We've all been in challenging situations in our lives and our businesses, whether they're really big or really small, where it can feel really hard to continue to persevere, to work on your goals, to thrive in your goals. But the truth is that there is a way that you can literally train your brain to thrive in whatever chaos is coming up for you, no matter what

Speaker: is getting thrown at you in your personal life and your professional life, you can still thrive. You can still move forward towards your goals. You don't have to stop. You don't have to take a break just because shit is hitting the fan in life. In fact, continuing forward and having a mindset of perseverance is what is actually going to help you achieve your goals in the long run. so For example, right now, personally, in my life, there is actually a lot of chaos going on.

Speaker: We are in between moving. We were supposed to move to our new home about three and a half months ago, and it's been delayed and stalled. We were supposed to have our first Christmas with our baby girl there. And we have construction happening right outside our home, which is extremely loud, challenging for our daughter, challenging for me as a podcast or an entrepreneur. And there's just so many other things that are circulating and happening in my life.

Speaker: I have a nine month old baby. Actually, I'm sorry, she's 10 months old. I have a 10 month old baby. And she still really only naps on me, which I love. I love being her safe place. And I love her being with me and on me 24 seven. But it can be challenging. And chaotic to get things done as an entrepreneur i'm balancing being a stay -at -home mom taking care of my daughter full -time and also still running my business while at home with her so these are all really good things of course not being able to move isn't a great thing but you have to also trust the divine timing of things there's obviously a reason why we

Speaker: We're not meant to move just yet, and we're still where we're at. So trusting the divine timing, of course. In the moment where there's frustration, it can, of course, feel really challenging to try to trust the divine timing of the things that you want to be happening, that you're excited to be happening. But even amidst all of this chaos, even amidst all of the roles and hats that you wear in your life, you can still thrive.

Speaker: I could easily give myself the excuse to pause the podcast until I move because there's noise outside my window. There's trucks. There's beeping. There's construction. I could easily say, I need to hire a nanny. I need to do this. I need to do that. I need to put this off until XYZ. But if you live your life in a mindset of, I need to wait to get here because of another outlying situation. But if you make a habit of continuously waiting to work on your goals,

Speaker: just because the circumstances in your day to day life aren't optimal, you're never going to get there. It is so important that you continue to take action, even when there's chaos, even when shit is hitting the fan, even when the circumstances are not optimal.

Speaker: And the way you do this is by training your brain for a mindset of perseverance, which is not easy. Again, it's not easy because you need to work with your subconscious mind because your subconscious mind is the part of your brain that actually holds the belief system that things are hard, therefore you shouldn't move forward, that things are hard, therefore you should wait, that things are hard, therefore you won't be able to get ahead, that there's limitations on you because things are hard.

Speaker: Just because things are hard does not mean that there are limitations on you. It just means you need to persevere. You need to find a new door to get where you want to go. The door that's in front of you is shut and that's okay. You need to find a new door. And without a mindset of perseverance programmed into your subconscious,

Speaker: It's very challenging and difficult to actually even look for that door, to look for the other door. You're still banging on the door that's closed. You're still banging on the door that is not going to open for you. So instead of banging on the door that is not going to open for you, you need to create a new door. You need to create a new opportunity for yourself to continue to move forward on the things that matter to you, so the things that are important to you. So for me, what this looks like is I make use of my time that I have on Wednesdays where I have my mother -in -law over and she watches my baby for the day, the only day that I'm not with her all day, which I'm still with her throughout the day because we are exclusively breastfeeding still. So ah I feed her in between my client sessions and in between

Speaker: recording podcasts, but I utilize my Wednesday day to do all my filming, to do all my recording. I just do it. Even if there's construction and noise outside the window, I ignore it. I train my brain that it's not there, that it's not there, that it's not there. I train my brain.

Speaker: that that noise is not there. And I trust that whatever noise is heard, the people on my team will be able to eliminate the noise from the background. I forge ahead. There are many days in this home where it is super loud. And I'm like, there is no way I could record today. But I continue to do it. I do it anyways.

Speaker: because I've made a commitment to myself. And by repeating the process of holding yourself accountable for your commitments, that is how you create a mindset of perseverance, honoring your own commitments and repeating those commitments over and over again. Again, you could easily make excuses for yourself. There's this in the way, I don't have this, I don't have that, I need this support, I don't have that support. But all that does is create excuses. It's just a bunch of excuses.

Speaker: You can thrive in any situation. You just need your subconscious mind to believe that yes, you can thrive in any situation. And once you have your subconscious mind believe that you can thrive in any situation, you will be able to thrive in any situation.

Speaker: I truly feel that right now at this stage, I am doing my absolute best to thrive in the situation that I'm in. Of course, having a 10 -month -old baby that wants to be on you 24 -7 is not a bad situation. It is a blessing that I get to be able to be with her all the time, to have healthy attachment with her, to support her when she needs me. And it's times in my life that I will look back on and be so grateful that I got to experience. So when I start to feel overwhelmed, I just remember that. I remember this is a period of my life that someday I will miss. And then I'm instantly back into the present moment. I am instantly back into my calm energy, into my grounded energy. And that's essentially what we're trying to activate here. A mindset of perseverance is calm and grounded because you trust the process. You trust what's happening. There's no need to stop what you're doing.

Speaker: You have to just forge ahead. And in time, things will feel a little bit easier. But if you stop working, if you stop doing the thing that you know you need to be doing, that fills you up, that makes you feel whole, that makes you feel like you're having momentum towards your goals, you're going to feel 10 times worse in the long run because you're going to end up taking 10 steps back instead of continuing to move ahead. So whenever you are working on a goal,

Speaker: You want to always be moving ahead, whether it's baby steps or big steps. As long as you're moving, you are in the right direction. right So you don't want to be taking steps that are out of alignment, of course. You want to be taking inspired, aligned action towards your goals. But taking action every day is literally essential.

Speaker: So how do you train your brain for this grounded calm mindset of perseverance? This is you waking up in the morning, closing your eyes, activating your subconscious mind by getting into a calm hypnotic grounded state and telling yourself that you can do this. Telling yourself this is what is going to happen today. Literally playing out the events of the day.

Speaker: in your subconscious mind before the day even begins. You are pre -scripting your day before the day even happens. This is you becoming a deliberate creator of your life, of your business, of your relationships, of everything in your life. I do this every single morning. I actually do it with a notebook that I have. The notebook is actually right here next to my desk and I sit down and I write gratitude. i do ah celebrations, reflections, and then I write out and I pre -script my day exactly as I'd like it to go and then I close my eyes and I visualize it. So doing this every day is going to help you visualize the actions that you're meant to be taking. And even when obstacles come up, even when there's banging loud noises outside your window like there is right now, because you've already pre -programmed your mind for the day you're going to have, you're going to do it. You are going to do it.

Speaker: So this is a practice you can do. Another practice, of course, is going to be extremely helpful and valuable for you to do every single day is activating your subconscious through the Rewired Sessions, which you can grab access to in the notes below. There's over 30 subconscious activations and audio recordings that are going to help you activate your subconscious mind and start tapping into the powers within you so that you can utilize them in your day to day life to help you persevere, to help you stay grounded, to help you feel like the calmest most abundant version of yourself by tapping into, again, the power of your subconscious mind because your subconscious mind is the blueprint of you and everything that you do. So by tapping into your subconscious, you are becoming a deliberate creator of your reality. You are becoming a energetic match to what it is that you want on a daily basis by simply tuning in, tapping in. I recommend that you do these recordings every single day.

Speaker: as often as you can. Sometimes I do recordings twice a day, depending on the type of day I'm having. ah The most effective time to do the rewired sessions is going to be first thing in the morning or at the end of your day. That is when your subconscious mind is the most suggestible and it's going to really take in the suggestions that the audio recording is giving your subconscious. And through the power of suggestion, that is how we rewire your subconscious in the rewired sessions. So you can grab access to Rewired in the notes below and also again you can grab access to my new free guide the Entrepreneur Wealth Code to help you learn the four -step framework to rewire your subconscious, rewire your money mindset using the Rewired method so you can heal inner child wounds from your childhood around money, any programming around money that is not serving you, any scarcity that is blocking your abundance,

Speaker: You can learn the Rewired Method in the Entrepreneur Wealth Code linked in the notes below. It's a free guide. You can grab it below. That's all for today. I hope that this video helps you remember your power. Remember that you can literally thrive in any situation. There is nothing that comes your way that you cannot handle. There has been nothing given to you in your life that you're not meant to handle. There is often wisdom and lots of truth that you're meant to uncover from the challenges you go through. But you can't learn the wisdom. You can't access that truth if you're not moving ahead, if you're not moving forwards. You have to keep that momentum. Keep taking action. Keep persevering. Have that mindset of perseverance by pre -training your brain for the things that you want to be doing so that you do them. And by doing them, you activate a mindset of perseverance. And that is what's going to help you achieve your goals.
