Winter Is Coming: Get Your Garden Ready

They also highlighted that the primary barriers to successful farm-to-table relationships involve communication challenges between farms and restaurants without a middleman, with experienced growers advising new producers to focus on crops that highlight distinct quality differences and stick to what they know rather than chasing every culinary trend. Ultimately, the fellowship helped confirm Eliana's career interests in agricultural economics as she prepares to graduate, take an ag law class, and look toward managing her own farm.

What does crop insurance look like for specialty crop growers, micro farms, and small-scale producers?
