I don't need a plan today. I've already got my plan made for me. I've already got four appointments on the calendar. No need to plan. And, you know, might might be true. i might be in appointments all day. But um I've noticed that even when i have appointments, even when I pretty much know what I'm going to be doing the entire day, um times when maybe i have an appointment fall through, times when maybe I do have some open time, I'm letting myself just be drifted from, ah you know, social media or whatever I find to keep myself busy. Where if I actually plan, then if I have appointments fall through, i know exactly what I'm going to do. So even if you have a pretty set schedule, maybe you got appointments on the agenda, I would definitely recommend still plan Still do your weekly, daily, quarterly planning. And don't be like me. Don't let yourself drift, even if you have a pretty full schedule already. so that's number one. Number two is just being aware of how much time you're spending on these things on the phone. If you, I'd be willing to bet most people when they look at their screen time, okay, if you have an iPhone, you get the screen time notification at the end of the week that shows how much time you spent in, you know, apps on your phone, Also, it's pretty easy to be over eight hours a day average on the phone. a And I know a lot of us spend, we have, you know, the apps we have to use for the job for sales, CRMs, door knocking apps, whatever.
