Stress, Energy, and Manifestation

How to eliminate the obsessive thinking that you currently have. Now, first and foremost, it is natural to be a little bit obsessive about something that you want.

In fact, to achieve what you want, you do have to have an edge of obsession. You need to have a burning desire and a very clear, precise focus for whatever it is that you want.

Now, when you have a slight obsession and a burning desire for what you want, to the point where it creates anxiety, stress, burnout, that is when you begin to block manifestation of what you want.

Why is this? Because when you have stress and anxiety attached to what you want, you create resistance. So stress, anxiety, obsession on that level creates resistance between you and the universe.

And the universe, God, source, whatever you'd like to call the spiritual realm, cannot deliver to you what you want if you have resistance blocking you from what you want.

If there is a big giant wall between you and what you want. So you can have whatever you want. You can succeed at anything. You can create and manifest anything you want in this reality.

But the key is having a focused, healthy obsession without the stress, without the burnout, without the anxiety, without the need to constantly control every part of the process because that energy of control, that energy of stress, it's low vibrational energy.

it's It's negative energy. It's not feel good energy. So just think about the last time were around someone who is extremely stressed out, who was trying to control everything around you, who was extremely invisibly anxious and obsessed about something.

How did that energy feel for you? How did that energy feel to be in the presence of that person? Not good.

Not good. And the energy that you're radiating is not only felt by other humans in this reality, this physical plane, but that energy is felt by the universe.

felt by God, felt by source, whatever you want to call it. Again, i say the universe in a very interchangeable way.

Maintaining High Vibrations

And so when you think about how the universe can bring to you what you want, it starts with you having inner clarity and having trust, having trust that the universe will deliver it.

And the reason why you are negatively obsessed, the reason why you're not calling in what you want, you're stressed about it, you're anxious about it, you're overly obsessed about it to the point where it's driving you insane, the reason why you're not calling it in is because there's so much negative energy coming from your desire.

Your desire has to have a high vibrational energy attached to it. And if you're in a place of lack, limitation, it's not here yet, it's not coming, it's taking too long, that's a low vibrational state.

So we manifest from a high vibrational state. So if you want to call in more of what you want, then you need to keep yourself in a high vibrational state as often as possible.

You need to feel good as often as possible. You need to eliminate all of those negative belief systems that you have about what you want.

It's not here yet. It's not happening fast enough. It's not good enough. And I'm sure you can think of an experience in your life where you wanted something so bad, you were obsessed with it.

You couldn't get it off your mind. You couldn't stop talking about it. And you wanted it so, so bad that it drove you insane. It made you stressed. It made you sick.

It burnt you out. You were constantly obsessing and thinking about it. You were losing sleep at night over it. Those are the types of obsessions that go wrong.

Those are the type of obsessions that do not get you what you want. Now, think of a time where that happened to you. Where there was one thing you wanted more than anything.

And you didn't get it because you were so obsessed. Because you couldn't get it off your mind. And you were probably thinking, well, I'm manifesting it because I can't stop thinking about it. And isn't that manifestation when I'm focused on something and I think about it all the time?

Yes, but if you're thinking about it all the time with negative energy, you're actually doing the opposite. To manifest what you want, this obsession needs to feel good.

It needs to be something that you are excited about. When you think about it, it lights you up. It gives you energy. It's something you talk about in a positive way. If it takes a long time, you talk about it and you say, it's taking a long time.

But you know what? I know it's all happening in divine time, in divine order. I know the universe will deliver this to me when the time is right.

Now, think about a time in your life when this happened to you. i have so many. This is how I learned this. I learned this the hard way so many times.

Personal Story: Letting Go and Manifesting

And there's so many people in my life that I have conversations with about this who have also had this happen to them so many times. For example, when we were first getting pregnant and wanting to have our daughter, we didn't know if she was a boy or a girl, obviously, back then.

We tried for a few months and i was slightly getting obsessed with it and we didn't get pregnant. But what happened when I said to my husband, you know what, let's just wait.

Speaker
We're going to go on this beautiful trip to Lake Tahoe in August. We're going to go enjoy ourselves and have this amazing trip because we love to travel. we traveled all the time before we had a baby.

And what happened? What happened when I released control, when I released the obsession, when I was excited about going on this trip instead, my focus was elsewhere. It wasn't even on that. I knew it would happen later on.

We got pregnant and we did not go to Lake Tahoe because I was sick with morning sickness. So that's just one example. Another example, my husband, he loves to fish.

We have a boat. He has this insane obsession with tuna fishing. Only a man can understand it, he says. And I think it's amazing that he has this hobby, this obsession.

But if as you can imagine, catching ah fish that is hundreds of pounds is extremely hard. Okay, so this is something you have to do a lot.

It is something that's, again, really hard. And if you have a husband or a friend who loves to fish, I'm sure you understand the obsession. It is an obsession that you only can get, you can only understand if you're married to them, or you know them, or you know, you are one of those people.

So he spent the whole summer obsessing about catching a tuna fish, obsessed, thinking about it day and night, researching it all the time, which is fine. If you want to manifest something, of course, you should research, do the work, think about it, get clear.

But behind all of that was a stress that if I didn't do it, I will be let down. Behind that was an anxiety about it. The obsession was so big that there was stress and anxiety behind it.

And because of that, he didn't manifest it. right So we all have experiences like this. We all have gone through moments in our life, big and small. It may not be pregnancy. It could be something really small, right?

Where we've wanted something so, so bad that we've obsessed about it. And in that obsession, in that need to control the where, the when, the how, the we push it away.

So a great example of how this works is think of a slingshot. You have to pull back to propel forward. And so this is how it works with manifestation.

Subconscious Mind and Overcoming Fears

You need to get yourself into a state of surrender. of trust because the only reason why you're stressed and anxious about what you don't have yet is because you lack self-trust you lack trust in the universe you lack this trust that whatever it is you want that it'll actually come to you there's a fear behind it and so how do we eliminate this trust wound this fear that is blocking your manifestation and preventing you from being able to be in this state of flow of relaxation of joy of happiness along the journey on the way to what you want you have to eliminate the fears from your subconscious because those fears are operating unconsciously most of the time you're not consciously thinking well i'm afraid

Right. You're not consciously aware that there are fears causing you to be so obsessed. You just feel obsessed. You just feel stressed. You feel the other side of fear.

Right. So the other side of fear is stress, anxiety, guilt, control, lack of trust. right But really underneath it all, it's this deep fear. A fear of not getting what we want. A fear of failure. a fear of success. Whatever the fear is for you, underneath your stress, anxiety, and obsession is fear.

And so to get into that flow state and really start calling in what you want from a place of trust and releasing the obsession, right ending the obsessive thinking that is taking up way too much mental space in your brain every day.

you have to clear out those fears. And how do we clear out those fears? You have to tap into the subconscious. And one of the ways that you actually can do this on your own is listening to the rewired audios, which I've linked in the notes below. Those audios are going to help you Tap into your subconscious, gain clarity on what is inside your subconscious, the blockages that are there that you do not have awareness of in this conscious waking state that you're listening to this in.

right These are unconscious, which means to release unconscious fears, we have to work with the unconscious mind, your subconscious mind. So you can listen to the rewired audio to support you with that.

And you can also do one-on-one sessions. So you have to clear out whatever is blocking you in your subconscious. And it's hard to do on your own because it's really hard to access the unconscious mind because your mind is so busy, especially if you are someone who has obsessive thoughts right now.

Those obsessive thoughts cloud your judgment. They dim your light. They diminish your ability to have creative flow, to have focus, to have energy, to be in that high vibrational state that is actually going to call in what you want.

So to call in what you want, it's extremely important that we clear out the obsessive thinking. We let it go. release it. Let it go. Release it. Bye-bye.

And we get clear about that fear that is under the surface. and rewire that. Replace new programming in your subconscious mind that actually supports what you want.

Because when you get into a flow state, when you are relaxed, you're going to have more success. Because when you are in a state of relaxation, you are an open pathway to manifestation.

There is a clear path between you and the universe. There's no wall up anymore. So you can think about something without the obsessive energy, of course, with feel-good energy, and it raises your vibrational state. It makes you feel really good. It makes you magnetizing.

It's energy people feel good around. They want to be around. When you're in that type of a state, that's when you're going to have that clear pathway between you and the universe.

and you can manifest what you want 10 times faster. The obsessive thinking is not serving you. It's actually blocking your ability to call in what you want. we want to get rid of that obsessive thinking.

It's not supportive. In fact, it takes up way too much mental space, and it blocks you from being able to actually enjoy your life, to actually be present in your life.

Living in the Present

And you're not here on this earth to obsessively think about things. That's a waste of your precious human life. If you've ever lost someone you love, you realize life is fleeting.

Time is of the essence every single day for us. Do you really have time to waste overthinking? Because the truth is you don't. You don't. You were born on this earth to enjoy your life, to be present in it, to love the people that you have.

around you while you're all here. And unfortunately, I know what it's like to grieve. I've lost someone I really love in the past three years. My brother-in-law, Jeremy, passed away, and it totally changed my life. It changed our whole family's life, and it was tragic and unexpected.

and when something like that happens to you, you no longer know how to stay quiet about the realities of life and how important it is for us to actually be here with each other, to be here with ourselves.

And obsessive thinking, like, what a waste of time. What a waste of time. Use your life every minute of it. Enjoy it. Be present in it. And that's when you're going to manifest more of what you want because you're happy.

You're in a state of alignment. Now, I'm not saying happiness happens 24-7. That's not the case. But if you can get into a state of alignment, you can actually overcome some of those challenges a lot faster and with more grace, right?

Without being so hard on yourself. So there is a path to overcoming your obsessive thinking and manifesting more of what you want so you can live a more fulfilling, present, joyful reality for yourself right now. So try all that on.
