Introduction to Solarpreneur Podcast

00:00:03
Speaker
Welcome to the Solarpreneur Podcast where we teach you to take your solar business to the next level.
00:00:08
Speaker
My name is Taylor Armstrong.

Taylor's Journey to 150 Deals

00:00:10
Speaker
I went from $50 in my bank account and struggling for groceries to closing 150 deals in a year and cracking the code on why sales reps fell.
00:00:19
Speaker
I teach you to avoid the mistakes I made and bring in the top solar dogs of the industry to let you in on the secrets of generating more leads, falling up like a pro and closing more deals.

Understanding Solopreneurship

00:00:31
Speaker
What is a solopreneur, you might ask?
00:00:33
Speaker
A solopreneur is a new breed of solopro that is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve mastery, and you are about to become one.

Introducing Jared Uelu

00:00:43
Speaker
Okay, we're here with Jared Uelu.
00:00:46
Speaker
Yes, sir.
00:00:47
Speaker
We're jamming here on a podcast out here in Dallas, Texas.
00:00:51
Speaker
I'm excited to be with Jared because he has mastered the art of sales.
00:00:56
Speaker
He's crushing a ton of deals.
00:00:57
Speaker
Number two office for all the pure, right?
00:01:00
Speaker
Yes.
00:01:00
Speaker
Okay.
00:01:01
Speaker
So coming from number one, but they're closing tons of deals, having lots of success.
00:01:06
Speaker
And most importantly, just influencing the lives of everyone he works with.
00:01:10
Speaker
And I know doing a lot in the community.
00:01:13
Speaker
So Jared, thanks for coming on podcast here with us today.
00:01:16
Speaker
Appreciate you, brother.
00:01:16
Speaker
Thank you.
00:01:17
Speaker
Yeah, it's going to be a good time.
00:01:18
Speaker
And the

Jared's Sales Success and Transition

00:01:19
Speaker
first time I kind of heard of you and got to know you, we were just talking before this, is the Noxstar competition.
00:01:24
Speaker
This guy, he did, what was it, 23 deals in a week?
00:01:27
Speaker
Yes.
00:01:28
Speaker
Yeah, insane amount of deals.
00:01:29
Speaker
I remember at the time, everyone's like, man, this guy's got to be like cheating or something.
00:01:33
Speaker
Yes.
00:01:34
Speaker
Did you get that all out?
00:01:35
Speaker
Dude, you know what was awesome was the way that we were just held accountable.
00:01:39
Speaker
Yeah.
00:01:40
Speaker
I know when Danny and Taylor was like, dude, you've got to post a picture with the customer and you've also got to post like the loan docs have been signed.
00:01:47
Speaker
For me, I made it a point to always make sure that those two things were always posted so that it was verified and that everyone knew that like, dude, this is legit.
00:01:56
Speaker
Like you can't Photoshop that.
00:01:57
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:01:58
Speaker
Like, and so that was one of the things like when it came to accountability, I wanted to make sure that
00:02:02
Speaker
But dude, it was fun, man.
00:02:05
Speaker
It was fun.

Alarms to Solar: Jared's Industry Shift

00:02:06
Speaker
And it just goes to show that like, you know, where I came from, I came from the alarm industry and my best week in alarms was 27 in a week.
00:02:15
Speaker
But I, you know, the stereotype of, well, dude, solar is a bigger loan.
00:02:20
Speaker
You can't just like sell alarms like you sell solar.
00:02:23
Speaker
It's like, no, you actually can.
00:02:25
Speaker
Like you can do what you do in alarms, you could do in solar, right?
00:02:29
Speaker
And so I know in solar, it's like, if you have...
00:02:32
Speaker
seven in a week it's a big week yeah but it's like why can't you go and do alarm numbers in a solar uh industry but yeah dude it was fun man and uh definitely great for that time and i definitely remember you dude you were you and i were on the same team and i know we battled hard man we just yeah
00:02:49
Speaker
Fell a little short, but it was fun.
00:02:51
Speaker
Yeah.
00:02:51
Speaker
Good experience.
00:02:52
Speaker
I know, next time.
00:02:52
Speaker
So is that one of your goals is like be your best alarm week in solar?
00:02:56
Speaker
It was.
00:02:57
Speaker
I mean, yeah, coming into it, I just thought because I just heard like, you know, just all these things about like, dude, solar, like you can't, like this is typically, and I'm like, no, like you could do it.
00:03:08
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:03:08
Speaker
I worked with dogs in the alarm industry that broke those barriers and stereotypes.
00:03:14
Speaker
So I'm like, if they could do an alarm, we could do it in solar.
00:03:17
Speaker
I know,

Adapting During the Pandemic

00:03:18
Speaker
right?
00:03:18
Speaker
Yeah.
00:03:18
Speaker
Well, every, yeah, almost every, um, like top guy, I see so many people coming from alarms and that's what they all say is they're just treating it like an alarm.
00:03:27
Speaker
So, cause I think guys that come in fresh from the industry or, you know, pest control or whatever, sometimes they think, Oh, that's the way bigger.
00:03:33
Speaker
So the loan, all that.
00:03:35
Speaker
But it's like, as you make it a big deal in your head, the bigger deal, it's going to be to the customer too.
00:03:39
Speaker
You know?
00:03:41
Speaker
I agree with that.
00:03:42
Speaker
Um, well, cool man.
00:03:42
Speaker
Let's, uh, just real quick, do you want to tell us kind of how you transitioned from alarms to solar and, uh,
00:03:48
Speaker
you know, how you've gone in the industry and everything?
00:03:51
Speaker
Yeah, absolutely.
00:03:52
Speaker
Just really just looking for opportunity.
00:03:54
Speaker
Okay.
00:03:54
Speaker
So obviously 2020 year, COVID year, interesting year, right?
00:03:58
Speaker
A lot of things happen.
00:04:00
Speaker
Obviously we know the pandemic, but it was actually my biggest year.
00:04:03
Speaker
Most money I've ever made, most alarms I've ever sold.
00:04:05
Speaker
Yeah.
00:04:06
Speaker
And the opportunity presented itself after the summer with solar.
00:04:09
Speaker
And here I am in Texas, dude.
00:04:11
Speaker
So yeah.
00:04:12
Speaker
But yeah, no, got back on the, got into the industry back in 2011.
00:04:15
Speaker
As I was sharing with you after lunch today, you know, I had a companion and a missionary that I served with.
00:04:22
Speaker
Dude, what's funny is he, so he, he's like, dude.
00:04:26
Speaker
He gets home, he starts writing me.
00:04:27
Speaker
He's like, bro, I just bought myself a brand new BMW.
00:04:30
Speaker
I'm like, wait, what?
00:04:31
Speaker
You found a job that quick you're making?
00:04:33
Speaker
He's like, no, dude, door to door.
00:04:34
Speaker
Like, what are you doing after the mission?
00:04:35
Speaker
You going to school?
00:04:36
Speaker
I'm like, no, I'm not going to school.
00:04:38
Speaker
And he's like, dude, just sign these papers.
00:04:40
Speaker
Sent me like a thick packet.
00:04:41
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:04:43
Speaker
And I was like, cool.
00:04:43
Speaker
He's like, dude, just come sell with me, dude.
00:04:45
Speaker
Like, I'll help you make a bunch of money.
00:04:46
Speaker
And so I'm like, I don't have any plans.
00:04:48
Speaker
Cool.
00:04:48
Speaker
So sign the papers, then question it, send them back.
00:04:51
Speaker
And I was onboarded.
00:04:52
Speaker
Six months later, I get home.
00:04:54
Speaker
And I get my badge, I get my shirt, and I go out and knock my first year in Houston, Texas.
00:04:59
Speaker
So that's how I got into it, dude.
00:05:01
Speaker
And then just have been in it ever since and never really been the nine to five, you know what I mean?
00:05:06
Speaker
Yeah.
00:05:07
Speaker
Type of person, but yeah, that's awesome.
00:05:10
Speaker
Well, what about like solar?
00:05:12
Speaker
How many years did you do alarms for?
00:05:14
Speaker
Yeah, so I did alarms and I did a summer of pest control all the way up until basically 2020.
00:05:20
Speaker
Yes, it's been two years in the solar game.
00:05:24
Speaker
And I've always heard of solar, right?
00:05:26
Speaker
But I don't think in those days when I started with alarms that solar margins were...
00:05:32
Speaker
Yeah.
00:05:33
Speaker
What they are now.
00:05:34
Speaker
And so the timing of coming to solar, I'm definitely grateful for.
00:05:38
Speaker
And then just really like everything with alarms and pests, like, dude, that just gives you all the skillset, all the training, all the experience of like how to do door to door, how to build teams, how to master the art of selling skillset and all those things there.
00:05:50
Speaker
And then with solar, dude, it's just like, I look at it as like after college, you go and get your career job and you make the big bucks.
00:05:57
Speaker
Yeah.
00:05:58
Speaker
Like that's solar for me.
00:05:59
Speaker
I know.

Impact of COVID on Sales Tactics

00:06:00
Speaker
Yeah.
00:06:01
Speaker
Seriously, I know, crazy money right now.
00:06:03
Speaker
Yeah, great time.
00:06:04
Speaker
Well, yeah, and so 2020, were you nervous, like, coming in during COVID?
00:06:08
Speaker
Because, like...
00:06:09
Speaker
I don't know if you've heard this, but door-to-door was obviously getting shut down and all that.
00:06:14
Speaker
Yeah.
00:06:14
Speaker
In your head, was it kind of like a big deal?
00:06:16
Speaker
Yeah.
00:06:16
Speaker
Dude, it was.
00:06:18
Speaker
So just a personal experience.
00:06:20
Speaker
I had been feeling kind of a prompting that I needed to be in a location where I was working year-round.
00:06:28
Speaker
I had something stable.
00:06:29
Speaker
I wasn't traveling in the summer program six months on, six months off.
00:06:32
Speaker
And so I told my wife that I probably was going to be my last year.
00:06:36
Speaker
If I could find an opportunity where I could be in a market and just work the year round, I just didn't know what was going to be my next move.
00:06:43
Speaker
So 2020 going into it, I said, you know what, I'm going to commit to this year.
00:06:46
Speaker
And then whatever happens at the end of this year, like I want to be able to make sure that I'm following that prompting.
00:06:51
Speaker
And so I was nervous, dude.
00:06:53
Speaker
There was a lot of unknown because it's like you go from, and I remember, dude, I was on a blitz in Sacramento in February of 2020 and 530, dude.
00:07:03
Speaker
Everyone get off the doors.
00:07:04
Speaker
There's a, you know, on the news, this like lockdown thing of like people having COVID and all this.
00:07:11
Speaker
We're like, wait, what?
00:07:13
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:07:13
Speaker
They're like, yeah, get off the doors.
00:07:15
Speaker
Like you can't, you know, be knocking or whatever.
00:07:16
Speaker
It was like, it was a, it was a Sacramento thing.
00:07:19
Speaker
It was like a city mandate.
00:07:20
Speaker
Yeah.
00:07:20
Speaker
And I was like, what the freak?
00:07:22
Speaker
So after that, you were like, okay, you don't know what to expect.
00:07:25
Speaker
You're going into the summer.
00:07:27
Speaker
You start getting training on like how to knock because, you know, COVID and you don't want to expose yourself to whatever.
00:07:34
Speaker
Yes.
00:07:34
Speaker
Yeah.
00:07:35
Speaker
A lot of uncertainty, but at the same time, I was confident.
00:07:40
Speaker
Yeah.
00:07:40
Speaker
And I had no choice but to make that year.
00:07:44
Speaker
a great year.
00:07:46
Speaker
And so the great thing about that year that came out of COVID was I didn't use COVID as an excuse, but I used it as a springboard.
00:07:55
Speaker
Like, dude, I use it to my advantage.
00:07:56
Speaker
And I'm like, yo, everyone's talking about how this year is so crappy.
00:07:59
Speaker
I'm having an amazing year.
00:08:01
Speaker
And I love it, dude.
00:08:03
Speaker
Like it was dope.
00:08:04
Speaker
So in a way, I feel like COVID helped.
00:08:06
Speaker
I know.
00:08:07
Speaker
Yeah, I think it did.
00:08:08
Speaker
Especially, what was that part of the reason why you came to Texas?
00:08:10
Speaker
I don't know if you're considering like other markets.
00:08:12
Speaker
So here's the thing, dude.
00:08:14
Speaker
Things transpired with the last company.
00:08:16
Speaker
And we were in Tallahassee, Florida.
00:08:18
Speaker
I was managing that office.
00:08:19
Speaker
For Solar?
00:08:20
Speaker
For Alarms.
00:08:21
Speaker
Yeah, with Vivint.
00:08:22
Speaker
And we ended up, long story short, we ended up finishing, well, we finished the summer in Tallahassee, but we ended up doing kind of like an extension season in Austin, Texas.
00:08:32
Speaker
And that's what brought me to Texas.
00:08:34
Speaker
Because I was like, I don't know anyone in Texas.
00:08:36
Speaker
My buddy, Tavita, that's obviously the CSO now for Pure, had sold with him back in 2013.
00:08:41
Speaker
So we've been buddies for years.
00:08:42
Speaker
And he's like, dude, he's like, come out to Texas, man.
00:08:45
Speaker
Come try Blitz.
00:08:46
Speaker
I'm like, dude, no.
00:08:47
Speaker
I wouldn't move out to Texas.
00:08:48
Speaker
I don't know anyone.
00:08:49
Speaker
Like, I'm born and raised in Utah.
00:08:51
Speaker
Like, you know, find something in Utah or California.
00:08:53
Speaker
Anyways, we came out to Austin, Texas, and I was just jumping into kind of like the solar scene, per se.
00:08:59
Speaker
I remember trying to sell a solar deal, and I'm like, dude, I
00:09:05
Speaker
How does this make sense?
00:09:06
Speaker
Yeah.
00:09:07
Speaker
Call up Tavito.
00:09:08
Speaker
I'm like, dude, Tavito's here in Texas.
00:09:10
Speaker
It's like, well, I'm just asking him.
00:09:11
Speaker
Call him up.
00:09:12
Speaker
And he's like, dude, that's funny you call me.
00:09:15
Speaker
I'm actually in Austin.
00:09:16
Speaker
Like, we're doing a blitz out here.
00:09:17
Speaker
Wow.
00:09:18
Speaker
That's insane.
00:09:19
Speaker
Yeah.
00:09:19
Speaker
So, met with him.
00:09:21
Speaker
The rest is history, man.
00:09:22
Speaker
Ended up giving it a shot.
00:09:24
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:09:24
Speaker
And just like, dude, what's the worst that could happen?
00:09:27
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:09:28
Speaker
At least try it out.
00:09:29
Speaker
See...
00:09:29
Speaker
What it's like.
00:09:30
Speaker
And we did 11 deals in our first week as a team.
00:09:35
Speaker
Wow.

Building a Successful Sales Team

00:09:36
Speaker
It was like, cool.
00:09:38
Speaker
Like you set up the appointment.
00:09:39
Speaker
I'll go close it.
00:09:40
Speaker
Yeah, that's good.
00:09:41
Speaker
Let's go.
00:09:41
Speaker
Let's go rock and roll.
00:09:42
Speaker
You know, with that alarm mentality, you're you're just.
00:09:45
Speaker
that work ethics there and you're just you're crushing dude yeah so so were you like you just you work just as hard coming out and doing solar because i know a lot of people get into solar with the wrong mindset we're like okay i hear you can make just as much or more in solar and only have to work 25 of the hours or whatever just because yeah we make so much per deal it's like you can make that money but was your mindset just like i'm gonna come work at like alarms and
00:10:11
Speaker
Yeah, dude, you, yeah, no, my mindset was because the thing about it is you always, you always treat it the same way you treat anything else.
00:10:21
Speaker
And in alarms, we were always trained to, you know, have correlation meetings to work the hours, right?
00:10:27
Speaker
Meet every day.
00:10:29
Speaker
And so, you know, nothing changes.
00:10:31
Speaker
The only thing that changes is the product in which you're providing or selling on the doors.
00:10:35
Speaker
But everything else is just, it stays the same.
00:10:38
Speaker
And you want to treat it that way because when you start to do things that you don't normally do, then you don't get the same results.
00:10:44
Speaker
Right.
00:10:45
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:10:45
Speaker
And then, you know, you start to get lazy.
00:10:48
Speaker
And so, you know, our team, we're year round, dude, we meet every single day.
00:10:52
Speaker
Oh, right.
00:10:53
Speaker
Yeah.
00:10:53
Speaker
Like, like sometimes maybe not on like a lot of the holidays, right?
00:10:57
Speaker
Yeah.
00:10:58
Speaker
but like year round, dude, from January 1st to January 1st of next year, like it's the same schedule.
00:11:03
Speaker
Nice.
00:11:04
Speaker
What is the schedule?
00:11:05
Speaker
What's your typical like work day?
00:11:07
Speaker
So now that we're in the off season, the sun goes down a little bit sooner.
00:11:11
Speaker
We'll meet earlier in the summers.
00:11:13
Speaker
We'll meet like at 12.
00:11:14
Speaker
Right now we're meeting at 11.
00:11:16
Speaker
We've, you know, kind of, um, downsize our meetings in terms of time.
00:11:20
Speaker
Yeah.
00:11:21
Speaker
Uh, we're just basically going through it.
00:11:24
Speaker
Meet for about 30 to 45 minutes.
00:11:26
Speaker
Um, and then we're,
00:11:28
Speaker
you know, having a team lunch or grabbing lunch and hitting the doors until dark.
00:11:31
Speaker
Nice.
00:11:33
Speaker
But that's essentially the schedule every day.
00:11:34
Speaker
Yeah.
00:11:35
Speaker
You know, that's been good, man.
00:11:37
Speaker
It becomes a part of your life, your daily routine.
00:11:39
Speaker
Yeah.
00:11:41
Speaker
And so that's kind of, it's been cool.
00:11:43
Speaker
We're going two years on just doing this year round.
00:11:45
Speaker
We're so used to the summer schedule where you're just, it's like a five-month blitz, right?
00:11:50
Speaker
Yeah.
00:11:51
Speaker
I don't know.
00:11:52
Speaker
But,
00:11:52
Speaker
Yeah, that's cool.
00:11:53
Speaker
Well, yeah, I've noticed that too.
00:11:55
Speaker
I think as you get guys meeting every day, they just get more in the habit because I see teams all the time where they go, I don't think guys are going out consistently.
00:12:04
Speaker
But then you ask them how often they're meetings, like they're meeting once a week.
00:12:07
Speaker
And then they're wondering whether guys aren't like they're getting out late or not going out at all.
00:12:11
Speaker
So every team that has success, they all say, oh, we just meet every day.
00:12:16
Speaker
Yes.
00:12:18
Speaker
Yeah, no one person is bigger than the team.
00:12:19
Speaker
The truth is...
00:12:21
Speaker
you know a lot of veteran guys dude i don't need these meetings these meetings are for the rookies yeah and it's like no dude you actually do need the team meetings because you can't produce the same amount that you're producing if you're just on your own rather than if you're plugged in and you're showing up to team meeting and you're learning and you're bought in and you're feeding off the energy and the culture and the team success right
00:12:42
Speaker
And one of those things that that translates to that is our group me.
00:12:46
Speaker
Our group me is lit.
00:12:48
Speaker
Right.
00:12:49
Speaker
I mean, we every day it's popping off.
00:12:51
Speaker
Everyone that like posted something, everyone goes and likes it.
00:12:54
Speaker
Like when someone gets a set, everyone's going on there and congratulating that one person.
00:12:59
Speaker
It's not this just like two or three likes like it's everyone's nice.
00:13:04
Speaker
for each other and like everybody eats that's awesome dbe baby dbe yeah love it love it that's sweet but do you have to get do you kind of tell people that as they join the team or everyone just sees the group follow suit man follow suit man everyone sees everyone doing it and uh everyone buys into that and what's cool is like you never have to tell the team to do that
00:13:23
Speaker
Our culture is each individual.
00:13:26
Speaker
It's just who we are.
00:13:28
Speaker
It's not a made up, hey guys, we got to go back through and make sure that everyone's following up on the group meet or it's just who we naturally are as people.
00:13:38
Speaker
We genuinely want to see people succeed and see each other succeed that when my brother goes and gets a set or my brother goes and gets a close, I felt like that was my set or my close because it's juiced up.
00:13:49
Speaker
Yeah.
00:13:52
Speaker
It's been pretty cool, man.
00:13:53
Speaker
Yeah.
00:13:53
Speaker
That's fun.
00:13:54
Speaker
That's cool.
00:13:54
Speaker
Yeah.
00:13:54
Speaker
I mean, I stepped in your meeting a second, but yeah, I mean, got the great, a lot of polys on the team.
00:14:00
Speaker
I can tell everyone's eating on your team.
00:14:02
Speaker
Everyone's eating.
00:14:03
Speaker
That's how to do it.
00:14:04
Speaker
So I

Closing 23 Deals in a Week

00:14:05
Speaker
want to transition a little bit, Jared, just as we get shorter on time.
00:14:08
Speaker
So I know a lot of people are wondering, like, people like to hear 23 deals in a week.
00:14:13
Speaker
Absolutely.
00:14:14
Speaker
So for all the listeners are like, man, how did this guy, like...
00:14:18
Speaker
do 23 deals sounds impossible to most people.
00:14:20
Speaker
So do you want to walk us through like, what was your mindset for that week?
00:14:24
Speaker
What was your preparation?
00:14:25
Speaker
And I don't know.
00:14:25
Speaker
Yeah.
00:14:26
Speaker
How did you do 23 deals in a week?
00:14:28
Speaker
Yeah.
00:14:28
Speaker
One of the thing is, you know, coming from alarms, you have that chip on your shoulder and you want to make a name for yourself.
00:14:33
Speaker
Um, you want to be able to show people that you can do this.
00:14:35
Speaker
Um, one of the things as a Polynesian male,
00:14:38
Speaker
in this industry is I almost feel like we instantly come into this door-to-door game underdogs because of our ethnic group in the sense that like the stereotype of Polynesians in a sense is they're lazy they don't work hard they take a lot of breaks they don't last they quit and I've known a lot of people that have done door-to-door but I've also known a lot of Polynesians that
00:15:01
Speaker
that are top dogs, man, that have done really, really well.
00:15:03
Speaker
And I looked up to a lot of them and I still to this day, and that's always just been my quest and my goal of like changing that stereotype and, and letting people know that dude, we belong.
00:15:13
Speaker
We're not just people that like, we work at the airlines, like we talked about, we're construction workers and we're only made to carry a shovel.
00:15:21
Speaker
No man, like we're, we're just as talented.
00:15:24
Speaker
And I think that we have a lot of advantages as Polynesians and
00:15:28
Speaker
minorities in a sense that our ability to genuinely create relationships of thin air and get people to like you is natural and it's genuine and that ability to be able to connect with people and that's all sales is yeah is the ability to be able to really connect genuinely with people get them to like you right and then you're able to essentially persuade in a positive manner yeah and that's when the transaction happened so that that was just kind of that chip on my shoulder man it's like dude we belong Polynesians belong
00:15:57
Speaker
And my hope was for me to be able to represent our people.
00:16:02
Speaker
It doesn't matter what Polynesian or what company you work for.
00:16:05
Speaker
If you're a Polynesian in the industry, if I could be a person that could inspire or essentially...
00:16:13
Speaker
you know, people hear about and be like, dude, he did this.
00:16:17
Speaker
Um, and we have a team, we have a culture and it's, and it's all love.
00:16:20
Speaker
Like that, that was my goal.
00:16:21
Speaker
So going into the week, man, that was just that mentality.
00:16:24
Speaker
It was, I was closing every single deal.
00:16:26
Speaker
Like that, that was my, and obviously like it was just literally one of those perfect weeks where just things happen.
00:16:32
Speaker
Like we talk a lot about momentum in this industry.
00:16:34
Speaker
Momentum is everything, no matter what you're doing, whether you're in sports, whether you're in the sales game and anything like momentum is everything.
00:16:41
Speaker
Yeah.
00:16:42
Speaker
And it was like little things that started.
00:16:44
Speaker
So like the day, the first day, it was like two or three deals and that momentum led on to the next day and to the next day.
00:16:50
Speaker
And it just kept building.
00:16:51
Speaker
Literally, I remember my 23rd deals on Saturday night at like 1030.
00:16:56
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:16:57
Speaker
Everyone's like, dude, are you done yet?
00:16:59
Speaker
I'm like, no, I'm not done.
00:17:01
Speaker
Well,
00:17:01
Speaker
Like I am not done.
00:17:03
Speaker
Like, dude, I can go and sell five more.
00:17:05
Speaker
Like it's 1030, dude.
00:17:07
Speaker
I'm like not even tired.
00:17:08
Speaker
Wow.
00:17:09
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:17:09
Speaker
And Saturday we had a morning meeting at eight.
00:17:12
Speaker
And so that week was fun.
00:17:14
Speaker
It was a lot of momentum and it was just a perfect storm.
00:17:18
Speaker
Right.
00:17:18
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:17:19
Speaker
Like in every single deal, like I would say like 90% of the deal were both homeowners, both spouses.
00:17:25
Speaker
Right.
00:17:25
Speaker
You know, and I was able to just really just make it happen.
00:17:28
Speaker
Yeah.
00:17:28
Speaker
Yeah.
00:17:29
Speaker
How I was able to do it, very simple, right?
00:17:32
Speaker
Didn't overcomplicate it.
00:17:33
Speaker
The sales process is very simple.
00:17:35
Speaker
And that's why I love about solar because it's like at the end of it, it's either a yes or a no.
00:17:40
Speaker
Like if you can simplify the process and make it make sense and the numbers are there, at the end of the day, it's like you're either going to do it or you're not.
00:17:48
Speaker
Right.
00:17:48
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:17:49
Speaker
And so it was just one of those weeks, man, to be honest with you.
00:17:53
Speaker
Everything fell into place.
00:17:55
Speaker
Obviously, stacking it in regards to like, hey, if I was in a home where it was like a one-legged, dude, I'm coming back Friday when your wife gets home or your spouse gets home, right?
00:18:04
Speaker
And so a lot of those homes that I was falling back and going back to, I closed 80% of those.
00:18:09
Speaker
Wow.
00:18:09
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:18:10
Speaker
So it was building up.
00:18:11
Speaker
And I wasn't surprised, man.
00:18:13
Speaker
Like 23 deals in a week, I was not surprised that I did that.
00:18:16
Speaker
Nice.
00:18:17
Speaker
At the end of the week, Taylor called me.
00:18:18
Speaker
He said, dude, I'm like, dude, I could have done 30.
00:18:22
Speaker
Like, dude, I didn't maximize the whole week.
00:18:26
Speaker
Like, there were deals that I literally could have done like 30 deals.
00:18:30
Speaker
Really?
00:18:30
Speaker
So you've gotten more appointments.
00:18:33
Speaker
Yeah.
00:18:34
Speaker
There were some that I did close.
00:18:35
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:18:36
Speaker
And they were on the fence.
00:18:37
Speaker
And I was like, damn.
00:18:38
Speaker
You know, and so I don't know.
00:18:40
Speaker
I had this one liner.
00:18:41
Speaker
It was like, I remember Ashton Buswell.
00:18:43
Speaker
He said something about like, you know, the referral game.
00:18:45
Speaker
Like if you're in competition, that competition one liner, it's like, hey, this isn't about you.
00:18:49
Speaker
Or sorry, this isn't about me.
00:18:51
Speaker
This is about you.
00:18:52
Speaker
But let me tell you something that's going on with me.
00:18:54
Speaker
Yeah.
00:18:54
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:18:55
Speaker
Like there's this competition going on.
00:18:57
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:18:58
Speaker
And if I'm like able to maybe drop that, maybe I get a few more deals.
00:19:01
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:19:03
Speaker
Did you use that?
00:19:04
Speaker
I didn't, dude.
00:19:04
Speaker
I didn't tell any of them that I was in competition.
00:19:07
Speaker
Like I was just like, dude, don't waste my time, dude.
00:19:09
Speaker
You're either going to do this or you're not.
00:19:10
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:19:11
Speaker
And so if they weren't going to do it,
00:19:14
Speaker
You know, I'm like, all right, well, my mentality was everyone wants to go solar with me today.
00:19:19
Speaker
And if you're not that one, that's fine.
00:19:23
Speaker
Yeah.
00:19:23
Speaker
I'll literally just sign up with your neighbor.
00:19:26
Speaker
Nice.
00:19:26
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:19:27
Speaker
So I was on to

Leadership and Team Growth Philosophy

00:19:28
Speaker
my next appointment.
00:19:29
Speaker
But yeah, dude, it was fun, dude.
00:19:30
Speaker
So I think preparation mentally, momentum.
00:19:34
Speaker
Yeah.
00:19:35
Speaker
Right.
00:19:35
Speaker
And then, you know, it's just one of those weeks where everyone feels it, dude.
00:19:39
Speaker
Yeah.
00:19:39
Speaker
That week where you're just on a row and you're just like, dude, what the, I know it's just one of those weeks.
00:19:44
Speaker
Yeah.
00:19:44
Speaker
Well, and the difference between you and what a lot of people do is they get those couple of deals and like, Oh sweet.
00:19:49
Speaker
I can take it easy.
00:19:50
Speaker
Right.
00:19:51
Speaker
I just made 10,000 this week.
00:19:53
Speaker
Let's go take a break.
00:19:54
Speaker
Obviously it's not started, dude.
00:19:55
Speaker
You're, you're on a national platform.
00:19:57
Speaker
Yeah.
00:19:58
Speaker
So you can't really think that way.
00:19:59
Speaker
Yeah.
00:20:00
Speaker
And, you know, you're having meetings with these guys and you, you know, you're, you're like, you're literally telling everyone on zoom, like what you're going to do.
00:20:07
Speaker
Yeah.
00:20:08
Speaker
And if you don't live up to that, dude, like, then that was cool.
00:20:10
Speaker
Cause it challenged myself.
00:20:11
Speaker
I've always been one that's like, when the pressure's on dude, the pressure's a privilege.
00:20:15
Speaker
That was one of the things that, you know, I shared that week is like, dude, pressure's a privilege.
00:20:19
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:20:19
Speaker
Pressure is one of those things where like, not a lot of people have pressure.
00:20:22
Speaker
Yeah.
00:20:23
Speaker
Not a lot of people.
00:20:24
Speaker
And like,
00:20:24
Speaker
to have pressure, it's a privilege to be able to perform in that because if you don't have that pressure, you don't have opportunity.
00:20:31
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:20:33
Speaker
It's been fun.
00:20:35
Speaker
That was a fun event and a fun competition.
00:20:39
Speaker
I know.
00:20:40
Speaker
Incredible.
00:20:40
Speaker
Yeah, the only thing I wish we could have won, but it's all right.
00:20:43
Speaker
I'm getting it next time when the competition.
00:20:45
Speaker
But no, this is incredible.
00:20:47
Speaker
So were you knocking yourself?
00:20:49
Speaker
Were they like knocked?
00:20:50
Speaker
Did you have a big team setters feeding you a bunch of deals?
00:20:52
Speaker
Yeah, so we had a bunch of setters.
00:20:54
Speaker
We had a big team last year, so we had like over 30 setters.
00:20:57
Speaker
Okay.
00:20:59
Speaker
But then we also had like I wasn't the only closer.
00:21:01
Speaker
There was like five closers.
00:21:04
Speaker
But really anything that like as I was starting to close deals, everyone was like,
00:21:08
Speaker
dude, Jared's on the road.
00:21:09
Speaker
Like let's feed him.
00:21:10
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:21:11
Speaker
I'm like, dude, feed the other closers.
00:21:12
Speaker
Everybody eats baby.
00:21:14
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:21:14
Speaker
But what was cool was I had 23.
00:21:15
Speaker
We closed over 42 deals that week.
00:21:20
Speaker
Wow.
00:21:21
Speaker
42 deals, dude.
00:21:22
Speaker
Cause I had a closer.
00:21:24
Speaker
that had eight deals one that had 11 um i had 23 and then a few of them had like single digits yeah you know what i mean so it was like it was a week dude like it was unreal um and we parlayed that into you know really the the the entire year which we did pretty good um but yeah no for sure you know a lot of those setter leads yeah incredible oh yeah yeah
00:21:49
Speaker
Stack that many point.
00:21:50
Speaker
I mean, you're getting, yeah, you close more deals than most people book appointments in a week.
00:21:54
Speaker
So yeah.
00:21:55
Speaker
Yeah, dude.
00:21:56
Speaker
When you know your numbers are good.
00:21:57
Speaker
And I didn't understand it.
00:21:58
Speaker
Cause I'm like, dude, this is like, I've only been in solar less than a year.
00:22:01
Speaker
Like, what do you mean?
00:22:02
Speaker
This is not normal.
00:22:03
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:22:04
Speaker
Like, cause you know, they do a really good job at being able to show you the leaderboard every single day.
00:22:11
Speaker
And so every time I was in solar, I was always thinking alarms.
00:22:14
Speaker
Yeah.
00:22:15
Speaker
Like alarm numbers.
00:22:16
Speaker
Yeah.
00:22:16
Speaker
Like, this is,
00:22:17
Speaker
Yeah.
00:22:17
Speaker
Two today.
00:22:18
Speaker
I'm like, two today?
00:22:19
Speaker
What?
00:22:20
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:22:20
Speaker
Like, it's like, dude, in alarms that you're doing 15 to 20 a day.
00:22:25
Speaker
Yeah.
00:22:26
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:22:27
Speaker
So in my mind, I'm like, okay, we need to be doing like 10 to 12 solar deals a day.
00:22:32
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:22:34
Speaker
So like our biggest day is like eight deals in a day.
00:22:37
Speaker
Yeah.
00:22:38
Speaker
So that's fire.
00:22:39
Speaker
Well, that's awesome, man.
00:22:40
Speaker
Well, yeah.
00:22:40
Speaker
And so now we were talking before this, I know now you've kind of transitioned more into just, you know, the leadership side of things and helping your guys do it.
00:22:48
Speaker
And I know you're not quite as involved as closing deals now and knocking, but just towards helping others grow.
00:22:54
Speaker
You got this whole, everybody eat things, everybody eats on your computer here.
00:22:58
Speaker
So yeah.
00:22:58
Speaker
Tell us about that.
00:22:59
Speaker
How did you, uh,
00:23:00
Speaker
I don't know what went into you kind of transition to more into the leadership, helping your guys.
00:23:04
Speaker
What's this whole idea behind it?
00:23:06
Speaker
Yeah.
00:23:07
Speaker
So what you got going here?
00:23:08
Speaker
Duplication, man.
00:23:10
Speaker
Essentially duplicating your systems and your processes, being able to develop leaders so that you could duplicate yourself and that you could put yourself in a position to be able to help them and grow them.
00:23:20
Speaker
into those positions and continue to help them to grow.
00:23:23
Speaker
And I can do a lot of those things, right?
00:23:27
Speaker
If I'm not always knocking the door, if I'm not always closing a deal.
00:23:31
Speaker
If I could teach someone how to do what I've done and to be able to have the same success in regards to closing setting and recruiting, then essentially that's where we can scale and we can truly grow.
00:23:41
Speaker
But always the biggest thing is everybody eats.
00:23:43
Speaker
So where did that start?
00:23:44
Speaker
It started with understanding that
00:23:46
Speaker
In this industry, it really is an everyman for themselves.
00:23:51
Speaker
I don't care what company you've ever worked for.
00:23:52
Speaker
The guys at the top are always getting the most money.
00:23:55
Speaker
And you start to see as you grow into a leadership position or a management position, the breakdown of those overrides and the breakdown of how the money is dispersed.
00:24:04
Speaker
And you realize like, yo, the guy that's putting in the most work is getting paid the less and taking the most deductions.
00:24:09
Speaker
And you're

Quality Recruitment and Sustainable Growth

00:24:10
Speaker
just like, that makes no sense.
00:24:12
Speaker
But it's like, dude, I built this thing and I've done this and I've done that.
00:24:15
Speaker
But it's like, dude, you're not on the doors.
00:24:17
Speaker
You're not in the trenches.
00:24:19
Speaker
You're not doing this.
00:24:20
Speaker
So where I came in, I says, dude, like, obviously, eventually you're going to get it to where you're not on the doors as much.
00:24:26
Speaker
But if I ever grow to that position, then I'm going to give the margin.
00:24:29
Speaker
Mm hmm.
00:24:30
Speaker
And I'm going to spread the margin because that's allowing the guys in your leadership to be able to grow.
00:24:36
Speaker
Yeah.
00:24:37
Speaker
Right.
00:24:37
Speaker
And we talked about it, you know, essentially before at lunch that, you know, my guys that have grown into that position are making bigger overrides than I am.
00:24:48
Speaker
And I feel like that that's fair and that's, you know, part of their growth.
00:24:54
Speaker
and everybody eating.
00:24:57
Speaker
It allows them to be able to eat.
00:24:58
Speaker
It allows their guys that are under them that allows them to eat and those guys that go out and recruit and grow.
00:25:05
Speaker
But essentially, that's what it is, man.
00:25:06
Speaker
It's just allowing a platform that allows everyone to eat in a very real, genuine way that you're just so used to this nickel and diamond.
00:25:17
Speaker
Yeah.
00:25:17
Speaker
Well, yeah, it's true because a lot of companies out there, it's just like they recruit a guy and then
00:25:23
Speaker
Hand them off to someone, they don't do anything, zero support.
00:25:27
Speaker
Yep.
00:25:27
Speaker
And then they're getting these, you know, fat overrides on them.
00:25:30
Speaker
Yep.
00:25:30
Speaker
But I agree with what you're saying.
00:25:32
Speaker
It's like, if your guys are doing more, if they're supporting them, then why shouldn't they get the bigger override?
00:25:36
Speaker
100%.
00:25:37
Speaker
And you're training them to do that, right?
00:25:39
Speaker
And I'm training them to do that.
00:25:40
Speaker
I'm training them to do that, helping them to be able to, you know, essentially grow and scale in that way and duplicate the same processes that what we've done here, you just duplicate that over and over again.
00:25:51
Speaker
And so we do keep a tighter circle in regards to kind of like the team aspect of it.
00:25:57
Speaker
This past year, we had half of what we had last year.
00:26:00
Speaker
And that's fine because sometimes we look at recruiting as this massive thing that you have to go out and get 100 guys every single year.
00:26:06
Speaker
Whereas now we're just focused on real development, on sustainability rather than retention.
00:26:12
Speaker
and and having to go and retain guys and recruit you know you got some leaders out there that they've got a 30-man team and then it's a new 30-man team the next year and then a new 30-man team the next year and it's like that's fine you know whatever floats your boat however yeah we want to create something sustainable to where that 23 can be essentially your core and your foundation that then replicates and duplicates more into that yeah
00:26:36
Speaker
But at the same time, we're very selective on who we want to bring in and work.
00:26:43
Speaker
Like you asked me, you know, how are you recruiting?
00:26:45
Speaker
It's super organic, man.
00:26:47
Speaker
What you see is what you get.
00:26:48
Speaker
You want to be a part of it, dude, come rock with us.
00:26:50
Speaker
And it's those people that reach out to us that appreciate it, that actually stick, rather than the ones that's like, you know, like I told you, dude, you'll never see on my Instagram story, dude, we're hiring, come work with EBE, opportunity.
00:27:02
Speaker
I'll never do that.
00:27:02
Speaker
Yeah.
00:27:04
Speaker
People know who we are.
00:27:05
Speaker
They know what we're about.
00:27:06
Speaker
And if you want to come be a part of it, come and join in and come meet with us.
00:27:10
Speaker
Yeah.
00:27:10
Speaker
Well, I love that mindset because, yeah, everyone else, like, they're pulling teeth to get people to come.
00:27:16
Speaker
Like, oh, dude, I'll pay you $100 just to show up at the meeting.
00:27:19
Speaker
Come check it out.
00:27:20
Speaker
We'll, like, wine and dine you.
00:27:22
Speaker
But you guys are the opposite.
00:27:23
Speaker
It's like, come check it out.
00:27:24
Speaker
And just what I've seen with a lot of your teams is way more abundance mindset.

Leadership Philosophy and Team Care

00:27:29
Speaker
If you want to be here, great.
00:27:30
Speaker
If not, yeah, you can go join.
00:27:31
Speaker
Yeah.
00:27:31
Speaker
Another company.
00:27:32
Speaker
Yeah.
00:27:33
Speaker
They don't fit within your organization, within the culture.
00:27:36
Speaker
Then it's like, you're not afraid.
00:27:37
Speaker
You just tell them, like, get out of here.
00:27:40
Speaker
Right.
00:27:40
Speaker
Yeah.
00:27:40
Speaker
100%.
00:27:40
Speaker
No, dude, it's, uh, and the ones that do come,
00:27:48
Speaker
You know, we do our best to surround them and, you know, help them to feel of our family culture.
00:27:57
Speaker
And sometimes it's just not a good fit for whatever reason.
00:28:00
Speaker
You can provide the system, the culture and everything, the necessary tools and resources.
00:28:05
Speaker
But at the end of the day, you have to be bought it.
00:28:08
Speaker
You have to want it for yourself.
00:28:11
Speaker
And we can't want it more for you than you want it yourself.
00:28:14
Speaker
Yeah.
00:28:15
Speaker
So that's where I feel like, you know, people, for whatever reason, man.
00:28:19
Speaker
Yeah.
00:28:20
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:28:21
Speaker
If it doesn't, if it's not, we know how it is, dude.
00:28:24
Speaker
Like this industry will eat you alive, dude.
00:28:26
Speaker
Yeah.
00:28:26
Speaker
If you're not going out there, if you're not getting better, if you're not sharpening your acts, if you're not going and putting the work.
00:28:31
Speaker
Yeah.
00:28:32
Speaker
Eventually.
00:28:33
Speaker
that momentum will just bury you.
00:28:35
Speaker
Yeah.
00:28:36
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:28:36
Speaker
I agree.
00:28:37
Speaker
Yeah.
00:28:37
Speaker
Well, and something else we were talking about too before we started is just, I know I said you almost every week you have a meeting with your guys, especially your leaders.
00:28:46
Speaker
You go through things with them.
00:28:47
Speaker
If you see someone on the team that's kind of down or whatever, you said you meet up with them.
00:28:52
Speaker
So where'd you get that idea from?
00:28:54
Speaker
And like, how does it help the team that can do these one-on-ones?
00:28:58
Speaker
How do you kind of structure that?
00:28:59
Speaker
So I've had a lot of great leaders that I've looked up to.
00:29:02
Speaker
in my time in door-to-door.
00:29:05
Speaker
I've been in many offices.
00:29:06
Speaker
I've seen a lot of different styles of leadership.
00:29:11
Speaker
And what I've done over the years is I've taken what I've seen that I've liked and I've implemented that because they say that success leaves clues.
00:29:20
Speaker
And what I've done is I've watched my leaders over the years and I've seen what they've done.
00:29:25
Speaker
And I've always told myself, dude, if I were to run a team, this is what I would do.
00:29:28
Speaker
Nice.
00:29:29
Speaker
Right?
00:29:30
Speaker
Yeah.
00:29:30
Speaker
But contrary to that, the opposite to that is if I ever run a team, this is what I know not to do.
00:29:36
Speaker
Yeah.
00:29:37
Speaker
Right.
00:29:38
Speaker
And so just seeing that, man.
00:29:39
Speaker
But for me, my mentality has always been an understanding that like not everyone makes it in this industry, man.
00:29:46
Speaker
Yeah.
00:29:47
Speaker
And people will always remember how you made them feel rather than the things that you've done for them.
00:29:52
Speaker
Yeah.
00:29:53
Speaker
So just my person and who I am is I genuinely care and love people, man.
00:29:59
Speaker
Yeah.
00:29:59
Speaker
And I care about them more than I do them going out and getting a deal or them going out and making money for me.
00:30:06
Speaker
Yeah.
00:30:06
Speaker
I truly want people to feel like they are cared for and they're loved and that no matter what, I've 100% got their back.
00:30:14
Speaker
Yeah.
00:30:14
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:30:15
Speaker
So that's kind of always been my leadership style.
00:30:19
Speaker
Nice.
00:30:19
Speaker
Yeah, that's awesome.
00:30:20
Speaker
With that.
00:30:21
Speaker
Yeah, well, no, I can tell.
00:30:23
Speaker
I mean, just going out to lunch with you just barely.
00:30:25
Speaker
We get in there and you, like, knew instantly what you wanted.
00:30:28
Speaker
You're, like, leading us to the, you know, cafeteria.
00:30:32
Speaker
So, yeah, I mean, you can definitely tell that, you know, it's genuine that you're a guy that people just follow.
00:30:38
Speaker
And, like, man, I'm just going to get whatever this guy's getting.
00:30:41
Speaker
He knows exactly what he wants.
00:30:43
Speaker
And, yeah, he's telling our server there that, hey, bring me out the meat without the fat or anything.
00:30:49
Speaker
You're getting your head bashed in the wall.
00:30:53
Speaker
It's Japanese.
00:30:54
Speaker
I don't think the guy understood what he's talking about.
00:30:57
Speaker
We have fun with it.
00:30:59
Speaker
Yeah.
00:30:59
Speaker
But no, man.
00:31:00
Speaker
Well, hey, I know you've got to run, pick up your mom from a flight here, Jared.
00:31:05
Speaker
But if people want to connect more with you and ask you more questions about what you guys got going on, what's the best way to get in touch with you?
00:31:12
Speaker
Hit me up on Instagram, man.
00:31:14
Speaker
At jhigleyi.
00:31:15
Speaker
J-H-I-G-L-E-Y-I.
00:31:19
Speaker
Okay.
00:31:21
Speaker
Shoot me a DM, connect with me, and then we could talk, man.
00:31:25
Speaker
So appreciate you, Taylor.
00:31:27
Speaker
Appreciate the

Encouragement and Overcoming Fears

00:31:28
Speaker
value that you bring to this industry and just your genuine personality and your desires to truly help people, man.
00:31:35
Speaker
It makes a difference.
00:31:36
Speaker
And I know for yourself, you probably learn more about this and the growth for yourself than other people do in this podcast.
00:31:44
Speaker
But I love it, dude.
00:31:45
Speaker
And I aspire to be like you and doing what you're doing.
00:31:49
Speaker
And hope that we could connect again, dude, on an EBE podcast one of these days.
00:31:54
Speaker
Can't wait.
00:31:55
Speaker
Well, yeah, man.
00:31:56
Speaker
Love what you guys got going.
00:31:57
Speaker
And I wish we had a whole nother hour to jam.
00:31:59
Speaker
But I know you got your mom coming.
00:32:01
Speaker
um so yeah guys go uh shoot jared a dm let him know you appreciate him coming on the podcast with us today and uh yeah i mean this is the reason i do podcasts so i can connect with guys like yourself jared so it's been awesome having you on and um before we wrap up any final advice or any final words of wisdom that you could leave with maybe someone that's struggling in solar right now or in a slump or anything like that yeah absolutely um believe in yourself man
00:32:27
Speaker
Believe in your ability to be able to go out and make things happen.
00:32:30
Speaker
I think we're all born with an identity to be great.
00:32:34
Speaker
And I think that once you realize who you are and your true identity and that you were made to be great, that you will then realize your potential.
00:32:43
Speaker
And that if fear wasn't a factor or anything that's holding you back, you could go and do really anything that you want to.
00:32:53
Speaker
And that's why I'm grateful for this industry, because we literally can go and make a lot of money out of thin air and we have the ability to create.
00:32:59
Speaker
We're recession proof.
00:33:00
Speaker
So it doesn't matter what market you're in.
00:33:02
Speaker
You can go out and literally make it happen.
00:33:04
Speaker
But it all starts with that belief in yourself and understanding and really honing into your true identity.
00:33:10
Speaker
Find out what that is.
00:33:11
Speaker
If you're struggling with that, ask yourself, do I know who I really am?
00:33:15
Speaker
and really dig deep, man.
00:33:16
Speaker
It's a lot of lonely nights.
00:33:17
Speaker
A lot of people see the big money and the successes and the accolades, but not a lot of people see that mentally and emotionally and whatever.
00:33:28
Speaker
We go through a lot, man.
00:33:29
Speaker
And

Podcast Wrap-up and Call to Action

00:33:30
Speaker
it takes a lot.
00:33:31
Speaker
So that's what I would share with you guys, man.
00:33:33
Speaker
Love it.
00:33:33
Speaker
Nugget right there.
00:33:34
Speaker
Jared, thanks again for coming on.
00:33:36
Speaker
For our listeners, remember, believe in yourself, dig deep, just like you're saying, never give up and then you can have success.
00:33:43
Speaker
Maybe not 23 deals in a week like Jared, but you can have success too.
00:33:47
Speaker
So thanks again for coming on the podcast, Jared.
00:33:49
Speaker
Appreciate it, brother.
