I think it's a very, very important game. I think given that we're at home, we've got a Premier League team, it's an opportunity to knock them out first of all. And second of all, I think a good opportunity to rotate the team and see what other players can can offer. I think it's a very important game for a lot of reasons and those reasons being included. I think he's got to take the cup seriously. I think Klopp started to do that more as the seasons went on.

but i think slots should start doing that from from day one and i think yeah the cups we've got a really good chance i think city and arsenal will obviously be be there or thereabouts but probably play second string squads as well until like the later rounds so i definitely think it's a chance for for silverware and in your first season you'll want to be winning a trophy and i think that will be slot same whether that is the caribou cup fa cup or champions league i'll take either one of those all free if uh if i really want it but yeah i think he's got to take these seriously because yeah The chance of silverware doesn't come along that often.

What do you think we can expect to to find from a West Ham team coming to Anfield?

I think they'll definitely set up to make it make it difficult, as most teams do when they come to Anfield. um In terms of Lopategi and West Ham's starts the season, I think they are adjusting to a lot of new signings and a lot of new players coming in, and that obviously takes takes time.

They've also, I think with Lopategi trying to play a bit more expansive football, and again, so that also takes a bit of time. So I think I think we will expect them to be a bit pragmatic. Maybe look to play on the counter-attack with those quick players in Bowin and Kudos. I think they'll feel the strong starting at 11 because I think the cups for West Ham will be important. They haven't made the best league start so they would want to attack the competitions and it's a good opportunity for them from their point of view to take one of the victims the big boys out of the cup so they'll be looking to do that and yeah I think i think it'll be a good game and and it'll be good to see what Liverpool team is set up against West Ham if they are playing their strongest team.

I think i I actually agree with you and I think Forest kind of show, they kind of exemplified how how to break down Liverpool, but I also think, and all credit to Forest by the way for that win, I also think they scored a wonder goal and that was it, you know what I mean, and it was more Liverpool lost that game than Forest won it in my opinion. I think you're not going to see that that often this year because Slott mentioned how You know ah ah how deliverable respond after a statement win, okay Well the the statement win came against man United and they lost a forest the statement win then came against AC Milan And they beat Bournemouth on the weekend and it's about establishing that momentum and keeping the ball rolling I don't think he'll rotate that heavily because I want I think he'll assume that you need to keep that kind of I don't know the same level of intensity and the same level of momentum throughout the season but West Ham are interesting because

I think they signed really well in the summer but I just don't think it's Jalen at the minute and if you saw their game against Chelsea at the weekend they were awful and what what was so apparent is that like they were so awful in the middle of the park and that's where Liverpool really flourish at the minute so I think West Ham might try and set up to to nullify Liverpool's threat through the middle but if you do that you leave the two wingers free and and good luck to you you know I think it's gonna be a really interesting game but I'm just not too sure if West Ham are... I don't think they're at the right point to really be taking on Liverpool at Anfield. That sounds like a massive jinx. But we'll see. We'll see.

Yeah, I think they're a strange club where Sam, in the sense that they always tend to do quite well in the transfer windows. You know, they they have good transfer windows. Look at some of the players that they've signed. You know, they they do quite well. And, you know, the whole David Moyes relationship was very strange. I mean, they sacked him, he comes back, he saves them from relegation, wins their first trophy, a European trophy in decades.

ah think I think, like Connor mentioned, that midfield battle and I think West Ham will want to improve on their performance against Chelsea. I definitely think Pakatar is a player to watch. he's He's obviously been linked with with a move to Man City, moves away from West Ham. He's been probably their best, most creative player in the midfield as well.

So I think he'll be the key player to watch, we play with Endo or Gravenberg in the number six position, I think that that position will have a key role in but in stopping him if West Ham are going to be a threat. Also I think Kudos, I'm a big fan of Kudos, I think he's really exciting. I definitely think he'll be a player as well that moves on to another big club.

I i think I i just love Darwin Nunez, man. I just wanted to see i want see him play. I want to see him happy. I want to see him score. And then Jota hopefully will get some minutes against Wolves on the weekend.

What I will say is i I don't know if you guys saw Trent did an episode of The Overlap with Gary Neville and in the episode he did say one thing he's learned from Klopp is he takes things season by season so it may just be a comment where he's just saying I'm just focusing on this season and then when it gets to the end of the season I'm gonna
