Speaker: That's the game. So um I will be reading off names and they will have to tell me if they think it's a Pokemon or if they think it's a medicine. Oh, gosh. Mind you, Heather and Shelly know nothing about Pokemon.

Speaker: Literally nothing. Literally nothing. nothing but Unless it's a Pokemon. But they do know a lot about medicine, so it might actually be really interesting. I have been in the medical field for, what, 15?

Speaker: Probably closer to 20 years. so I know some medical stuff, but it's been a minute. So, I mean, we'll see. We'll see what happens. Who knows? Maybe I'll surprise you all and know everything.

Speaker: um But yeah, you guys ready to get started? Yeah, let's do it. Let's get into it.

Speaker: Three best friends, twist and spin. Victoria, Heather, and Shelly, let the fun begin. Stories to tell, laughs to enjoy.

Speaker: All right, Nova, you want to tell us about yourself? I sure do. I have nothing prepared for this, so we're just going to wing it, like you said at the beginning. That's what do.

Speaker: So we're into November. in a month. um I just started a new job. I work with special needs adults. um Just started as a program specialist, where they come in and actually get to work for money, which is nice, very capable special needs adults.

Speaker: That's cool. i bu for My career. So really looking forward to that reason. We're playing the Pokemon game, obviously, is because Victoria and I Got super into Pokemon and now it's too expensive to buy. So we play games with it instead.

Speaker: ah Yeah, exactly. I do not live in Florida like these three lovely ladies. They like to brag about it all the time, but I live in Pennsylvania. It's already starting to feel cold and I hate it. But yeah, it's nice to meet all of you that are listening. And thank you ladies for having me.

Speaker: Of course. ah congrats on your promotion. Yes. Thank That's amazing. Yeah. That was awesome. I think it's really cool what you do anyway. um There's been many times where Nova's given me some really good advice with like my kids and things like that. So um yeah, he's been a really good friend of mine for the past.

Speaker: I mean, what is it? It's been while, like two years, three years now. Dang. Yeah. and We kind of reconnected with Pokemon. Yeah. Yeah. you know, I don't know. Are we going to talk about Twitch and stuff or?

Speaker: Yeah. That was going my next question or what I was going to say. Like, yeah. So we met Nova through, he was streaming on Twitch. Um, I think all of us were at the time.

Speaker: I'm not sure. It was kind of like stages where I was streaming and then Shelly was streaming and then we were all streaming and then, so, and anyways, yeah, we were all on, all streaming on Twitch. And I think I met you through laser zombie. Yeah.

Speaker: Right? That was his name on Twitch. Yeah. So you were friends with him. And then I think you were always in chat. So i ended up in your stream. So that's how I met Nova.

Speaker: I remember going the first time it's like, I could picture it. The first time I had seen you, um I'm sure someone told me to go to your stream or laser rated you or something. i can't remember. or You were doing a, I don't know.

Speaker: And I just remember like, who is this guy? Like he is wild. Cause his stream is like, he'd be playing music and you know, like it was very high energy. And I'm like, okay. Like, cause i just I had no idea who you were. Nobody ever told me like anything about Nobody ever warned you about Nova? Yeah, so then when I got in there, I'm like, okay, yeah, he seems pretty cool, you know, so that's i remember.

Speaker: I honestly don't remember the first time I went in your show. No regrets. Honestly. ah You don't remember your first time in there? No, I just feel like no I ended up there one day and coming back apparently.

Speaker: Yeah, that's how it ended What that game you always played? It was a very fun... Yes. It was a very fun stream. You were good at it. yeah you're i enjoyed it for a while. There are a bunch of recordings I'm glad are buried.

Speaker: Some of it is embarrassing to look back on, but yeah we all had fun time. We all had a lot of fun, though. yeah it was like It was a good, fun time.

Speaker: Big community. yeah it was It's cool the big communities you can build on Twitch like that. It's just it's just so much to keep up with. That's why I couldn't keep streaming. like People think it's easy, but it's it's not. It's a lot of work.

Speaker: so yeah You have to continue to support other people, especially if there's, I don't know. It's, it's a tough world. We'll just leave it at that.

Speaker: Yeah. Yeah. There's just so much more into, there's so much more that you have to put into it than people realize, I think, unless you've been there. So, um but yeah, Nova was really good at it.

Speaker: So. Thanks. But should we get into the game or did you have any other questions for Nova? No. oh ah No, no questions. All right, let's get into the game.

Speaker: Nova has to answer last, by the way, because he might actually know if they're Pokemon or not. He might actually know. He might. If I pronounce it right, he might actually know.

Speaker: So we'll be watching your face to see reactions. but the next I was go to say don't know. like That'll go very far. So, okay.

Speaker: All right. I have a huge list here. So let's see where I'm going to start. I need to mark them off, I guess. So let's go with Geodon. Pokemon.

Speaker: Nova?

Speaker: Did you say Geodon? Geodon. Geodon. Medicine.

Speaker: It is medicine, yep. but so and ah It's used to treat schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

Speaker: So. Okay. Not. Okay. Speaker: ah I'll go with medicine, sure. Pokemon.

Speaker: It's a Pokemon. Did I say it right, though? I don't even know. Yeah, I think so. I think so, too. um Okay. um How about Zorava?

Speaker: Medicine. That sounds like a medicine.

Speaker: I'm going to go with medicine too. It's a medicine, yep. It's an antibody used to treat ah abdominal infections. Yeah.

Speaker: Intra-abdominal infections. That doesn't sound fun. No, it How about Chandelier? Pokemon. Pokemon.

Speaker: Pokemon. Pokemon. Yes. the signal no come on You know you're right. Yes, it's a Pokemon. ah Not waiting for you to answer. I will get some wrong.

Speaker: have to. There's no way. I'm waiting for Nova to get at one Pokemon wrong at least. but Well, you know what you're doing. you know how to you're picking you're gonna You're picking ones that could be.

Speaker: so yeah i'm sure you got some We'll see. So let's go. um Kursola.

Speaker: don't know. mountain

Speaker: ah I'll go. I don't know. want to say medicine. Part of me feels like it's Pokemon. So I don't know. want to say medicine. I'm going to go say medicine. and You're switching yours.

Speaker: Pokemon. It's a Pokemon. Man. first I knew it is. Yeah, it might be. the Like the coral one.

Speaker: I'm actually not sure. I meant to get pictures of each of these before I started and then I ran out of time. So just so I could answer questions like that. But yeah, I did not. So, um, okay.

Speaker: Metaclip. Metaclip. Metaclip. Oh, come on. but Medicine. You don't seem too sure about that. Surely.

Speaker: Uh, medicine. It sounds like a clip of some sort, not actual medicine clip. medic clip, like a medicine clip. It's meta-glip. It's supposed to be prescription medicine.

Speaker: Yes, it's medicine.

Speaker: so that sounds like a po hi like if but ah it's a combination of glipizide and metformin used to control blood sugar levels and people with type 2 diabetes okay what if they just like threw medicine into your body like they catch pokemon um yeah Inject Metaglyph.

Speaker: Throw some kind of medicine ball at you. I prefer that, actually, because I hate taking medicine. I do hate like pills. oh Let's bring it to the board to have everything thrown into our bodies. Something that absorbs There'd be many people against that. Oh my god. and Just a few weird ones here that want it.

Speaker: so

Speaker: um Okay, how about Celebrex? Medicine. 100% medicine. Yeah. 99% medicine.

Speaker: I figured you guys would know that one. It's like a heart medicine or something. That one's pretty common, yeah. um No, it's used to... It's an anti-inflammatory drug used to relieve pain and swelling caused by arthritis.

Speaker: That was something popular. Yeah, it's pretty common, so...

Speaker: Let's go with...

Speaker: Some of these I know, and I'm going to say them wrong. Like medicine and Pokemon. I have looked at some of these up. Gangish Khan.

Speaker: Pokemon. Pokemon. Yep. That sounds familiar. That's a... Yes, Pokemon.

Speaker: Um... Let's see. ah wish I had a better way do what I've done here. Actually, let me do this real quick. I feel like I'm getting i'm confused what I did what I didn't do.

Speaker: Now that we have video, I feel like we could have like... We could break down things. yeah make Can we make that happen? To make what happened, I that's not a discussion during the episode, but but... We're new to video, guys.

Speaker: Episode 3, new to video. um Like... um Like a pop-up of a... Like when she says the name, pop-up. Oh, yeah. I thought about mans doing that. i think Yeah.

Speaker: I mean, we I can probably still do that on when I edit it, so... Put the Pokemon up there when it's a Pokemon so people can see what it looks like. You've got put the medication up there then, too, when it's a medication. Just the pill. Yeah, just the pill. Just a picture of the pill. Yeah. Yeah, it wouldn't be fair to you with just Pokemon, guess.

Speaker: ah True. Not fair to the medicine.

Speaker: All right. Next one.

Speaker: Cialis? I'm not sure which part of it. I think it's for erectile dysfunction. Yeah, that's a boner medicine for sure. there There's no question in it. Yep, that's what it is.

Speaker: ah A medication used to treat erectile dysfunction and benign prosthetic hyperplasia. BPH, yes. What is BPH?

Speaker: An enlarged prostate. Oh. okay Medical field has to get in. It's not boner ah boner heart pill or anything like that. be What did you say?

Speaker: BPH. She said the boner pill. for Yeah, I know. I said the whole thing, but I also just deleted it, so I cannot repeat it.

Speaker: Don't ask to repeat it. ah Just Google BPH. All right. Next one. Lantus. Pokemon? Medicine? What'd you say?

Speaker: Lantis. I don't know. I'm going with medicine. Pokemon.

Speaker: Lantis. She's like, when all else fails, I'm going with medicine. Can I go to Google? My go-to will be medicine. I'm going to say medicine, but I feel like I might have got one wrong here. If I get this right...

Speaker: What did you say, Shelley? I said Pokemon. Oh, it's a medicine. and It would have been funny if I have got it right. It would have been funny if you got it right and never got it wrong. yeah Although, you guys are bringing me on to win a game.

Speaker: Yeah. call

Speaker: A game we know Nova's going to win. yeah That's really nice. I appreciate it. um So that is a long-acting insulin used to improve blood sugar control in adults and children with diabetes. diabetes Yeah.

Speaker: Tyler has those. Oh, that's how you knew.

Speaker: um Okay. Next one. Larvitar. Larvitar.

Speaker: Pokemon. osh That sounds like a Pokemon. Who knows? It's Pokemon, but I'd like to hear what you guys would think that would be for if it was a medicine.

Speaker: Tell me what you would hear. Larvitar. It would be a parasite medicine. Larvite your stomach. Get rid of the parasites in your stomach. Introducing Larvitar, where we inject a small amount of tar...

Speaker: Into your body to remove parasites. Yeah. It adds up. yes That's what we should do for all the Pokemon, really. yeah um Let's go with Solosis.

Speaker: Medicine. ah lowsis Is that what you said? Solosis. going to go with medicine. definitely could be saying it wrong.

Speaker: I think that's a Pokemon. It is a Pokemon. Yep. It's a weird one. New Age. New Age Pokemon.

Speaker: ah Yeah, I don't know what it is. I think it's a green bubble thing. It's very odd looking. looks like an olive in in a capsule almost.

Speaker: oh I bet I've probably seen them before. I just don't know them by name like that. so you As we're playing this game, I realized what a terrible choice it was to have all this stupid Pokemon knowledge rather than anything useful because this is the first time it's been useful.

Speaker: Well, it's not stupid then. It's been useful right here. Okay, true. Very good. People that have never known about Pokemon will learn today. That's right. can tell them what they look like okay

Speaker: Um, okay. Uh, Rescriptor? I definitely said that wrong. Rescriptor. Rescriptor? Pokemon.

Speaker: ri Rescriptor. Rescriptor. Medicine? His face. Yes, it's medicine.

Speaker: Um...

Speaker: um It is it's used to treat HIV infections. And I'm not going to read the rest because there's a lot of big words there. No, go ahead. I want to hear it.

Speaker: A non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor. Oh, now I get it. Or something like that.

Speaker: Yeah. have now and and and And then RTI. That's what it is. Okay. We got that. Thank you. yeah We learned something new. wrote it down. Yep. You wrote it down. all right All right. Wait, so what kind of Pokemon would that be?

Speaker: think it just shoots out. Just writes a scroll. Rescriptor, you know, it's just pulls out a, it's got one arm and it pulls out its pen and it just starts writing at you.

Speaker: Why do I picture it like as a dragon of sorts? It looks a little bit like a dragon. I feel like with the last thing of its word, it should be some kind of sure lizard or something.

Speaker: Oh yeah. Okay. Next

Speaker: ah okay next one maracitus maracitus i'm i don't know how to say that one pokemon pokemon i should have brought it up here pokemon pokemon yes now how do i say it maractus because it is a cactus pokemon yeah okay yeah i'll just say as soon as i pulled it up i would have realized that yeah

Speaker: ah I am a nerd. okay so and so so Anyone was wondering. Is this showing you that? so but Yes. We thought we'd bring out a nerd today.

Speaker: We all are anyways. You guys are just a little worse than us. i mean Wow. ah Being a nerd is not uncool anymore. Okay.

Speaker: no It's not. It's not. It's actually cool these It's actually like really cooler. Really cooler, yeah. Really cooler. Really cooler.

Speaker: so Okay. Let's go with um

Speaker: I feel like everybody, some of these you guys are going know. so Ambien. Medicine. Medicine. to medicine, you should make me guess what the medicine's for because I feel like you two might know what this one's for and I don't.

Speaker: You don't know what Ambien's for? Well, maybe not. no What's it for? What is it? What was the name? Ambien. Ambien. Is that Matt?

Speaker: No, it is a you It treats insomnia. It's a sadre ah sedative used to treat insomnia.

Speaker: Did you have guessed that? It's very popular, though. What's an ambient Pokemon look like? It's got to be like a version of Scorlax. I picture him as like a little white round bubble. Yeah.

Speaker: little white round bubble I'm going to go with that. I like shows. A little white bubble guy. don't know. A what? A cloud or something. yeah A little white bubble cloud.

Speaker: Yeah, he looks like a cloud. like A little white bubble guy on a cloud. You know Kirby? We know Kirby. With his big eyes. That's funny.

Speaker: What was that? Kirby. Oh, that's what he does. I don't know. Okay. Hold on. I have to erase the ones I said or I'm going to try to repeat them.

Speaker: So had to look up how to say this.

Speaker: um And that doesn't help me at all. Can you guys hear this if I do this? Kofagrigus.

Speaker: That's what it said. I think it's a Pokemon. I also think it's a Pokemon.

Speaker: It's definitely a Pokemon, but why did you guys know that? Because the green juice part, I don't know. i don't know it just jes like I don't know. yeah It just sounded like a Pokemon to me so they're Okay, so I'm pretty sure the name was Grigus. I could be so wrong.

Speaker: But I remember when World of Warcraft had trading cards out like way back. Remember those, anybody? Yeah, I remember. yeah One of the cards was Grigus Imp.

Speaker: And I actually sold it. I sold the pet for like... I think a million gold or some crap in game because I got the card. But yeah, that's remember. look See, if we're bringing their nerd out, Nova.

Speaker: See that? Yes.

Speaker: I mean, it's literally tattooed on my arm, so I can't. Can't deny that. I wouldn't imagine. He is ghost type bookman. told he is a typebookman It's like a good coffin.

Speaker: Yeah, he looks like a coffin. With four arms, with forear it looks like. yeah Okay. um Zyprexa.

Speaker: Medicine. It's got to be a medicine. It is a medicine. It's an anti-psychotic used to treat schizophrenia.

Speaker: Did I say that or do we just have a lot of that do that? Apparently. love the schizophrenia meds. Apparently Wayne picked a lot of. I didn't know. yeah

Speaker: My first time reading list too.

Speaker: What's that say about Wayne? I know. That's funny actually. um I only knew that because I did work in a mental health facility and we talked a lot about medicine.

Speaker: That's why you know all those too then. Okay. I just know Prexa is usually meant Prexa. Like, I don't know. that Prexa and and Tor.

Speaker: Okay. Next one. Are we ready?

Speaker: ah Viboromir. That is a Pokemon? I believe. pokemon She's so sure of it, too. Viboromir?

Speaker: Vibomir. Vibomir? Vibomir. Vibrator. Just vibrator. She says it enough

Speaker: times. One of them has got to be correct, right? Medicine. It is a medicine, yes.

Speaker: That is a medicine. It's a combination. Go Go ahead. A combination antibiotic used to treat complicated urinary tract infections. So I really thought Heather would get this one.

Speaker: I have never heard of that. Because she's worked in a... What year did it come out? It's probably like the oldest prescription ever or really new. 2020? Or really new. There's way.

Speaker: I don't know. I didn't look at all that, but... ah Maybe it's like a generic brand or something. No, I knew all the generic brands too. oh She knew them all. studied. I studied all my medicine.

Speaker: It was approved by the August 29th, 2017. that help? It's definitely safe. it was ah ah the fda august twenty nine two thousand and seventeen and that doesnt help definitely safe Forever.

Speaker: I was thinking it was like a vampire type of Pokemon.

Speaker: I don't want to say what I think it's a different thing. I mean, we got it. I've never already said it. so With a name like Vibramir? No, I'm, look, I'm PG mind.
