Speaker: Welcome to Spill the Kibble. I'm Kel. I'm Dr. G. And I'm Dr. M. And we're here to tell your clinic stories. But first, how are you both doing today?

Speaker: Doing okay today. was The sun was shining, the birds were out, it was a lovely day, you know? you Can't complain. i could complain, I'm not gonna. It was a fine day.

Speaker: You're not allowed to complain. What could you complain about? i was I was away from the office last week, so I don't have like a ton of that stuff to do. I know, mama took a break and it was delightful. And then I was back in in the saddle today. But a package arrived while I was gone that I'm shocked to find that nobody from my team ah touched. I don't know if I wanna shout out the company that sent it or not, because we are hashtag not sponsored by them. um

Speaker: But since you don't get to do a ton of GP stuff, you don't get these like random swag bags and boxes that show up. Was it a bouquet of, let's call them ingestible creations? It was not. That's a good guess. Cal, do you have a guess for what secret package arrived while I was gone?

Speaker: Was it another accidental cat toy box that was sent to you on two by mistake? It was not. Because it happened once, correct? That did happen once. we We got an oopsie order of cat toys, um and we have used up a lot of them in practice, but that's okay. No, it was a sponsored box of various hot sauces,

Speaker: inspired by canine osteoarthritis. What? okay Okay. How many how many how many hot sauces?

Speaker: There were four, representing four different layers and levels of osteoarthritis that your pet may be experiencing. They do have names. I did take pictures because I'm not a monster. I wouldn't hold that away from you guys.

Speaker: ta ofru Well, we got to post it on Instagram. What'd you well would she say Kaller, Ruber, Tuber, wait, hang up. Sorry. I feel like you're giving us like a prompt from let's make some noise. I can't do it slower or faster.

Speaker: Kaller, Ruber, Tuber, and I guess rigor doesn't belong. There's a fourth one for inflammation in it. There's there's a fourth one. um That is not the name of the hot sauces. All right, the hot sauces puns. ah Yes, they theyre they they're pun light. I would not say that these are top tier puns. I think people could have to be accessible to the masses. Not everybody's a pun genius. No, and it was a collab. It was a collab with a brand I've never heard of before, but like good on them. They made the sauce and it was.

Speaker: Hippanero. Hippanero would have been great, yeah. Honestly, if there's any if there's any that come off the dome that you feel like would be a good option, because you're not going to hit any of the ones that are here.

Speaker: Stiflano. Stiflano sounds like a drug name. ah does That you sneezed halfway through. I'm not good at this because I don't know the context of the... I'm going to hit you with some phrases just to give you a little leg up on the competition. Oh, okay. Thank you. I do feel uniquely suited loving hot food and managing arthritis a lot. but That's fair. Should I take off the cans?

Speaker: No, no, no, it's okay. You already know these, so it's fine. um Joint mice is a fun one that you can toss in there. Joint mouse, joint mice. That's a fun phrase. You can even help come up with some meniscus.

Speaker: That's a fun one to toss in there. Feel free to add more. i I don't know who you're looking at. You, the veterinarian. yeah for ask I'm not asking her to name different. The only arthritis I know about is rheumatoid. That's it. That's the only one. That and regular. that It comes in two flavors. You got rheumatoid, you got regular. That's all you get. I want cool. We're on a budget here. I only know two.

Speaker: Osteophyte? Osteophyte. Get ready for an osteophyte with your colon after you handle these hot sauces. May I say their instructions came with this box?

Speaker: Instructions for arthritis? Instructions for how to eat the sauces. Oh. A la Hot Ones. They encouraged people to choose a sauce, take a bite, and then film answering questions about osteoarthritis and then upload it to social media. oh It's a pretty great campaign.

Speaker: So my understanding of that show is you start more mild than work your way up to hot. I think so. Yeah. You start mild and you work your way to hot. And honestly, if you lived closer, I would get you in on this action and we could do the sauces.

Speaker: e up Yeah, I'm going to canvas every relief hospital that I work at and see what's going on. I'll send pictures so that hopefully if you can get your hands on some of these sauces and we can that we can revisit this and maybe do a little a little I can ask you the questions. Did you try them yet?

Speaker: Oh my God. No, I'm scared, but I would do it for you guys. ah Okay, let's put a, well, I mean, I'd love to keep talking about it but I'm totally cool to put a pin in Well, we at least talk about the names? Yeah. you want to know the names? ok Yes. Okay, level one is a cayenne hot sauce, and it's called mild mutt.

Speaker: Oh, okay. So it is really generic. Yeah, I mean, they're keeping it they're keeping it friendly for for every layperson, hither and yon. I got you, got you. Level two or stage two, as they have it labeled, LOL, is a habanero hot sauce called hot dog.

Speaker: it's got a little dachshund on it. Okay. Are these all dog related? Yeah. Yeah. This is a drug. The drug's probably very specific for dogs. Oh. Should be fair. They're not caddiced. This is on brand. Oh, okay. Okay.

Speaker: um Then they have a jalapeno. Then and I will not get my britches in a twist till right now. ah Stage three is a jalapeno hot sauce called a little rough. R-U-F-F.

Speaker: And then the final stage, stage four, is a ghost pepper hot sauce and it is howling heat. Ooh, okay. I took some time with these. That's good. A little. Yeah, again, I think we probably could ah i think we probably could have gotten in a little sillier with it, but I understand it was for the masses, not for the niche type of people that we are But isn't this company's probably just distributing this as marketing for practices, not for sale?

Speaker: You're right. It could have been. It's very cute. i'm going to send to you a picture of the packaging because you're going to die. We can post them on Instagram. Yeah, we can. Absolutely.

Speaker: Sponsor us, whoever you are. Yeah, this would be a big gift. they They said, we did sponsor you. We gave you some hot sauce. Sure.

Speaker: I mean, they they want us to be social with it, you know? yeah Sure.

Speaker: Ooh, ah. Aches and flames, is that's very good. Aches and Flames. Oh, the labels are cute. They're very cute. I'm shocked nobody touched any of these. They were just sitting in the break room.

Speaker: So they're for you now, obviously. Yeah, I'm all about this. I would do that challenge. It's so cute. The art is so cute. It's very cute. Did you want to say what drug it was?

Speaker: Should we? Or should we wait until we get it and taste it? the The product that sponsored these delightful sauces our good sweet friend Galoprans.

Speaker: If you haven't heard of it love that is a is a great NSAID once a day, which is really convenient for a lot of owners. A little little bit more specific to arthritis, a little bit easier on the liver and kidneys for senior pets.

Speaker: um You know, i know it's not a perfect fit for everybody, but for my nervous Nellies that, you know, their dog's a little bit older, they want to be a little bit more cautious and tiptoe into analgesia. I think it's a great option.

Speaker: So, yeah, get into it. This is a great marketing ploy. These are those sweet, sweet kickbacks that you guys are always hearing about. you're I think you've leveled up from pens. put mike Put my kids through college and placed four hot sauces in Exactly. so Yeah. Love it though. But honestly, so fun. So thank you, Olanco, for giving us this delightful little treat. And hopefully we will explore a little bit more. I don't want to do it alone. i don't really like spicy stuff, but I would do it for you guys. I love to do this. And is this a regional thing? I say Olanco.

Speaker: Well, tomato, tomato? Listen, I just got tore up the other day for saying Super Mario, so I'm i'm feeling testy. Who did that to you? Not us. No, not you.

Speaker: Which sounds better to you? Yours. Okay. That was the correct answer. I'm relatively sure. But, you know, there's different. Some people say cox-eye. Some people say cox-ee.

Speaker: so and That's wrong. Well, it's regional, babe. They're allowed. Well, I mean, this seems like a good point to just start into stories.

Speaker: You got some hot stories for us. Some sizzling, hot, fresh stories off the press. Yes. Hot, hot stories. The mutts are mild, the dogs are hot, and we're howling with heat. It's time to spill the kibble.

Speaker: Our first story begins. A client called the clinic stating his four-year-old male husky was chewing his butthole raw and wouldn't stop.

Speaker: Tell it. Classic. Classic. Always getting raw. I asked if the dog had a history of doing this or chewing anywhere else on his body in the past, and the client said he had never done this before.

Speaker: The owner informed us that he was actively bleeding, so I suggested he bring the dog in so the vet could examine him. Thoughts? Feelings? Comments? Concerns? What are we what are we thinking right now?

Speaker: Huskies?

Speaker: ah Dr. M is getting toned with kitten lifts right now. There's a cat in air jail.

Speaker: um Husky, all that fur, brighten the back bits. um I mean, I got to go just classic hotspot over its ishiatic tuberosity.

Speaker: I'm guessing anal gland abscess, personally. so good one. You know? Show me pinworms. Oh, no. Can I get a perianal adenoma?

Speaker: ah Is he an intact male husky by chance? um And just so in case we're going to call that, let's throw perianal officials on the list. Yeah, just just to you know keep everybody grounded out. The spiciest of b-holes. They do be spicy.

Speaker: Well, let's see what happens. Let's see. ah So the owner was very stressed that he could not get him to stop chewing. So I suggested using an e-collar if he had one available to him. Thought you were going to say Tabasco sauce. Great call.

Speaker: I don't think that would work in this situation. Tabasco. I'm more of a bitter apple. Put some respect on its name. Spray some bitter apple spray and give it a little of diatomaceous earth.

Speaker: Rub some dirt in it. Exactly. B-M-A-M. So to continue, the owner gave a long pause before asking if that was the cone thing that we gave him after the dog was neutered. Yeah.

Speaker: Yeah. I think in relation to the e-collar. So we're we're doing the right thing, right? Absolutely. Never throw it out. You ever call Betsy collar? Mm-hmm. That's cute. Because it's actually, i it's called an Elizabethan collar, correct? That's why it's E-collar. Yeah. That is why it's E-collar. But yeah, I've definitely seen it as Betsy collar. And I was like, that's adorable. And it's pretty cute.

Speaker: Yeah. So I was happy to hear that he held on to it. So I answered with an enthusiastic guess and added them to the schedule to come in later that day.

Speaker: I was not prepared for what I saw when they arrived. Tutu. What do you think? gotta to be a tutu. Happened. Lampshade. You call her tutu. Over your butt.

Speaker: Put it on your butt. It's on your butt. oh They wore it like a butt thing. You on the butt. Hoopskirt. Hoopskirt. Come on, come on, come bear it is. I've never hoped I've been more right.

Speaker: Should we find out? Yes, please. Okay. When I walked out to escort them to the exam room, I had to hold back my laughter. The owner had put the cone around the waist, covering the rectum and tail area instead of around the neck.

Speaker: You know what? More than one way to to get there. If it was working. It was still on. it sounds functional and fashionable. Fashionable. That's what I was going to say. yeah It's giving Lizzie McGuire in that um inflatable igloo dress.

Speaker: I took the words out of my mouth, too. Now, I will say. It's like we're it's like we're finishing each other's sandwich. Oh, boy. As a clay person, I mean, I know how it works, but like,

Speaker: If I heard the technician say e-collar, I would immediately think, oh it goes around the neck. I guess in the in the rush of trying to take them to the vet and cover up the affected area, they were like, oh, it goes around the waist. Yeah.

Speaker: i don't know. Yeah, I think it's tough to divorce myself from knowing exactly where that thing belongs. I feel like it's been an enough um like pop culture references at this stage that most people have like an inkling. But I say most, not all.

Speaker: Some people maybe have never seen how it works, and they did their best. That is true. ah Maybe that dog's so ugly. face was its butt.

Speaker: ah That's horrible. up Or maybe because it was a husky, he was like, it's ah how is this gonna go around his big, thick, furry neck? Right. His waist is smaller than his neck? I don't know, I'm just... Okay, model. 35, 5, 34? That sounds right.

Speaker: five im thirty four that sounds right Is that hot? Oh my gosh. Well, to finish, even though the owner used the e-collar incorrectly, it worked for the short term before they could be seen by the vets. So all's well that ends well.

Speaker: Oh, we don't get to know what happened to the butt. happened? It's got to be one of the ones we came up with. Probably. Yeah. Pinworms. I guess. Classic. Classic pinworms. Yeah. The story was more about the cone than it was the the case.

Speaker: that's That's understandable. That's fantastic. You know, we're not we're not here to diagnose your problems that have already absolutely been treated. yeah um We're here to laugh sure i'm here to laugh. Have either of you seen this in action for in real life? Has this ever have it has a pet?

Speaker: with an e-skirt come waltzing in. the I have, yeah, I've seen people jokingly put e-skirts on to that dance around the clinic.

Speaker: A little hee-haw, but I've never seen a dog elect to wear it that way. No, I've never done that. a dog elected to wear it that way. like They woke up in the morning and said, you know what? I think I'm going to be different. The illusion of choice. Going out in that, let's rethink this one. Rearrange death.

Speaker: When you're at the mall and you put on shirt and you think it's a tube top and the retail clerk is like, no, ma'am, that's a skirt.

Speaker: I need to turn you right back into the dressing room there. yeah Well, what if he was just nervous that someone else would be dressed the same as him? So he needed to switch it up so he didn't match by accident.

Speaker: It's possible. sure you good Do you guys wear matching scrubs at your practice or is it a? Yeah, we wear matching scrubs. Cute little family. Aw. Yeah. At Christmas time, everybody's got the same PJs. When I was a receptionist, I had to wear the ugliest scrub tops I'd ever seen in my life.

Speaker: Why? Women were ugly. From far away. They looked like a weird 90s jungle print. Love it already. But close up, dog and a cat.

Speaker: In weird colors. I'm sure I've shared I don't love a prince. You know what? there's There's a bell curve to Prince for me. There's so some that are like ah too modern, too simple, too whatever. And there's some that are way too extreme. And then there's this nice little niche where like they're almost too weird to not enjoy the frivolity that comes with them. We have a few that are very much from the 80s and 90s. Thread bear.

Speaker: I won't let anyone throw them away. I'm a monster. If anyone tries, I'm taking them home with me. They have the most ridiculous patterns you've ever seen in your entire life.

Speaker: Cartoon breeds doing extreme sports. ah One is just a Hawaiian shirt sunset, orange and black. No animals on them at all. ah One is just bears holding signs.

Speaker: Do the signs say things? I don't remember. I'm going to take some pictures. They're truly works of art in ways that I can't like. Sometimes they get so ugly and weird that I'm like, this is good again.

Speaker: Yeah. I think we can keep it to like a casual Friday situation. i just I got to be honest. I feel like it kind of cheapens the medicine. One has manatees.

Speaker: Oh, under the water scenes. That's different. Yeah, sea cows. Whoever worked there before really loved Florida. Somebody loved Florida. They were working for the weekend. And by the weekend, I mean the entire summer. or winter, probably the winter in Florida. It's very much a snowbird situation.

Speaker: ah Yeah, I would take that over what I had to wear. That's fair. Well, anyway, I have another story. Yes, please. It has nothing to do with clothes. Darn. One of these days. Hmm.

Speaker: I know, right? I mean, the last one was kind of close. We've had socks. True. Our socks clothes are an accessory. It depends how cold it is. Oh, that is true. Necessity. So, the next story begins.

Speaker: We had a six-year-old cat named Missy come into the ER... r for a bloody wound. The owner explained that she had seen what looked like a scab on the cat's neck, and she used a medical wipe, but it was bloody after she wiped it, and the cat's fur was matted pretty badly.

Speaker: ah What are your first thoughts? Vampire. ha ha ha ha. Midnight vampire bit back. I was going to say Revenant, so yeah, I think we're both. Yeah, a bunicula situation. We're both barking up the wrong tree.

Speaker: No, I want it to be a bunicula. They're doing a bunicula today. So you think a rabbit sucked the blood out of the cat's neck? I think a rat of vampire rabbit sucks the orange out of carrots, and a real vampire bit this cat on the neck. Oh, okay, okay.

Speaker: I'm so glad we got our fictional Yeah, just to keep it straight. I don't want to villainize Benicula. That's true. Okay, I'll play the straight man and say it's an abscess. What's wrong with you two?

Speaker: if Probably from a bite, maybe. Kiguribra. oh Now we're talking. What's that? It's bot fly.

Speaker: love bot fly. So you hate spooders and centipodes, but a bot fly is cool. Bot flies the best. What's that game where you like bop the moles on the head? Whack-a-mole. Whack-a-mole. It's the best kind of reverse whack-a-mole you've ever played. Because they pop in and out to breathe.

Speaker: And you got to like wait and then get them. You pull them out. It's delightful. How many times have you had to do that? Not enough. If you have want flies, bring them to me. It's rare in my neck of the woods, unfortunately. Same. I've never had the pleasure. What? Zero. Zero.

Speaker: I had one in the very high-end rich town that I was working in, and this very lovely lady like rescued a cat from outside and was letting it sleep on her face. I'd brought it in for a routine check, didn't know it had anything, and I was like, oh my God, you have butterfly. It's got a friend. And she still brings it up. Whenever she comes in, she's like, you were so excited. i was oh so out.

Speaker: Was there only one? There's only one. Usually, in my experience, for the pets that I see, there's usually only one. I don't know why I keep coming back to you. Yeah, real lone wolf sees Cougaribra. Yeah.

Speaker: Okay. Well, should we find out what happens? Yes, please. Sorry. Okay. So I started to get some history on Missy, asking about if there was another cat in the house or if she went outdoors, but the owner said no to both questions.

Speaker: I asked if she thought Missy had gotten injured, but the owner didn't think so. She had been home all day watching her grandkids and told me that Missy had snoozed in front of the window out of the way for most of the day. What are you guys thinking? Yeah, but.

Speaker: Snooze at the window? ants Ants come by windows. Flies. Lay babies. Spiders. Spiderbite. Spoonerbite. Spider-Man.

Speaker: Sprooter boot. Yeah, could be. Batman, Piderman. Wait, BB gunshot. ah Okay, we're going real crazy now. Hey, I've seen just as many, I think I've seen more BBs than bots, to be fair.

Speaker: Really? I've also seen more than bots, yeah. the

Speaker: i got you okay so to continue the story missy was very irritated and had fought with the owner to get into the carrier so we decided we might need to sedate her before we examined her so that she wouldn't get injured any further what do you guys i mean i feel like that's a common thing you might do for an angry cat correct but Yeah, a fearful, painful, upset cat for sure. i think sometimes that's the kindest thing to do.

Speaker: yeah Yeah. Especially if you have to like shave and it's ouchy. o I'd want a little something something to take the edge off if I'd been bit by a vampire shot with a BB and you needed to shave the area.

Speaker: I had to shave a cat's booty today. um It did really well. we did We did not need to give it anything, but i'm I'll be the first one to throw you some GABA or go past that. But we want to give it a little whirl and it did great.

Speaker: Well, let's see what happens. I took Missy to the back to get everything ready when my coworker came over to see if I needed any help. We joke that this coworker is like a cat whisperer.

Speaker: So I was happy to let her try calming Missy down with the hope that we could examine her without sedation. One churu later, she had Missy out of the carrier and out of the exam table with the second churu in hand. I love it.

Speaker: Dr. M, you are a proponent of the Churu. I think we both are pro-Churu, no? Huge fan. Love it. Honestly, it's so nice to have- Can you explain what it is? Yeah, I call it get ah Kitty Gogurt. What do I?

Speaker: Really? Aw. It's basically just a- How do like a- lot yeah Sure. Yeah, I think so. kind of like a partial liquid, partial pate ah situation in a little like extra long salsa packet.

Speaker: Cat flavor, not cat flavored. wait two but ah Single serving tube metal tubes of cat preferred flavored baby food.

Speaker: Yeah, I would argue. Yeah, the consistency is very much that. Are they think you better. Reminds lot of words. My other question is, do you two have somebody? Do you have a co-worker that's a cat whisperer?

Speaker: Yeah, you're talking to him. oh Oh! Bada boom! Bada bing! So normally there's an unruly cat, they're like, Dr. to G, come over here. Yeah. i oh generally I generally ask for, like, no hands on cats. Like, I'm the only one who wants to touch it during an exam. You know, on standby if things are going, but it's way too easy to escalate.

Speaker: I respect their autonomy, their tenacity, and, yeah, I don't know. I just, ah I respect them, and somehow I think that works for them. Mm-hmm. Yeah, I think it's definitely a different approach. I think owning cats helps a little bit.

Speaker: Totally. Living with them and different ones helps you understand their psyche a little bit better and help us. You've tasted the rainbow and it helps you at work. Exactly. That's true.

Speaker: Dr. M, are you the cat whisperer at your clinic or someone else? I'm the best doctor working with cats right now. so I mean, yes, definitely. There um are some, especially the extra cranky ones that like me and one of the other technicians kind of get voluntold to go in there and do everything. Everybody's like, not it, not it. And we're like, it's fine. Half the time, it's a lot of talk and like not as much action as you think. um and Except when I brought my cat in and...

Speaker: I still think he was mostly talk. He was just very loud, unexpected talk. um But no, I also have ah a very, very, very part-time technician who pretty much just works like weekends. um And she loves a spicy cat.

Speaker: She adores a spicy cat. That is her wheelhouse. She loves it. some I think there's something so endearing about the yeah the cat whisperer. i think every clinic must have one. You have to.

Speaker: My original cat whisperer was a lovely technician named Laura. um She definitely enjoyed printed scrub tops. Big smoker, but just an absolute whiz when it came to, absolute whiz to hanging out with cats.

Speaker: Could do like a cat blood pressure with a Doppler by herself. um Central venous pressures. Just, boy, she could do it all. My last place taught them how to do a cat with jugular blood draws with just one person, which I still have it managed to figure out, but it was very impressive. They only knit under their own arm?

Speaker: Nobody can see this, so this is mostly for you but no, like cap cat sitting and then some so somehow holding off, but using like a claw hand to like stabilize and hold. So it's like a low restraint,

Speaker: I know the claw hands, right? You're going to get like your thumb and probably middle finger under the ravens of the mandible. then you got one on top of their head. But there's a lot of ah there's a lot of the rest of the cat. It was something else. It was like an under under the head situation.

Speaker: I never learned how to do it For those of you that wish this was a YouTube, a lot of hand movements happening over here that have not fully solved this for us, but um this is where we would we would edit in a cat into the hands and it would look perfect. I'll attempt to position how I remember and send a picture to you guys later. Okay.

Speaker: Thank you. Sounds good. You're welcome. Well, let's see what happens with Missy. ah Yes, please. Seems like, ah so now Missy is able to be examined.

Speaker: Just to getting us back to the story. Yes, please. ah Taking a look at the cat's neck, I could see where the fur was matted and carefully started to examine the area, only to find the last thing I ever thought to see. Ooh, its own claw.

Speaker: Dumb. We're not gonna spit fire anymore. We're just gonna do two. Icky bubble gum. Well, because there were kids, right? She said there were kids running around in the house.

Speaker: There were kids, yes. You're right. Okay, so bubble gum. ah What else? Something you would never expect. Another smaller cat. A he hear um a fortune cookie that knows all your deepest circus secrets.

Speaker: An alien. a gong. ah I don't. truly don't know. feel like bot fly or vampire buddy. It wasn't a bloody wound.

Speaker: It was a red, jolly rancher. Okay, I was close with gum. Okay. It seems like the grandkids had left their half-eaten candy around and Missy had got it stuck in her fur.

Speaker: The owner happily took Missy home with a fresh buzz cut and a belly full of churru. All right. That's a fantastic outcome. Good experience for a scared Missy.

Speaker: Yeah. Yes. Well, and I think, like, I would assume because if you thought you saw a scab and you wiped it away and it was red, you would assume it's blood, but it was a it was the Jolly Rancher. yeah A lot of people think that things that aren't blood are blood.

Speaker: Cherry red. True. um I saw a pet today and the owner had to warn me that it was not sprinkled with blood, but that their young children had had spaghetti for lunch. And so there was like little spaghetti sauce splatters all over the dog that was under it. What? He's like, I gotta give it a bath. I'm sorry. It's okay.

Speaker: Thank you for telling me, though. life Life comes at you fast, huh? Spaghetti sauce be flying if you're little. Put that fork down a little too hard, everyone's covered. how much How much sauce was it?

Speaker: You don't understand. I don't know what it is, but children, you give them something messy, and it can just get everywhere. I'm so sure i figured out how much time did they have to, how much time did they have to clean up this little spaghetti guy? It was minimal sauce. Okay.

Speaker: And since there were two small children, I have to imagine they took precedence over the small splatters. And it's a dog. He, look at that. We have witness. He subscripts. He's smart. He knows those kids are going to drop something.

Speaker: Yeah. i don't know. The Nona in me just wants to have the dog lick a napkin and then get the smush off his face. Well, sure. wow And we love that part of you. Thank you. it was a white dog, too. So I like, I really didn't know.

Speaker: Are you going to hold your cat? Are going show us the thing? Oh, I don't think I can do it from this angle. Okay, don't do it. No, no, don't do it. they They look happy. He's not.

Speaker: Okay, good. This doesn't sound happy. Nope.

Speaker: Okay, now as we watch, dr Dr. M is being bitten by her own cat. Playfully. looked playful. um Now she's either holding Jolly Ranchers or she is bleeding greatly.
