Introduction to Success Barriers

00:00:00
Speaker
In this episode of The Solopreneur, we're going to talk about the reason why you're not closing the amount of deals that you want and why you're not able to achieve the income of your dreams.
00:00:10
Speaker
And here's the good news.
00:00:11
Speaker
It's not your fault.
00:00:12
Speaker
But if it's not yours, then whose is it?
00:00:14
Speaker
It's because of craps.
00:00:17
Speaker
No, I'm not talking about the STI crabs.
00:00:19
Speaker
I'm talking about the crabs in the barrel and the crabs in your life that are pulling you down from the success that you're trying to achieve in your life.
00:00:28
Speaker
So that's what we're gonna talk about in this episode coming right up.
00:00:30
Speaker
What do you call an underground group of solar professionals on a mission to create a more sustainable world?
00:00:36
Speaker
We call ourselves solopreneurs.
00:00:38
Speaker
And while some might call us crazy, foolish, and dissatisfied with the status quo, we're the ones taking action to create a better future for ourselves,
00:00:47
Speaker
and the world.
00:00:48
Speaker
Solarpreneur is dedicated to give you the solar professional, the tools, skills, technology, and mentorship to take the industry by storm and sell more solar with less effort.
00:01:00
Speaker
We are Solarpreneurs and this is our story.

Influence of Environment on Success

00:01:08
Speaker
What's up Solarpreneurs?
00:01:10
Speaker
This is James Swirsky.
00:01:11
Speaker
We got Joseph with that awesome and super weird intro.
00:01:16
Speaker
All right, guys, we're talking about the crabs in the bucket.
00:01:20
Speaker
I don't know if you guys have heard this analogy.
00:01:23
Speaker
Joseph's going to explain it here in a minute.
00:01:24
Speaker
But what we're going to talk about today is really about environment.
00:01:28
Speaker
Okay.
00:01:30
Speaker
You are the product of your environment.
00:01:32
Speaker
This is the places you go, the things you think about, right?
00:01:35
Speaker
All of the things around you that make up you and your perception of the world, they create you.
00:01:40
Speaker
They create the habits that you have and they will either inhibit your ability to be successful or they are going to encourage you and lift you up and be one of your strongest aids in your times of need.
00:01:52
Speaker
That is what we're talking about in this episode.
00:01:54
Speaker
So Joseph, what the heck is the crabs in the bucket?
00:01:57
Speaker
All right.
00:01:57
Speaker
So guys, the cat is out of the bag.
00:02:00
Speaker
So what is the crabs in the bucket?
00:02:01
Speaker
The crabs in the bucket is essentially, it's explaining, if you guys have ever seen crabs literally in a bucket, right?
00:02:07
Speaker
Like you go to a seafood shack or anything like that.
00:02:10
Speaker
They have crabs in a just barrel.
00:02:13
Speaker
And if you watch for maybe a couple minutes, you'll see this in real time.
00:02:17
Speaker
And so what happens is if a crab tries to crawl out of the bucket,
00:02:21
Speaker
there's a phenomenon that happens.
00:02:22
Speaker
And every single time, like if you notice, there's no lid where the crabs are.
00:02:27
Speaker
And it looks like they can just easily climb out.
00:02:29
Speaker
And I used to think like, why don't they just have a lid or why don't they just cover?
00:02:34
Speaker
It doesn't make any sense.
00:02:34
Speaker
And I'm like, I watched for about a couple of minutes and I,
00:02:37
Speaker
And what happened was that a crab tried to crawl out and all the crabs underneath it literally grabbed its legs and yanked it all the way back to the bottom of the barrel.
00:02:47
Speaker
That is the crab barrel effect.
00:02:49
Speaker
When a crab tries to crawl out, all the crabs literally grab its legs and pull it down to where it used to be.
00:02:55
Speaker
And it can never, ever, ever escape.
00:02:58
Speaker
So that's why there's no cover on those crabs.
00:03:01
Speaker
And that's exactly what's happening to you guys.
00:03:04
Speaker
And it happened to me.
00:03:04
Speaker
It happened to James.
00:03:05
Speaker
It happens to every single person that tries to better their life or try to achieve something more.
00:03:12
Speaker
And just what happens in this case is crazy.
00:03:16
Speaker
And it actually happens to like the crabs in your life are actually the people that you don't suspect.

Overcoming Negative Influences

00:03:23
Speaker
For example, it could be your family.
00:03:24
Speaker
It could be your friends.
00:03:26
Speaker
And that is the exact case in my scenario because my family actually didn't want me.
00:03:33
Speaker
It's not like they didn't want me to become successful, right?
00:03:35
Speaker
They wanted that, but they didn't want me to go down this path specifically, which was success.
00:03:41
Speaker
And there's a lot of reasons why, but one of the reasons, the biggest reason really is because
00:03:48
Speaker
They don't want you to succeed mostly because they don't want to look bad.
00:03:53
Speaker
And it's because if you succeed, it means what do they look like, right?
00:03:56
Speaker
And it kind of shatters their belief.
00:03:59
Speaker
And what people do is they literally project their own fears and insecurities onto you.
00:04:04
Speaker
And at that point in time, they literally try to pull you back down.
00:04:08
Speaker
So they're going to question you and be like, why are you doing this?
00:04:10
Speaker
Why are you doing that?
00:04:11
Speaker
Like, why are you leaving college?
00:04:13
Speaker
Or like, why are you trying to start a business?
00:04:15
Speaker
And they give you a bunch of reasons not to do something, right?
00:04:18
Speaker
I'm sure you guys have seen that.
00:04:19
Speaker
Like, if you guys just got into the solar industry,
00:04:22
Speaker
If you look back and remember, a lot of people are like, why are you doing this?
00:04:25
Speaker
Like, why are you leaving your job to do this?
00:04:27
Speaker
It's not safe.
00:04:28
Speaker
It's not secure.
00:04:29
Speaker
Like a sales job isn't as stable as something else, you know, like an accountant or something, right?
00:04:34
Speaker
And this is what happens a lot to entrepreneurs.
00:04:37
Speaker
Just because...
00:04:38
Speaker
It's quote unquote, not reliable or not safe.
00:04:41
Speaker
Like they'll just literally find any reason to drag you back down to where they are.
00:04:46
Speaker
And that's like the biggest, biggest reason by far.
00:04:49
Speaker
And another thing is like environment.
00:04:51
Speaker
If you want to touch on that, James, but pretty much like.
00:04:53
Speaker
You're surrounded by your environment.
00:04:56
Speaker
And your environment is literally what you are.
00:05:00
Speaker
And so if you surround yourself with a bunch of these people, that's why you're the average of the five people they spend the most time with.
00:05:06
Speaker
And quite frankly, most likely, if you weren't conscious of who your friends are,
00:05:11
Speaker
they are crabs.
00:05:12
Speaker
They're going to pull you back down to where their level is.
00:05:15
Speaker
And that's why you might always go back and forth.
00:05:16
Speaker
Like you're working all the time and you're trying to grind and you're trying to make things happen.
00:05:20
Speaker
And people are like, oh, let's go drink.
00:05:21
Speaker
Let's go party.
00:05:22
Speaker
Let's have fun.
00:05:23
Speaker
Like why working all the time?
00:05:24
Speaker
Like you don't have to work 50, 60, 70 hours a week.
00:05:27
Speaker
Like just relax, man.
00:05:28
Speaker
That's what they always say.
00:05:29
Speaker
And that's like a prime example of what a crab would say.
00:05:33
Speaker
So watch out for those Mr. Crabs, right?
00:05:35
Speaker
Those are some of the things that they say.
00:05:37
Speaker
And those are like some key indicators of them identifying themselves in the world.
00:05:42
Speaker
Yeah, guys.
00:05:43
Speaker
And I want to talk about as far as environment goes, how you are truly the product of your environment in

Conscious Control of Beliefs and Inputs

00:05:49
Speaker
all areas.
00:05:49
Speaker
Okay.
00:05:50
Speaker
And I'm sure you guys have heard the saying, right?
00:05:52
Speaker
You are what you eat.
00:05:53
Speaker
Very, very common saying, common expression everybody's familiar with.
00:05:58
Speaker
But
00:05:58
Speaker
A saying that I don't hear a lot of, and you're not going to hear around anybody, right?
00:06:03
Speaker
Even in self-development a lot of the time, but especially outside of it, these other crabs included, right?
00:06:09
Speaker
Other family members, friends that you hang around.
00:06:12
Speaker
Nobody's talking about the other things that you consume, right?
00:06:16
Speaker
You are what you think.
00:06:17
Speaker
You are what you believe, right?
00:06:21
Speaker
you are the product of your environment.
00:06:23
Speaker
These are all things that contribute to you, right?
00:06:27
Speaker
So what are some of these things that make up the environment?
00:06:30
Speaker
What is going to be the people, right?
00:06:32
Speaker
Some of those people can sneak up on you, right?
00:06:34
Speaker
And the cold, harsh truth of this is some of the people you're surrounded with do not want you to succeed, right?
00:06:40
Speaker
They have your best interest in mind, right?
00:06:43
Speaker
Maybe your family has your best interest in mind or your significant other.
00:06:47
Speaker
But when it comes down to it, people are people, right?
00:06:50
Speaker
And if you are more successful than them,
00:06:54
Speaker
and you accomplish something that they've been telling themselves their entire life is not possible, what do you think they're going to think, right?
00:07:02
Speaker
That totally flips their world upside down, right?
00:07:05
Speaker
It smashes their beliefs because they know you.
00:07:08
Speaker
It's one thing for somebody to go and see like the Kardashians on TV or some other celebrity accomplish something and they could say, oh yeah, well he's just rich and famous, that's why he can accomplish this.
00:07:19
Speaker
But when your own family member accomplishes something,
00:07:22
Speaker
that you didn't think was possible your entire life, what kind of feelings is that person going to go through, right?
00:07:28
Speaker
I had the same experience with my mom, a similar experience that Joseph did, right?
00:07:33
Speaker
She was, unfortunately, you know, she was a big crab in my life.
00:07:37
Speaker
And I helped work through those things with her, which is cool, right?
00:07:40
Speaker
We were able to grow closer as a relationship.
00:07:42
Speaker
But at first, right, in the coming first years when I was in entrepreneurship and sales,
00:07:48
Speaker
especially getting into solar, they were always so discouraging.
00:07:51
Speaker
And they were always talking about, oh, you can't sell.
00:07:54
Speaker
We don't sell, right?
00:07:55
Speaker
And she would always talk about how her and my dad had a sales job years and years ago and they sucked at it.
00:08:01
Speaker
And nobody in my family was in entrepreneurship and sales right on my dad's side.
00:08:08
Speaker
And she would just go on and on about these reasons.
00:08:11
Speaker
And I became successful at sales.
00:08:13
Speaker
I became successful at entrepreneurship.
00:08:16
Speaker
Think about how that makes someone feel.
00:08:18
Speaker
They start feeling, well, shoot, I just wasted 30 years, 50 years, whatever it is, believing this wasn't possible and my son just accomplished this.
00:08:29
Speaker
What the heck?
00:08:30
Speaker
They're going to start questioning everything.
00:08:32
Speaker
It's uncomfortable for them.
00:08:33
Speaker
They start maybe feeling regret.
00:08:35
Speaker
These are the feelings that will go through this person's mind.
00:08:38
Speaker
So don't be surprised.
00:08:41
Speaker
And don't be so shocked when these close individuals in your life
00:08:45
Speaker
really do not want you to succeed.
00:08:47
Speaker
It's because of this effect, right?
00:08:50
Speaker
They're scared and they don't want to face the reality and the truth like this that you guys are going out to seek and find, right?
00:08:56
Speaker
Most people, when the truth hits them hard, right, it hurts, okay?
00:09:00
Speaker
We've heard that the truth hurts, right?
00:09:02
Speaker
You're right now by listening to this podcast, The Solopreneur, and seeking out this information, you're going out purposely trying to seek the truth.
00:09:11
Speaker
So you're already one step ahead of other people who
00:09:14
Speaker
Because what do most people do when they face a problem?
00:09:18
Speaker
They like to just shove it in the corner, right?
00:09:20
Speaker
They just shove it deep and down, ignore it.
00:09:22
Speaker
Hey, we don't talk about things like that.
00:09:24
Speaker
We don't talk about money and success.
00:09:25
Speaker
That's too foo-foo.
00:09:28
Speaker
We don't touch that stuff, right?
00:09:29
Speaker
That's what most people do.
00:09:31
Speaker
And when you address it head on like a professional, you go and you dedicate your life to making these things a reality for you and changing the lives of those around you.
00:09:40
Speaker
you're going to get some criticism.
00:09:42
Speaker
You're going to get some feedback.
00:09:43
Speaker
You're going to get some haters.
00:09:44
Speaker
And that's expected.
00:09:46
Speaker
That is the law of how things go.
00:09:48
Speaker
That's a law of the universe.
00:09:50
Speaker
And if it wasn't that way, then everybody would be successful, right?
00:09:54
Speaker
These are the things you have to put up with.
00:09:56
Speaker
So some of the other things in your environment, right?
00:09:58
Speaker
Went off a little bit here, but some of the other inputs are, you know, like food, of course, but information is a huge one.
00:10:05
Speaker
Okay.
00:10:06
Speaker
Information that you guys are putting in, right, is massive.
00:10:11
Speaker
A lot of your thoughts, a lot of your beliefs that you get are often not your own thoughts.
00:10:17
Speaker
They're often something that we read or somebody else told us, and we chose to adopt that belief and take it as our own.
00:10:25
Speaker
And the crazy thing about inputs, and Joseph, you can input in here as well, the crazy thing about inputs and thoughts is
00:10:34
Speaker
A lot of what people will say are simply opinions.
00:10:37
Speaker
So when somebody says like an opinion about something, say, you know, take like an election of like Donald Trump and all this stuff.
00:10:43
Speaker
There's a lot of opinions getting thrown around with politics.
00:10:46
Speaker
You can go and view a post or a news media outlet and everybody will have an opinion on something.
00:10:53
Speaker
Okay?
00:10:54
Speaker
And if I were to go consume that information and read that, I might take some of those opinions as facts, okay?
00:11:01
Speaker
And the odd thing is that person who had that opinion may have just done the same thing that you did where they just read something else, which they read someone else, that source, and that source read something else, and somebody else just had some idea they were throwing out at the root that may or may not have been true, and it went all the way down the chain like a game of telephone
00:11:20
Speaker
And now you're adopting that information as the truth and you've ingrained it in your mindset.
00:11:26
Speaker
And that's how you're going to believe at this point.
00:11:28
Speaker
And now that affects your entire interactions with everything.
00:11:32
Speaker
This is the magnitude we're talking about here.
00:11:35
Speaker
Yeah, this stuff affects your every single day

Embracing Resistance as a Sign of Success

00:11:39
Speaker
life.
00:11:39
Speaker
Like most of the decisions, most of the thoughts that you have aren't even yours.
00:11:43
Speaker
It's kind of scary to think about when you really, really start to contemplate on that topic.
00:11:48
Speaker
Like when you're thinking about anything, really, just be careful about those opinions because
00:11:56
Speaker
If you take those as facts, right, then you don't really have a solid foundation to go off of your life.
00:12:01
Speaker
Like I didn't really know what life was until I started questioning everything because I started to realize like, oh my God, I haven't been thinking for myself.
00:12:10
Speaker
And when you realize that it's kind of like a rude awakening and you kind of open your eyes and start to see like, wait, why do I do this?
00:12:17
Speaker
Why do I think this?
00:12:18
Speaker
And when you start to think like the majority, you should be very concerned.
00:12:22
Speaker
Yeah.
00:12:23
Speaker
Like that's a sure tell sign that you should start to question everything.
00:12:26
Speaker
If you start to agree with what everyone is saying.
00:12:28
Speaker
And like James was saying, like, it's a law.
00:12:30
Speaker
This is like the law of the crab barrel effect, where this is also an indicator of you starting to become successful.
00:12:38
Speaker
Like if you start getting resistance, if you start getting haters, if you start to polarize people, if you start to get a lot of, um,
00:12:43
Speaker
like resistance or backlash in your life, that's a good thing.
00:12:47
Speaker
That means you're moving in the right direction because if you're not feeling any resistance, that means you're going along with what everyone else is doing.
00:12:54
Speaker
And to be an entrepreneur in order to be successful, right?
00:12:57
Speaker
You have to go against the current.
00:12:58
Speaker
You have to go against the grain.
00:13:00
Speaker
So if you're not feeling that resistance, right?
00:13:01
Speaker
Just like going to the gym, if you're not feeling any resistance, you're not going to grow.
00:13:04
Speaker
You're not going to become better.
00:13:05
Speaker
You're not going to become successful.
00:13:06
Speaker
It's just not possible.
00:13:08
Speaker
And it's, it's, it's like the law, um, like Newton's law, right?
00:13:11
Speaker
For every force, right?
00:13:12
Speaker
For every action, there's an equal and opposite reaction.
00:13:15
Speaker
So that means if you're moving away from what everyone else is doing, that means you're going to feel a huge opposition and you want that just because you know then that you're moving in the right direction, that you will be successful because you're not doing what everyone else is doing.
00:13:27
Speaker
In order to be the top 1% you have to do with the 99% are not willing to do.
00:13:30
Speaker
And so...

Taking Control of Your Environment

00:13:33
Speaker
Guys, like this environment thing is so key.
00:13:35
Speaker
Like I didn't realize it because most of my life was controlled for me.
00:13:41
Speaker
Like that's why I said in the beginning, right?
00:13:42
Speaker
Like it's not your fault, right?
00:13:44
Speaker
Because you didn't grow up.
00:13:47
Speaker
Like you didn't control your environment when you were growing up.
00:13:48
Speaker
You didn't control your parents when you were growing up.
00:13:50
Speaker
You didn't control the information that was flowing into you when you were growing up either.
00:13:54
Speaker
But it is your responsibility now that you know, right?
00:13:58
Speaker
So they always say like,
00:14:00
Speaker
With great power comes with great responsibility, but it's actually with great responsibility comes with great power.
00:14:05
Speaker
And then knowledge, right?
00:14:07
Speaker
Follows that, right?
00:14:08
Speaker
So it's a precursor.
00:14:09
Speaker
So when you have knowledge, now you have responsibility.
00:14:11
Speaker
When you have responsibility, now you have power.
00:14:14
Speaker
And that's the progression that you have to follow.
00:14:16
Speaker
And in this case, now that you are empowered with this knowledge, right?
00:14:19
Speaker
What are you going to do with it?
00:14:20
Speaker
Now that you know that the people in your life can control what you think, now you know that the places and the inputs that you put in, right?
00:14:26
Speaker
So you are what you eat, but you are what you consume, right?
00:14:30
Speaker
Consuming meaning what you put into your brain, what you put into your other senses.
00:14:35
Speaker
So it's like literally if you're consuming the news, you're going to become what you consume.
00:14:39
Speaker
So if you notice, like people that watch the news, all they talk about is negative stuff.
00:14:42
Speaker
Dude, that was big.
00:14:43
Speaker
My dad, my dad.
00:14:45
Speaker
So growing up, right?
00:14:46
Speaker
My dad, every morning we would get up together at like 6 a.m.
00:14:50
Speaker
and he would fire up the news.
00:14:52
Speaker
Dude, it's so bad.
00:14:53
Speaker
And he watched the news for an entire hour and the man literally keeps doing that.
00:14:57
Speaker
And you know why he did it?
00:14:58
Speaker
He did it because his parents did it.
00:15:01
Speaker
And his, yeah, I guess there wasn't TV before.
00:15:04
Speaker
So I guarantee that my great grandparents were reading the newspaper instead.
00:15:10
Speaker
Yeah.
00:15:11
Speaker
Same thing.
00:15:13
Speaker
But yeah, exactly.
00:15:14
Speaker
That it's, it's negative.
00:15:16
Speaker
Right.
00:15:16
Speaker
And the funny thing is,
00:15:18
Speaker
He'll come out of the day, right?
00:15:21
Speaker
Like come home from work.
00:15:22
Speaker
I remember him and he'd have like a negative attitude, right?
00:15:25
Speaker
A lot of the time, okay?
00:15:26
Speaker
Not all the time, but he would have a negative attitude, right?
00:15:29
Speaker
And, or he'd go to work negative, right?
00:15:32
Speaker
And he doesn't realize it.
00:15:33
Speaker
That's the crazy part.
00:15:34
Speaker
It's almost on an unconscious level because he's been doing it forever and he saw his parents do it forever.
00:15:39
Speaker
He thought it was true.
00:15:39
Speaker
He's just going through the motions.
00:15:41
Speaker
Right.
00:15:41
Speaker
And he literally what the excuse he would tell me is when I stopped watching the news.
00:15:45
Speaker
Right.
00:15:46
Speaker
And I haven't watched the news in probably seven years.
00:15:48
Speaker
I've never watched the news.
00:15:50
Speaker
I don't read the newspaper.
00:15:51
Speaker
I don't give a crap about the news.
00:15:53
Speaker
And the thing he'll tell me when I tell him this is, oh, you're not being a responsible person.
00:15:58
Speaker
You got to know what these things are.
00:15:59
Speaker
Right.
00:16:00
Speaker
Those are beliefs that he adopted from his parents.
00:16:05
Speaker
So it's the exact same thing.
00:16:07
Speaker
And he's trying to bring me down to his level to watch the news.
00:16:10
Speaker
And that news has made a lot of negativity.
00:16:13
Speaker
It's just not necessary because what does the news get?
00:16:16
Speaker
They make profit off of getting your attention.
00:16:19
Speaker
And what gets more attention than anything?
00:16:21
Speaker
Negativity every single time.
00:16:24
Speaker
That's how the news operates.
00:16:26
Speaker
Yeah, I wish it was the opposite, man.
00:16:27
Speaker
But no one would watch the news if it was just like, oh my God, someone just donated to the homeless.
00:16:31
Speaker
It's like, you know, so it's literally like anything that becomes monetized, man, it quickly becomes unhealthy.
00:16:40
Speaker
And so...
00:16:41
Speaker
that you guys really really really have to watch what you consume watch like consider the source as well like that's why we say like sometimes or most of the time actually it's the people that are closest to you right that want to do things in your best interest but really they're harming you the most and it's
00:16:59
Speaker
it's a weird paradox, right?
00:17:01
Speaker
Because we don't really realize it.
00:17:02
Speaker
And the way that we dealt with this, right?
00:17:05
Speaker
Like James and I both dealt with this is that we had to think for ourselves and we had to realize that what they're saying is not facts or not truth anymore.
00:17:14
Speaker
And in reality, no one really knows what they're talking about.
00:17:17
Speaker
Like very few people do.
00:17:18
Speaker
And so if you start to listen to everyone, you're going to listen to like nothing.
00:17:22
Speaker
Like you don't have an opinion or you don't have your own thoughts.
00:17:25
Speaker
You don't have your own consciousness anymore.
00:17:26
Speaker
So just be very careful to where you put your attention because where you put your attention is what you're going to become.
00:17:32
Speaker
And so what you allow yourself to consume is what you're going to become as well.
00:17:35
Speaker
So start to become the gatekeeper of your life, right?
00:17:38
Speaker
Watch the people that you let in, watch the places that you go to and watch the inputs that you allow to come in
00:17:43
Speaker
to your mind, because those are the seeds that are eventually going to grow into whatever you manifest it to be.
00:17:49
Speaker
And so guys, this applies directly to solar, right?
00:17:52
Speaker
Because this is like in business, right?
00:17:54
Speaker
Like, like we're all entrepreneurs here, right?
00:17:55
Speaker
Business owners.
00:17:57
Speaker
And we never, there's no such thing as business problems.
00:18:00
Speaker
It's just personal problems reflected in the business.
00:18:04
Speaker
And so if you have this negativity all around you, you must fix that.
00:18:08
Speaker
Like we are a product of our environment.
00:18:11
Speaker
It's just too difficult to go against the environment.
00:18:14
Speaker
So what you do is you can change the environment.
00:18:16
Speaker
That's the gift that we've been given, right?
00:18:18
Speaker
The consciousness, like free will and willpower, right?
00:18:22
Speaker
in order to bend and control reality.
00:18:24
Speaker
So if you are a product of your environment, you're not hopeless.
00:18:27
Speaker
Most people think that, oh, I'm a product in my environment.
00:18:29
Speaker
I'm just going to sit around.
00:18:30
Speaker
I don't have any control anymore, right?
00:18:32
Speaker
No, it's not true.
00:18:32
Speaker
You can control your environment and that controls you.
00:18:36
Speaker
So just know that.
00:18:38
Speaker
And it's extremely powerful to know that because now you can control everything in your life, control your environment, right?
00:18:44
Speaker
And so once you do that, you will be able to master your life.
00:18:47
Speaker
If you gatekeep all of this stuff and make sure that nothing negative gets in and only positive and only affirmations that you want in your life, right?
00:18:56
Speaker
And now you can start to cultivate the garden that you want to in your life and just eliminate all the weeds essentially.
00:19:02
Speaker
And so don't mistake the weeds for the flowers.
00:19:06
Speaker
Yeah, guys, get rid of those weeds.
00:19:08
Speaker
Bad news, bad

Listener Engagement and Rewards

00:19:09
Speaker
news.
00:19:09
Speaker
Get rid of the weeds.
00:19:11
Speaker
