When my dear friend, Ali, was at the end of life I listened to podcasts looking for resources. I couldn't find what I was looking for so I created Light at the End, in her honor. 

This show is for people like me, those wanting to know what to say, what to do, and how to best support their loved one who is dying. We are here to offer support to those needing help navigating their own overwhelming emotions during this difficult time. 

I want to hear from you. I want to know what is coming up for you. What resource do you feel like you don’t have? What do you need know in order to feel prepared and at peace? What are your concerns? What types of guided mindfulness would be helpful? What brings you comfort?
