Beatrice teaches people how to live healthily and strong in mid-life and she does it so fabulously! Her tips and advice are always helpful and, most importantly, practical.

This was one of my favourite conversations to date.. we talk about everything from the loss of her infant son, to the importance of strength training, to habits, to alcohol, to eating a balanced plant-based diet.
