Speaker: I started writing about spirits from a bartending perspective so that's where I found myself in 2012-2013 at Whiskey and Almond covering whiskey and then you know educating people on that. Started writing for the Age of Sydney Morning Herald covering spirits in Australia and internationally and my love my passion for Australian spirits has taken over the last decade and that's really been my what I've been sort of pursuing and dedicated to.
Speaker: And just the breadth and quality of what we have on offer here is so exciting. That's something that I would love more people both in Australia and, you know, hopefully internationally to know more about in the future.
