Speaker: What do you call an underground group of solar professionals on a mission to create a more sustainable world?
Speaker: We call ourselves solopreneurs.
Speaker: And while some might call us crazy, foolish, and dissatisfied with the status quo, we're the ones taking action to create a better future for ourselves and the world.
Speaker: Solopreneur is dedicated to give you, the solar professional, the tools, skills, technology, and mentorship to take the industry by storm and sell more solar with less effort.
Speaker: We are solopreneurs and this is our story.
Speaker: The fastest way to build self-confidence is simple.
Speaker: Make promises to yourself and keep them.
Speaker: Most people on this video, most people in the world, in fact, everybody's failed at it at some point, but most people never stop failing at it.
Speaker: And they tell themselves one thing.
Speaker: They say they're going to lose weight.
Speaker: They say they're going to sell solar.
Speaker: They say they're going to make six figures, seven figures, and they fail.
Speaker: And the more they do this, it becomes a downward, repetitive cycle to where they don't believe themselves.
Speaker: To the point where people like my own mom, actually, when she doesn't even set New Year's goals, as a family, right, we'll kind of connect and connect.
Speaker: Say, hey, what are your New Year's resolutions?
Speaker: It's a fun thing we do when we all travel in for Christmas and the holidays, right?
Speaker: And my mom refuses to set goals every year because she's failed at her goals so many times in her life.
Speaker: And it's a sad thing because if you don't set goals, you're not going to improve at things, right?
Speaker: And that's because of that lost reputation.
Speaker: You have a reputation with yourself just as much as you do with your customers and everyone else in the world, right?
Speaker: So keep that reputation sacred.
Speaker: Really work hard to restore that reputation if you don't have it right now.
Speaker: So the easiest way to do this is count your wins.
Speaker: Say you're going to do something in the day.
Speaker: Set a goal for the day.
Speaker: All right, I'm going to set five appointments today.
Speaker: Set your five appointments.
Speaker: Do not go home until you set that five appointments.
Speaker: And when you do it, reward yourself and say, wow.
Speaker: I just did exactly what I said I was going to do.
Speaker: I'm going to do the same thing tomorrow.
Speaker: Let's go, right?
Speaker: Those add up.
Speaker: Get little micro wins.
Speaker: Hey, I'm going to make my bed.
Speaker: I'm going to go to the gym, right?
Speaker: Boom, boom.
Speaker: Two wins under your belt before breakfast, right?
Speaker: And start thinking about these wins.
Speaker: So a simple thing to do is get yourself small micro wins, small micro commitments, right?
Speaker: They don't have to be massive things.
Speaker: You've got to have some wins so your confidence gets boosted up.
Speaker: And then every day when you're doing your nightly planning, count those wins.
Speaker: Look at the day's successes.
Speaker: Focus on those.
Speaker: Use those as motivation and fuel to blast in tomorrow for your new goals.
Speaker: Let's get to the next video.
