Happy July 4th!! With so many major things happening in my life right now, life can get a little overwhelming at times and with overwhelm can often creep in a lack of motivation. So today I want to talk through my tips and tricks for how to get motivated and how to stay motivated when you're feeling overwhelming or uninspired. So much of staying motivated is an intentional effort and just because you are feeling unmotivated doesn't mean there's anything wrong, it's human, but there are ways to help curb the feelings!
