. Peace.
