Speaker: And while some might call us crazy, foolish, and dissatisfied with the status quo, we're the ones taking action to create a better future for ourselves and the world.

Speaker: The only thing stopping you from reaching your goals in solar is fear.

Speaker: Fear.
Speaker: The force that binds us all.
Speaker: That literally is controlling you right now.
Speaker: How you think.
Speaker: How you interpret this video.
Speaker: Controlling you from doing the thing that you know you need to do that sucks but is going to move the needle forward.
Speaker: Picking up the phone, knocking the doors, learning from the course, making the purchase, whatever it is, fear is what's going to keep you from achieving your goals every single time.
Speaker: It's not learning ads.
Speaker: It's not learning new sales skills.
Speaker: It's not learning any of this shit.
Speaker: It is learning how to overcome fear.
Speaker: I was reading Napoleon Hill's Outwitting the Devil pretty recently.
Speaker: One of my favorite books, if you guys haven't checked it out.
Speaker: To give you some background, Napoleon, he wrote this book in the 1930s and said, I do not want it to be released to the general public until later.
Speaker: I can't remember the year, but significantly later.
Speaker: We're talking decades.
Speaker: He was afraid that it would tarnish his reputation of his family because it's so controversial and the people at the time in the 30s were not ready for this message.
Speaker: Hell, they're not even ready for it now because what Napoleon talks about in this book, okay, and I suggest you all check it.
Speaker: He talks about two forces.
Speaker: He talks about faith and fear, okay, and how every single person, we are born with these two forces.
Speaker: these two forces that dictate our lives and the people who give into and they feed whatever force, whatever beast they want to talk about, right?
Speaker: Some people call it the two wolves, right?
Speaker: Whatever one that you feed is the one that's going to control you, your actions, how you behave and how everything happens in your life and lays out, right?
Speaker: So the question I want to ask you is, are you feeding fear or faith?
Speaker: Are you thinking about the things that suck, that you're not good at?
Speaker: Are you thinking about how scary it is to pick up the phone and getting nervous and you're not taking action towards it?
Speaker: Or are you thinking about past that, the impact, the difference that you're going to make in the person, the homeowner's life, and the people around them, right, by helping them go solar and save the planet?
Speaker: Do not let fear dictate you.
Speaker: I know right now you guys are thinking about those things that you don't want to do.
Speaker: The call is
Speaker: going out there doing lead gen asking difficult closing questions okay working on your presentation quitting your job with your solar company to go start a brokerage quitting your job to go find a better company what things do you fear right now make a list and do them they are your to-do list they are your kill list at all costs make sure those are the things you do next on your agenda you're watching this late at night tomorrow morning hit the list
Speaker: I don't care what else is on the calendar, reschedule it, hit that list, and go take actions towards the fear as soon as possible.
Speaker: Stop the video and go towards the fear, okay?
Speaker: Because that fear is what's going to control you, and it's going to ruin your life, okay?
Speaker: I've spent too many years and I'm a young guy too and I regret the time I spent the years and years letting this monster this fear control how my life happens alright and every time every time I feel the fear I do it anyway and I blow past it that's when things happen
Speaker: That's when things happen like making six figures by the age of 19, seven figures by the age of 20, okay, in this industry.
Speaker: That's how these ridiculous things happen that most people think are crazy because I don't feed the beast.
Speaker: I don't feed fear.
Speaker: And you don't have to either.
Speaker: So make that list.
Speaker: What do you not want to do right now?
Speaker: What would absolutely suck?
Speaker: And go wipe it out right now.
Speaker: See how it feels.
Speaker: See what happens.
