Let's talk diet! When I started my health and wellness journey this year, diet was goal number one. I know it sounds dramatic, but I'm serious when I say that doing the Whole30 diet changed my life. Please go back and watch my first videos if you haven't already!

Anywho, after seeing what a difference diet made in my life I am on a mission to investigate and understand the biggest diets out there and today we are talking about the keto diet. I am joined by health coach, Julie Saad, who is a keto expert and specializes in helping women with ADHD reduce or eliminate their symptoms through the keto diet. 

She explains what the keto diet is, how the keto diet works, what your macro counts need to be in order to be successful on the keto diet, understanding the science before the keto diet and how the keto diet has been shown to not only help with weight loss but also reduce symptoms of a plethora of mental health disorders including ADHD. 

We challenge you to reframe your mindset and challenge the narratives around diet. Your diet is a personal choice, but have you ever considered if keto could be right for you?
