In today’s episode, we are talking about Healing Complex PTSD, Spirituality, Breathwork, Bottom Up Trauma Therapy Modalities such as Neurofeedback, Somatic Experiencing, etc. Hunter will open up about her story on gaining safety in her own body, her breakthroughs using plant medicine, MDMA assisted therapy and how Ayahuasca allowed her to surrender and let go of control over her body.

Hunter is a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator as well as a somatic therapist in training, who is passionate about helping people come home to their bodies. As a complex PTSD survivor herself, she attributes various bottom-up healing modalities to saving her life and it is her mission to make them more widely known and accessible to other humans suffering from treatment resistant mental illness.
