In fact, neuroscience has actually shown us that affirmations can quite literally rewire our brains. Positive affirmations grow your brain's gray matter, which is the part of the brain that processes emotions.

How to Practice Affirmation Meditation

The practice of affirmation meditation is simple. I will state each affirmation and you can repeat them in your mind or voice them out loud.

When you say the affirmation, believe the words you speak to be true and happening right now. I want you to feel the love and intention behind you each word you speak as a declaration of the truth and prosperity your life is providing to you.
