Significant Announcement: Aaron's Departure

00:00:26
Speaker
Hello and welcome everybody to another episode of the Uncommon Wealth Podcast where I'm your host Philip Ramsey. Today it's a solo cast and it's a exciting one but also kind of different. And so today is the big announcement that Aaron Kramer has moved on from Uncommon Wealth Partners. Oh no, what happened? Right? Lots of questions.
00:00:47
Speaker
But first I wanted to just take a time to shoot a podcast. I think it's always nice to speak full transparent with everybody um and let everybody know where he's going um and why and kind of like the ups and downs.
00:01:01
Speaker
um But the The Paradigm Wealth Partners is where he's going. And that was an individual that's been kind of mentoring us on how to trade. um Good friend of mine and the company, as well as Aaron, but his name is Rick Yoder.
00:01:14
Speaker
ah Great guy, doing some great things over there. And Aaron, at at this point, just thought like, hey, there's a lot of things that he can teach me. And I want to be a little bit closer to rick So there is no hard feelings with him leaving. In fact, when he first mentioned it, I was like, holy cow, like, how can I help?
00:01:31
Speaker
And so we kind of stepped in this together. And so, man, Aaron filled such a void ah that we had Uncommon Wolf Partners for quite some time. And so I wanted to just shoot

Handling Compliance and Transition

00:01:41
Speaker
a podcast. He would normally do this, but now he's like moved over. We've we've transferred the things that we need to transfer. And so For compliance purposes, I thought it might be better for him not to actually be on the podcast because now he's in underneath his new firm and they have totally different like ah rules and regulations. And the moment you start hitting record, ah compliance has a little bit different things to say.
00:02:04
Speaker
But since we're on RIA, I'm my own compliance officer. We kind of feel like we're not going be talking about anything securities based. ah There's a little bit more scrutiny now with Aaron. So I just thought I'd shoot this slowly.
00:02:15
Speaker
And so first and foremost, I wanted to say publicly, thank you so much, Aaron Kramer. Dude, great guy, great advisor. So grateful to be able to work shoulder to shoulder with you for so long. And just all the work that you did with not only um your clients, but our clients too, in the process of, you know, Brian took off. Aaron kind of was...

in the business right before

Acknowledging Aaron's Contributions and Future

00:02:40
Speaker
Brian left. And so when Brian left, he took a lot of responsibility on, um which was a huge benefit for us as a company. And so that was first and foremost. and then the second thing I want to say is, dude, the future's bright with this guy. Like, I can't wait to just continue to follow his career.
00:02:56
Speaker
I can't wait for Uncommon Love Partners, but that's not what this podcast is about. This is about what I think Aaron can do. And he is such, I think one of the smartest people I know because he knows when to tell you he doesn't know something.
00:03:08
Speaker
And he's willing to have the discipline and hard work to go and find what that answer is. And so I couldn't think highly of, or more highly that for Aaron, I can't wait for his just next stage. I can't wait to be a part of that in some capacity, maybe just, with somebody who has a nice seat to a really good football game. But, uh, thank you for being such a soldier, with me, uh, as we were fighting through the trenches, here at Uncommonwealth.
00:03:33
Speaker
I'm excited for your new gig. I know that you have so many kind of cool things that you have planned that you want to kind of roll out. And so good luck and thank you. don't really know how much longer this needs to be, but ah there hasn't been any hard feelings between he and I. I mean, of course, there's going to be some times where you step on somebody's toes when they're kind of moving out and I always thought the best of Aaron. He always thought the best of me. And so having conversations of like, Hey, could you make sure you do this or do that?
00:04:01
Speaker
We both were so cordial in the process. So it just puts another kind of emphasis on, um, just the testimony of his character. And, uh, you know, you can really,
00:04:12
Speaker
see somebody's true character when things don't go your way. And I would say there really wasn't anything that didn't go Aaron's way, but just as he started kind of stepping off to this new venture, I could really see that he cared for me.
00:04:24
Speaker
He knew that I cared for him. um And so good luck, Aaron Kramer. Thank you so much for being in the uncommon wealth space for so long. You represented our company really well.
00:04:36
Speaker
I never once thought like there could be an issue with branding, um but I never thought that. So good luck with your new endeavors. I know you're going to do amazing. In fact, he took a couple of clients of ours. i shouldn't say took, but some of the clients went with him. And honestly, I'm pretty excited about that. Like, I think they're to served really well.
00:04:54
Speaker
um And so. It's been really positive, I think, for both parties. So good luck, man. And thank

you. And if anybody has any questions, nothing really changes here at Uncommon Wealth Partners. We're still serving people in an uncommon way and trying to do the best for people. And so nothing really changes here.
00:05:12
Speaker
I continue to serve and we keep on taking on new clients at a record pace. So I know we're doing something right. and super grateful for just the people that have made Uncommon Wealth who they are or who we are today.
00:05:26
Speaker
Even if they're not here, um I really don't have any animosity to anybody that's been working for us and then now decided to step out and do something new. In fact, I've done the opposite, which is just how can I help?
00:05:37
Speaker
What's the next phase? um I think that's good for them. It's good for us. Thank you for listening. You've been listening to the Uncommon Wealth Podcast. Until next time, I'd say go help somebody achieve their dreams and help them go and do an uncommon thing.
