Okay, I've been otherwise engaged for a couple of days. It's been a spectacular, revealing, satisfying, reassuring couple of days.

Growth through challenges

And every single challenge, obstacle, difficulty in my life has passed and I've been better for it. And ah once they pass, they're only replaced by new and more significant challenges.
Confronting opposition and perseverance

um, It is fascinating to me the monsters that you will encounter in your life. Some of them have very familiar faces.

And when you decide, if you decide to live your life with integrity, to be someone that says what they do do and do what they say, to have ah opinions, opinions,

and be willing to stick by those opinions and speak those opinions out loud, people will hate you for it. And that has been my experience the last couple of years is just the vitriol that people there are people that truly hate me that should not.

And they have created scenarios um to justify their feelings. I mean, they're fabulous. fictional fables but nevertheless it somehow gives them comfort although it didn't appear to give them much comfort um all that to say i just want to give a big shout out to the people that support me um there's a lot of ah sort of people in the background that are just doing a fabulous job and and i appreciate them it
