Speaker: There are no guests this week. I'm just jumping on to thank everyone that signed up for the You Like That Extended Edition League. It's 24 people, folks. 24 people signed up.
Speaker: um I'm thrilled that all 24 of you have decided to try to pick... the best fantasy players for the playoffs. It's a pretty simple league. You pick a quarterback, two running backs, two wide receivers, a tight end, a defense, and a kicker. um After the first week, I am somehow in first place.
Speaker: Andy is in currently in last place. um Andy did go with the theory of playing players on the bye in the first week, guaranteeing them all getting the 2x this week.
Speaker: He does have to replace two of the three players he didn't have on buy. I'm replacing three players myself. So, um you know, I'll have five 2Xs and Andy will have six 2Xs. So we'll see if he can make up the 130 points and we'll see how much that multiplier plays in on the theory going forward.
Speaker: Um, but yeah, Wildcard Round is done. Anyone who's in this league, all 24 teams, make sure to log in, check to see if any of your players were eliminated. You can pick new players, uh, each week. If anyone is eliminated, you just lose the multiplier.
Speaker: Um, the payouts, uh, for the league, uh, second place is going to get $20. We have to take $20 to pay for the hosting fee of the league and the remaining, the remaining $200 to the winner. so There's a lot up for grabs here, folks. Make sure you're checking your team, setting your lineups, and picking winners, picking winners.
Speaker: um I don't know. I really like this. It's fun. The multipliers, if Matthew Stafford can carry me all the way to a Super Bowl victory, maybe I win the $200.
Speaker: Maybe I don't. Who knows? But it's fun. It's fun regardless. Thanks again to everybody who's playing it. um Hopefully, hopefully you're having a blast.
