I really dislike the way fighting games are going and the way they're approaching the newer consumer base of today's fighting game players. It's essentially what they've done is they've added auto combos to a lot of newer fighting games just to get people in the door to try to learn the game because it's like it works for me.

It worked for me because that's how I got on the Street Fighter. I mean, well, to be fair, the character customization in the world tour is what got me into Street Fighter 6. But them having auto combos, because I am bad at fighting games. Without an auto combo, I am bad. But what Street Fighter did with auto combos is you do less damage with an auto combo than if you were to actually do the inputs, which I think is a fair balance for that.

news, starting off with Helldivers news that came out kind of last minute when I was prepping this, Helldivers on Steam will now require players to have a PlayStation Network account to continue to play the game. The mandatory login begins on May 30th and players will need to have their accounts linked by June 4th.
