Today's episode is focused on YouTube - they're rolling out carousel posts in YouTube Shorts, plus a new co-viewing metric for YouTube TV watchers. There's also an interview with Daniel Wall of YouTube's Behind the Wall channel, talking about how to know when it's time to hire a team and who to look for.
